I only own my OCs, I do not own Tess, Bentley, Qwark, Carmelita, or any Van Helsing characters.

The horses whinnied as they leave the cliff and back into the forest.

In the carriage, Chiyo looks around, and asked, "Where's Lupe?" Suddenly Zandra, Carl were shocked to see a werewolf, causing Chiyo to say, "That's not Lupe!" Frank, Victoria, and Francine see the werewolf, causing Frank to yells.

Outside, Taylor, Tess, Anna, and Van Hesling look up and see Velkan roaring, but also flinching from the flames, but both Van Helsing and Taylor notice Lupe was getting up as well.

In the carriage, the ceiling ripped, and fire seemed, causing Chiyo, Zandra, and Carl to gasp while Frank and Francine yell to get away from the fire.

"Jump!" Van Helsing commanded Taylor, Anna, and Tess, while Velkan roared.

Frank and Francine continue to cower at the flames but heard Van Helsing as well.

Anna, Taylor, Tess jumped, while Taylor yelled, "Tuck and roll!" Everyone in the carriage did as well. Van Helsing then jumps while Velkan pounces at him, but Lupe pounces on him as well. All three hit the ground and rolled, while the fire breaks the thing where the horses were, and the carriage exploded.

The next morning, Anna, Taylor, and Tess soon walk around, until they see a rock. Near it they see Lupe and she was holding someone. It was Velkan, all clothed.

"Velkan," Anna said.

Lupe sees her, and said, "It's okay, he's alive, I saved him by biting him."

Velkan soon woke up, and said, "Anna, forgive me of what I have done," he then felt something, and said, "I feel great, not only I don't feel my suffering, but I don't feel that Dracula has control over me."

Lupe soon said, "That is because of me, despite the control part is gone, you still have the curse, but you can change at will now."

Anna was happy she got her brother back, ran forth and hugged Lupe, and saying, "Thank you, Lupe."

Lupe smiled, and said, "De nada, Anna."

Taylor's goggles vibrated, and the diamond on her staff glowed, she knows this is a 'What if' Future Vision, so she puts on her goggles and sees what's in the diamond.

Taylor sees Velkan in his werewolf form, pouncing at Van Helsing, but this time the latter shoots the former.

Anna was alone, and sees something, and said, "Velkan," she goes to her brother in his human form, and said again while holding him, "Velkan."

Velkan looks at his sister, shaking, then said, "Anna," his sister was then crying, and he then said, "Forgive me," he then closed his eyes and passed on.

Anna was sad she was now truly the last of the Valerious, and said to her now dead brother, "I will see you again," and kissed him on his forehead. She sees Van Helsing approach her and she was angry. She gets up and said, "You killed him," pushed him to a tree and said, "You killed him!"

Van Helsing then said, "Now you know why they call me 'murderer.'"

Taylor's vision then faded to black.

Taylor takes off her goggles, and sees Van Helsing, he was holding his side, and asked, "What's wrong, Van Helsing, get a cramp?"

Lupe sees this, and said, "Perdoname, Senor Van Helsing, despite I saved Velkan, I was too late to stop him."

Everyone was confused until Anna notices blood on the part Van Helsing was holding, causing her to say, "Oh, my gosh," still confusing everyone until Anna looks at wounded monster hunter, and said, "You've been bitten."

This now shocked everyone, Anna backs away as Van Helsing groans in pain. Just then, Chiyo soon appeared, seeing Anna backing away, but then sees Aleera, and said, "Anna-san, look out!"

Anna sees Aleera, who the latter slaps the former and drags her off and carries her away.

"Anna!" Van Helsing shouts as he chases Aleera along with the others as she cackles. They stopped at a cliff, as they see Aleera carry off Anna. Van Helsing pants and said softly, "Anna."

"Van Helsing!" shouts Carl's voice, then he joined the group with Zandra, Frank, Francine and Victoria. Bentley, Carmelita and Qwark joined in as well after a portal opened up and let them out.

