Hi Readers: What did you guys think of the New Year's Eve chapters that I have written for you guys. I know that there's only going to be a few based on how far into the day we are, but that' simply because I really want to get to the kids as soon as I can without skipping too much. But hey, at least I am skipping only an hour or so. Hope you continue to enjoy.

Chapter One Hundred and Five: Ringing in 2019
Part Five: Time Alone, Relaxing in Bed to End the Year

9 PM – Casey Primary Suite
She thought that them coming up to their bedroom would lead to them getting a bit more intimate with each other than she ever truly expected to get with Matt tonight, but it turned out what was not the reason why Matt was interested in coming upstairs this evening; rather, it was due to the fact that he had something on his mind this evening. Something was preventing him from making his way into the bathroom to join his wife in the bath that they originally said that they would take together, as he was instead just standing at the window that was closest to their bed; looking outside this evening, Matt tried to think about what he should be doing with his wife tonight…he couldn't help but think about Kelly. How his father's death is still bothering him, and how he didn't see the signs; nor did he think about it, as he didn't remember grieving this bad for his father. Then again, maybe it was due to the fact that he wasn't his biggest fan.

And we all know why that's the case. You abusing your son will definitely not make them want to grieve for you, when that's not the feeling that they're dealing with at the moment; rather, he was relieved and just glad to no longer have that monster in his life anymore. However, that didn't mean that not having his mom in his life was the easiest thing; because that wasn't hard, and it was actually quite hard at the end of the day. They had a lot to deal with, and he's just glad that he's made it out alive. But still, that didn't mean that he was happy over the fact that he didn't even notice the fact that his friend was still grieving; as he truly believes that he, of all people, should've realized that was something that he was still dealing with. But, that's not something that he should have to think about; at least that's what he thinks Gabby is about to tell him as she walked up to him at the window this evening. Rubbing his arm, Gabby turned her husband to face her.

"Hey, you okay?" Turning to look at his wife, Matt took a breath as he stepped close to her and then wrapped his arms around his wife. Putting her hands on Matt's arms, Gabby smirked when she felt Matt put his hands on her butt. "Baby, what's going on?" Matt took a breath. "I guess, I'm just beating myself up for not noticing that Kelly was still grieving." Gabby agreed with Matt when he told her that, getting close to him before laying her head down on his chest; at the same time, Matt put his hands on her stomach and kissed her forehead softly. "Did you already fill up the bath? Because we can go in." Gabby then looked up at Matt, smiling at him. "Baby let's wait until tomorrow. I can see that you're distracted tonight." Matt took a breath when Gabby said that, hating that it was the truth. "Do you just want to lay down in bed and talk baby?" Matt bit his lip when Gabby asked him whether he wants to lay down in bed, and just talk right now.

"Would you be mad if I said that I liked that idea? I just don't…" Interrupting her husband, Gabby kissed him softly while wrapping her arms around his waist. "Then don't worry about a bath tonight baby, we can just relax and take it easy with each other in bed. Well, just cuddle. I mean, I'm already in my lingerie; and you're already in your boxers. So, we might as well just get in bed together. Plus, I would love to just cuddle up to you and feel your hand on my body. We can share a kiss, as we talk right now. I know that's what you need baby." Matt agreed with his beautiful wife when she said that, moving his hand to her neck before stepping close to her and kissing her softly. Taking things nice and slow with her loving husband, Gabby smiled before feeling him pick her up in his arms. Wrapping Gabby's legs around his waist, Matt smirked as he prided himself in still being able to carry his beautiful wife in his arms; even though she's pregnant, he can still do it.

And that was actually a turn on for Gabby, as it means that her husband is quite strong. I mean, what wife doesn't like it when her husband has the ability to carry her in his arms; regardless of the fact that she's pregnant with their child? Wrapping her arms around Matt's neck, Gabby smiled as she leaned in and proceeded kiss him softly. At the same time, Matt smirked as he carried his gorgeous wife right over to their bed; the bed that they were going to be staying in for most of the day tomorrow, as they just rest and take it easy before they get back to work on the company. Putting his hand on Gabby's neck, Matt smirked as he took things nice and slow with her; after which, he bent down and went ahead to kiss her neck. Sucking on it, Matt smirked as he was really happy. However, that was just made ever better when his gorgeous wife started to moan for him. Grabbing the back of Matt's head, Gabby moaned as he gave her a bit of pleasure right now.

