Hello Readers, and welcome to another day of chapters. I hope that you guys are enjoying the story, and are ready for another set of chapters that I am going to give to you guys today (maybe not as long as Chapter One Hundred and Forty-Four was); but damn, that was quite long…and I am glad that I wrote it. But now, it's time for me to just get to work. Let's get to it. Here we go with our chapters for February 23rd, and the chapters where we make the cribs today.

Chapter One Hundred and Forty-Five
Assembling the Cribs

It didn't take the husband long to go get his tools his morning, as he in fact deciding to rush to get them; this being something that he has waited to do for a long time. And just what specifically would 'this´ be? Well, that would be assembling cribs for his children. As you all know, Matt has wanted to be a father for a very long time. And now that he's going to be one, that means that he's going to be assembling cribs, with the help of his wife. Okay, maybe not directly with the help of his beautiful wife; but she is going to be helping him, from the comfort of their bed. And let's just say that Gabby was really going to enjoy that part. The part where she gets to do it from bed, where she was hoping to watch her shirtless, boxer-clad husband walk around their room while assembling the cribs. However, that was not Matt's plan. Rather, he was now wearing a shirt as he made his way out of the closet to assemble the cribs this morning; and that was not what Gabby wanted. Rather, she was hoping to enjoy the side of those strong muscles of him as his chest got tighter while he screwed the bolts; and that was something that Matt was definitely going to do, as he wanted to make sure that their boys' cribs were well assembled. That way, they are not going to come apart; and that means that their sons wouldn't get hurt.

But that was not something that the couple needed to think about right now, as it would cause them to worry, which is something that neither of them need, especially when Gabby is pregnant. And speaking of Gabby, she was currently standing at the box that he has yet to open. The reason? She herself was trying to open, with the hopes of grabbing the instruction manual; the instructions that she was going to read from bed and tell her husband what to do. "What are you doing?" Turning around to look at Matt was he walked out of the closet wearing his shirt, Gabby pouted. "Seriously? You decided to put a shirt on? I was hoping that you'd do it shirtless." Matt laughed when he heard Gabby say that, agreeing with her. "I know you did, and you will get me shirtless later; but I am not going to build something when I need to maybe drill into some wood." Gabby thought about it and agreed with Matt when he said that; after all, she does want him to be safe when it comes to him assembling the cribs. "Right, that makes sense." Matt smiled as he looked at his beautiful wife, before setting his tools down next to the crib boxes that she was currently standing next to in her sexy lingerie today.

Walking right up to his girl, Matt smirked as he went ahead and wrapped his arms around her. Putting her hands on his arms as soon as she was standing close to her loving husband, Gabby smirked due to the fact that even when he's not shirtless; he's still incredibly sexy, and that's something that Matt already knows. They both know it. Stepping closer to the woman he loves Matt smirked as he moved his hands to her butt (he can still do that), before bending down and proceeding to kiss her softly. "Anyways, you can enjoy me shirtless later; when we're back in bed with each other, and relaxing. But right now, I think we need to just take it easy and concentrate on the cribs." Gabby agreed with Matt when he mentioned that he needs to concentrate on the cribs right now, which is definitely the truth. "Plus, I don't want to mess up when these cribs are going to be holding our precious twins each and every night as they sleep; we don't want them to get hurt after all." Gabby agreed with her loving husband when he told her that, as that was definitely the truth. "Oh, now isn't that the truth." Matt laughed, smiling at his beautiful wife before kissing her softly as they both held each other close this morning.

"Sorry that I wasn't here today." Gabby shook his head. "Hey, it's okay baby. Take a breath and relax. I promise that everything's okay, and that everything will always be okay." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, smiling as he wrapped his arms around her nice and tight, which then led him to kissing her forehead softly, which was something that Gabby always loved. Wrapping her arms around Matt's back, Gabby smirked as she looked up at the man she loves more than anything. "So, listen, I am going to work on this; but right now, you need to take it easy and relax in bed." Gabby smirked. "While I help you out with reading the instructions, as I also work on some designs." Matt agreed with Gabby when she said that. "Maybe you can work on some baby designs if you're in the mood." Gabby laughed, smiling as she looked at her loving husband as that was something that she was definitely thinking of doing right now. "I also want to kiss you later, and you may even get lucky if you do a good job while putting the cribs together." Matt smirked when he heard Gabby say that.

"Oh, I am definitely going to hold you to that later." Gabby shook her head as she heard Matt say that, before grabbing her hand. She then stroked his hand and just smirked due to the fact that her husband is such a hunk, who then went ahead and made his way over to their bed where she was going to take it easy; at the same time, Matt proceeded to make his way over to the box so that he can open it. That way, they can start making the cribs. "I swear, I am so happy that we're going to be doing this." Matt agreed with Gabby when she said that, just smiling as he felt the same way. "Oh, I definitely feel the same way; and I am just ready to get this done with." Gabby nodded as she heard Matt say that, before proceeding to crawl into bed this morning where she was going to just take it easy and relax today. Turning his head as he knew that Gabby was doing to do that, Matt couldn't help but smirk as he looked at her ass she crawled into bed; after all, that did turn her on. I mean, why wouldn't he want to turn and look at his wife as she does that right now? It's just a natural husbandly response.

