Since it's May 4th, a little Rizzles story to celebrate this day.
For people who don't know, May 4 is considered a day of celebration by many Star Wars fans and they take the opportunity to celebrate the films in the series as well as its "culture". The date was chosen following a pun made with a famous phrase from the film. Thus, May the Force be with you, was changed to May the fourth be with you.

It was Star Wars day and Maura, who knew that Jane loved Star Wars, had decided to surprise her wife and for that, she had taken the day off. Jane knew that Maura didn't take kindly to someone saying « May the fourth be with you » every time she passed someone in the police station or morgue.
Maura had decided to disguise herself with Princess Leia's famous golden bikini. She had spent hours the previous days searching for the perfect costume on the internet and then on the big day, she spent two hours doing her hair to have Leia's characteristic macaroons and carefully applying her makeup. Maura hoped that her wife would appreciate her effort and that they could spend a romantic or even naughty evening.
Maura had made a Death Star shaped cake and blue cocktails like the light side of the Force and red cocktails like the dark side of the Force. She looked at the time impatiently, wondering when her wife would come home from work. Jane hadn't responded to her last messages or calls, which worried Maura a little, who thought that Jane was stuck in traffic and Maura knew very well that Jane was not at all patient when that happened to her. and when she did, Jane sometimes swore in words that would have made an entire army blush and never answered the phone in those cases or Maura thought Jane had an emergency at the office but it was unlikely because in this case, Frankie or Nina would have called to warn her. Maura looked at herself in her bedroom mirror and thought that Jane would be delighted to see her dressed like this and that they could watch their favorite science fiction saga together. Jane had been surprised when early in their friendship, Maura had told her that she had never seen a Star Wars movie and the following weekend, Jane had arrived with the entire Star Wars collection and explained everything to Maura and since that day Maura loved watching Star Wars with Jane and especially in Jane's arms
Maura walked to the living room, where she had a big screen TV and stereo speakers and brought everything she had prepared and sat down on the couch and thought about her future evening with Jane and also about the night and smiled thinking of the very warm and love-filled night that Maura wanted to give to Jane. Maura also didn't notice the sound of the front door opening, nor the footsteps approaching the living room. It was only when her wife appeared before her, dressed in a full Darth Vader costume, that she realized she was no longer alone. She let out a cry of surprise and joy, and stood up to take Jane in her arms. Jane told him in a voice transformed by the mask which allowed him to take on the voice of Darth Vader
« Maura, I'm your wife! »
Maura burst out laughing and took off the mask Jane was wearing then the two women looked at each other with tenderness and love, then they kissed each other lovingly and tenderly.
Jane says :
« You are so beautiful ! I already loved this costume when I saw it worn by Carrie Fisher in the film but then worn by you, it's beyond perfection!
You had a crush on her?
No. You're the only woman I have a crush on but I thought she was beautiful . On the other hand, Frankie and Tommy drooled every time they saw this passage. At the same time I understand them »
Jane laughed and said
« But I highly doubt that Nina and Susie will ever agree to wear this costume
I wear it for you! »
Jane kissed Maura again and said
« And it's just for me and I love it! »
Thank you, you look great too. I thought you were never going to come home.
Sorry, I was late. The store where I bought my costume was no longer able to find the voice-changing mask so it took a little longer but I didn't want to miss this special day. I always liked Darth Vader, he is so badass despite being a criminal

Maura gave Jane a very tender smile and placed her hand on Jane's cheek and said
« Jane Rizzoli, you are my Strength »
The two women kissed again and Jane said
« So, shall we watch the movie?
Of course. But first, I have to show you something. »
Maura showed Jane the cake and cocktails she had made. His wife was amazed and thanked her with another kiss. They each had a drink and a piece of cake, then returned to the living room. They made themselves comfortable on the sofa, snuggled up against each other, and Jane, before pressing the remote control, said
« Tell me ? Do you wear your costume the same way as Carrie Fisher? »
Maura smiled and said
You'll know that after the film."
Jane winked and said laughing
« What if I used the Jane Rizzoli version of the Force
It's useless, because I'll use the Maura Rizzoli version of the Force and you won't be able to do anything."
The two women started laughing then Jane pressed the remote control and the credits of the film began to scroll on the screen, accompanied by the legendary music. The two women smiled, Maura since she was wearing the Princess Leia costume took a blue cocktail and Jane since she was wearing the Darth Vader costume took a red cocktail and they raised their glasses and Maura said leaning against Jane:
« Here's to us, to Star Wars, to love and May the fourth be with you ! For ever ! »

If you're wondering why Jane asks Maura if she wears her costume the same way as Carrie Fisher it's because Carrie didn't wear underwear while filming Star Wars so she didn't wear anything underneath her outfit golden because George Lucas had told her: « There is no underwear in space »
