Hello everyone, here is the next chapter!
I know this is way late, but time has just flown by and things have happened. It is also a bit short, but I hope it is good. Hopefully it won't be almost 3 months until the next chapter
There is also no smut in this chapter

Ace gave a sound as he woke, before he gave a few coughs. No, just no, he could not be sick again! He moved his hand to his head, and he felt it was hot. He moved to look at his phone, and it was just 4am, he wasn't due to wake up for 3 hours. But he felt horrible, and he felt he needed the bathroom and headed to the toilet, before he went back to bed, and when he entered the room, Marco was awake and looked at him. "Are you okay? It's just 4am, yoi." Ace nodded as he moved to sit down on the bed. "I think I'm sick." Marco frowned and moved his hand to his forehead, and gave a sigh. "You're really warm." Ace sighed. "I am not in the mood to be sick again! I have no more sick days!" Marco shook his head. "If you're sick, you're sick. You need to call your doctor then, yoi." Ace sighed, he didn't want to do that, but he probably needed to. "I will see how I feel when the alarm goes off." Marco nodded, and the two went back to bed.
When his alarm went off, he actually felt even worse, which had him groan, and he felt a hand move to his back. "You feeling worse?" Ace nodded as he sat up. "Yes, I do. I guess I need to call my doctor." Marco nodded. "You should." Ace sighed, but did call the doctor, he opened at 7 on Mondays anyway. When they spoke, he got sick leave for the week, and if he still felt awful on Monday, to call back, and Ace would do that. As he hung up, he looked at Marco, who didn't need to leave for an hour. "I got sick leave for the week. Why am I sick again?! I was just sick last month!" Marco nodded. "I know, but sometimes you're sick, yoi." Ace guessed so. He didn't feel as bad as he had been last time. He didn't feel nauseous. He did get a sore throat and coughed a lot, but it was bearable. It also lasted until Thursday, but he took the Friday sick day too, just to be sure.
But, when Saturday came, Marco got sick. The same sick he had been, which had him give an apologetic look. "I am sorry I got you sick. You're most likely sick because of me." Marco shook his head. "No, it's okay. It is not your fault, yoi." Ace gave a sigh. "You wouldn't have been sick if I hadn't been sick." Marco shook his head. "It is okay, I don't feel that bad. But I will be home for the week though, as I don't want to infect others, yoi." Ace nodded, and he still felt bad. So, Marco moved a hand to his cheek, making him look at Marco. Yes, I am now sick, but it could have happened anyhow. Don't feel bad, yoi." Ace nodded, and he would try. He did need to work when Monday came, and Marco stayed home. He didn't seem to be as sick as he had been, but then again, Marco might be acting like he wasn't as sick. But, it was a bit nice to come home to a finished dinner, as Marco felt good enough to make dinner.
Marco was also sick for 4 days, before he was fine, which was good, and things were back to normal. But as he and Marco had been sick after each other, they now hadn't been at Trevor's with the others for 2 weeks, and he was looking forward to that next week. But when Saturday came, they headed out to the mall, and he was excited. So, he was running around and looking at things, and when he was far away from Marco one time, he turned to look at Marco. "Marco! Look! New movie!" It was a new movie, and Marco nodded as he got close. "Yes, but don't yell, first warning." Ace blinked. "Oh, sorry." Marco shook his head. "No, it is fine, yoi. Just don't do it again." Ace nodded, he would try. But, 10 minutes later, he did it again when he saw someone familiar and ran over after yelling, and he spoke to them, someone he hadn't seen in a while, and he introduced Marco, who said hello and they spoke for a bit, before they parted, and when they had, Marco looked at him. "No yelling, second warning, yoi." Ace blinked, he had forgotten himself again. "Sorry." He did feel sorry, he didn't mean to.
They then walked more around, and when he saw another movie coming, to the other theater, he looked at Marco, that was far away, but he caught himself from yelling and took a deep breath and waited for Marco to be closer and he mentioned it then, and when he had, Marco gave a smile to him. "Also, kudos for not yelling, yoi." Ace nodded and felt good, he managed to not yell. They were then done at the mall and headed towards their car, and as they were about to cross a road, a car came speeding, almost hitting them, which had him annoyed as he looked after the car. "You moron!" He yelled after it, and then he realized his mistake and looked at Marco. "Does that count?" Marco gave a breath. "Yes. It does." Ace felt a sigh leave him, he messed up.
