Titans North

It was a calm night in the country of Canada as the landscape was covered in a small blanket of snow and the stars shined in the sky. Starfire was flying through the sky by herself with her arms at her side as she flew over a forest on her way to her destination. She flew over a forest as a wolf looked up at her in curiosity and watched the alien girl fly through the sky. As she flew she heard her Communicator beep, prompting her to pull it out and answer it as it opened and showed her Robin's face on the screen.

Robin looked back at her as he curiously said, "Starfire, this is Robin. Status report. Are you in Canada yet?"

Starfire glanced at the screen before staring forward while flying as she said, "Yes Robin. I am proceeding to Aurora City to meet the Titans North."

On the screen Robin nodded with an urgent expression as he said, "Good. Make sure everything is okay and that they're ready for danger. With all these old and new villains coming out and targeting all the other Titans we need to be more organized. The members of the Titans North just recently established their new Tower in Aurora City and some of them are still new to this lifestyle. They may need your guidance."

Starfire glanced at her Communicator before looking her head as she proudly said, "I shall assist them any way I am able to."

Robin smiled at her proudly and then showed a loving expression as he said, "I know you will. And Starfire, I can't wait to see you again."

Starfire smiled lovingly at the screen as she happily said, "I look forward to reuniting with you as well Robin."

She put the Communicator away and flew off in the direction of the city with her hands straight out as she thought about her boyfriend. Meanwhile, in orbit a small fleet of spaceships was flying toward Earth at a slow speed as they were approaching a certain spot. There were over a dozen spaceships and almost all of them looked identical as they flew through space quickly. The ships had designs that the Titans had encountered once before, they were the ships of the Locrix. The Locrix had somehow been reactivated as they were piloting these space ships and heading toward Earth. There was one ship that was larger than the others, it appeared to be some kind of Locrix battleship with many weapons. On the bridge of the battleship an intercepted transmission played of the last thing Starfire told Robin and a monitor was tracking her Communicator. Standing at the terminal was Starfire's evil older sister, Blackfire, who smiled evilly as she listened to what Starfire said to Robin.

Blackfire turned off the recording and smiled evilly as she said to herself, "So my little sister is all by herself, on her way to help some rookies, and missing her boyfriend. Maybe we should go down there and give her some company."

The Locrix obeyed her command as they pushed various buttons and plotted a course for the battleship to track Starfire. The battleship was leading the way as all the other smaller ships followed it as both support and an escort. Blackfire smiled evilly as she stared out the window of the bridge with her hands on her hips, thinking of how she would destroy Starfire.

She kept grinning evilly as she turned back to three monstrous mysterious figures behind her and said, "I'm sure these Titans North will make fine playmates for all of you."

The three shadowy figures started growling and snarling viciously as they craved for something to destroy.

Blackfire turned back around with a furious glare as she said, "Little sister it's time for you to see how inferior you are."

She kept glaring daggers as her eyes glowed purple as she awaited her confrontation with Starfire while the screen faded to black.

Opening theme song

Starfire was flying through the air as she passed over Aurora City, a somewhat large city that had some tall skyscrapers. On the southern edge of the city were two lakes as well as a small river; the city also had lush forests surrounding it. Starfire flew over the city as she headed toward a small steep mountain just north of the city, approximately five miles away. On the mountainside was the new home of the Titans North, a T-Shaped tower that could be seen from miles away. The Tower had a great view of Aurora City, it also looked almost exactly like the Tower where Starfire and her friends lived, but the windows were bright red. As Starfire approached the Tower she noticed Red Star on the roof watching out for her, when he spotted her he waved to her and she smiled.

She landed in front of him and happily said, "Hello Red Star. It is good to see you again."

He looked at her with a friendly smile as he said, "It is good to see you too Starfire. I thank you for coming."

