Hi readers, and welcome to another day of chapters. I hope that you guys enjoyed the chapters that I wrote for you guys yesterday, and; therefore, I hope that you also enjoy the chapters that I write for you today. Now, I am hoping to finish Valentine's Day in this chapter after having written about it for the past four days. So, it's time to end it. I hope you understand and agree with that sentiment. If you do, then I'm happy; but here we go regardless. Here's Part Fourteen.
Chapter One Hundred and Forty-Two
Valentine's Day – Part Fourteen
He promised to control himself once they were in bed with each other, and that was definitely a promise that he was going to keep to his beautiful wife; after all, he does want her to be comfortable when they cuddle up to each other in bed. And while they could be comfortable out in the living room, he knows that they will never be as comfortable out there as they could be in bed with each other, which was why they're in bed right now. Well, Gabby is at least; Matt is on his way to join her in bed, he just has to give her water to her first (and take off his shirt). And that was definitely something that Gabby enjoyed watching him do, as it gave her a change to watch him flex; and that was always a nice sight, as her husband is very muscular and sexy. But that was not what Matt was going to do first, rather he was going to give Gabby her bottle of water.
Walking up to her on her side of the bed, Matt smirked as he proceeded to set it down on her side table; looking down at the woman of his dreams, Matt smiled at her as she looked quite comfortable in their bed. Moving to sit down next to her in bed, Matt put his hand on her stomach and smiled at the woman of his dreams. Putting her hand on his, Gabby smiled as she looked up at her wonderful husband who looks quite sexy as he sat in front of her in bed. "Thanks for coming in here." Matt shook his head when he heard Gabby say that, because he was completely okay with them coming in here; at the end of the day, that's what Gabby needs to be first and foremost. Gabby needs to be comfortable while she's pregnant; and if she's more comfortable here in bed, then that's where they should relax in bed with each other at night.
And that's, of course, another reason that they are in here; as he knows that Gabby is probably getting tired, and he would much rather have his beautiful wife fall asleep in their bed than the couch (as you know). Just looking at his girl, Matt smiled at her as he was very happy right now. "It's okay Gabby, I understand why we came in here now; it's because you're comfortable." Gabby agreed with Matt when he stated that she wanted to come in here to be comfortable, as that was the truth. She just wanted to be in here with the man she loves and cuddle up to him this Valentine's Day. "Yeah, I am." Matt smirked when he heard Gabby say that, before bending down and proceeding to kiss the woman he loves as he put his hand on her neck. "Well, that's what I want you to do as well." Gabby agreed with Matt when he said that, smiling at hr husband.
"Thank you so much for such a great day." Matt smiled when he heard Gabby say that today was a great day, as that was definitely what today was; today was a great day, regardless of all the drama. "I'm glad that you enjoyed today, because that's all I wanted today." Gabby smiled when she heard Matt tell her that, as she knew that; and she also knew that knowing really could've ruined today, especially not someone being here who shouldn't have been. What made this day perfect, was that the two of them were together. "By the way, I looked in the bathroom; and there's that nice bath in there." Matt then realized that. "Oh shit, I said that we'd take a bath tonight. If you want to go take one…" Sitting up in bed, Gabby shook her head. "Hey, take a breath and look at me baby." Matt agreed with his wife, doing jus that for her.
"Baby, I am more than okay with us just relaxing in bed with each other tonight; as that's exactly what I want as well." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, smiling as he held her hand in his. He then intertwined their fingers, just holding the woman he loves close to him this Valentine's Day. "So, what exactly am I doing for you tonight?" Gabby smiled when Matt asked her that question, well aware of just what he was trying to ask her. He was asking her if she was ready for him to take off his shirt, and flex for her in the process. "You know what I would like to see." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, smirking as he leaned over her and then kissed her softly. Taking things slow with his beautiful wife, Matt smirked due to the fact that he truly loves his wife more than anything in the entire world; and he always will love her more than anything.
Just making his way over to his hamper, Matt smiled as he set his shirt down in the hamper this evening. "I think we need to once again remind ourselves that we're going to relax tonight." Gabby agreed with Matt when he reminded the both of them, that they are going to relax in bed tonight. "I understand, and definitely agree when it comes to just taking it easy tonight. Anyways, I have a lot on my mind right now; and I just want to concentrate on my husband." Matt agreed with Gabby when she told him that, proceeding to make his way over to his beautiful wife. After all, he does want to join her in bed; and he wants to hold her in his arms this Valentine's Day, which is something that he always wants to do when they cuddle up to each other in bed. Opening the covers for Matt as he made his way over to her, Gabby just smiled as she watched Matt climb into bed with her. "I'm not going to sit up if you fall asleep, so you're going to cuddle up to me in bed."
