Hi Readers: What did you think of our little surprise guests that we had last chapter? I hope you guys enjoyed it because I know I did. However, I have yet to decide just how I am going to implement the Dardens in the future. And that also includes the Season 10 storyline that allowed Jesse Spencer to leave Chicago Fire for a while (hope he comes back). But for now, I am going to go back to my story which involves Matt still being in Chicago with Gabby; hope you enjoy.

Chapter Sixty-One

The husband couldn't help but smile as he stood at the end at his and Gabby's bed this morning, the sight of his beautiful wife in some sexy lingerie being enough to make him smile; it always is, and he's glad that this is what she's wearing for him at the moment. It truly is a very sexy garment, and it's the perfect outfit for her to wear based on what she wants him to do. And just what might that be? Gabby wants him to run his hands all over her body today, which is something that he wants to do as well (he always wants to do that when she's wearing lingerie). I mean, what man can resist the chance to touch the woman of his dreams as she wears something very sexy like this for him? Well, he sure is one of those men who can't resist the opportunity to run his hands all over his wife's body; especially when that also means he gets a chance to run his hands all over her baby bump. God, just the sight of her baby bump in this lingerie is very sexy; and it's a gorgeous sight to admire.

If this is his chance to admire her body like this, then he's going to take all the chances that he can to admire her delicious body in this garment every day for the rest of his life. After all, that's exactly what Gabby wants him to do right now; she wants him to run his hands all over her body, and she wants to do the same with his body. Stepping close to Gabby, Matt smirked as he found himself feeling his beautiful wife's hands on his chest; running her hands up his body, Gabby then wrapped her arms around his neck and smiled as she leaned in and kissed him softly. Moving his hands to Gabby's bottom, Matt smirked as he tugged Gabby's body against his chest and then bent down to kiss her some more. Afterwards, he went ahead and whispered to the woman of his dreams; the woman whom knows full well that she's really teasing him right now, because that's what she wanted to do to him right now. "God, you are such a tease baby. Did you have to wear this?"

Gabby laughed when she heard Matt ask her whether she had to wear this for him. "Oh, shut up and stop acting like you don't like that I decided to wear this lingerie for you; because I know that you love the fact that I'm currently wearing this lingerie for you." Matt smirked when he heard Gabby tell him that. "Oh, I never said a word about me not liking the sight of you wearing this lingerie for me; so don't you dare go putting words in my mouth, especially when you know that I would never say such a thing to you." Gabby agreed with Matt when he told her that, smiling as she knew fell well that Matt would never tell her that he doesn't want to see her in this lingerie that she's currently wearing for him. Rather, he would tell her the exact opposite; that he wants her to stay in it for as long as she can. "I'm not even sure if I want to take a bath with you tonight." Gabby agreed with Matt when he told her that, feeling him get close to her and wrap his arms around her waist.

Putting her hands on Matt's arms as he wrapped them around her waist, Gabby smiled as she looked up at Matt. "I thought it was the least I could do when I know that you have a lot on your mind right now, especially after you just spoke to the Darden brothers and Heather." Matt took a breath when he heard Gabby say that, grabbing her hand before intertwining their fingers. "You saw that, didn't you?" Gabby took a breath when she heard Matt ask her if she saw what he was talking about, because she did. It was so obvious that he was thinking about exactly what she thought he was thinking about. I mean, of course he's going to think about that right now; it's just something that has to be on his mind at the moment. "Baby, do you want to get in bed so that we can talk to each other?" Matt let out a sigh when Gabby asked him whether he wants to get in bed so that they can talk, which he definitely wants to do right now as he needs to talk to her right now.

He needs to talk to her about just what's on his mind, because it's just been brought back to the surface after he just spoke to the Dardens; and what might that be? The fact that he's not going to have his best friend around to help him navigate fatherhood, which is something that he's always wanted. Nodding when Gabby asked him if he wanted to talk about it, Matt took a breath and then got close to her; putting his hand on her neck, Matt smiled as he leaned in and kissed the woman he loves more than anything in the entire world. "I swear, it's like you know me better than I even know myself." Gabby agreed with Matt when he told her that, smiling as she knew that was the truth. "Well, that's because I do know you better than you know yourself; I know what you need baby, and that's why we're going to sit in bed as we talk about this. And it's also why I'm wearing lingerie, to encourage you to touch me as you talk to me." Matt smiled as she told him that.