He then turned around and motioned for her to follow him as he lead her inside and to the main room of the Tower. The main room of their Tower was much like hers back home, but there was one wall separating the kitchen from the rest and a breakfast nook. There was a large table for both eating and meeting with chairs set up around it and there was a large sectional couch and a couple of beanbag chairs on opposite sides of it. The rest of the Titans North were in the room doing different activities, the other members were Kole, Gnarrk, Jericho, and Argent. Kole and Gnarrk were in the kitchen section as they ate food together, prompting Gnarrk to smile as he ate a big fruit. Jericho was sitting in a beanbag chair with his eyes closed in a relaxed manner as he strummed his guitar gently. Argent was sitting on the couch as she painted her fingernails black to match her outfit, not minding the presence of the others.

Red Star then spoke up as he announced, "Everyone, Starfire is here."

They all looked at her as she happily waved at them and they all put down their things and walked over to her.

Kole smiled as she happily said, "Hi Starfire."

Gnarrk smiled happily as he said, "Gnarrk."

Argent smiled with her hands on her hips as she said, "Hey there bird. Good to see you."

Jericho smiled as he waved at Starfire to greet her, and Starfire smiled at them and said, "Hello friends! It is glorious to see all of you."

Red Star spoke somewhat nervously as he said, "We are fortunate to have you here. We may need your help to prepare our team for whatever threats come our way."

Starfire glanced around at them as she curiously asked, "How long have all of you been together?"

Argent shrugged her shoulders and glanced at the others while she answered, "About three days. We've already gotten acquainted and I'd say we get along great."

Jericho nodded in agreement while Gnarrk held his right palm up and said, "Gnarrk."

Argent then pointed her thumb at the two of them as she said, "Although it is a little hard to understand these two."

Kole smiled proudly as she placed her left hand on her chest and then smiled affectionately at Jericho while she said, "I can teach you guys to understand Gnarrk, and I think I already understand Jericho pretty good."

Jericho smiled back at her as he gave her a thumbs-up and she smiled as she looked away and blushed shyly. Noticing her blush, Gnarrk shot a small glare at Jericho out of a small amount of jealousy and overprotectiveness.

Starfire then curiously asked, "Have you decided who shall be your team's leader?"

Kole smiled as she held her left palm up to refer to Red Star as she said, "We took a vote and we decided on Red Star."

Red Star looked at them with some insecurity as he said, "I am flattered truly, but I still believe that Argent would be a better choice."

Argent looked at him with a friendly and supportive smile as she held her left out toward him and said, "Thanks mate, but they're right. You should be leader. You're the oldest, you have more training, and you've got plenty of skill and power."

Red Star smiled back at her before frowning as he looked down, still uncertain whether or not she was right.

Starfire then asked, "Have you begun training?"

Kole smiled as she held her right palm up and said, "Oh yeah. We've been practicing on obstacle courses and we all did great."

Argent smiled as she pointed her thumb at the others and said, "We've also come up with some cool maneuvers combining our powers."

Kole smiled as she looked at Gnarrk before turning to Starfire as she said, "Gnarrk and I are already great at teamwork, but we came up with some cool moves with the others."

Starfire was pleased as she smiled before looking curious while she said, "I am pleased to hear you are doing well. Have you fought any crime as of yet?"

Argent folded her arms as she deadpanned, "We stopped a couple of bank robbers today and yesterday, but they were no challenge."

Gnarrk showed a somewhat scared expression as he said, "Gnarrk."

Kole soothingly caressed his face as she said, "Yes, they had guns, but we stopped them just the same Gnarrk. You did great."

He smiled at her and then Starfire happily said, "Glorious! I believe that your team is now ready to protect this city from any dangers."

Red Star held his hand out as he said, "Starfire, I am not sure we are ready for this yet. Yes our skills have proven effective against common criminals but I worry we may not do as well when a true threat reveals itself. Please stay and help us prepare ourselves."

Starfire was surprised but nodded kindly as she said, "I will stay and do what I may."

Red Star smiled gratefully as he said, "Thank you Starfire. Please make yourself at home."

Red Star then turned and walked toward the window while Gnarrk walked back into the kitchen and Jericho back to the beanbag chair.

