Chapter One Hundred and Fifty-Two

He just finished making love to the woman of his dreams as he laid down in bed, the two of them just laying down side-by-side in a way that was extremely perfect; he was currently holding his girl in his arms while stroking her arm and kissing her forehead softly, which was everything that Gabby wanted right now. She just wanted her husband to hold her in his arms and take it easy with her. And that was exactly what Matt was doing right now, with nothing but he sheets on top of the both of them; which was always a perfect way for them to spend time together. Moving his hand under the sheets, Matt put his hand on Gabby's butt and stroked it with his thumb, which was definitely something that Gabby was enjoying right now, as it was very sexy. And that was why she wrapped her arms around Matt's muscular torso as much as she could, as she didn't want him to stop what he was doing right now. She just wanted to feel his soft thumb stroke her naked skin; and that was exactly what her loving husband was doing for her, he was running his hand all over her gorgeous body.

Turning his head to look down at Gabby, Matt smirked due to the fact that his girl looks extremely beautiful; and that's all that matters at the end of the day, that she looks beautiful in his arms. Well that, and that she's comfortable in his arms; which the wife most certainly is. And she was showing him that by continuing to kiss him, even though they were now done making love to each other. And the feeling of his gorgeous wife's lips on his, it was the best feeling in the entire world; as it truly did make Matt smile right now. He was just taking it easy with the most beautiful woman in the entire world, as they took it nice and easy with each other for the second day in a row. Having already done this after their vow renewal yesterday afternoon, Matt just loved the fact that he got lucky two days in a row. And even better, he was still getting lucky thanks to the woman he loves more than anything in the entire world. The woman he thinks is extremely sexy right now.

Putting his hand on Matt's face, Gabby smiled as she leaned in and kissed her loving husband softly; she then went ahead and started to take things nice and slow with her husband again, which was exactly what Matt wanted right now. Wrapping his arm around Gabby's back as they continued to take things nice and slow with his gorgeous wife, Matt smirked due to the fact that Gabby is extremely sexy; and that was something that he was really enjoying, which he was showering to her by stroking her back, and just taking it nice and easy with his girl. He then decided to move his hand up and down her arm, showing her that he loves her while they just held each other close in bed. Kissing her forehead softly, Matt smirked due to the fact that this is everything that the couple wanted right now. But there was one thing that the couple also enjoyed. The silence that was in between the both of them. It was perfect, as they just wanted to hold each other in bed right now.

That's when Matt decided to do something that may very well start a conversation between the both of them, and that's start to tug away from his wife so that he can check the time (and let's just say that Gabby was not a big fan of that). "Don't you dare. You are staying right here, as I am very comfortable in your arms." Matt laughed as he heard Gabby say that, agreeing with her as he just wrapped his arm around her once again, which was exactly what Gabby wanted him to do for the rest of the day. Pressing his lips against Gabby's forehead, Matt smiled as he just held the woman of his dreams close to him. "We're just doing this for the rest of the day, aren't we?" Looking up at Matt, Gabby smiled as she kissed Matt softly. "I want to do whatever we can to make sure that we're okay. And if that means that we need to say here, then we will; and I mean that baby." Matt agreed with Gabby as she told him that, really appreciating the fact that she just told him that today.

It's just what he wants to hear, especially when his wife is this sexy; but that's not the only reason that she's sexy right now, she's sexy as she is currently naked in his arms. And that, that's every man's dream; to be holding his naked, pregnant wife in his arms. And since that was exactly what he was doing right now, you could say that this was Matt's heaven on earth. Him and his wife naked in bed, just holding each other close in bed; and that led to Matt pressing another kiss on his beautiful wife's forehead. "So, what are we going to do right now?" Matt smiled when Gabby asked him that question. "What do you want to do?" Looking up at Matt, Gabby smirked; and that led to Matt thinking that she wants him in bed. And let's just say that he's more than willing to give it to her if she wants it. "Oh, does somebody want to go for a second round?" Gabby laughed when Matt asked her that, as that was not what she wanted right now. "Definitely not."

