"Alright! Everyone! Today we will hold a physical examination! Please change into your Gym uniform!" Emi said as she led the children into their changing room.

Over the week, they have adjusted well, stopped falling asleep at noon, and now have more focus.

They are good kids, but they have formed a group. There are 3 groups, the troublemaker which is led by Kensuke-Kun, the Watanabe sibling, and Ren-kun who are the one that follows after him.

Though she said troublemakers, are just children who are really curious about things and often speak at the worst time, it is not like they actually make trouble.

Though their overflowing energy does become trouble, ha…her age is really catching up to her, she just turned 30 after all.

Then there is the studious group. Lead by…well…Sora-San does not really lead anything, she just helps them study, this group is followed by Rina-San, Emi-San, and Taro-kun.

They are well-behaved and are students with good grades.

And last is the…real trouble group, the introvert. No leader, they are just kids who like to be by themselves and read or play alone, the notable one being Furue-San. Others are fine, they at least have friends in the class but Furue-San… doesn't have friends in the class and when it breaks time, she would often be alone or with the two girls she meets on the first day.

The two girls' names are Kisaki Hana-San and Takamura Mio-san. They are from the other class and the two seem to really be close with Furue-San, which is good and all but Emi would really like it if she had a friend in the class whom she could talk to.

Once the children finish getting into their gym uniform, Emi leads them to the nurse's office, to get a health check-up, and what more today a doctor from a big hospital will come!

Dr. Kawaki, a famous doctor from the city, seems he would personally come and give the children around this area a check-up, which is a good thing, having someone with such a reputation, he would surely give a good check-up and if some students have a problem then he should able to tell it quickly.

So with excitement, Emi leads the children into the nurse's room. In there, she saw an old grandpa with a glass, he was quite chubby but his eyes were quite soft.

"Well we'll, we have a lot of energetic ones aren't we?" he joked lightly to lighten up the mood.

"Thank you so much doctor, for coming here. Now children, greet Doctor Kawaki!"

"Good morning!" they all greet him cheerfully, unafraid of him being a doctor.

"Ah, good morning. Well, since we don't have much time let us do this quickly. We will go by the number, alright? Then the rest, please wait outside." quickly ordered and she did as he told her, after all, he was the one doing the check-up.

The children quickly form a line, before Kensuke-kun goes in first, after around 5 minutes, he comes out looking happily with a candy in hand. Next is Sora-san, and just like before, after 5 minutes of check-up, she comes out holding a candy in hand too.

They proceed with this until it is finally time for Hirano Furue-san to go in.

TREMIS

"Hirano Furue-chan, right? Is it ok if I call you that?" The doctor asks her, she nods lightly. "Alright, Furue-chan, can you stand over there?" He points at the Stadiometer, she does as he asks and stands there. "Take off your shoe, please." She nodded and took her shoe off.

"Hm…18.54 Kilo and 110.75 Centimeter. You are in the healthy range." She nods to him and he points for the chair so she gets up there, and sits in front of him.

He picked up a grass and put it on her, before pointing toward the picture hanging on the wall. "Now, tell me what you can read, understood?" She nods again.

"A..I…U E O Ka Ki Ku Ke…ko. That is all." She said slowly, and he nodded.

"Your eyesight was quite good." He took off the glasses and put on the headphones for her. "Now, tell me if this is too loud or too quiet, and which direction it plays from."

He then starts to click on the button. Then a sound comes out, music is from the left of her ear. "The left…it was a bit quiet…" He nodded and clicked on the mouse again, this time from the right and it was perfectly normal. "It was from the right, it was normal." He nods and plays again, this time from both..but the sound from the left is still a bit too quiet.

"From both but the left is…quiet," Furue said and the doctor nodded before taking the headphones off her.

"Turn your left ear toward me, I need to check something." She did as he told and all of a sudden, she felt a metallic chill in her ear, she was startled and moved quickly.

The doctor stared at her for a bit before he turned his face around, "Don't be scared, it's just a normal check-up."

Furue stares at the doctor, feeling fear at the unknown but she quickly compiles when the doctor's hand reveals a candy. She let him insert the metallic object again and this time, she put it in slowly, after a bit, he took it out. "Your left ear has too much earwax in it, once you go back home, tell your family and get it clean, understood?" She nods and he seems satisfied.

"Now for the dental check," She opened her mouth for him, letting him check her dental without asking because back home, Grandpa would do this every morning to check if she had a bad tooth or not. "Yes, there is no problem." She closed her mouth and smiled a bit, other than the ear wax thing, she was healthy.

He picked up the paper and read it for a bit, then a sudden frown appeared on his face before quickly vanishing away. He searched his bag for a bit before taking out a medicine bottle.

Taking out one tablet, he hands it out to her. Furue stares at it suspiciously and turns to the doctor, he smiles at her. "It was a vitamin tablet, don't worry, it is very sweet." At the word sweet, she instantly took it without thinking, sweet thing is good.

But unknown to her, the doctor's smile turned into nothing as she was enjoying the vitamin tablet.

After the very sweet vitamin tablet, they continued doing check-ups without problem and she was let go with another piece of candy. When she got out, the other children had already started playing and then, another class came, and there she saw her two friends.

It's Hana-chan and Mio-chan, they wave at her and she waves back before going to the playground, there is a book she wants to read, it's a fairy tale Hana-chan gave her last time.

She quickly finds a seat before settling down, with candy in hand, but realizes she doesn't have the book with her, she looks around and doesn't see Emi-sensei around, so she decides to wait, after a few minutes of sitting and enjoying the candy, Emi-sensei appear, she was looking over Ken…suke? Is that his name? Furue didn't remember, so she walked up to Emi-sensi and tugged lightly on her skirt.

Emi-sensei looks down and smiles at her before kneeling to her height. "Hello, Furue-san, How was the check-up?" Emi-sensei ask. So she smiles at Emi-sensei.

"It…was good, I got 2 candies," She showed her the empty candy warpers before finally remembering why she was looking for Emi-Sensei. "Sensei…I forgot my book. Can I get it?" She asks in her slow voice, Emi-sensei nods at her and pats her head.

"Of course, but can you get it on your own? Sensei needs to watch over the other children." She nods in answer before walking off toward the building, after a few minutes, she arrives at her classroom, gets to her seat opens her back, grabs the book before returning to the playground, finding a good spot to settle down, she starts reading the book.