"Oh baby, I love it when you do that to me." Matt smirked when he heard Gabby say that, pulling his lips away from her neck before putting his hands next to her on their bed; bending down, he stole a kiss from her lips and smirked. "I love you." Gabby agreed with Matt when he told her that he loves her. "I love you too. However, I think we agreed that we're going to relax this evening." Matt agreed with his beautiful wife when she said that. "Yes, we are." Gabby agreed with Matt when she heard him say that, moving to open the covers so that they can both get into bed together this evening; before watching as Matt decided to help her do that. Turning her head, Gabby smiled as she looked at him; after all, she did appreciate the helping hand that he just gave to her in order to open the covers properly ahead of them getting in bed together. "Thanks baby." Matt shook his head. "No need to thank me, I just wanted to help you get comfortable."

Gabby then decided to get up on her knees and made her way over to Matt's side of the bed, standing there on her needs as she watched Matt get close to her. Wrapping his arms around Gabby, Matt smiled as he looked at her. "Hi you." Gabby smiled as she heard Matt say that, before wrapping her arms around his neck. "I'm not working of such a loving husband like you." Matt smirked as he heard Gabby say that, before leaning in and kissing Gabby softly. "And I'm not worthy of such a sexy, pregnant wife like you; but you're stuck with me, because you love me…and because you're having my sons." Gabby smiled as she heard Matt tell her that. "So, who do you think is the first one of us who's going to fall asleep tonight?" Matt laughed when he heard Gabby ask him that. "I think that we both know it's going to be you, as you're the pregnant one." Gabby laughed when she heard Matt say that. "Listen, let's not argue when I would rather be in bed with you."

Matt agreed with his beautiful wife when she said that, just smiling as that was exactly what he wanted to do too. He wants to get in bed with her, rather than argue about such stupid things. "Anyways, the things we're about to argue about are so trivial and stupid." Gabby agreed with Matt when he told her that, glad that they are on t he same page when it comes to that. She then kissed him once again, smirking as she put her hand on his cheek. Just taking things nice and slow with her husband, Gabby smiled due to the fact that she's really happy right now. Matt's the man of her dreams, and that will never change as she's so happy for her to ever let him leave her. "Listen, how about we get in bed and cuddle up to you?" Matt smiled when he heard Gabby say that, as that was what they always did. She cuddled up to him (as much as she could). "Well, as much as you can." Gabby then shook her head. "Do you want to hold me in bed?" Matt agreed with Gabby.

"Then shut up and let me go so that I can lay down. Then, we can hold each other in bed." Matt agreed with his beautiful wife when she said that, smiling as he let his wife go. Afterwards, he leaned back and just watched as Gabby proceeded to lay down in bed quite seductively; and let's just say that left him in awe, and quite turned on. "Oh, now that's just not fair!" Gabby laughed as she heard her husband say that, proceeding to lay down in bed with her lingerie revealed. "You know, I could always wear stuff on top of my lingerie tomorrow." Matt smirked when he heard Gabby say that, going to grab the TV remote so that he can turn the NYE celebrations on. After putting it on the right channel, Matt smiled as he set the remote back down before proceeding to climb into bed with the woman he loves more than anything in the entire world. Laying down on her side as she looked at Matt, Gabby smirked. "You like the lingerie that I'm wearing, don't you?"

