I only own my OCs, I do not own Tess, Bentley, Qwark, Carmelita, or any Van Helsing characters

Inside a cave Taylor groans, and said, "Ow, my head."

"Yeah, sorry about that," said a voice, Taylor looked, and the source of the voice said, "Hey, Taylor."

"Captain Qwark!" Taylor said, she then hugged the superhero, and said, "I can't believe I finally found you!"

"Yeah, well, it seems there was some bad reception here, but I had help," Qwark said, turning to show two more familiar faces.

"Victoria, Francine," Taylor said.

"Long time, no spark, Taylor Fearbrave," Francine said.

"I am happy to see you," Victoria said.

"It's very nice to see you girls too," Taylor said. She looks around, and asked, "Where's Tess, Anna, and Van Helsing?"

Qwark then replied, "Yeah, I left Tess with the other two that dropped in."

"Just hope they will be nice to our cousin," Francine said.

Taylor was shocked, and said, "We better see them, now!"

In another part of the cavern, Anna moans as she was waking up from her fall. Tess then said, "I am happy you're okay."

"Tess," Anna said, she looks around and asked, "Where's Taylor?"

Tess was about to reply, until Van Helsing covered both their mouths, shushed then and whispers, "There's something down here," Anna takes out he sword, while Van Helsing examines the area, he first sees a pile of bones, and said, "And it's carnivorous," he takes a book, which is the Bible, and said, "Whatever it is, it appears to be... human," he sees footprints, and said, "I'd say he's a size 17, around 360 pounds, eight and a half to nine feet tall, and has a bad gimp in his right leg," he then said, while moving his coat to get his pistol ready, "and, uh, three copper teeth."

"How do you know he has copper teeth?" Tess asked.

"Because he's standing right behind you two," Van Helsing replied, then moves quickly and shouts, "Move!" Anna falls to the ground, while the creature push Van Helsing disarming him, and into the water.

The creatures hood fell off to reveal a person with grey skin and stitches. Scared at this, Anna said, "Oh, my gosh!" she backs away by crawling, and said, "The Frankenstein monster!"

"'Monster'? Who's the monster here?" the creature asked, then yells, grabs Anna, lifting her up, and said, "I've done nothing wrong! And yet you and your kind all wish me dead!" Van Helsing pushes the creature, causing him to let go of Anna, and hitting him in the wall, breaking him a bit, but was still alive Van Helsing tries to grab the source of his power, but gets shocked and flies back into the water.

"You seem to love taking a dip," Tess said to Van Helsing.

Frankenstein's creation puts his face back together and chases Anna again. Cornered, Anna then asked, "What do you want?"

He stopped, and replied, "To exist."

Suddenly there were some noises, causing him to groan, Tess notices Van Helsing is using a blow dart tube.

"Frank!" shouts a voice, the trio looked up and see Taylor with three others, one looks a lot like the creature, or Frank as one of them said.

The group went down, and two of them shield him, then the human girl said, "Do not hurt our cousin!"

Anna grabs Van Helsing's pistol, but Van Helsing stops her and said, "No!"

"We must kill it!" Anna said.

"Wait," Van Helsing said.

"Over our dead bodies," said the other girl who looked like Frank.

"Let's not go that far, Francine," Taylor said.

"If you value your lives and the lives of your kind, you will kill me!" Frank said.

Anna was about to point the gun again, but Van Helsing stops her and said, "No!"

"If Dracula finds me-" he pauses, then said, "I am the key to my father's machine. The key to life-" he pauses, and said, "life of Dracula's children."

"He already awakened them last night," said Van Helsing.

Frank chuckled, and said, "Those were from only one bride- from a single birthing," he paused, and said, "And they died as they did the last time he tried," he catches his breath, then said, "Only with me... can he give them lasting life."

Van Helsing asked, "There are more? More of those things?"

"Thousands. Thousands more," Frank replied, until he then collapsed.

"Frank!" Francine and Victoria cried.

"He is fine, just knocked out," Van Helsing said, though thought of what Frank had said. Anna then thought, but soon walked forward to shoot him, but Van Helsing stopped her, and said, "No!"

"You heard what he said!" Anna said.

"My life, my-my job, is to vanquish evil," Van Helsing said, he then explains, "I can- I can sense evil. This thing, man, whatever it is, evil may have created it, may have left its mark on it, but evil does not rule it, so I cannot kill it."

Anna stops, but then said, "I can."

"Anna!" Taylor shouts.

"Not while I'm here," Van Helsing said, Anna looks at him, as he explains, "Anna, your family has spent 400 years trying to kill Dracula. Maybe this poor creature, Frank, can help us find a way."

Everyone knew he was right, despite they needed to Dracula alive, but then heard some rustling with some growling, the looked and see Velkan who then begins to climb out. Anna then shoots at him but missed as he gets away. She then said, "Oh, my gosh. He's seen us. Now they'll come for him, and neither any of us will be able to stop them."

Van Helsing replies, "If I can get him and his cousins to Rome, we can protect them there."

The group was back at the Valerious residents, where Carl explains as he, Bentley and Zandra were walking with Taylor and Van Helsing to some carriages, "Then the painting came alive. The two creatures attacked each other."

"What does it mean?" Taylor asked.

Bentley replies, "I don't know. But it could maybe be a clue."

Van Helsing then said, "Now, listen, Carl and Zandra, whatever you two do, don't stare at them, well two of them."

He opened the door of one of the carriages to reveal Frank, Francine, and Victoria with Lupe and Chiyo, while Chiyo was in her bat form and Frank was chained up, grunting and struggling in his chains.

"The creature's still alive?!" Zandra asked in shock.

"I'm staring at the two of them," Carl said, he looks at Van Helsing, asked, "Is that a man and a girl?"

Van Helsing grabs Carl and Zandra, puts them in the carriage while he replies, "Actually, it's seven men and girls. Parts of them, anyway."

"Hey, I was made by a mannequin," Francine said.

Frank then shouts out, "By exposing me, you have condemned me! Me, my cousins, and all of you humanity!"

Anna closes the door of the carriage, to stop hearing Frank's ranting, then said, "Nothing is faster than Transylvanian horses, not even a werewolf," she smiles, and said, "Anything else, you're all on your own," she then walks off.

Taylor then said, "This is going to be one heck of a road trip."

Another chapter done. So, Taylor finally found Qwark, along with the Frankenstein Monster, who I call Frank. I wonder what type of road trip the group will experience.