The girls stayed put as Starfire looked at Argent and Kole and said, "I feel that something is bothering Red Star. Do you have any viewpoint on what it may be?"

Argent had her left wrist on her hip as she said, "I think he's just having some issues with his self-confidence."

Kole agreed as she raised her left finger and said, "I think she's right. Also I do think you should stay a little longer. We could use your help, some of us are still getting used to this new lifestyle."

Starfire was somewhat confused as she said, "But you claimed to already be well acquainted with each other."

Kole nodded and then held her hand out to refer to Gnarrk while she said, "Oh yeah, we get along great. That's not the problem. It's just we still have some issues. Like Gnarrk, he's still got his problems with technology because of his bad experience."

Gnarrk was looking around the kitchen when suddenly the microwave dinged, making him jump in fear as he yelled, "Gnarrk!"

Argent agreed as she honestly said, "Yeah, I like the bloke but I have to admit he's not the sharpest knife in the drawer."

Kole also showed concern as looked at Jericho and said, "And so far we haven't really been able to help Jericho practice his possession powers."

Argent showed a small smile as she admitted, "Yeah but even without possessing anyone he's still pretty tough. He's got some good fighting skills."

Starfire looked at Kole and Argent as she suggested, "Perhaps you could allow him to enter your bodies as a way to help him practice."

Argent suddenly held her hands out as she said, "Whoa! Hold on Star! I'm not letting him in my body unless it's an emergency!"

Kole cracked a smile as she looked away while blushing bright red as she awkwardly said, "Yeah, that would just be weird."

Starfire was uncertain what to do as she honestly said, "I will help you if I can."

Sometime later the Titans North were doing various activities while Starfire floated in the air and checked on each of them. Argent had finished painting her nails while Jericho was still playing his guitar while Kole watched him happily. Gnarrk fell asleep on the couch and was drooling while Red Star was staring out the window with his hands behind his back. Starfire curiously joined Kole as she kept watching Jericho with a dreamy smile as she rested her head in her right palm.

They both watched as Jericho strummed his guitar with his eyes shut while Kole softly said, "He plays the guitar so well."

Starfire then looked at Kole in surprise as she suggested, "Perhaps you should go attempt to tell Jericho how you feel."

Kole immediately became shy as she said, "Oh no, I can't do that."

Starfire kept looking down at her as she curiously inquired, "Do you not like Jericho?"

Kole smiled as she glanced at him and honestly said, "Of course I do. Jericho's great, he's cool, and he's cute too."

Starfire then curiously asked, "Then why do you not go speak to him?"

Kole glanced at Jericho as she nervously said, "I just can't do it."

Starfire was somewhat confused by her shyness as she asked, "Have you not spoken to him already?"

Kole spoke honestly as she awkwardly said, "Sure, since we became a team I've talked with him a bit but I could never tell him I like him."

Starfire once again asked, "Why?"

Kole looked at Jericho before turning away as she sadly shut her eyes and said, "I don't know how he'd react. He may not talk but actions speak louder than words. Besides he'd probably never go out with a girl like me."

Kole then got up and walked away sadly while Starfire watched her with disappointment before looking at Red Star as he kept staring out the window.

Starfire floated next to him before standing on the floor as she said, "Something troubles you, I can see it."

Realizing that she was too smart for him, Red Star kept staring out the window as he said, "I do not believe I should be the leader of this team."

Starfire spoke sincerely as she said, "The others have faith in your skills and believe that you should lead them."

Red Star kept staring out the window with a heavy heart as he said, "I know, and I am honored that they have appointed me, but I do not think I am the best choice. I know they have faith in me and I do not want to let them down."

Starfire put her hand on Red Star's shoulder as she heartfeltly said, "A true leader is one who looks out for his friends and does his best to protect and guide them. You must trust your team's judgement and believe in yourself."

Red Star was moved by Starfire's wise words of confidence as he turned and stared out the window in thought.

