I only own my OCs, I do not own Tess, Bentley, Qwark, Carmelita, or any Van Helsing characters.
In the area of the cure, Anna looks at it, and said to Carl, "Go ahead. Grab it."
The friar chuckled nervously, and said, "You go ahead and grab it."
"Why is that?" Bentley asked.
Carl replies, "If there's one thing I've learned, it's never to be the first one to stick your hand in a viscous material."
"Wow, and I thought Vin and Bentley talked very fast in smartness," Tess said.
Suddenly they felt someone was here. They turned and Aleera hanging upside down, making a screech and moving her mouth out to make her scary. Everyone moved back while Anna took out her sword. Aleera comes down, grins and asked, "Did I scare you?"
"No," Carl replied, knowing he was lying.
Aleera then said, "Then maybe I need to try... a little harder," she then cackles, but then Anna pushes the jar with the cure, causing it to shatter, some of the substance to splash on Aleera's face, making her cover it and scream.
"Viscous material. What did I tell you?" Carl asked.
Anna looks and sees the cure rolling, causing her to say, "Get it! Get it!" As Aleera shrieks in pain, Carl went to the cure, taking it but complains that it is hot. Anna takes a piece of the glass with some of the substance, and throws it at the grate, causing it to melt. Anna then said, "Come on! Come on! We've got to get the antidote to Van Helsing!" She pushes Carl, while Bentley waits for them, and said, "Go! Go! Go!"
However, Anna was grabbed, revealing a burned Aleera, shocking Tess, as the vampire said, "Can't go until I say you can go!"
"Keep running Carl!" Anna demanded.
"Help him as well, Bentley!" Tess added as well.
"Come here!" Aleera demanded, and said while her face regenerates, "And I say you can go when you're dead!" She then throws Anna and Tess across the room.
Tess watches as Aleera approaches them, but then Anna jumps up a wall, and takes a torch, and points it at Aleera. However, the vampire blows at it, putting it out. She then cackles and spins around, creating a whirlwind, putting out all but one of the torches, she looks at the last one, then blows and putting out the last one, making things dark. Then in a flash of lightning, Aleera vanished.
Tess then said, "If I had some goggles like Taylor, I would be able to see with night vision."
Velkan and Lupe began to free the prisoners, which at first shocked everyone, especially Boris, since they used their werewolf forms to do it. Lupe said, "Forgive me, senor, but it was the only way to save your son."
"It's alright, just shocked my son became a werewolf," Boris said.
Velkan then said, "We got to hurry and free Victoria, her uncle and Francine."
Bentley and Carl ran off to get to Van Helsing and give him the cure. Carl looks at the bridges as lightning bolts destroy them, causing him to say, "Oh, my gosh!"
Bentley looks as one was close to them, and shouts, "Look out!" They dodged it, but suddenly they noticed Igor with his weapon, and said, "Carl, we got company!" Bentley and Carl dodged, then the turtle said, "We got to move, though I would fight him, but not with the cure in danger, so we got to run!"
They ran off to avoid Igor.