Agreeing with his wife, Matt smiled as he got close to her and then wrapped his arm around her to bring her (and their kids) against his chest. "Oh, you like having me against your chest; don't you Mr. Casey?" Matt agreed with his wife when she asked him whether he likes to bring her against his wife, which he loves doing. "I love holding you and the kids against my chest; because it means that I'm holding you against my family close, which is something I want to do for the rest of my life." Gabby agreed with her husband when he told her that, smiling at her. "Think we can do something?" Matt smiled when Gabby asked him that. "And no, it's no sex." Matt laughed. "Then what is it?" Gabby smiled when she looked into Matt's eyes. "I want to talk about this past year. Just think about everything that's happened, and maybe just think about how we screwed things up so that we don't do that ever again?" Matt sighed when he heard that, as he was worried.

"Gabby, are you sure that's a good idea? I mean, then you might get worried; and we both know that's not good for the babies, rather it's unhealthy for them. Honey, you need to relax and concentrate on your health first." Gabby agreed with Matt when he told her that. "I mean the good parts. I just want to talk about how I'm proud of the past six months. The way we made our way back to each other." Matt agreed with Gabby when she told him that, smiling as he definitely feels the same way. "Well, I definitely feel the same way when it comes to that. I hope you know that baby." Gabby agreed with Matt when he said that, taking a breath before looking down. "Hey, you have something else on your mind. Gabby, you can talk to me." Matt then pressed his lips against Gabby's forever, making sure that she knows that he's here for her; which is something that will always be the truth. "Gabby, what's going on?" Gabby sighed as she looked at Matt.

"I'm still thinking about how this is our last New Year's Eve as just husband and wife, and I guess…" Matt then started to realize why she wanted to come up here rather than stay with their friends. "It's why you really wanted to come up here rather than stay with Kelly and Stella?" Gabby took a breath when she heard Matt ask her that. "Does that make me sound selfish?" Matt shook his head when Gabby asked him whether it makes her sound selfish, because it doesn't. "Hey, of course it doesn't make you sound selfish baby." Gabby just looked down, not really believing him at the moment; however, Matt was not going to have that. Moving his finger under Gabby's chin, Matt pushed hi up and moved as close as he could to her. Slipping her legs in between his, Gabby moved her arm under Matt's head while he also bent down and kissed her softly this New Year's Even; it just being the perfect way for them to start their time in bed with each other.

Taking things nice and slow with his beautiful wife, Matt smiled as he leaned his forehead against hers and then stroked her cheekbone with his thumb; which is his way of making sure that his wife stays close to him, as that's exactly what he wants right now when they need to talk. "Baby, you have every right to want to be alone with me whenever you want; especially when it's our last New Year's Eve without kids." Gabby took a breath when she heard Matt say that again, she just looked down. "Hey, do you not like it when I say that?" Gabby sighed. "I'm just not ready to acknowledge it, and I hate that I'm feeling this way." Gabby said, saying the last part in a semi-yelling tone; and that was due to the fact that she's a bit frustrated at the moment, and Matt doesn't understand why she's frustrated at the moment. "Hey, why are you frustrated?" Gabby took a breath. "I'm guess it's just hitting me, that moments like these are going to be less."

Grabbing Gabby's hand, Matt looked at his wife this evening; giving her his complete attention, as that's what she needs right now. "I mean, we aren't going to be able to do this next year because we're going to have two boys; and we're going to have a business to run. And I know you say that we're not going to stop putting us first but…." Matt just understood what this time in bed is really about, Gabby wants to hold onto him longer. Getting close to his wife, Matt wrapped his arms around her and just held her close; after all, that's exactly what she needs from him at the moment. She needs him to hold her and make her feel better rather than make her feel bad. But still, Gabby does hate that she's feeling this way. "Sorry I…" Matt then proceeded to press a kiss to her forehead. "Hey, not right now. Let's just take a minute to breathe, and make sure that you calm down for the babies okay Gabby? Take a breath, and we can take after you breathe for the twins."

Gabby agreed with Matt as he told her that, proceeding to do just that for him.