Suddenly an alarm sounded while a red light flashed as Gnarrk fearfully cried, "Gnarrk!"

Red Star looked at all the others as he urgently said, "Danger!"

A factory in Aurora City was under attack as the workers ran and screamed in fear as three large monsters were tearing the place apart. They were standing in the shadows of the factory as their silhouettes could be seen ripping apart machines and things. Two of them were grabbing and ripping out pieces while the third was actually eating large pieces of hardware. Suddenly a Starbolt hit one of them and they looked to see Starfire with the Titans North at the entrance, glaring at them. Starfire, Red Star, and Argent were floating in the air while Jericho, Gnarrk, and Kole stood beneath them as they all glared at the three monsters.

Starfire's eyes glowed green as she demanded, "Reveal yourselves!"

The three creatures stepped out of the shadows, into the light, and Starfire's eyes stopped glowing green as she recognized the three creatures. The first two were Shrieker and the Cironielian Chrysalis Eater, and the third was one of the monsters that was locked up on the Gordanian ship that Starfire escaped from when she came to Earth. The beast was slightly taller than Shrieker but had a thinner body, though it had a muscular build that made it imposing. It had dark purple skin with large boils on different parts of its body; its arms were longer than its legs and it had three toes and three fingers, including its thumbs. It had large sharp claws on its toes and fingers and it had a large fat head with a very hideous face and large cheeks. It had large round yellow eyes and a wide mouth full of sharp ugly teeth as it stared at the Titans while growling.

Starfire was shocked as she said, "How can this be?!"

The Titans North looked at her with surprise as Argent said, "You know these guys?"

Starfire glanced at each creature as she said, "Shrieker, the Cironielian Chrysalis Eater, and a creature that was held captive on the Gordanian ship I escaped from."

They were startled and looked up as they heard Blackfire's voice say, "Very good little sister. Nice to see you haven't forgotten us."

Blackfire floated down over the three creatures with an evil grin as Starfire angrily said, "Blackfire!"

Blackfire grinned evilly as she moved her hand to refer to the beasts, including the new one while taunting, "That's right! In case you haven't figured it out yet I escaped from prison and I brought my enforcers with me. And I freed Chunder here from the Gordanians and recruited him for my mission."

Red Star glared at her as he suspiciously asked, "What mission?"

Blackfire's eyes glowed purple as she glared and pointed at them while yelling, "My mission to get revenge on my weak little sister! Attack!"

The three creatures charged while roaring viciously while Starfire's hands and eyes glowed green as she yelled, "Titans go!"

She flew at Blackfire and started fighting her while the Titans North attacked her three monstrous enforcers. Shrieker took a deep breath before emitting his sonic shriek that destroyed things around them while the Titans North covered their ears before falling to the ground. They got back up when he stopped and they saw Chunder jump in the air as he came falling toward them and smashed his fists on the ground. They scattered to avoid them as he smashed part of the concrete and sent chunks of it in the air as he shook the ground. Kole was with Gnarrk when the Chrysalis Eater came at them and tried to grab them with her claws but they dodged her. She hissed at them as she sprouted a scorpion-like tail from her abdomen and tried to sting them with it, only to miss. Meanwhile Argent floated in the air as Chunder stared at her, she punched the air and created a huge fist of her red energy that punched him and knocked him down. He was flying back before sliding on the floor, making Argent smile, but Chunder got back up and noticed some large machines around him. He opened his mouth and shot out out four purple long prehensile tongues that stretched over twenty-five feet. Each tongue wrapped around different machine parts before Chunder reeled them in and ate the parts. He then stretched his tongues out again and used them to grab and eat four more machine parts, then he used his tongues to grab a large generator and reeled it in. His mouth stretched out as he managed to swallow the generator easily, even though it was bigger than his head.

Argent was surprised and confused as she watched and said, "Boy has a big appetite."