"And of course, kiss me whenever you need a kiss from me." Matt agreed with Gabby when she told him that, smiling as he knew that was one of the main reasons that she was wearing the lingerie that she was wearing right now. Getting close to the woman of his dreams, Matt put his hands on her neck and then pushed her head up. He then leaned in and proceeded to kiss her softly as they started to take things nice and slow with each other. "I swear, how did I get so lucky and have you as my wife?" Gabby smiled when she heard Matt ask her that. "Because you were blessed with a woman who's known you for that longest time, and that knows what you need in life." Matt agreed with Gabby as she told him that he was blessed with a woman who's known him for the longest time, and who also knows what he needs in life. "And that's exactly what I have. Thank God I have you in my life because I love you more than anything." Gabby agreed with Matt, smiling at him.

"And I love you more than anything too baby, which is why I want to get in bed with you; and I want you to take it easy and just talk to me baby. You need to relax and just hold me close as we talk about this." Matt smiled when Gabby told him that, ready to do just that as he moved his hands to the lingerie that was wearing for him right now; the lingerie that perfectly hugged her baby bump, and showed it off to the best of it's ability. It truly is incredible just how sexy Gabby looks in the lingerie that she's wearing for him right now. There's nothing better than the sight of her in the lingerie that she's currently wearing for him, and he's so glad that this is what he's going to be able to run his hands all over right now. "I swear, have you pre-ordered a bunch of lingerie or something?" Gabby laughed when Matt asked her whether she pre-ordered a bunch of lingerie that she likes to wear for him. "And if I did?" Matt smiled as Gabby said that she did, in fact, pre-order lingerie.

Getting close to her, Matt wrapped his arms around her once again and then leaned in to kiss her softly. Taking things nice and slow with the woman he's proud to call his wife, Matt smirked due to the fact that this truly is exactly what he wants to be doing with Gabby right now. She's just so damn sexy, and he wants to run his hands all over her body right now. He wants to hold her close to him and give her exactly what she wants from him. And what might that be? The love and attention that only he can give her as her husband, which is something that he's already well aware that she wants to have right now. It's written all over her face that it's what she wants from him right now, that she wants him to run his hands all over her body and just give her a bunch of attention. Attention that she's craving because he's currently shirtless, and clad in nothing but his boxers right now; which is something that always turns her on when they're having fun together.

"You ready to get in bed with me? Or am I going to have to pick you up and force you into bed?" Gabby laughed when Matt asked her whether she's ready to get in bed with him, or if he's going to have to force her into bed with him. "You force me into bed, and you are going to loose another night of sex. You already aren't getting sex tonight because we promised to relax. But, tomorrow is still up for debate." Matt agreed with Gabby when she told him that, smiling as he loved joking with her about this. It truly is a lot of fun, and there's nothing like the two of them just laughing about the fact that she wants to withhold sex from him (not that she would ever do it); after all, Gabby is the one that's the most hormonal of he two of them. But, that's also his fault due to the fact that he's the one who got her pregnant with their twins (obviously). I mean, is there any other man who would dare get her pregnant when she's a sexy, married woman. I mean, Matt isn't jealous.

But if another man even tried to touch his wife, he could definitely become a jealous man; because he loves his wife far too much to let another man even try and get close to this gorgeous body of hers. Speaking of why, why is he just thinking about her body…when he has a chance to run his hands all over her body in bed right now." Looking up at her husband, Gabby smiled at him. "So, are we going to take our time getting in bed; or are you going to pick me up so that we can get in together?" Matt laughed when he heard Gabby say that. He then got nice and close to his woman, wrapping his arms around her as he bent down and proceeded to kiss her softly. "Sorry, just a bit distracted." Gabby agreed with Matt when he told her that he was a bit distracted. "Let me guess, by my beauty?" Matt nodded as Gabby asked him if it was because of her beauty. "Oh definitely, I do have the most beautiful wife in the entire world after all." Gabby agreed with Matt.

"Smooth." Matt agreed with Gabby when she said that. "Hey, I'm not saying anything that isn't the truth." Gabby nodded as she heard Matt tell her that, proceeding to wrap her arms around his waist. She then felt him put his hands on her arms and rub them, which was something that she definitely enjoyed. Bending down, Matt smirked as he kissed his beautiful wife once again. He then moved his hand to her neck and just smirked as he wants to take things nice and slow with his gorgeous wife today. He knows that they said that they weren't going to have sex, but he's worried that they're going to break that vow to each other. I mean, what man can really control himself when his wife is this beautiful. "God, I am going to have such a hard time controlling myself today." Gabby agreed with Matt when she heard him say that, proceeding to grab his hands. "Do you want to wear a t-shirt to help you control yourself baby?" Matt shook his head before smiling at his wife.

