Hi Readers: Sorry for the day in this chapter. But, I have decided to do something different for you; more specifically, I am going to be giving you a bit of Jay and Alex action while Matt and Gabby take a nap (rather than writing a dream). After all, what I normally do while the couple take a nap is write a dream; but not this time, as it's Valentine's Day. Enjoy readers.

Chapter One Hundred and Thirty-Seven
Valentine's Day with Mr. & Ms. Halstead

The Caseys just fell asleep after making love to each other, which was something that they both enjoyed; let's be honest, every couple enjoys making love to each other. And that was something that Alex Halstead was currently trying to tell her shirtless husband, as she walked out of their bedroom on the nineteenth floor of the company's new headquarters. More specifically, she wasn't just wearing something comfortable (like her husband was); god, the sight of her man shirtless in his sweatpants is definitely something that she's liking. And that's why she was wearing something that her husband would enjoy too, which is lingerie; I mean, it's just fair for her husband. If he's shirtless and wearing the sexy sweatpants that she loves seeing him wear, then she might as well wear a nice bathrobe for him; with some extremely sexy lingerie underneath. Plus, they are trying for a baby after all; maybe all it takes is the day of love for them to get pregnant, with the dream baby.

Coming into the kitchen of her and Jay's "penthouse" (that's what they call their home as it's a full floor), Alex smirked as she prepared to run her hands all over her loving husband's body, which is definitely something that Jay is going to do the moment he turns around and sees her in what she's wearing for him right now. Putting her hand on Jay's back, Alex got close to him from behind while wrapping her arms around his shoulders; she then left a kiss on his back as a way to turn him on, because that's what her kissing him always does. "God, I love the sight of my husband shirtless." Jay laughed as he heard Alex tell him that, having just finished putting the leftovers from Matt and Gabby's vow renewal in the fridge. He then proceeded to turn around so that he could look at his wife, who looked absolutely incredible. "Damn." Alex smiled when she heard Jay say that, well aware that he liked the sight that was in front of him; her in sexy bathrobe for him.

Stepping close to Jay, Alex wrapped her arms around his neck with the goal of teasing him; which is definitely what she's doing at the moment, as he moved his hands to her body. Getting very close to his chest, Alex smiled as she kissed him softly. Taking things nice and slow with his beautiful wife, Jay smirked due to the fact that this was everything that he wanted to do with her at the moment; he just wants to hold his wife close to him, on their first Valentine's Day as husband and wife. "I owe you an apology." Alex was confused when she heard her husband tell her that he owes her an apology, not exactly sure why he owes her an apology. "For what Jay?" Jay took a breath as he wrapped his arms around his gorgeous wife, bringing her body close to him. "Had I known that we would be out of there so fast, then maybe we wouldn't have gone." Alex shook her head when Jay told her that they wouldn't have gone had they known it be that short.

But the truth was, she wanted to be there and watch the wedding; she wanted to be there for their friends, as that's just something that you always want to do. Plus, it was quite funny at some point. "Baby don't say that. I loved being at their vow renewal. It was nice to watch Matt and Gabby renew their vows, especially after everything that they've gone through." Jay agreed with Alex when she told him that, wrapping his arm around her back as they both just held each other close. Getting even closer to her husband, Alex smiled as she wrapped her arms around his neck nice and tight; she then turned her head and kissed his cheek softly. "Baby, I love you; and I am so glad that we went there, as it was a nice day." Jay agreed with his beautiful wife when she said that, smiling as that was exactly what he wanted to hear. Afterwards, he put his hands on her sides and just held the woman he loves close to his chest, which is exactly what Alex wanted.

"So, where are we going?" Jay laughed as Alex asked him that, well aware of what she was asking him; she was asking him whether they were going to go relax in bed with each other, or if they were going to relax here in the living room. The truth is, he doesn't really care; after all, all that matters is that he gets to hold the woman he loves close to him as he kisses her softly. And that was definitely something that he just started doing quickly before he gave his wife an answer. "I don't care where we sit, as long as I get to hold you in my arms and give you sweet kisses." Alex smiled when she heard Jay tell her that, running her hands down his chest; leaning in once again, Jay just smirked as they both held each other close. "So, bed or living room?" Alex smiled when Jay asked her whether she wants to go to bed or stay in the living room. "Maybe in bed, just in case we start something." Jay agreed with Alex when she said that, as he likes where this might be going.