Turning around once she was in bed, Gabby proceeded to lean back against her pillow; at the same time, she looked at Matt when she saw that he was staring at her. And she was well aware of the fact that he was staring at her ass while she was climbing into bed this morning, which she was going to tell him as soon as she was turned around and facing him. "Did you like the sight of me climbing into bed? Or were you just taking a rare chance to stare at my ass?" Matt snickered a bit when he heard Gabby say that, before grinning at her. He then proceeded to make his way over to her, wanting to give her a quick kiss before he started to make the cribs. Seeing Matt walk over to her, Gabby smiled as she knew exactly what he wanted right now. He wanted a nice kiss from his wife, which is definitely not something that she was going to complain about, as she wanted to kiss him too. God, he is such an incredible man; and she is so proud of the fact that she has the honor, and the pleasure to call him all of the following: her husband, the love of her life, and the father of her twins.

And she's pretty sure that Matt is well aware of that fact as he made his way over to her, smirking the entire time. "You sure are a real tease Ms. Casey." Gabby laughed as she heard Matt say that. "I knew you'd like the new lingerie that I was wearing." Oh, did I forget to mention? While Matt was gone getting his tools, Gabby decided to change into some sexy lingerie. "Do you need me to check if the bag is done up enough?" Gabby thought about it, and smiled as that was definitely something that she wanted the man she loves to do. Moving to get back up, Gabby smiled as she stepped close to Matt and then put her hand on his chest; she then grabbed his shirt and tugged his lips down to hears. "I hate this shirt." Matt smirked when he heard Gabby say that, well aware that she hates the shirt that he's wearing at the moment. He then put his hand on her neck and proceeded to kiss her softly, which then led him to take things nice and slow with the woman he loves more than anything in the entire world.. "I love you." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that he loves her.

"I love you too, forever." Matt nodded as she said that, before putting his hand on the side of his beautiful wife's face. Afterwards, Matt leaned in and proceeded to kiss the woman he loves nice and slowly. "God, you are so damn sexy; and I just love it when you tease me." Gabby agreed with Matt when he said that, smirking as she was well aware that was the case. "Okay, listen; I am going to finally get in bed, and stay in bed. Then, I want to watch you do the cribs. Baby, we really need to do that today okay?" Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, smiling as that was something that he was ready to do. But first, Gabby got nice and close to him; wrapping her arms around his torso before leaning up and kissing him softly. "I hope you know that I love you more than anything in the entire world, and it means the world to me for you to be here with me." Matt agreed with his gorgeous wife when she said that, before proceeding to kiss her forehead softly. "Get in bed, then we can start on the cribs." Gabby agreed with Matt when he said that, smiling as she went to get in bed.

But first, Matt went ahead and slapped her ass as a way to tease her. After all, that was what the both of them wanted him to do. They wanted to play with each other, and they wanted to tease each other; and that's why Gabby was smiling right now, why she was smiling over the fact that Matt just slapped her ass. It was so sexy, and she was so glad that he just did it. "I hope you know that your shirt is coming off after you finish with the cribs." Matt smirked, agreeing with Gabby as she said that; well aware that his shirt was going to be coming off before he climbed into bed with her, which was something that he was more than happy to do for the woman that he loves. "Oh, I am so ready to do that for you." Gabby laughed as she heard Matt say that, glad that was the case; as that was something that he was going to do for her.

"Okay, so what part am I taking first?" Matt said, as he looked around the pieces that he just laid out onto the floor. "First part that you need to take is piece B1, the metal grate." Matt agreed with Gabby when she said that, grabbing the grate. "Also take all screws BB, you need them all. It's a star." Matt nodded as he went to go find the screws that he needed for the crib, before going to grab his drill; he then went to open his toolbox so that he can find his start bit. Putting it in the drill, Matt then proceeded to lock it into the drill. He then went ahead and proceeded to grab some of pieces. "Do you need any help there baby? I mean, you do need to hold two pieces." Matt shook his head as he went to grab another tool that he had in his toolbox. "No, I got something for that." Moving to slap a brace onto the two bars, Matt then tugged them close together before making sure that they were together for good. He then proceeded to start grabbing the drill piece again.

