Hello Readers, and welcome to another day of chapters. Sorry that this one is already quite late, but I had something happen in the middle of me writing this chapter. Now, I hope that you enjoyed all of the chapters (including the dream chapter) that I wrote for you guys yesterday. If you did, I'd really like to hear back from you guys as to what you guys thought. Chapter One Hundred and Twenty

January 2nd, 2019 – Casey Living Room
She asked her husband to wake up earlier than normal, as she thought that there was going to be a chance that he might work on the company at some point today; so, she wanted to make sure that she got to spend a bit of quality time with her loving husband before he was stolen away from her for a while. Before he goes into his office with some other people, so that he can talk to them about what they're going to do (or he proposes that they do) in the company. And the truth was, Matt loved the idea when Gabby first proposed it the night before; and so, they decided to do just that last night. They decided to take a moment alone this morning, somewhere other than in their bed; something non-sexual, in another place in their home (more specifically, a public space such as their living room). Well, less sexual at least. And that was currently what they are in the midst of doing with each other, as they cuddled up to each other on the couch this morning.

And even better, Gabby was extremely comfortable as they did exactly what she wanted to do this morning, especially as she felt her loving husband wrap his arms around her and put one of his hands on her stomach; the stomach that was still growing each and every day, and full of the delicious egg breakfast that he made for the both of them today while she took a shower. Yes, the couple ended up taking individual showers; this was so that they didn't get too hormonal with each other, as it may lead to him getting less work done than he wishes to complete today. He really wants to figure out how they are going to do everything that he wants to do in the company, while also trying to start the company without it being too hard; he wants to figure out where they can start the company, in the easiest way possible. But that was not what Matt should thinking about at this very moment, as he should be thinking about the casserole that he made for breakfast.

The casserole that was absolutely delicious, and that Gabby enjoyed just as much as him; as that was something that is very important to the husband, as he doesn't want her to ever throw up after she eats something that he makes for her. Even better, Gabby knew exactly where Matt got the recipe; after all, it was her mother's recipe. Having at the recipe for the longest time, she could recognize it from anywhere as she's had it many times over the past few years; more specifically, when she made it a few times while she was in Puerto Rico. And when she compared the casserole that Matt made for her this morning, to the ones that her mother made for her in the past (and the ones that she made by herself in Puerto Rico); it tasted better than it ever did before. However, that's also because she seemed to find that it tasted better and batter each and every time that she had it. She appreciated the time and love that comes with having to make the dish, and very well.

But that was not the only thing that was perfect at the month; rather, the other thing that was perfect at the moment was the non-awkward silence that they were currently sitting in. Right now, they were sitting together as they just relaxed in each other's arms; as they laid down on the couch together, while watching the Today Show from New York City. And that was something that she really liked to do, as it made her laugh. Running his hand up and down Gabby's back as she laughed, Matt couldn't help but let a smile escape his lips as he pressed another kiss on his beautiful wife's forehead as they just relaxed with each other right now. But what Matt didn't know, was that she wasn't laughing about something that was said, but that she was truly laughing because of how cold the weather is in New York City; at least, compared to the beautiful weather that they have here in Hawaii. Putting his hand on Gabby's baby bump as he heard her chuckle, Matt smiled.

Once Gabby felt Matt move his hand to her baby bump once again, she proceeded to move her hand to his so that she could hold her loving husband close to her (just like he was doing with her at the moment); and her doing that just made Matt smile once again, which led the husband to (once again) leave a soft kiss on her temple. Afterwards, he whispered to her as he left a few more soft kisses on her forehead. "Care to share just what's making you laugh right now?" Playing with her husband's wedding band as she rubbed his hand, Gabby smiled as she looked up into his eyes this morning. "Oh, just how they're currently in the cold; while we're in the warm, sunny Hawaiian weather." Matt smiled when Gabby mentioned that they're in the warm, sunny Hawaiian weather; while the people who were currently on air on the Today show were in New York City. Leaving another kiss on her temple, Matt smiled at his beautiful wife while they enjoyed some time alone.

