I only own my OCs, I do not own Tess, Bentley, Qwark, Carmelita, or any Van Helsing characters.
The group soon hear some wheels rolling, then noticed a boat on wheels heading towards the water, and in it was Igor with Frank, Francine, and Victoria, while some dwerger were manning the oars. The hunchback made some indistinct shouts, while the group swim after them. Igor then said to his prisoners, "Say good-bye to your friends." The dwerger row as the group swam after them, while the hunchback chuckles and waves good-bye to them.
As they swam, Van Helsing and Taylor were stopped for a gate closed in front of them while the boat rows to a ship. Van Helsing then shouts to them, "We will find you! We'll get you three back and set you all free! I swear to God!"
The group soon see Aleera and Dracula flying over the ship and hear first the former cackling and the latter shrieking, he grunts at this, but Taylor said, "Stay calm, Van Helsing."
Van Helsing then said, "We must save them."
"No, you can't," Carl said.
"What?" Tess asked.
"Why?" Van Helsing asked.
Carl replies, "I cabled Rome early to apprise them of our situation."
"And?" Chiyo asked.
"What did they say?" Van Helsing asked.
Carl replies, "Even if you all somehow kill, or make mortal Dracula, Rome orders you all to destroy Frank and Francine as well."
"What!?" Taylor, Tess, Chiyo asked in shock.
"They aren't evil," Van Helsing objects.
Carl said, "Yes, but they say they aren't human either."
Van Helsing then asked, "Do they know them? Have they talked to them? Who are they to judge?"
Carl replies, "They want you two to destroy them so they can never be used to harm humanity."
"But Fearbrave Manor is a safe haven, they can be protected there," Taylor said, thinks then said, "Although, we should have done that in the first place."
Van Helsing then asked, "And what of me? Did you tell them what I'm to become?" He then grabs Carl by the throat, and yells, "Did they tell you how to kill me? The correct angle of the stake as it enters my heart? "
Everyone tries to stop him, while Anna shouts, "No!"
Van Helsing continues, "The exact measure of silver in each bullet? Huh?"
"No, I left you out," Carl replied as he was being choked.
"Van Helsing-chan, please, calm down," Chiyo said.
Suddenly Van Helsing lets out a growl, let's go of Carl, backs up to the gate, Van Helsing pants in those growls, and said to Carl, "I'm sorry," he looks at everyone, and said, "It's starting."
Everyone was concerned that Van Helsing was starting his werewolf transformation.
Another short chapter, sorry for this being late. Van Helsing really was a bit angry and shocked about what Rome wanted him to do to Frank and Francine.