Matt's POV:
After spending a good 15-20 minutes just breathing and making sure that Gabby calmed down, I looked at my beautiful wife while smiling at her. After all, I love her more than anything; and I so glad that this is what we're in the midst of doing right now. Just holding each other close, as we relax in bed and just concentrate on each other. And with Gabby being right against me in bed, with her hand on my chest; it allowed me to be very intimate with her, and just stroke her hand with my thumb. Pressing my lips to her forehead, I smiled as I'm very happy right now. "Are you all calm now?" Gabby took a breath, agreeing with me when I asked her whether she's calm now. "I think I am." I agreed with Gabby when she told me that, kissing her forehead softly. "I think you are too, I can feel you breathe more; and I really appreciate that you did that for me and the babies." Gabby agreed with me when I said that. "Me too." I smiled, agreeing with Gabby when she said that.

"Now listen, I am going to talk; and you're going to listen about what you told me okay?" Gabby agreed with me when I said that. "Baby, I already told you this countless times before; but I am going to tell you this again so that we can make sure that we're on the same page. Gabby, YOU'RE my priority in life today, tomorrow, and forever. Gabby, you and the boys are going to be my world; and I want to make you a promise." Gabby looked into my eyes as I told her that. "For the rest of my life, we will share a bed. I am going to take you and the kids with me if we go on a business trip, because I want to have the boys with me. I want to raise the kids with you, and I want to see them every single day; unless we're on a romantic vacation, then I always want them with us when we're away. And I mean that, because I love you and the boys so much." Gabby smiled when I said that, blushing a bit (even though she knew that it was the truth right away); it always will be.

Pressing my lips to her forehead, I smiled as I'm really happy to be laying down close to the woman I love. This truly is my dream life, and I am so glad that we're in the midst of holding each other close right now. It's exactly what we both need to go, and we just need to take it easy and relax. "Gabby, you know that right?" Gabby agreed with me when I asked her whether she knew what I was saying was the truth. "Yeah, I know that." I smiled at her when she told me that. "Now listen, I want to address the thing about how you said that moments like this are going to become less an less." Gabby took a breath, agreeing with me. "I hate that." I smiled at my girl. "Hey, you don't need to; because you aren't going to have to miss these moments with me baby." Gabby took up at me when I said that, seemingly confused as I told her that she's not going to have to miss these moments with me. "Baby, what are you talking about…we're going to have kids, and it means…"

I then proceeded to speak to her. "It doesn't change a thing in the schedule that I want to keep, as I want to stay in bed each and every night with you; sure, we might have to be quiet like this…but that doesn't mean that I'm going to want to change what we do just because we have kids. Gabby, we're husband and wife first and foremost. I am not going to change my daily schedule just because we have kids, because I love you too much to do that. I want to do whatever I can to make sure that we spend as much time together as possible, as that's what I love doing the most baby. You're my girl, and my miracle. I love you so much." Gabby agreed with me as I told her that, smiling as she leaned in and kissed me softly; after which, I just started to take things nice and slow with her. However, what we didn't expect was that we'd be disturbed. "Oh, there you guys are." Turning my head, I saw Stella there at the door. Pulling away, I smiled at her. "Oh, hey Stella."

Rolling over, Gabby looked at her best friend; meanwhile, I got close to her from behind and then kissed her back softly. "Sorry, am I disturbing?" Gabby shook her head. "No, but we thought that we'd leave you and Kelly be…you guys fell asleep." Stella agreed with Gabby when she said that, smiling at her. "Yeah, I realize that now. Sorry about that." I shook my head when Stella said that. "It's fine Stella. If you're tired, then you guys should relax." Stella then smirked as she looked at me. "And because it gives you an excuse to get your wife in bed." I just laughed when she said that. "No, because we aren't having sex tonight. We were just talking about stuff between husband and wife, and how we're not going to have to worry about loosing alone time like this just because we're going to have kids." Stella just looked at Gabby when I said that. "Girl, are you serious? Your husband is addicted to you! You are never going to have to worry about that."