Smiling as she felt Matt do just that, the smile that was currently on Gabby's face only grew as she was extremely happy right now; especially whenever she's being held in his arms, held by the man who makes her feel incredibly loved. The way that she and Matt love each other is truly something that nobody could ever replace, and there will never be another man in the entire world that she'll ever be able to love like she loves Matt; and that's especially due to the fact that they just know each other far too well. With Matt knowing her as well as he does, he just understands her in a way that makes their love much deeper and so special. "How'd you sleep last night?" Gabby smiled when Matt asked her how she slept last night. "I slept great, on your muscular chest last night; just like I always sleep, when I'm sleeping on your muscular chest every night." Matt laughed when Gabby mentioned the fact that she slept well the night before.

But more specifically, that she slept well on his muscular chest; the chest that he's been making sure that he continued to work out on, specifically so that he can make sure that he can make Gabby extremely happy whenever they cuddle up to each other. "You know, I was going to go work out this morning; at least, until you woke up." Gabby laughed, shaking her head as she didn't believe that statement one bit. "You were not! Rather, you were going to go work on the company, in your office until I woke up." Matt shrugged, because that was probably going to have ended up being the case (and therefore the truth). "Okay, fine. I was definitely going to do just that. I just wanted to find something anyways." Gabby looked up at Matt when he told her that, not sure what exactly what he was trying to tell her. "What do you want to tell her." Moving his hand to Gabby's hair, Matt ran his fingers through it once again before turning to kiss her forehead.

"I want to find some company office space, so that we don't always need to work here in our home; but then, I am a bit conflicted as to whether I really want or should do that right now." Gabby was confused when she heard Matt tell her that, not understanding why he would want, or should do that right now. "Two questions. Why are you conflicted on that baby? And why aren't you sure whether you should do that right now?" Matt (fake) sighed a bit. "I'm conflicted on the matter, as I think I would rather cuddle up to you here at home as I work." Gabby smiled as she heard matt tell her that, proceeding to roll over on his chest she that she was facing him; slipping up his chest shortly afterwards, Gabby smiled as she put her hand on his face and then bent down to kiss him softly. "Listen, as much as I love sitting in your lap…I think I would rather lay down a bit more; so do you think you can sit in the corner and put your feet up on the couch for me?" Matt smiled at her.

"And I can even slip my legs in between yours, which I know you really like it when I do." Matt agreed with Gabby when she told him that, as that was the truth. He just loves the feeling of Gabby's legs in between his, especially when they're naked in bed; that's the sexiest time that it can happen, but that's not going to happen right now after all due to the fact that they're in the living room. But for now, him sitting on the couch in a way that she can still slip her legs in between his; well, that will definitely be okay…plus, it will allow him a chance to put his hand on her stomach. "How about you let me up? Then, I can definitely move into the corner of the couch for you." Gabby agreed with Matt as he asked her to let him get up, proceeding to get up as he wanted her to do so that he can move to the corner of the couch; that being exactly what she wants him to do (for her) this morning, then they can cuddle up to each other in a way that is much more comfortable.

At least, it would be much more comfortable for her. Getting up shortly after his wife did, Matt smiled as he got close to her and put his hands on her stomach; at the same time, Gabby put her hands on her husband's toned chest while leaning up to kiss him softly. Wrapping his arms around Gabby shortly after she started to kiss him softly, Matt smiled as he continued to kiss his beautiful (pregnant) wife softly. "I'm so glad that we're almost halfway through the pregnancy." Gabby agreed with Matt as he mentioned that they're (almost) halfway through the pregnancy, which is something that makes her happier each and every day; in fact, just going to bed each and every day makes her happy. And it's not just due to the fact that she goes to bed in her husband's arms. Rather, it's because it means that they just ended one more day, which means that there's one less day than there was that morning until they get to meet their twins. Cuddling up to him, Gabby smiled.

Moving his hands to his beautiful wife's lower back, Matt smiled as he bent down and kissed her again. Afterwards, Matt pulled away from her and let her go; making his way back over to the couch, Matt smirked as he sat down in the corner of the couch (where Gabby wanted him to sit this morning). Walking up to Matt shortly after he sat down, Gabby smiled as she leaned over her loving husband while putting her hand on his cheek; just taking things slow with her loving husband, Gabby smiled as she was very happy whenever she was with her man. "God, I love you so much." Matt agreed with Gabby as she told him that she loves him (so much), especially as he felt (and will always feel) the same way about his gorgeous wife. "I love you too." Gabby smiled when she heard Matt tell her that he loves her too, before she proceeded to get back on the couch with him; sitting in Matt's lap while smirking as she felt him wrap his arms around her once again this morning.