"Anything in particular?" Alex took a breath while looking into Jay's eyes, as she wants to have a conversation first. "The truth is, there's something that I want to talk to you about." Jay looked at his wife as she said that, a bit confused. "And what would that be?" Alex took a breath when Jay said that, wrapping her arms around his neck as she got right against his chest; at the same time, Jay put his hands on her back as he stared into her eyes. "What's wrong A? Talk to me." Alex smiled when she heard Jay use her nickname 'A' as it was always something that makes her smile, without any doubt. "I guess, it's just something that I've been thinking about since we moved here." Jay agreed with his wife as he stared into her eyes, wanting her to tell him what's going on. "Hey, what's wrong A?" Alex took a breath and looked at him. "God, I am not sure why I am having trouble mentioning this." Jay then looked at his beautiful wife, just holding her close as he kissed her.

"Would sitting down in bed help you talk about it?" Alex took a breath while thinking about it. "Yeah, but it's…" Alex just went to spit it out. "Do you want a baby?" Jay just looked at Alex when she said that, thinking that she was pregnant. He then pulled away and put his hands on her stomach. "Oh my god, are you.." Alex then stopped him. "Oh no…uhm." Jay then looked at Alex. "Oh no." Alex then stopped him. "No, please. I guess, I am trying to…" Jay then took a breath as he got close to her, moving his hand to the side of her face. Afterwards, he leaned in and kissed the woman he loves softly. "Hey, take a breath and look at me; take a breath and look into my eyes. We're alone here, and you can talk to me Alex; you know that, right?" Alex agreed with her husband when he asked her if she knew that she can always talk to him, which she definitely does. "Of course, I know that." Jay then smiled as he proceeded to grab Alex's hand, intertwining their fingers.

"Just look at me, and tell me what's going on Alex; or would you rather start in bed? I know that it has to do with a baby, and that means that I can just take it easy." Alex nodded as Jay asked her that, proceeding to turn around and lead her husband to bed. "You're keeping your sweats on." Jay agreed with his wife when she said that, smiling as they proceeded to make their way to their room, so that they can hold each other close during this confusing conversation right now.

Alex's POV:
As I finished climbing into me and Jay's bed this afternoon, I took a breath while laying down and just getting comfortable; after all, that was what Jay wanted me to do. It was obvious that he could see that I was a bit flustered, and that's due to the fact that I am just not sure as to how I am even going to speak about this with my husband; yet, I am going to do it because I want to talk to him about it. I want to figure this out with Jay, and I want to know what our plans are. I love Jay more than anything, and I want to give him children in the future; and that's something that I want to figure out, because I want to know when we're going to do it. I want to know when we're going to start trying for a baby, and when we're going to just start thinking about it; because I'm starting to get baby fever. Hanging around Gabby so often, and Stella having recently been pregnant; it just feels weird that we haven't really gotten pregnant yet.

And the truth is, that really confuses me. I mean, I would've thought that we would've gotten pregnant by now based on how much sex we have; yes, we are all over each other. But, I am not going to complain; and that's because my husband is a real hunk, and I love him more than anything. Getting close to me in bed (while still wearing his sweats), Jay smiled as he brought my body against his using his hand on my side. Slipping my arm under his head as soon as he was in bed, I smiled as I put my hand on his chest; leaning in, I then proceeded to kiss the man I love nice and slowly. "I love you." Jay agreed with me as I said that, smirking. "I love you too Alex, Happy Valentine's day." I smirked when he told me that. "Our first as husband and wife." Jay smiled. "Our first of many Valentines' days as husband and wife." I agreed with jay when he told me that. Taking a breath, I looked into his eyes. "Uhm, can we talk about what I brought up out there?"

Jay agreed with me when I asked him if we could start talking about it, just agreeing with me as he wrapped his arm around me. "Of course, we can talk about it. What are your thoughts Alex?" I took a breath when Jay asked me that and stared into his eyes. "I am just thinking about it, as I have a lot on my mind. I mean, we're helping Matt and Gabby start a company; and we have no idea when we'll have time to…." Jay then stopped me. "Hey, look at me." I agreed with Jay when he told me that, doing just that. "I don't even want to hear you finish that sentence, okay?" I agreed with Jay when he told me that, continuing to get nice and close to the man I love more than anything in the whole wide world. "Us having kids, has nothing to do with the company timeline. Please, do not ever think that way; okay Alex?" I agreed with Jay when he told me that, feeling him grab my hand before going to intertwine our fingers as he held me close to him.

