Hey guys, sorry I couldn't post, got backed up with school stuff. I'll try to post more regularly, but I can't make promises. Here we go!
"Okay guys, we're going to have a little intermission now. Through that doorway is the break room." Dusty announced as he paused the movie. Everybody got up, stretched their legs and entered.
"There's plenty of food for everybody; meat for the carnivores, plants for the herbivores, bugs for the insectivores, et cetera." Spirit explained.
"Don't worry herbivores, it's not any of your relatives on the menu!" Dusty joked.
"Dusty!" Spirit whacked him on the back of his head. "What?" Dusty asked. Spirit just gave him a stink eye. Just then, Ora raised his claw. "Yes, Ora?" Spirit said. "Where's the little dragon's room?" He asked. "Oh! The bathrooms are through that tunnel. Boys on the left, girls on the right. If there aren't any other questions, have fun!" Spirit answered as Ora scuttled off.
Everyone started grabbing food and water and chatting with one another. Telling jokes and swapping stories, you get the idea. Kovu and Baliyo started a round of Dance Dance Revolution, the hyenas played volleyball with Zazu as the ball, et cetera.
After a little while, a bad smell began wafting through the room. "What is that smell?" Kijana exclaimed. "It's not me!" Binga replied. "Sorry." Pumbaa sheepishly said. "Aw, Pumbaa, did you have to?" Simba immediately clapped a paw over his nose. "Ugh, that stinks!" Rani gagged.
"Spirit, get the air freshener!" Dusty called to his sister, who ran over to a small closet and got out several cans of lavender air freshener and began spraying. "Uh Dusty, I don't think this is going to be enough!" "We have to evacuate! We can take the food and drinks with us, and there's another access tunnel to the bathrooms in the theater! Everyone go!" Dusty called.
Everyone stampeded out of the break room faster than cheetahs, taking the refreshments with them. "Gangway, coming through!" Janja yelled as he, Cheezi and Chungu squeezed through the crowd.
"Is that everyone?" Ananda asked. "I think so." Rani replied. "Dusty!" Spirit gasped. Said lion then clawed his way out of the room and collapsed. "That was a..stinky situation." He rasped.
"He'll be fine. The room should be aired out by next intermission. For now, let's get back to the show." Spirit said as everyone filed back to their spots.