Putting his hands on Gabby's stomach shortly after wrapping his arms around her once more, Matt smiled when he felt her lean back against his chest (and nuzzle her head into the crook of his neck). Afterwards, Gabby moved her hand to his as they held each other close; which only made her even more comfortable as she relaxed in her dreamy husband's arms this morning as they held each other close. And since they are both quite comfortable in each other's arms, Gabby was not the only one who was smiling at the moment; rather, Matt was also smiling based on the way that they're both feeling at the moment. And that feeling truly is incredible, as there will never be anything like the feeling of holding the woman (or the man, in Gabby's case) you love when you're cuddled up to each other. Stroking Matt's hand with her thumb, Gabby smiled as she cuddled up to him as they both relaxed with each other on the living room couch this morning.

However, it wasn't long before she decided to roll over onto her side and wrap her arms around Matt's torso; laying her head down on his chest once more at the same time, Gabby smiled as she felt Matt put his hand on the side of her head and then kissed her forehead softly. Looking up at Matt, Gabby smiled at her man; the man she loves more than anything in the entire world. But there was another reason why she was smiling, as she was currently staring into her loving husband's eyes as he looked down into hers and then bent down to kiss her softly. And let's just say that was exactly how Gabby wanted to end her time alone with her husband. The reason that their time alone just ended, was due to the fact that Kelly and Stella just came upstairs together. "Oh, hey guys." Turning her head, Gabby smiled as she looked up at her best friend. "God, you had to come upstairs now of all times? I just got comfortable in Matt's arms once again, like really comfortable."

Stella laughed as she heard Gabby say that, before watching as Matt pressed his lips against her forehead and wrapped his legs around Gabby's. "I don't care what you want to do, you're not getting up. You're staying right here, as we hold each other close; after all, we're all comfortable on the couch right now." Kelly smirked when he heard his best friend say that, clearly able to see that his best friend was very comfortable with his wife in his arms. "Listen, how about you sit down Stella? I'll go make us some breakfast." Stella agreed with Kelly as he told her that, putting her hand on her husband's chest before kissing him softly. However, their kiss was soon interrupted by Gabby as she spoke up. "Don't you dare touch that egg casserole Kelly Severide, or else I steal your wife late into the night so that I can keep designing with her; and you'll be forced to keep working with my husband as he won't want to stop, unless he can spend time in bed with me."

Kelly laughed as he heard Gabby say that. "Sure." Matt then spoke up. "I made her mother's recipe. If you touch it, I am seriously going to make you work longer than I really want to; especially since it took me over an hour to make it for breakfast, a breakfast that Gabby really loves." Stella laughed as she heard Matt say that, well aware that he wasn't joking with her husband/his best friend. "Kelly don't do it. Just make me some pancakes. God, where is…" Matt then groaned as he looked at Gabby. "Kelly, it's with the snacks that I told you not to touch in the pantry." Gabby then moved Matt's arms out of her way, sitting up before going to look at Kelly as he walked into the kitchen. "DID YOU TOUCH THOSE SNACKS KELLY SEVERIDE?" Kelly gulped as he looked at Gabby. "The snacks with the big sign, the sign that specifically says 'DO NOT TOUCH: GABBY'S CRAVINGS'?" Matt just looked at his best friend after her head his wife say that, not defending him.

"Oh, you're on your own buddy." Kelly then took a breath as he looked at Gabby. "I may have touch them." Gabby just groaned. "And the sign? Where'd you put it?" Matt then went to add something onto what Gabby was asking him, something that was going to make sure that he was going to tell them the truth. "And remember, I'm already mad at you for the Tesla stuff." Kelly sighed when he heard his best friend repeat that. "Can you please drop that? I mean, can you not just be happy that we're okay?" Matt laughed when he heard Kelly say that, however Gabby didn't feel the same way. Rather, she was ready to drop the matter. "Deal, I think that we can drop it now baby." Kelly turned to look at Gabby after he heard her say that, shocked that she was ready to drop the matter; especially since she was the one who was ready to do it already. He expected Matt to say that, but he didn't in a million years expect to hear it from Gabby of all people.

