Chapter Ninety-Three
We'll Always Come First

The moment he heard that Gabby was worried about something, Matt knew that he was going to have to sit her down and talk to her. That was just a fact, and it was also something that he was not going to let linger; especially when it was about something that she had no reason to worry about. The thing she was worrying about? It was the fact that they were going to have less time when they have kids, and when they are trying to start a business at the same time. However, that was never going to be the truth. Matt will always put their marriage first, as it was a promise that he made to her after their road trip. Just because they are together more often, and not working at the CFD anymore; that doesn't mean that the promises that he made to her while they were still in Chicago didn't matter to him anymore. If anything, they mattered even more to him; as their marriage is the thing that he's going to hold onto the most, as it'll be a strong foundation.

It's the foundation for their family, and it's what they are going to make sure that they always hold on to when stuff gets hard a work; after all, they are going to be a team in that as well. Matt doesn't just plan on working with Kelly when it comes to the business; rather, he plans on working with Gabby first as she is his wife and partner in life. She will be the woman that he leans on the most, as she's going to know what his dreams are; and she's going to be there by his side cheering him on. And for that to happen, they are going to need to have a strong marriage; and possibly, a strong sex life. But that was not what he was thinking about at the moment, as their sex life didn't matter right now; what mattered right now was Matt telling his wife: (1) how much he loves her, and (2) how he doesn't want to go back and make the same mistakes that they made in the past. They are going to lean from their mistakes, and they will never do them again.

That's just a truth that Gabby is going to have to know, as he never wants to put their marriage at risk ever again; if this company puts their marriage at risk, he is going to stop creating it right away…and he's going to make sure they are strong before they do anything else. He doesn't care that Kelly is currently here, and dependant on him creating the company so that he can have a job; he's more concerned about his marriage, and making sure that they are stable. He believes that's what they already are, now to just make sure that Gabby feels the same way about their marriage; that she also believes that their marriage is strong, and that they are going to be together for the rest of their lives (because they are). Matt can't see a life without Gabby as his wife, and that just makes him smile more than anything in the entire world; Gabby truly is the woman of his dreams, and he can't wait to raise their family together for the rest of their lives…here in Hawaii.

And if he has to tell her that every single day for the rest of their lives, then he's going to do that; as he wants Gabby to get it drilled in her brain that they're forever, and that there's no future where they aren't married and raising their kids together. And there's also no future where she's not going to give him a daughter in the future, which is something that he definitely wants to have. Matt wants a baby girl in the future, and Gabby is going to be the mother of all of his children. And that's not a wish that he has for the future. Rather, that's a statement that he's making; a statement that will always be true, because (like he just said)…she is the only woman that he will ever have kids with. Now, time to just tell his wife that; and make sure that she hears him clearly. Staring at his girl as he walked out of the bathroom after shaving a bit more (he already shaved a bit this morning), Matt smirked at the sight of her wearing some lingerie that he really enjoys.

Just making his way over to his beautiful wife, Matt smirked while shaking his head. "God, I am really not worthy of you." Gabby laughed as she heard Matt say that, watching as he made his way over to her this morning. "I can say the same about you." Matt shook his head when Gabby told him that, as that will never be the truth; Gabby is the love of his life, and he will always be much less worthy of her after all that he's put her through. (After all, he's the one who yelled at her when they had that fight). Just walking up to his queen, Matt smiled as he looked at his girl and stared at her. Afterwards, he wrapped his arms around her and smirked as this was everything that they both wanted right now. Just standing close to Gabby, Matt smirked as he pushed a strand of her hair behind her ear. He then went ahead and kissed her softly, taking things nice and slow with his girl. "I love you." Gabby agreed with Matt when he told her that. "Well, I can definitely tell that's true."