He felt bad on the way home, and didn't know what his punishment would be. When they got home and had put away the wares they had bought, Marco looked at him. "You yelled out 3 times, yoi." Ace nodded. "I know, I'm sorry." Marco nodded. "Still, not allowed to speak for 2 hours, yoi." Ace nodded, that fit the crime. He took note of the clock, before he went to watch some TV with Marco, and did his best to not comment on things when things happened in the series they were watching.
But after an hour, his phone rang, and he took it up and saw it was a co-worker, and had no idea what to do, so he looked to Marco for guidance, no idea if he could answer this. Had it been his boss, he would have answered it, but it was just a co-worker. Marco hummed. "If you're unsure, just answer it." Ace nodded, that sounded smart, so he answered it, and it was Claus who wanted to switch shifts, and when they had agreed on it, he hung up and Marco looked at him. "You got the morning shift now?" Ace nodded, he did. He was supposed to have the evening shift. He liked the morning shift. As he was off earlier, he liked that.
But, after half an hour, something happened in their series and he almost spoke out, but he remembered he wasn't allowed to for another 30 minutes. But it also made him realize he had disobeyed Marco 3 times, and that made him feel really bad inside. He hadn't meant to, if that stupid car just hadn't done that. After a few minutes, Marco moved a hand to his leg. "You okay? You look down." Ace blinked and looked at Marco. Was he trying to trick him into speaking? He didn't know what to do, when Marco spoke. "You're allowed to answer when I ask things, yoi." Oh, that was true. Ace gave a defeated sigh. "It's just… I feel bad, I didn't mean to yell out 3 times…" Marco gave a breath. "Yes, you didn't mean to, at least not the last two times, yoi. And the last was since that guy was an idiot. But don't brood over it, just don't do it again." Ace nodded. "Okay." Marco moved a hand to his cheek. "You're a good person, so don't think you aren't. But, I don't like yelling, yoi." Ace nodded, he knew that. They then went back to watching TV and the next 30 minutes went by fast and Marco looked at him when they had passed. "There, that wasn't so bad, right, yoi?" Ace shook his head. "No, and I will try not to do it again." Marco nodded. "Good." He really would try.
The next days went by fine, then came the day they were at Mika and Trevor's, and he was really excited. He hadn't seen them in 3 weeks now. When they got there and he sat down, he said he was sorry for not being able to be here before, but Mika shook her head. "No. Trevor was sick too last week." Ace blinked. "Oh, okay. What kind of sick?" Mika hummed and said what kind of sickness, and it was the same as him and Marco. "We were the same sick." Zoro hummed. "Many at my work are sick too. It goes around now I guess." That actually made him feel a bit better about infecting Marco, maybe he would have been sick anyway.
Sachi then asked how things were going at his place, and he sighed. "I got punished the other day, I yelled out 3 times." Mika nodded. "What was your punishment?" Ace hummed. "I wasn't allowed to speak for 2 hours." Sachi blinked. "Wow. Now, this might be since I have done it so many times, but I get spanked when I do." Zoro nodded. "Same here, when I yell and speak out of turn." Mika hummed. "I am with Ace, not allowed to speak. But I don't do it often." Ace nodded, it made sense it got worse if he would do it often. It had him hum. "I am also not sure about what I am allowed to do or not, I don't know where the…" Mika looked at him. "Where the line is?" Ace nodded, that fit. Mika chuckled. "Been there. I was that with Trevor. My other one before Trevor, he wasn't… nice, to say the least, so I went out to test the line with things. I even had a bag ready to run with, sure Trevor wouldn't be as nice as he is. But here we are years later and I couldn't be happier." Ace blinked, that sounded a bit smart, but also scary, to test where the line was. He would think about it. He was scared a lot, but he needed to figure this out.
They then spoke about things, before they had some food and he shared with Marco, which felt really nice. He liked that. When they got back to the table they sat at, they continued to speak about things, before the visit ended and they headed home, and he would take Mika's words into mind, maybe he should test things a bit, just to see how Marco would react and what he would do if he did certain things. He would think about it.