"Alex, you're my wife; and you're the love of my life." I smiled when Jay told me that. "And you're mine." Jay smirked when I said that, leaning in to kiss me softly. "Alex, I think I can speak for everybody here; that nobody will ever put the company ahead of their family, Matt won't. You heard that in his vows to Gabby today, and I made you the same vows. Sure, I said CPD politics, and your father. But the same goes here at work." I agreed with Jay as he told me that, deciding to cuddle up to him. "Do you want to lay down in front of me?" I shook my head when Jay asked me that, as I wanted to face my husband. "I want to face you, and look at the wonderful man that I am blessed to call my husband each and every day." Jay smiled as I told him that, obviously feeling the same way. Rolling over, I smirked as I moved close to him in bed.

Wrapping his arm around my back, Jay smiled as he kept me right against his chest before running his hand up and down my back. "Let me guess, you my bra off?" Jay laughed when I asked him whether he wants my bra off. "Is it that obvious that I want your bra off?" I agreed with Jay when he asked me whether it was obvious that he wanted my bra off. "Just take it off, and enjoy the feeling." Jay agreed with me as I said that, proceeding to do just that for me; throwing it onto the ground, Jay smirked as he tugged me against his chest before wrapping his arms (and legs) around me nice and tight. At the same time, I went ahead and wrapped my arms around his muscular torso. Leaning in, I just gave him a sweet kiss (which he definitely enjoyed). "God, I love you so much." Jay agreed with me as I told him that I love him, especially due to the fact that he loves me too; I just know that he loves me too. "I love you too, and I am so glad that we decided to get away."

I took a breath when Jay said that, wrapping my arms around his neck nice and tight with the goal of pushing my breasts against his chest; after all, that's exactly what Jay wanted me to do. And I know that's the case, as it made him moan (while also giving me a nice kiss). "Fuck you Alex." I laughed when he told me that, smiling as I kissed him softly. "You just love the fact that we aren't anywhere near my father, nor are we working for Hank anymore." Jay took a breath as he looked at me.

Jay's POV:
She just had to do it. She just HAD to mention HIS NAME in bed. She knows that drives me crazy, and it also irritates me more than anything. "Did you seriously have to do that when your bra is off? You know what you saying his name does to me." Alex smirked when I told her that, slipping nice and close to me while she pushed her body against mine. She then wrapped her arms around my shoulders and smirked as she knew that would definitely turn me on. "Does that make up for me saying his name?" I smirked when Alex asked me that question because he definitely was. Leaning in, I smirked as I just started to take things nice and slow with the woman I love more than anything. "God, you are so damn sexy, and I truly believe that I am a very lucky man to have you as my wife." Alex agreed with me, smiling as she leaned in and kisses me nice and slowly. Afterwards, I put my hand on her neck and just smirked at the woman of my dreams.

I then decided to roll over on top of Alex as I wanted her. Putting my hand on her side, I smiled as I bent down and kissed her softly, which prompted her to put her hands on the top of my chest and kiss me as well. I swear, this is everything I want; and so much more. However, I also knew that this was not everything that we were going to do today; well, maybe it will be. Bending down, I proceeded to kiss her neck softly as a way to turn my beautiful wife on; and that's exactly what it did. It turned her on and made her want me. Grabbing the back of my head, Alex moaned as she ran her fingers through my hair as we took things nice and slow with each other. "I swear, I want you so bad Jay." I agreed with Alex when she told me that, as I fell the same way. I want to take things nice and slow with my wife, so that's what we both decided to do today. Going to grab her underwear, I smirked as I went ahead and started to take things slow with her; until her phone rang.

Rolling over onto my back, I groaned as I just tried to relax. At the same time, Alex looked at me while rolling over to see just who was calling her this Valentine's Day. Taking a breath, she just looked at the caller ID. "Of course, perfect timing." I just stared at my wife when she said that. "You answer that call, then I am not giving you shit." Alex looked at me when I said that. "Excuse me?" I got scared when I heard Alex say that, as I recognized that voice. "I mean, I love you." Alex agreed with me, ignoring her father's call as she rolled over and moved to get on top of me. Laying down on my chest, Alex smirked as she slipped up my chest; bending down to kiss me afterwards, Alex just took things slow with me. "God, I love you; and that's why I decided not to answer the call, because I love my husband and want to enjoy this day with him." I agreed with Alex as she told me that, just smiling as I put my hand on her neck. "Then, do you want me to take things slow with you?"