Matt was a bit confused when he heard Gabby tell him that, as he didn't really understand how that was the case. "How?" Gabby smiled when Matt asked her how she knew that he loves her, and that was based on how they just had a bunch of fun with each other in the shower. Fun that she especially enjoys when she's pregnant with their children. "I can tell because of how much fun we just had with each other in the shower, fun that I know you'll only have with the woman you love more than anything the entire world." Matt smirked when he heard Gabby tell him that, as that was the truth. "Oh, now isn't that the truth?" Stepping extremely close to her, Matt smirked when he felt Gabby put her hand on his abs; moving his hand to her neck, Matt then leaned in and proceeded to kiss her softly. "Listen, you said that you wanted to talk to me about something in the shower." Matt then bent down and proceeded to kiss Gabby's neck as a way to tease her.

Agreeing with Matt when he asked her about what she wanted to talk about in the shower, she took a breath. "Yeah, I did want to talk to you about something. I think that you already know what it is though." Matt agreed with Gabby when she told him that, as he was well aware of just what she wanted to talk to him about when they're in bed with each other. "Oh, I am well aware of just what you want to talk to me about when we're in bed based on what you told me in the shower; and that's why I want us to get in bed together, so that we can talk about it right away." Gabby agreed with Matt when he told her that, agreeing that it was the right thing to do. They need to get in bed and talk to each other so that they can make sure that they're okay, which they will always be for what it's worth; they have both already made it through the worst time in their marriage, which you have already read about in this story. But this, this is going to be a much easier time.

A time where they can relax and just take it easy with each other. "We'll talk about business later okay? Right now, we're going to sit in bed, and we're going to talk about our marriage; and how you are my world first. And even better, how that's never going to change just because we are starting a business with each other; that's a promise that I can already make to you babe, because I love you more than anything in the entire world." Gabby smiled at Matt when he told her that. "Do you want to stay in your boxers as we talk or…" Matt smiled at his girl when she asked him that. "I'm leaving it up to you. I mean, you are wearing this sexy lingerie for me. Lingerie that looks perfect around your baby bump." Gabby agreed with Matt when he said that, before smiling at her man. "I don't want to have sex." Matt agreed with Gabby when she said that, moving his hands next to his wife on the footboard of their bed. At the same time, Gabby put her hands on his chest.

Staring into each other's eyes, Matt, and Gabby both smiled due to the fact that they are very happy with each other. "We aren't going to be able to do this too much when my sister's here, she's going to want to spend time with me since she isn't moving here." Gabby agreed with Matt when he told her that, smiling at him. "I know, but for now we can take it easy and relax." Matt smirked when she told him that. "But no sex unfortunately." Gabby shook her head. "Shut up, and just get in bed. I want to relax and take it easy today." Matt agreed with his beautiful wife when she said that, well aware that was the case. I mean, what woman doesn't want to hold her husband close to her when she's hormonal and pregnant. Grabbing Gabby's hand, Matt smiled as he proceeded to lead her towards their bed where they're going to relax for a while; which is exactly what they need to do with each other at the moment. Gabby's stressed and just needs to relax right now.

Crawling into bed with Gabby, clad in nothing but his boxers; Matt smiled as he got nice and close to her so that they were laying down next to each other. And let's just say that Gabby was very happy over the fact that they are now laying down next to each other. Just bringing Gabby right against him, Matt smiled as he grabbed the covers and then tugged them up on top of the both of them as a way to make them comfortable; it was always their favorite way to hold each other, as there truly is nothing like holding your spouse in your arms while you're relaxing in bed with them. And lucky for Matt, that was exactly what he's in the midst of doing at the moment. He's holding Gabby close to him as he took it easy with her, sharing a nice kiss as they waited to talk to each other for a bit. They didn't want to start yet, as they wanted to relax and just get nice and comfortable with each other first; and that was exactly why they were sharing a kiss right now.

"No sex this afternoon, or tonight okay?" Matt agreed with Gabby when she told me that, smiling as he put his hand on her stomach and just held her close; God, the way they are both holding each other close at the moment is absolutely perfect, and everything that the couple want to be doing right now. Gabby is the woman of Matt's dreams, and she is also pregnant with their children. "How are you feeling right now? You happy to be pregnant with the kids?" Gabby smiled when Matt asked her if she was happy to be pregnant with their kids. "I think it's safe for us to start using their names." Matt laughed when he heard Gabby say that, smiling at the both of them. "Gabriel and Matteo." Gabby smiled when she heard Matt say that, putting her hand on his face before kissing him softly. And let's just say that it was exactly what she wanted right now. She wanted her husband to hold her close as they relax in bed with each other and concentrate on what matters right now.