"Just because I said that I would have a hard time controlling myself, doesn't mean that I can't control myself baby." Gabby nodded as she agreed with her husband, really believing him due to the fact that she knows he has the will to do so. "I mean, I did learn to go without sex for a couple months over the summer." Gabby took a breath when she heard Matt tell her that, well aware of what he was talking about that. "Sorry, I didn't mean to say something like that. I know that it hurts you when I say that." Gabby then proceeded to grab Matt's hand, leading him towards their bed so that they could get in together. "It's not something wrong though." Matt just sighed when he heard Gabby say that, watching as she opened the covers to their bed. Afterwards, she went ahead and climbed into bed so that they could sit down together; but Matt knew something else, that this conversation was far from over. Just like the other one, it was just starting right now.

Climbing into bed so that they could have that conversation, Matt took a breath as he went ahead and got close to Gabby before moving his hand to her side and tugging her body against his chest. After all, that's exactly what Gabby wants him to do right now. She wants him to hold her against his chest, and make him feel better. If he doesn't make her feel better, then he's going to have to console her all day (which he doesn't mind doing if she stays in this sexy lingerie of hers). I mean, what man is going to object to holding his wife in bed when she's wearing this sexy lingerie that she's currently wearing. I mean, she's just so damn sexy; and he's absolutely obsessed with the lingerie that she's wearing for him right now. Getting extremely close to Gabby, Matt made sure that Gabby was right against his chest (with her legs in between his). Putting her hand on Matt's chest, Gabby smiled as she looked up at the man of her dreams and stared into his eyes.

Smiling as he looked at Gabby, Matt put his hand on hers as she kept it on his chest before stroking it with his thumb. "Baby, where is all this coming from?" Gabby took a breath when Matt asked her where her thoughts were coming from. "I don't know." Matt nodded when he heard Gabby say that, going to tug her body right against his (which is where it needs to be at the moment. She needs to be held by him, so that she can feel better when it comes to what he just said; and Matt already knew that he made a huge mistake when he said that, as it was definitely not the right thing to say when it came down to the situation. Rather, it was the absolute wrong thing to say for the situation. Gabby didn't need to hear that, especially when they already got past that; now, she's going to think that they aren't past that. "I thought that we were past that Matt?" Matt nodded when he heard Gabby ask him if they were past it, just as he expected her to do.

"Hey, of course we are baby. I am so sorry that I even said it, because I should've known that you wouldn't have taken it the way I meant to say it." Gabby was a bit confused when she heard Matt tell her that, not exactly understanding what he's trying to say. "And how exactly where you trying to say it baby? In what context was I supposed to take that comment that you made?" Matt took a breath when Gabby asked him in what content she was supposed to take the comment that he made, not exactly sure what other way that she could even take that comment that he made. "What I was trying to say is, I'm able to control myself when it comes to sex baby. I meant to say that, I know what it's like to go without sex; and I have the ability to do that. I promise, that's all I mean." Gabby took a breath when Matt told her that. "Sorry, I shouldn't have been mad but…" Matt shook his head when Gabby said that. "Hey, you have every right to be mad at me for saying that."

Gabby looked at Matt when he told her that, feeling him wrap his arm around her waist. "Baby, I shouldn't have said that when it's such an sensitive topic; we weren't in a good place last summer, and we needed that time apart." Gabby agreed with her loving husband when he told her that, putting her hand on his face. She then leaned in and went ahead with kissing the man of her dreams softly. Just taking things nice and slow with her loving husband, Gabby smiled due to the fact that she really loves the man who's currently laying down in front of her right now; and that's always going to be the case. She then decided to get nice and close to him, wrapping her arms around his neck. At the same time, Matt moved his hand to her back and smirked due to the fact that he loves how they are currently really close to each other. But before they could get very far into the kiss, Gabby put her hand on Matt's face and leaned back to talk to him. "You okay baby?"