Gabby agreed with Matt when he said that, well aware that was the case. "Anyways, I like cuddling up to you in bed as I lay down on your chest." Matt agreed with his beautiful wife when she said that, smiling as he watched her slip over in bed. He then went ahead and laid down, making sure that he was going to get nice and comfortable for Gabby. After all, that was exactly what she wanted him to do. She wanted him to lay down in bed and hold her in his arms while they cuddle up to each other for the rest of the night, which is definitely something he also plans on doing tomorrow. The reason? He just wants to cuddle up to Gabby as he holds her in his arms. He knows that they need to take it easy, especially for the sake of their twins; and that's something that he's going to recommend to Gabby, that they just take it easy in bed tomorrow.
"So listen, I want to talk to you about something." Gabby agreed with Matt when he said that, deciding to just listen to the man of her dreams as he talks to her about something. "It's about tomorrow." Gabby agreed with Matt as he told her that, well aware that was something that they needed to talk about. "I think tomorrow, we should just take it easy as we relax in bed with each other. After all this stress that you've delt with, I think we just need to take a day alone." Gabby agreed with Matt when he said that, snickering a bit as she was thinking the same thing; she thinks that she just needs to take time alone with the man she loves, and she's happy that she isn't going to have to convince him to do just that. "I think I can definitely agree with you on that. I just want to hold you in my arms and take it easy with you as we relax in bed."
Gabby smiled as she heard Matt say that, looking up at the man of her dreams. "Hey, look down at me for a minute?" Matt agreed with his beautiful wife when she said that, smiling as he looked down into her eyes. He then bent down and just smirked as he proceeded to kiss her softly while they take things nice and slow with each other, which is something that they both always love to do with each other. They love to share nice kisses as they relax, and just hold each other close. After all, there's loving like the feeling of the two of them just holding each other close in bed. "How are you feeling right now by the way? Did the supper agree with you?" Gabby agreed with Matt when he asked her whether their supper agreed with her. "Oh, it definitely did; and I am so glad that we decided to just eat that, it was delicious." Matt agreed with her.
He then bent down and proceeded to kiss the woman he loves again, which was everything that Gabby wanted this evening; she just wants to feel Matt's lips on hers as they hold each other close. "I swear, I am so lucky to have you as my husband." Matt laughed when he heard Gabby tell him that, well aware that was the case. "Well, I hope you know that I feel the same way about you being my wife." Gabby agreed with Matt as he told her that, just smirking due to the fact that she knows that he's a very lucky man to have her as his wife. Turning his head, Matt smiled as he kissed Gabby's forehead softly. "What are you thinking about right now?" Gabby smiled. "Just how comfortable I am with my husband as we hold each other in bed, which is something that I want to do as much as I can during the pregnancy." Matt agreed.
Smirking as he decided to wrap his arm around Gabby's back, Matt just turned his head to kiss her forehead once again while they made sure that they are very comfortable with each other; and that was definitely what Gabby was feeling right now. She was feeling very comfortable in her loving husband's arms. But let's be honest, she's always comfortable whenever she's in Matt's arms; and that's for the simple fact that they love holding each other close, and always will enjoy holding each other close in bed. Turning his head once again, Matt smirked as he just kissed her forehead softly. "So, what do you want to do tomorrow?" Gabby laughed. "I have a couple things that I would like to do tomorrow." Matt agreed with Gabby when she said that. "And what might that be?" Gabby smiled. "I might want to work on my designs."
Matt agreed with Gabby when she said that, well aware that was something that she was going to do. "Oh, I think that's something that we're going to do together; because I want to spend time with you wherever you are." Gabby smirked as she heard Matt say that, really loving the idea of the two of them working on it together; but she things she needs to first work on it with Stella. "Baby, I love you; but Stella is my partner in that." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that. "Maybe we can find you a digital design program that you can use to share with Stella online." Gabby smirked as she looked up at Matt, really liking that idea. "Oh, I definitely like that idea." Matt nodded, bending down so that he could give his beautiful wife a kiss; which is definitely something that Gabby wanted whenever they're in bed with each other.
She just loves the feeling of Matt's lips on hers, and it's the same for Matt; he loves it when he shares kisses with his beautiful wife, and that will always be the case. "You do realize that we're going to have to learn how to sneak in kisses every once and a while." Gabby laughed as she heard Matt say that, as she knew that was the case. "Well, I know that's the case; and I am so glad that we're going to do that, as it means that we're going to do it in very sexy ways." Matt nodded as Gabby said that, proceeding to kiss her forehead softly. Just looking at her husband, Gabby smiled as she wrapped her arms around Matt's muscular torso; the muscular torso that he has been working to stay in shape. "I am so glad that you still work out." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, smiling as he turned his head and kissed her forehead softly.