Chunder then looked at her and spit a blast of bright yellow energy at her, she flew out of the way and it hit the wall. The blast exploded on impact and formed a huge hole in the wall, Argent was shocked as she understood Chunder's power and looked back at him as he spit another yellow blast at her. Meanwhile Red Star and Jericho were fighting Shrieker together as he took a deep breath and let out his sonic shriek. Red Star took Jericho's hand as he flew out of the way as the sonic shriek blasted a hole in the wall, then Red Star put Jericho down and flew at Shrieker and punched him in the face. He sent Shrieker crashing into a huge machine, destroying it, but Shrieker climbed out of the debris and ran at Red Star and swung his arm at him.

He knocked Red Star down near Jericho, who helped Red Star get on his feet before Red Star said, "He is very strong. Can you possess him?"

Jericho nodded before pointing his two right fingers at his eyes, Red Star understood what he was saying as he looked at Shrieker.

Shrieker was snarling viciously when Red Star said, "I will distract him for you."

Jericho nodded in agreement before Red Star flew at Shrieker, who took a deep breath as he prepared to use his sonic scream. Red Star threw his fists out and fired a ray of his radiation from both of them; the ray blasted Shrieker in his mouth and knocked him back. He tumbled on the floor and started to get up when Jericho got on top of him and tried to make eye contact, but Shrieker got up and knocked him off his body. Jericho landed on his feet when Shrieker ran at him and jumped before curling up into a ball and rolled toward him. Jericho swiftly jumped out of the way and watched as Shrieker uncurled his body and turned around to see Red Star flying toward him. Red Star prepared to punch him but Shrieker used his sonic shriek to blast Red Star and sent him crashing through a wall. Meanwhile Starfire and Blackfire were floating in the air as they fiercely fought each other using their strength and power. Blackfire shot a ray of her starbolt energy from her hands, but Starfire dodged it and shot her eyebeams, only for Blackfire to block them with a small barrier of her starbolt energy. The two sisters flew at each other and grabbed each other's hands as they floated in the air and struggled to overpower each other.

They stared each other in the face as Blackfire sadistically asked, "Where's your boyfriend? Did he dump you yet?"

Starfire yelled in fury as she forced Blackfire back and rammed her into a wall behind her as chunks of rubble fell to the floor.

Blackfire kicked her off of her and they both floated in the air as Blackfire asked, "Who are your little Earth friends? More of the so-called Titans?"

Starfire glared daggers as she replied, "They are the Titans North, and I am here to guide them in this battle against you!"

Blackfire smiled evilly as she said, "Well then, let's see if your team can beat mine!"

She pulled her left arm back as it glowed purple before she threw a starbolt at Starfire; meanwhile Argent kept fighting Chunder by herself. He stretched his four tongues out and used them to eat a small forklift truck, then he spit a blast of yellow energy. Argent held her hands out and created a large medieval shield of her red energy that blocked the blast and protected her. She dropped the shield and then held both her hands out as she created two giant arms of her red energy and they grabbed Chunder and squeezed him.

Argent smiled triumphantly as she yelled, "Gotcha!"

Chunder growled as he struggled and managed to break free from her grip as her two arms of red energy dissipated. She was shocked when he jumped at her and tried to slash his claws at her, but she flew down and narrowly dodged them. He landed and stretched his tongues out to eat part of a conveyor belt and another machine, then he turned around and spit a yellow blast at her. The blast hit Argent and exploded as it knocked her out of the air as she crashed on the floor and groaned in pain before losing consciousness. Meanwhile Red Star was standing on the ground as he punched at Shrieker and drove him back, but Shrieker swung his back hand at Red Star and knocked him down before pinning him down. He prepared to use his sonic scream until Jericho jumped at Shrieker and kicked him in the face, forcing him off of Red Star. Red Star got up and looked at Jericho before he punched Shrieker and sent him flying back through the air. However Shrieker curled up into a ball and bounced off the wall as he came flying back and hit both Red Star and Jericho and knocked them both down. He landed and uncurled as he looked down at them while snarling viciously, meanwhile Kole and Gnarrk were fighting the Chrysalis Eater, back in her usual form. She swung her claws at Kole, who performed flips and cartwheels and dodged her attacks before Gnarrk jumped at her and kicked her in the face. The Chrysalis Eater stumbled backwards but remained on her feet before turning around and shooting a purple web from her abdomen.