Matt agreed with Gabby when she said that, well a ware that he was really pushing it when it comes to them having sex. I mean, they already had some; and that means that he's good for a while. "Do you need something to eat?" Looking up at her husband, Gabby took a breath due to the fact that she does want to eat; but she doesn't want him to leave bed. "I just don't want to leave bed, especially not when I have stuff on my mind." Matt agreed with Gabby when she said that, a bit confused. "What's on your mind baby?" Gabby took a breath as she looked into his eyes. "Matt, I'm worried about you. Is that really a surprise?" Matt shook his head. "Want to talk to me about your worries?" Gabby agreed with Matt as he asked her whether she wanted to talk about her worries. "I'm just starting to think about the project that we're about to embark on, and just how stressful it might be." Matt took a breath as Gabby said that, well aware that it was the truth; and he had a feeling as to where this conversation might go, but he decided to hear his girl out before he jumped to conclusions.

Rolling over onto his back, Matt brought Gabby with him so that she could cuddle up to him and just relax in his arms.

Gabby's POV:
As Matt rolled over into his back so that he can hold me on his chest, I took a breath as I laid my head down on his chest; afterwards, Matt wrapped both his arms and legs around my body. Turning his head, Matt smiled as he proceeded to kiss my forehead softly, which is something that I always enjoy feeling, the feeling of his soft lips on my forehead. But now, we need to talk to each other; and we need to just figure out my worries. I'm just worried about my husband right now, and it's also related to the fact that I'm not sure if he's in the right headspace to really start a company right now; and especially not when we're going to be having children at the same time, and that really worries me. I know that he needs to be hands on, but I think it's just too much for him to handle right now; and I think that we need to slow things down. Taking a breath, I just tried to think about all of this; and how I was going to be able to tell my husband about the truth I need to share.

The truth that I don't think that he's really in the right headspace to start a company, especially not when the stress that comes with that will be much worse than the stress that came from the stress he had earlier today; the stress that came with having to tell my family that he has PTSD, and I just saw all of those emotions come out. It was so hard to watch him do that, and I just think that we need to really rethink this right now. Taking a breath, I went to kiss Matt's chest. "Matt, I think we need to talk about something that you might not exactly like." Matt just looked at me. "If you think that I'm going to be admitted for this, then you're crazy." I looked up at Matt when he said that, shocked that he even thought that I would say such a thing; as that was definitely not what I was going to say right now. Rather, it was further from what I would ever say to him. He's the man I love, and I want him to be with me as we raise the kids. That will always be the case.

Sitting up, I looked down at Matt. "Hey, I don't even want you to think that way baby. That was not at all what I wanted to say. I promise." Matt let out a sigh when I said that, hating that he even felt that way. "Baby, I'm so sorry." I agreed with Matt when he told me that, proceeding to bend down and kiss the man I love more than anything. "Baby, I am not letting you out of my sight as we deal with this; I promise baby." Putting his hand on the side of my face, Matt agreed with me as he kissed me again. "Sorry I even thought that way." I agreed with Matt when he told me that, before proceeding to lay down on his chest once again. Wrapping my arms around his torso, I just smiled due to the fact that he is the best husband in the entire world; and I am so proud that I get to call him my husband, and there is nobody I want to have that title in relation to me other than one Matthew Casey. I want him to be my husband for the rest of my life.

Just cuddling up to Matt again, I smiled as I continued with what I was saying; while also tugging the covers up on top of the both of us, as that made me much more comfortable. Another thing that made me much more comfortable? Matt wrapping his arm around me, while kissing the top of my head. "Baby, what I was trying to say is that I am not sure whether us going ahead with starting the company yet. And I just want you to hear me out." Matt agreed with me when I said that, deciding to hear me out. "Baby, you're already going to be dealing with so much. I mean, we're going to have two kids; and I'm going to be recovering, which means that I'm going to be on bedrest for a bit. And we're going to be dealing with this together. Baby, I'm not sure if I can really be okay with you trying to do all of it at the same time; including trying to work on the company, while also managing your mental health. I'm just worried about it, and that's how I feel." Matt agreed with me.

He then bent down, and went ahead and kissed the top of my head again; which was a way for me to know that he's receptive to what I'm saying. "Baby, I'm not sure what you think about all of this; but I just think that we need to take a step back and concentrate on us. And I know that we just started but…." Matt then bent down and kissed my head again, just giving me the comfort that I need to know that he was understanding what I was saying. I then looked up at him, smiling as he bent down and kissed me softly while putting his hand on my back. "How are we going to do this though?" Matt smiled. "How about we just send an e-mail, then we can go to our other home? The home that we can relax in." I agreed, smiling.