Gabby's POV:
When I heard Stella say that Matt's addicted to me, I smiled as I looked over my shoulder and then stared at my loving husband. "Yeah, I guess you're right." Stella agreed with me when I said that. "I don't just think I'm right, I know I'm right. Girl, he stares at you whenever you're walking by him…add in that lingerie, and I'm sure that he's desperate to have you tonight." Matt smiled when she said that. "We're just relaxing and talking about how this is our last New Year's Eve without kids." Stella agreed with Matt when he said that, smiling at him. "Which is why you guys should take this time to be with each other. Please, just take it easy guys and relax. Now, tomorrow…" Matt then smiled at her. "Tomorrow, we're going to just take it easy and relax in here. I want to start 2019 with my wife in bed, because we're going to have a busy year." Stella agreed with Matt when he said that. "I was going to suggest the same thing. Plus, I think Kelly needs me right now."

Matt then got worried. "Wait, is he…" Stella then calmed him down. "Take it easy Matt, he's fine. I just want to talk to him and take it easy with my boyfriend, which is something that I can do alone; without your presence needed." I then realized what my best friend wanted. "Oh, I understand what you mean." Stella smirked when I said that, clearly able to see that I get what she's saying. However, the same couldn't be said for my husband. Turning my head, I just shook my head and looked at my loving husband. "Sex baby, sex." Matt then got a bit embarrassed when I had to point it out that she was talking about sex, as he wanted it too. "Sorry, that was embarrassing." Stella agreed with Matt when he said that, smiling at him. "I will tell you when Kelly is good for work, we may not be ready right away." Matt smiled. "How about we wait a bit then? We can relax, as me and Gabby need to do stuff for another important person in our life."

Putting his hand on my stomach, Matt smiled as he was referring to the twins. "Yeah, we can do shopping and stuff." Stella then looked at me. "I thought we were going to do shopping." I smiled at her. "I want to shop with my husband too, for like plushies and stuff. Maybe get some rattles and stuff." Matt laughed. "Yeah, I am not getting rattles when they are going to drive me nuts." I then turned to look at my husband, rolling over before cuddling up to him. I then put my hand on his cheek and whispered to him. "Do you want sex tomorrow?" Turning his head, Matt agreed with me. "Of course I do, you know that I want it right after you take off this lingerie; like when you go take a shower." I agreed with Matt when he told me that, leaning up to kiss him softly. "Then we're doing rattles as it's culture." Matt was confused. "More maracas than rattles. It's Hispanic stuff." Matt agreed with me when I said that, nodding as he kissed me softly. "I understand now."

Taking things slow with my loving husband, I smiled at him before I felt him wave to Stella. Laughing as he did that, I shook my head as it was funny. Meanwhile, Stella just complied. "Happy New Year guys." I agreed with Stella when she told me that. "Happy New Year girl. Love you." Stella agreed with me when I said that. "Yeah, yeah; we love you too." I just smiled when I heard her say that, hearing her walk away. Afterwards, I resumed what I was doing before and kissed Matt softly. Running my finger down his cheekbone, I smiled at Matt. "I still want to get them some of the classics. I know that they'll drive you nuts baby, but I want to give you the entire experience; the experience that you've been waiting so long for, that we've both been waiting so long for." Matt agreed with me as I told him that, putting his hand on my side before stroking my lingerie with his thumb. He then kissed my forehead while whispering to me about my plans for shopping.

"Baby, does this have anything about our previous baby? The baby that we lost? Are you trying to do whatever you can to make sure that we have that entire experience since we're having twins?" I took a breath when Matt asked me that, hating that I was even thinking that way. "Would you be mad if I said yes?" Matt shook his head when I asked him whether he'd be mad if I said yes. "Hey, of course not baby; I understand why you want that, because I want that too. I hate that we didn't get a chance to meet our baby. And I feel like us having twins just makes up for the fact that we didn't get to meet our first baby, which is just incredible; especially since I always thought that we were going to have a boy that time around." I was a bit taken aback when I heard that. "You thought we were having a boy?" Matt agreed with me when I asked him whether he thought that we were having a boy the first time we were pregnant. "Why, what did you think?"

I bit my lip when Matt asked me what I thought we were having. "Selfishly, I wanted to have a daughter named Shay Casey."