"Believe me when I say this, I will always work out to make sure that I have a nice body for when I go to the beach." Gabby smiled when Matt said that, as he really does have a nice beach body; and that prompted her to run her hand down his torso, which is very muscular. "God, I am so glad that you're here with me in bed." Matt agreed with Gabby when she said that, smiling as he put his hand on hers; stroking her hand with his thumb, Matt kissed her forehead once again before looking down at the woman he loves. "Listen, do you want me to not work tomorrow?" Gabby sighed when Matt asked her that. "I'm not sure. I know that you may want to though." Looking up at Matt, Gabby smiled. "But I do like the idea of us taking a bath at some point." Matt agreed with his beautiful wife when she said that, smirking at his wife.
"I hope you also know that we can also go to the other home if you want." Gabby agreed with Matt when he told her that, smirking as she liked that idea. "Maybe, but we'll see. I am still trying to figure things out. I might want to go to the beach, not sure yet. All depends how tired I am." Matt agreed with Gabby as she told him that, turning his head before kissing her forehead softly while they just laid down in bed with each other this Valentine's Day; which is something that he wants to do for the rest of the night. "Can we just do this for the rest of the night?" Matt laughed when he heard Gabby ask him that, and just agreed. "Hey, of course we can. I don't want to do anything else. I just want to hold my beautiful wife in my arms as we relax in bed with each other." Gabby agreed with Matt when he said that, smiling as she ran her hand down his chest.
Turning her head, Gabby bent down and proceeded to kiss his chest softly as a way to show her man that she loves him more than anything; and that's definitely the truth, that she loves him more than anything. "How are you feeling right now?" Gabby just smiled. "I'm much more relaxed, and I know that's something that you've been worried about." Matt sighed when Gabby said that, as that was definitely the truth. "Unfortunately, I can't say that it wasn't the truth. I just want you to take it easy and relax babe." Gabby nodded as she heard Matt tell her that before stroking his chest, and that led Matt to turn his head and kiss her forehead softly. "I can see that you're starting to get tired." Gabby took a breath when she heard Matt say that she's starting to get quite tired, because that was truth.
"Yeah, I am starting to get pretty tired right now." Matt smiled when he heard Gabby say that, just stroking her back as they both held each other close. "Then do you just want to maybe turn a movie on, and take it easy with each other until we fall asleep?" Gabby sighed when Matt asked her whether she wanted to fall asleep right now.
Gabby's POV:
Here I am, on Valentine's Day night; contemplating whether I want to fall asleep when it's our last Valentine's Day as just husband and wife, yet I want to spent so much time together. But, at the same time; I am just exhausted, and there was a lot of drama that happened today. And that definitely made me tired, and it means that I need to just take it easy with the man I love. Taking a breath as I kept my hand on his chest, I watched as Matt put his hand on mine while stroking it with his thumb. I then just watched as Matt continued to rub my arm. "I'm leaving it up to you babe, don't feel like you need to decide yet." I took a breath as Matt told me that, deciding to look up at the man I love more than anything. "Can we maybe just watch TV until we fall asleep in each other's arms?" Matt smiled when I asked him that question.
"Hey, of course we can, as I think that is a great idea for how we can just end our night." I agreed with Matt when he told me that, smirking due to the fact that Matt is just such an incredible man. "And maybe we can take a bath together?" Matt smirked. "Are we staying here?" I smiled. "Yeah, because I want to be close to Stella." Matt laughed as he heard me tell him that, nodding as he turned his head and kissed my forehead softly. "Oh, then I think it's decided that we're going to stay here." I then went to just grab his hand and smiled as the man I love is just so incredible, and I am so proud that he's my husband; and he's going to be an even better father. "I swear, you are going to be such a great dad." Matt smiled when I said that, well aware that was the case. "Thanks baby, and I hope you know that you're going to be a great mom."
I agreed with Matt when he told me that, smiling as I knew that was going to be the case; I already know that I am going to be a great mom, especially since I have already had experience being a mom. And Matt is going to be a great dad, as he also has experience being a dad; both when we took care of Louie, and when he took care of the Darden brothers when Heather went to jail. And that's something that I really like. He is such a great man, and I am just so proud of the fact that he's going to be the father of our children; especially since I'm his wife. And even better, they are going to be the best people to continue our business. It's going to be incredible, and I am just so glad that this is our life. "So, we staying here tomorrow? Or are we going home?" Matt smiled when I asked him that. "Let's just say there, then I can work if I need to."
I agreed with Matt when he said that, smiling. "Make sure that you work in the office though, no more working at home." Matt agreed with me when I said that, smiling as he stroked my back and just held me close this evening. He then turned his head and kissed the top of my head due to the fact that we're both incredibly happy with each other at the moment. This is our dream come true, and we're both just wanting to hold each other like this. "I love you." Matt agreed with me when I said that, smiling as he stroked my back with his thumb. "I love you too Gabby, and I'll always love you." I nodded when he told me that, just smirking due to the fact that this really is our perfect life. And this is our dream come true. "Did you ever think that this would be our life?" Matt laughed when I asked him that, shaking his head. "Definitely not."
I nodded, just smiling at the man I love as we held each other close; he then turned his head and kissed the top of my head as we both held each other close, and just enjoyed the night together.