Kelly's POV:
When I heard Gabby say that we can drop it, I was absolutely shocked. I mean, I thought SHE of all people would want to keep harping on it as it was her car; however, it seems like she was to drop it? "Ok. Who are you? And what have you done with Gabriela Casey?" Gabby just stared at me when I said that. "Kelly, shut up before I change my mind and decide to be mad again. I don't want to be mad, as it can easily cause stress on my pregnancy; if you want me to be mad and put stress on my pregnancy…then keep talking. If not, shut up and make your wife some breakfast." I gulped when I heard Gabby say that, because that was something that I definitely did not want to do; that's especially the case as I am going to be working with Matt today. "Hey Matt, you want to go over everything that we need to talk about with the lawyer tomorrow?" Matt agreed with me as I asked him whether he wants to go over everything that we need to talk to the lawyer about today.

"Yeah, I'd definitely like to do that." I smirked, agreeing with him. "I can only assume that's due to the fact that you want to be able to sleep in tomorrow morning?" Matt laughed as I asked him that. "Dude, I haven't slept in since we moved here. Gabby likes to either go for a morning walk, or she likes to get up early. Today, we didn't go for a walk; but we did watch the Today show as we relaxed here in the living room." Gabby looked up at Matt as he mentioned what they did today. "That sounds like you're complaining Mr. Casey. Are you complaining right now Matt?" Moving his hand to Gabby's stomach, Matt stroked it with his thumb before turning his head and looking down into her eyes; afterwards, he bent down and went to kiss his wife softly. "I will never complain that you're in my arms right now." Gabby agreed with Matt when he told her that, smiling as he pressed a kiss to her forehead. And I had to admit, it was definitely an adorable sight to see.

Matt and Gabby always act adorable around each other, and I am very happy for the both of them that they're going to be having a baby; after all, it's something that they've always wanted. And for them to be expecting twins, I'm sure that's just making them even happier. "What do you want for breakfast Stella?" Stella smiled as I asked her what she wants for breakfast. "Egg sandwiches please." Matt agreed with Stella when she said that, nodding as she requested some egg sandwiches. "I love making that. It's really good, and Gabby loves them too." Stella smiled as she agreed with Matt as he mentioned that; meanwhile, I went ahead and made some breakfast for myself and Stella. "Hey, so is Jay going to be joining us here today?" Matt then turned his head to look at me from the living room. "Not sure…" He then took a breath. "That would mean that Antonio has to be here, and things are still a bit awkward in between the both of us."

I agreed with Matt, as I thought back to yesterday (at the baby shower). "I mean, you saw it yesterday." I laughed when Matt went ahead and mentioned the fact that it was awkward yesterday, bringing up the exact thing that I was thinking about as I made breakfast. "Then we can keep him away, as we're delaying the whole Casey Policing thing anyways. We can just invite Jay since we're going to want to have him here anyways; plus, we need to figure out what part he can play in this operation. Also, the girls can ask Alex if she wants to join their company. I mean, you guys have the option. I would appreciate that though, as it would mean she has a job here; it would mean a lot to me if you could do that for my friend." Turning her head as I said that, Stella looked at me. "Just your friend?" I agreed with Stella when she asked me whether she was just my friend. "Yes, my friend. I have known her for a long time, and we grew up together."

Stella agreed with me as I said that, well aware that she has no need to be jealous. "Sorry Kelly." I sighed when she said that. "It's fine. Just take a breath and relax. I promise, you have nothing to be jealous about when it comes to Alex; especially considering she's married now." Gabby agreed with me as I said that. "I swear, that man has guts. For him to marry her is incredible, especially when her dad is scary as hell." Matt laughed. "Tell me about it. I am not the biggest fan of Hank, but I am a big fan of any man who can basically give him a middle finger." I agreed with him when he said that. "I can only assume that you're going to love anything her does if it screws over Hank." Matt agreed with him. "However, that doesn't mean that I'm not going to use his connections." Gabby looked at Matt when he said that, not understanding just what he's talking about. "Connections?" Matt smiled as she asked him that. "Gabby, his de facto father-in-law is Hank."

Matt just smiled at his wife. "The head of intelligence, whom can maybe buy stuff from us." Gabby thought about that, and agreed with Matt. "Yeah, that makes sense." Matt smirked as he kissed her forehead, really happy. "Listen, I am going to get up and call Jay; see whether he's on his way." Gabby agreed with Matt as he told her that, moving out of his way so that he can get up. Afterwards, Matt proceeded to walk away so that he could go call Jay and see whether he would be joining us today so that we can talk about the company.