Gabby nodded when Matt asked her if she was okay. "I am. But I just want to warn you, that I am not having sex with you. If you try and take off my lingerie, then I am going to put some sweats on; and you may not get this for the rest of the day. Do you understand that?" Matt nodded when Gabby asked him whether he understands that fact. "Hey, of course I understand baby; I'm not going to take it off, I promise. And if I do, I already know the consequences." Gabby laughed when he told her that. "You can only take it off when we take a bath later." Matt agreed with Gabby when she told me that, smiling as he leaned in and kissed her softly. Afterwards, he continued to take things nice and slow with the woman of his dreams as this is all he wants to do right now. He wants to take things nice and slow with her, as they relax in bed with each other right now. I mean, what else could a husband want to do when his wife is clad in nothing but some sexy lingerie for him.

Especially when she's pregnant with their first children, children that they're going to love with their entire hearts; that's just something that they already know about, and Matt can't wait for that to happen. "I can't wait to be a dad." Gabby agreed with Matt when he told her that he can't wait to be a dad. "Oh, I can't wait for you to be a dad too. I'm ready for you to be a dad too baby, and I'm glad that I'm the woman who gets to make you a dad." Matt smiled when he heard Gabby tell him that, before leaning in and kissing the woman of his dreams slowly. "Oh trust me, there's only one woman who would ever get pregnant with my children, that's just a fact. And if I got another woman pregnant, I would be a dead man thanks to my brother-in-law and Hank Voight." Gabby was confused when she heard Matt bring Voight into the conversation. "Voight?" Matt smirked. "Someone has to get rid of my body so that Antonio doesn't go to jail." Gabby laughed, smiling.

"Yeah, who knows how many bodies that he's got hidden all over the city. That's something that's really scary." Matt agreed with his wife when she said that. "We need to avoid him until the end of your pregnancy, because I do not trust him around you and our kids." Gabby agreed with Matt when he said that, smiling at him. "We need to avoid anything that has to do with police, especially you. Last time I checked, you're the one who had trouble with that. You were the one who was involved in police investigations at the start of my last pregnancy, and then it lasted into a majority of my pregnancy." Matt agreed with Gabby when she said that, well aware that was the case. "And I have to say that I regret that more each and every day." Gabby agreed with Matt when he told her that, smiling as she stared into his eyes. "Hey, you don't think I know that baby? I know that you regret the fact that you had to do that investigation." Matt nodded as he stared into Gabby's eyes.

He then smirked as he ran his hand down her side, leaning in to kiss her once again. Just taking things nice and slow with the woman of his dreams, Matt smirked as this was exactly how he wanted to spend his day right now; he wants to spend his day kissing his beautiful wife as they hold each other close in bed. "God, this is perfect, and I am so glad that we decided to move back into bed. This is very comfortable, and I just love sharing nice kisses with you here in our bed." Gabby agreed with Matt as he told her that, smirking as she felt the same way. "Why do you think I would rather be here than on the couch, or even in that recliner? Thanks for buying that though baby, because it's really comfortable…and it's going to be perfect for when we're hosting people." Matt agreed with his wife when she said that, as that was the exact reason why he wanted to have it in the living room. He wanted it for when they host people here at the house. He knows it'll be great.

"Just don't expect that I may not try and steal the chair when you're not sitting in it." Gabby laughed when she heard Matt say that. "I had a feeling that it wasn't JUST for me baby." Matt smiled when he heard Gabby tell him that. "I mean, it's just there. So, I might as well use it if it's available right?" Gabby agreed with Matt when he asked her if he can use it if it's available, so when she's not using it. "Of course you can use it baby, then I can just come sit in the chair with you." Matt smirked when he heard Gabby say that, because he really likes the sound of her coming to join him in his lap as they cuddle up to each other in the chair. "Oh, now that would sound really nice. The two of us cuddling up to each other in the chair." Gabby smiled. "Yet, we aren't doing it right now." Matt smiled as he looked at Gabby when she said that. "That's because you wanted me in my boxers." Gabby nodded, smiling at her husband when he said that she wanted him in his boxers.

"I mean, you are pretty handsome when you're just wearing your boxers. And there was a nice opportunity for me to see you in your boxers; so what pregnant wife isn't going to take whatever opportunity she can to see her loving husband in his boxers?" Matt smirked as he heard Gabby tell him that, kissing her once again. "Are you comfortable too?" Gabby nodded when Matt asked her whether she was comfortable too. "Hey, of course I'm comfortable too baby. I'll always be comfortable when we're in bed with each other. That's something that you'll never have to worry about. I mean, what woman isn't going to be comfortable when she's laying down in bed with the hunkiest man in the entire world." Matt laughed when he heard Gabby say that, staring into those gorgeous eyes of hers that make him want her so bad. "I swear, it's like you're just begging me to take you in my arms." Gabby shook her head when Matt told her that, not wanting him.