They look ahead, over a hill was a town, causing Velkan to say, "Budapest."

Walking in Budapest, the large group look around, while Frank and Francine kept some stuff on to cover their appearances. As they walked, they see Aleera land on a wall, with Nosfearatu in front of them. The former clicked her tongue, waved her finger, and said, "So much trouble to my master. So much trouble."

"What do you two want?" Van Helsing asked.

Nosfearatu replied, "My friend commands a trade. The monster and his cousins, " that caused Frank to growl softly as Nosfearatu continues, "for the princess."

"Somewhere public. Lots of people," Van Helsing said. Frank was scared as Van Helsing said, "A place where your master and friend will be less inclined to expose his- his other side."

Aleera then said, "Tomorrow night is Allhallows Eve. Here in Budapest, there is a wonderful masquerade ball," Aleera cackles and spins up to a wall.

Nosfearatu looked, and said, "See you all later," he opens a portal, went in it, and it closed up.

Van Helsing winces in pain again, causing Carl to ask, "Are you all right?"

"No," Van Helsing replied.

Frank yell, moved Van Helsing's coat and reveal the wound, then said, "He has been bitten- bitten by a werewolf!" Van Helsing fixes his coat, as Frank said, "Now you will become that which you have hunted so passionately."

Velkan and Lupe were not so happy at that, but then Van Helsing takes out his blow dart tube, and said to Frank, "I am sorry."

Frank then said, "May others be as passionate in the hunting of you."

Van Helsing shoots him, knocking him out, causing Victoria and Francine to shout, "Frank!"

They soon put Frank and his cousins in an area.

The rest of the group was walking out the area, which was a mausoleum, as Van Helsing said, "Well they won't find them in here."

"I'm sure this is some sort of sin," Carl said, dressed as a jester.

Van Helsing said, "Don't worry. God will forgive us. We need to save Anna"

Carl then asked, "You don't think the hat's a bit much, do you?"

"Not really," Zandra replied.

"Carl, help us!" Van Helsing said trying to get a cross tombstone to be moved.

"Oh, right," Carl said, helping the group, then he asked, "How many Commandments can we break in one day?"

"I don't know, maybe all of them?" Taylor asked, getting odd looks from everyone, she then said, "I was just trying to make a joke despite what is happening right now."

Carl then explains, "Anyway, according to the books, Van Helsing, you won't turn into a werewolf until the rising of your first full moon."

"That's about two nights from now," Chiyo said.

"That's right," Carl said, then continues to explain, "Even then, you'll still be able to fight Dracula's hold over you until the final stroke of midnight."

"Sounds like I have nothing to worry about," Van Helsing said.

"Oh, my gosh. You should be terrified," Carl said.

"Thank you," Van Helsing said.

Carl then said, "Sorry. Well, we still have 48 hours to find a solution."

"And to do that, we might need a smaller group," Taylor said, she thought, then said, "Bentley, Chiyo, Tess, I want you three to stay with us," the three nodded, then Taylor said, "Rest of you need to head back to Transylvania to the Valerious residence, going by Velkan and Lupe will make things a bit faster since werewolves do have super speed."

"Right," Velkan said.

"Si," Lupe replied as well as she quickly changes into her werewolf form, then looked at Velkan, and said, "Just think of your form and you can change."

Velkan did what Lupe suggests, and he was in his werewolf form, he then said, "This looks very weird."

"You'll get used to it, Velkan," Lupe said while nuzzling Carmelita and Zandra on her back.

Velkan then puts Qwark on his back and went off to the Valerious residence.

"Please watch over Zandra," Carl said to Lupe, who nodded and went off with Velkan. Carl looks at the mausoleum again, and asked, "You sure they can't get out of there?"

"Not without some help from the dead," Van Helsing replied.

"Don't jinx it, Van Helsing," Tess warned.

Little do they know, he just did.

Finally finished this chapter. So, Anna is captured, and Van Helsing was bitten by Velkan. What's going to happen in this ball? Anyway, if you're reading this, thanks for reading.