Alex smirked when I asked her whether she wants me to take things slow with her, as that was exactly what she wanted me to do with her right now. "Oh, that's exactly what I want my husband to do with me right now." Putting my hand on her neck, I smiled as I leaned in and then proceeded to take things nice and slow with the woman of my dreams; who just so happens to also be the woman I plan on loving for the rest of my life. "You know that I love you like crazy right?" Alex agreed with me when I asked her that, smiling as that was exactly what she wanted to hear from me. "I love you too Jay, and I will always love you; I promise." I agreed with Alex as she told me that, already well aware that was the case. I mean, I always know that's the case; especially since my gorgeous wife is such a rebel. "Oh, I know that my gorgeous rebel." Alex smirked as I told her that, agreeing with me as we both held each other close in bed; sharing a kiss, I just smiled at her.

"So, are we going for it?" Alex laughed when I asked her whether we're going for it (it being sex). "Maybe we can wait a bit, I would rather just be cuddling up to you for a while as we take it easy. I mean unless you're in a rush to have sex?" I shook my head when Alex asked me whether I was in a rush to have sex, which I definitely wasn't. "Hey, of course I'm not in a rush Alex; I can take my time, and just enjoy this time that we're spending with each other. I promise that's the case." Alex agreed with me as I said that, smiling at me. Afterwards, I laid down on my side while I looked at my wife. Getting close to me, Alex smiled as she wrapped her arms around me; holding me close, she just smirked due to the fact that she was happy to be in my arms. The truth is, we're always happy when we're in each other's arms. That's just the case, and we're both really happy at the moment. Leaning in, Alex smiled as she gave me a sweet kiss; a kiss that we both enjoyed.

Just taking things nice and slow with the woman I love, I smiled as I moved my hand to her back and stroked it with my thumb; which is something that Alex definitely wanted, just like me. And even better, I loved the feeling of her braless chest against mine; that was very sexy, and I really enjoyed it. Just looking at my beautiful wife, I smiled as I kissed her softly while we held each other; and we both knew that this was exactly what we both wanted to do at the moment. "How are you enjoying our life here in Hawaii so far?" Alex smiled when I asked her whether she was enjoying our life here in Hawaii. "I love our life, and I especially love the freedom that we have; especially with our jobs, not having a schedule." I laughed when Alex told me that. "Well, for now. I'm sorry that we're going to have to work harder now that we've moved in here." Alex agreed with me, taking a breath as she looked at me. "But we're still going to try and have a baby right?"

I agreed with Alex when she asked me whether we were going to try and have a baby, which we definitely were. "Hey, of course we're going to try and have a baby. In fact, whenever we make love to each other; we're trying to have a baby. Alex, if we get pregnant; then I am going to be extremely happy. I want that more than anything, especially when you're also the woman whose made such a difference in my life; especially when it comes to my PTSD." Alex agreed with me when I said that, proceeding to grab my hand as she stroked it with her thumb. "How is your PTSD doing anyways? Are you okay with it here?" I smiled when Alex asked me how my PTSD is. "It's actually a lot better here in Honolulu, as we are much more relaxed here I find." Alex smiled when I said that, slipping close to me. Afterwards, she leaned in and proceeded to kiss me softly. Taking things nice and slow with my gorgeous wife, I smirked due to the fact that this is exactly what I want.

I want to take things nice and slow with Alex, and I want to make sure that she knows that I love her first. "God, I am so glad that we're taking this time together." Alex agreed with me when I said that, smiling as that was definitely something that we both agreed on; that this is exactly what we both want to do right now. We just want to hold each other close, as we relax in bed together this Valentine's Day. "I still can't believe that this is our first Valentine's Day as husband and wife." I agreed with Alex when she told me that, smirking as I leaned in and then kissed her softly. "Oh definitely, I am so glad that we're married; and that will never change, because I'm so proud to be your wife." I smiled when I heard Alex say that. "Especially when you're wearing those sweatpants that you're just wearing." I laughed as she said that, agreeing with her. "Oh, and I feel the same way about you in lingerie." Alex agreed with me as she put her hand on my neck.

Afterwards, she leaned in and proceeded to kiss me softly. Just taking things nice and slow with the woman of my dreams, I smiled as that's exactly what I want right now. I just want to enjoy this time with my wife.