Moving close to him once again, Gabby smiled as she wrapped her arms around his neck before feeling Matt move his hands to her back; and that was a nice feeling, the feeling of her husband's hands on her back as he keeps her close to his chest. I mean, what woman doesn't want to feel his hands all over her body; especially when Matt is as muscular as he is? Leaning in as they laid down close to each other in bed, Gabby smiled as she leaned in and kissed Matt softly. Afterwards, Matt did the same thing and just smirked due to the fact that this is exactly what the both of them love to do with each other when they're in bed with each other. They love to kiss each other, and just get nice and intimate with each other. But today, they're doing it in a way that isn't all that sexual; rather, it's more sensual than sexual (which is what they want).

Today, they don't want to have sex with each other. Rather, they just want to take it easy with each other and enjoy some intimate time with each other. They both agreed that was their plan for today, and it was that they would shop with each other. But that's not what they're in the midst of doing with each other, as they are just too obsessed with each other to concentrate on shopping long enough for them to do any shopping. Rather, they would much rather be kissing each other in bed. (Not that either of them would really complain when it comes to them kissing each other). Rather, it's just nice for them to share a bunch of kisses as they enjoy this time with each other, time that will become less existent the closer that they get to having children. Once the couple have kids, they are going to have to kiss their time like this goodbye; as they are going to have to concentrate all of their time on their kids. (Not that they aren't going to love that fact).

"So, do you feel like we're starting to get ready to be parents full time?" Gabby smiled when Matt asked her if she feels like they're ready to be parents full time, blushing. "I already know that you're ready, as I feel like you've been born ready to be a dad for your entire life." Matt agreed with Gabby when she told him that, smiling as he held her close to his chest and just made sure that they were together in bed right now; after all, what's sexier than the two of them being close to one another in bed. It's the most comfortable thing in the entire world, and Matt's glad that this is what they're doing right now. Leaning in to kiss his beautiful wife, Matt smirked due to the fact that he's ready to just hold the woman he craves more than anything in the entire world in his arms for the rest of the day. "I mean, I hope that I'm going to be a good mom." Matt shook his head when he heard Gabby say that, as he doesn't want Gabby to think that way. "Baby, look at me."

Gabby agreed with Matt as he told her that, staring into his eyes in the process. "Baby, you're going to be an incredible mom. That's just a fact that you never need to argue with me about. I already know that you're going to be a great mom, and I will always believe that's the case whether you want to believe that or not." Gabby agreed with Matt when he told her that, smiling as she loves his man more than anything in the entire world. Laying her head down on his arm, Gabby smiled as she put her hand on his cheek and then turned his head so that he was looking down at her. Smiling as he looked down into Gabby's eyes, Matt then proceeded to kiss his girl softly. And that was definitely something that Gabby really liked feeling it was exactly what they both wanted him to do right now, so he went ahead and did just that. He took things nice and slow with his girl so that they could both just enjoy some intimate time together in their bed.

Well, not that intimate thought; rather, they are just sharing some kisses with each other. And that's truly all the couple want to do right now. They just want to take things nice and slow with each other, especially since Gabby is quite hormonal. But she's not hormonal enough to have her husband make love to her all the time. Rather, she's just okay with him leaning over her and kissing her softly. That's all she needs right now, and it's what Matt's giving her right now; which is paradise. He's just so damn sexy, and Matt knows that's how she's feeling right now; because he's smirking at her between every kiss that he's giving her. "God, you are such a tease…and you are definitely making me crave you more each and every day baby." Gabby laughed when she heard Matt tell him that, because she knows that Matt's craving her right now. But that doesn't mean that she's going to crack and give him what he wants. "Baby, you aren't getting me. You're taking it easy."

Matt laughed as he heard Gabby tell her that, running his hand up and down her back at the same time. He then leaned his forehead against hers. At the same time, Gabby put her hand on Matt's face as she whispered to him. "God, you are just the best husband in the entire world…and I can't wait to see you as a daddy." Matt agreed with Gabby when she told him that, smiling as he continued to kiss her this afternoon as a way to give her (non-sexual) pleasure in their bed.