The web pinned Gnarrk to the wall behind him as he cried in fear while Kole yelled, "Gnarrk!"

The Chrysalis Eater suddenly grabbed her in her claws and smiled evilly as she said, "Perhaps you will make a tasty snack."

She opened her mouth and prepared to eat Kole, but Kole crystalized her body and when the Chrysalis Eater bit down on her she hurt her teeth. She cried in pain and anger before throwing the crystal girl away and sending her crashing through a wall. Kole turned back to normal and climbed out of the hole as she ran to try and help Gnarrk free before noticing the rest of the Titans North defeated. They started to regain consciousness as they groaned and sat up when they looked at the three alien beast things before watching Starfire fight Blackfire. Starfire punched Blackfire in the face twice before trying to kick her, but Blackfire grabbed her leg and held her in place. She then shot her eyebeams at Starfire and blasted her down to the floor near the Titans North while she cried in pain. Starfire groaned as she sat up while the Titans North gathered around her before looking at Blackfire and her three enforcers.

Blackfire smiled evilly before looking at the beasts while she said, "If they need your guidance then they DO need help. Let's go!"

She turned and flew out of the building while Shrieker, Chunder, and the Chrysalis Eater glared at the young heroes before following her.

Starfire stared with hatred as she said, "They are stronger than you will ever know."

Commercial break

Starfire and the Titans North were back in the main room of the Tower, lamenting over their defeat at the hands of Blackfire and her three enforcers. Starfire stared out the window with a troubled expression as she thought about her sister and how she had returned once again.

Red Star stood up and looked at Starfire as he shamefully said, "Forgive us Starfire. We have failed you."

Starfire turned to the Titans North as she solemnly said, "No, if we do not capture Blackfire then I will have failed you."

Red Star was surprised as he showed uncertainty as he said, "But how can we defeat her henchmen? They are too strong for us."

Gnarrk agreed as he showed a similar expression and said, "Gnarrk."

Kole stood up and smiled optimistically as she clinched her right fist and said, "Don't say that Gnarrk! They just caught us by surprise! Next time we'll kick their butts!"

Starfire agreed as she said, "Agreed Kole. Do not blame yourselves. It is my fault. I should not have left you to face Shrieker, Chunder, and the Chrysalis Eater yourselves. I was too focused on defeating my sister to think of your needs."

Argent stood up and curiously asked, "So how are we supposed to beat them?"

Starfire pulled up a remote and pushed a button, displaying an image of Shrieker, Chunder, and the Chrysalis Eater at the factory on the TV.

She looked at the Titans North before pointing at the Chrysalis Eater while she said, "To defeat an enemy you must know what you are up against. The Cironielian Chrysalis Eater is an intelligent but vicious creature from another world. She is very strong and powerful and can be quite clever and deceitful. She has efficient burrowing abilities, she is able to walk on vertical surfaces such as walls and ceilings, and she can shoot sticky webs from her rear. However her most dangerous ability is her shapeshifting power, she is able to alter her body and extremities to her desire when facing enemies."

Gnarrk showed an intimidated expression as he nodded and said, "Gnarrk."

Starfire then pointed at Shrieker on the screen as she explained, "Shrieker: a vicious alien beast that was altered by the Psions before given to the Gordanians to be used as a weapon. In addition to his strength and power he is able to curl into a ball for defensive and offensive purposes. His most powerful and destructive ability is his sonic shriek. When facing him you must prevent him emitting his sonic blast to increase your chances of defeating him. You must muzzle him or attack his mouth to prevent him from screaming."

Jericho was fascinated as he stared at the image of Shrieker and held his chin in thought as he started getting ideas.