And that would be the both of them. Stroking Gabby's stomach with his thumb, Matt smiled at his girl. "Listen, before we go ahead and talk about the business; we both know that there's something else that we need to talk about first, and that's what you mentioned in the shower." Gabby agreed with Matt as he told her that, deciding to wrap her arms around his neck as she slipped her legs in between his as much as she could; that being due to the fact that there was something big in between them. "Sorry that I can't be as close to you as I used to be able to." Matt shook his head when he heard Gabby tell him that, not wanting to hear that apology, as he would much rather there be a baby bump in between the both of them than not. This distance that they have in between the both of them is fine, due to the fact that it means that he's going to be a dad. "Hey, don't you dare apologize for this baby. I have always wanted to be a dad, and that's the reason for it."

Gabby agreed with Matt as he told her that, smiling as she leaned in and kissed her loving husband softly; god, the feeling of his lips on hers is incredible…and she's so glad that he's her husband. Oh, and that he's going to be her husband for the rest of her life. "I am wearing this lingerie until tomorrow morning, and you aren't going to take it off; do you understand that Mr. Casey?" Matt smirked when he heard Gabby say that. "Last time I checked, I was the CEO." Gabby shook her head. "Not unless you want to get kneed where the sun doesn't shine!" Matt laughed as he heard Gabby say that, agreeing with the woman of his dreams. "Okay then, I am going to shut up." Gabby agreed with Matt as he told her that. "Yeah, you better shut up; or else I'm taking Christmas." Matt just looked at her when she said that. "Oh no. No, no, no. You are not taking Christmas from me. Not when it's the last day we have a chance to do it before my sister comes here with my niece."

Gabby smirked as he looked at Matt. "Our niece, and I can't wait to see Violet again." Matt agreed with Gabby when she told him that, smiling as he felt the same way. "Yeah, I feel the same way as I have missed her." Gabby smiled when she heard Matt say that, as he truly is a real family man; which is something that she really loves about him. "God, I feel like such an idiot for thinking that you would ever put work ahead of me or our family; you are such a family man, even with your sister and niece." Matt sighed when he heard Gabby call herself an idiot, because she is never going to be an idiot; however, she was a bit in that case. "No comment." Gabby then moved her knee to his groin. "What was that? Did you just indirectly call me an idiot?" Feeling Gabby's knee next to his groin, Matt made sure to say the right thin. "Of course not. I love you baby." Gabby just nodded as she heard Matt tell her that. "Yeah, good save." Matt just smiled at his beautiful wife.

Grabbing the back of Matt's head, Gabby smiled as she kissed him softly. Just taking things nice and slow with each other, Matt and Gabby both smirked as this was exactly what the couple wanted to be doing with each other right now. "I love you, and I hope you know that." Gabby agreed with Matt when he asked her if she knew that he loved her. "Of course I know that baby." Matt smiled at her. "And that's why you're going to be first, above all else. Business will always come last. My family comes first, because they are the people I love; and nobody messes with the people I love, not even the people who want to help me make money for my family." Gabby agreed with Matt when he told her that, smirking as she wrapped her arms around his neck. Just taking things nice and slow with the man she loves, Gabby smirked due to the fact that he truly was just that. Matt truly is the man she loves more than anything in the entire world, and she's proud to call him hers.

Gabby's POV:
Staring into Matt's eyes as we held each other close, I smiled as I couldn't help but think about the fact that I am extremely proud to have the ability to call this man my husband. And I truly mean that more than anything in the entire world. Matt is just the best husband, and the only man that I have ever wanted to call my husband in life. And I honestly believe that he is going to be an even better daddy to our boys. Well, I think it's going to be daddy. "Just curious, have you decided yet what you're going to be to our boys?" Matt was confused when I asked him that, looking up at me. "What?"