Moving to put the screw into the hole, Matt took a breath as he was nervous. Seeing that her husband was nervous, Gabby looked at him. "What are you so nervous about baby? I just saw that you took a breath." Turning his head, Matt looked at his beautiful wife. "I just don't want to wreck anything." Gabby laughed as she heard Matt say that, before shaking her head. "Baby, you aren't going to wreck it; I promise that you are going to do great, as I have seen you do amazing things. Last time I checked, you did put this beautiful bed together pretty much on your own." Matt agreed with his wife when she said that, well aware that was (somewhat) the case. "But we both know that Kelly and Antonio helped me, as I couldn't do it on my own. It's heavy." Gabby agreed with Matt when he told her that. She then smiled at her incredible husband. "Just do it like you would a normal project, because you got it baby. I know that you go it." Matt agreed with Gabby, smiling at her.

He then turned his attention back to the crib that he was working on, with the goal of putting it together. "Okay, so that means that we have four together." Gabby agreed with Matt. "Yeah, that's what it looks like here." Matt nodded as he went ahead and proceeded to start to drill some more screws. "Just curious, are they telling me to do this corner; and then the one next to it, or the one across from it diagonally?" Gabby laughed. "Baby, just take it easy and concentrate on what you're doing right now. That's all you need to do right now." Matt agreed with his beautiful wife when she said that, proceeding to do just that. Afterwards, he proceeded to continue putting the screws in. Getting up, he went to look inside the crib. "There's one inside the crib too babe, is that the same screw?" Gabby then went to look at the manual. "Yeah, but that's for the rails. Apparently, the rails go up and down on this. The crib can change. There are wheels on it."

Matt was confused when he heard Gabby say that, proceeding to set the screws down before making his way back over to her. "Sorry, I am just confused as to the way that this is together." Gabby agreed with Matt when he said that, going ahead with giving Matt the manual. Grabbing the manual, he took a breath and then went to think about something. "You know what, give me a minute." Giving Gabby her manual back, Matt proceeded to make his way back over to his tools; reaching down into his tool box, he decided to grab his box cutter as he was going to grab the other manual. After all, the cribs are identical, and they can use them together. "Hey, why are you opening the other box?" Turning to face his wife, Matt smiled at her. "They are identical cribs, so there's going to be an identical manual in the book. Then, we can follow along together." Gabby laughed when Matt said that, not having thought about that. "Yeah, I didn't think about that." Matt just snickered.

Going to open the box just enough so that he could grab the manual (it was separate from the screws), Matt proceeded to grab it too. "Am I still going to tell you what to do?" Matt snickered as he turned to look at Gabby, finding it quite funny. "Baby, of course you are. I mean, you are my wife." Gabby just looked at her husband when he said that, not too pleased when it comes to him having said that. Matt then sighed. "Sorry baby." Gabby agreed with Matt when he told her that, shaking her head before just pointing to the crib. "Get back on the ground and get back to work Mr. Casey." Matt laughed when he heard Gabby say that, well aware that was exactly what he needed to do right now. He then proceeded to grab the manual. "What page are we on?" Gabby just looked down. "Page 7." Matt then proceeded to turn to the page that they were working on, with the goal of following along. That way, he can visualize much easier. "Sorry, it's just easier to see it."

Gabby agreed with Matt when he said that, realizing that. "And in case I get distracted and start daydreaming." Matt agreed with Gabby when she said that, well aware that could be the case. He then went ahead, proceeding to start making the cribs once again. "Okay, so this screw goes here." Gabby then went to look at what Matt was doing, making sure that he was doing it right. "Okay, so this is going to be easier. Oh, make sure that you do it the same and don't strip them." Matt then turned to look at his wife when she said that, well aware that he can't strip the screws. "I know baby, I promise that I'm not going to strip them." Gabby agreed with Matt as he told her that, well aware that was the case. She then smiled at the man she loves. Afterwards, she watched as Matt got back to work on making the cribs. And let's just say that it was an incredible sight, the sight of them making the cribs "together". "Remind me next time we get pregnant, to do this right away."

Matt was confused when he heard Gabby say that. "Why?" Gabby sighed. "I would want to be down there with you so that I can help you out close by." Matt shook his head. "Non-sense. This is what your husband does for his pregnant wife." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, smiling as that was definitely true; and he was going an impeccable job right now. He was just doing great work. "I swear, you are doing a great job baby." Matt agreed with Gabby when she said that. "And so are you, you're doing a great job telling me what to do." Gabby nodded as she heard Matt say that, smiling as that was something that she really loved hearing from the man she loves. "I swear, you are really making me blush." Matt agreed with Gabby when she said that, smirking as he turned his head and looked at his girl. "I am so going to have you after we're done doing this." Gabby laughed. "We'll see." Matt nodded, well aware of the fact that she needs to rest right now too.

