Third Child, Third Life, Third time's the charm

His first life ended when he moved to Tokyo-3. His second life ended following SEELE and the JSSDF's cataclysmic incursion on the Geofront with Shinji as an unwitting ally. Life on earth teetered on the edge of the third impact and ended with him finding himself alone and abandoned in the United States, unable to return he must move on. But is it really third times the charm?

This will be a Post-EOE semi-AU fanfic mainly involving Shinji in the story, there will be some brief mentions of everyone else from Evangelion, which has a significant effect on the story. However, they will not be present as an actual character explored or speaking to Shinji as I want this story to mainly focus on him and O.C (O.C are written to develop Shinji's story, not their own really). This will be semi-AU as some parts of NGE and EOE will be rewritten differently, as of now I don't intend to explain this in detail and in the future I may write a prequel or sequel explaining which actually has a focus on characters other than Shinji, this is my first time uploading a fan-fic so I don't want to start biting off more than I can chew.

I've intended this story to probably end up being pretty dark and bleak especially in regards to Shinji (I've created this story with some plans in the future with Shinji progressing with character development, as I intend this to only be the start of a series or something, yeah im way over my head lol), being based on some real world events. Which explains the M+ rating. Expect violence, sexual violence, and military fused with conspiracy.

And no, this is not another Shinji looper story there's enough of them already lol. If you do hope to see this continue, I'm very thankful, however writing out chapters may be slow, and at worst take upwards of a year to get a couple out depending on my workload.