"I know, you need to rest baby." Gabby smiled at her loving husband. "How did I get so lucky when it comes to just who my husband is?" Matt smirked when he heard Gabby say that. "Listen, stop flirting with me so that I can concentrate on what I'm doing right now." Gabby agreed with Matt when he said that, smiling as that was so sweet of him. "Let's just do this. Concentrate baby and keep doing it for me." Matt agreed with his wife, turning his head before looking at the crib once again. He then proceeded to take a breath before looking at the manual. "What's next?" Looking at the manual, Gabby proceeded to tell Matt what he had to do next. "So, we have the bottom down right? Or are we still doing that?" Matt then went to check on all the screws, when he realized that there was a couple screws that were still missing. "Let me just finish with the bottom part." Gabby agreed with Matt when he said that, letting him do just that prior to them continuing.

Once Matt finished with doing the bottom of the crib, he then went ahead and turned it over. "Okay, now it's time to do the posts." Gabby agreed with Matt when he said that. "Okay, so the posts are just lettered. ABCD. Make sure that they are put together clockwise." Matt agreed with Gabby when she said that, which was definitely something that he was going to do. Proceeding to find post A, he then went ahead and started to put it on the crib; which was exactly what he needed to do as they made their cribs, the cribs where their boys would eventually sleep. But let's just say that it didn't take him long to do the posts, as it was just two screws per bottom. "Thank got we already used all of the other screws, now they're all the same." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, well aware that was the case. "Oh definitely, that's going to be helpful." Matt just smiled as he went ahead and proceeded to put the next post up, which was parallel to the first.

Afterwards, he got up and went ahead to go walk around the crib with the other two posts so that he could put them on the other side. After all, that was exactly what he needed to do. That way, it was going to be much easier when it comes to putting the rails in. Bending down, Matt went ahead and went to screw the bottoms in. Afterwards, he did the same with the other post and just smiled. "Wait, there are grooves here. Do the sides go in there?" Gabby then looked at the book, and agreed with Matt. "Yeah, they go in there. Then, you can screw the sides together." Matt agreed with his beautiful wife when she said that, smiling as he went ahead and grabbed the sides that he needs to do. He then decided to also grab the clamps that he has in his tool box, so that he can put them all up at the same time. Just going to grab all of the sides, he went to put them up with the clamps. And let's just say that was going to be quite easy for them to use.

"Smart using the clamps, makes things a lot easier." Matt smirked when he heard Gabby say that, as that was definitely the truth. "I know right?" Gabby agreed with Matt, smiling as he went ahead and put all of the clamps into place; that was so that he could keep the sides in place. Afterwards, he went to grab his drill to start putting the screws in. "I never knew that it would take 30 minutes to put a crib together." Gabby laughed when she heard Matt say that. "Don't forget that you have to do it all over again with the second crib." Matt nodded. "Just wait, this is just the small crib. We have big cribs to do in the future." Matt then looked at the mattress. "Wait a second, I just realized something about the bottom; we were supposed to do it after, because you can put them up higher." Gabby shook her head. "No, there's another platform that you put in at the top. It changes, then you put the mattress in." Matt agreed with his wife, looking at the bottom.

"Oh, there it is." Gabby nodded, smiling as she looked at the man she loves while watching him put the cribs together. He then went ahead and proceeded to put the platform in, until he saw that there was actually something else; and so did Gabby. "Oh baby, you're missing part R. The rails with the pegs." Matt then went to go find them laughing as he went to go find them. Afterwards, he went ahead and set the bottom aside; after which, he went to grab his drill. "Screws?" Gabby then went to look. "Screws R" Matt thought that was going to be the case and went to grab them. After which, he reached into the crib so that he could hold it against the post. "Which side of the post?" Gabby then looked up. "Facing you? Or facing the window?" Gabby then looked at the manual. "Facing me." Matt agreed with his wife, proceeding to put it in the way she just told him to from behind the grate. He then went ahead and started to screw them all in.

After all, it does take time to do it. "You glad that we're doing this together?" Gabby laughed when Matt asked her whether she's glad that they're doing this together. "Oh definitely, I love doing this together as it's really nice. We're just doing it as husband and wife; and there's truly nothing like it." Matt agreed with his girl when she said that, proceeding to continue with putting some more of the rails in. After which, he proceeded to make sure that they were in there well. "So, are we going to start with the boys up at the top?" Gabby agreed with Matt. "Yes. So you might as well put the pegs in there from away." Matt nodded when Gabby said that, proceeding to put grab one of the pegs. He then went to put it in, right where they need it to be at the moment. He then went to continue the drill, with going all the way around the crib so that he can continue to put the pegs in. Still, it didn't take long for him to do that; as it was really nice, and it was exactly what they needed. Just continuing to put all the pegs in, Matt smirked at his girl. "And that's it?" Gabby nodded, smiling.

"Yes, then you put the top in; along with the mattress." Matt nodded when Gabby said that, going ahead with doing that. "And then we do the other one the same way." Matt laughed when he heard Gabby tell him that, ready to do just that.