Starfire pointed at Chunder on the screen as she said, "Finally, Chunder: a monster created by the Psions for the Gordanians. He survives by eating vast amounts of matter, mostly forms of metal and minerals. He is capable of eating large machines and technology, enabling him to spit destructive blasts of energy."

Argent nodded with her arms folded as she commented, "Yeah, I learned that the hard way."

Starfire raised her right finger as she added, "He is only able to do this by eating minerals and metals, he does not eat meat or plants. The power of his blasts also depend on how much matter he devours, the more he eats the more powerful."

Argent was surprised as she put her finger on her chin and said, "Hmmm. Good to know."

Starfire pushed a button and turned off the TV, then Red Star honestly said, "Thank you for sharing this information with us Starfire, but I am still not certain we will be able to defeat them."

Argent looked at Red Star with a smile as she said, "I don't know. I think now we may have a shot at beating them."

Jericho smiled as he nodded in agreement, then Gnarrk curiously said, "Gnarrk?"

Kole turned from Gnarrk to the others as she curiously said, "Gnarrk has a point. How do we find them first? They could be anywhere by now."

Starfire looked at them as she suggested, "Perhaps we divide and search the city. Do you possess any vehicles that may aid our search?"

They went down to the garage on the bottom floor where they showed Starfire five snowmobiles and a tank.

They entered the garage as Red Star said, "I have constructed these vehicles to help us travel and protect the city."

Gnarrk went to one snowmobile and reluctantly pushed a button, making the engine start as he backed away nervously.

The others watched him as Red Star admitted, "I do have some concerns about using them."

Kole smiled as she pointed her left thumb at Gnarrk as she said, "Don't worry. I'll go with Gnarrk and help him out."

Red Star reluctantly agreed as he said, "Alright. We shall search the city for Blackfire and her henchmen and meet back here in an hour. Please stay in contact with each other. I do not like the idea of splitting up when dangerous enemies are after us."

Starfire nodded as she understood and said, "Agreed."

The garage door opened as Red Star, Argent, and Starfire flew out while Jericho, Kole, and Gnarrk rode out on snowmobiles. Kole drove her snowmobile while Gnarrk rode behind her and held on with a scared expression as he whimpered. They searched Aurora City for Blackfire and her enforcers but found no sign of them anywhere as they searched different areas. Starfire, Red Star, and Argent flew over the buildings as they looked down for any sign of something out of the ordinary. Kole, Gnarrk, and Jericho searched on the ground as they drove their snowmobiles through the snow and searched in and around the city. At one point Gnarrk searched the forest on foot as he climbed a tree and looked out for anything out of the ordinary, but he found nothing. After an hour they all regrouped at the Tower and reported their progress to each other and they were all equally disappointed. They all rested in the main room of the Tower as Starfire stared out the window with a troubled expression.

Argent glanced at the others as she suggested, "Maybe they split town."

Starfire turned to them as she shook her head and seriously said, "No. My sister does not give up so easily. She is still here. I know it."

Red Star then put his fists on his sides as he said, "Well, we will keep searching. But for now, I suggest we rest and eat to keep our strength up."

Gnarrk jumped up as he happily said, "Gnarrk!"

Kole smiled as she stood next to him and said, "You said it Gnarrk. I'm starving."

Starfire calmed herself and said, "Yes, food is good."

They gathered at the table while Red Star started working; Jericho sat next to Kole and looked at her with a friendly smile.

Kole smiled shyly as she blushed and said, "Oh hi Jericho."

To her right sat Gnarrk as he looked at Jericho with a glare, Jericho smiled at him before looking away to avoid making him angry. Red Star then cooked dinner for the others as he made Pokhlebka and served it to them; they all enjoyed it. Starfire ate it with a big grin on her face while Gnarrk happily shoved it into his mouth and Kole, Jericho, and Argent ate it happily.

When they finished they shoved the empty bowls away as Kole smiled at Red Star and said, "That was great Red Star, thanks."

Gnarrk smiled as he agreed, "Gnarrk!"

Jericho gave him a thumbs-up while Argent smiled and said, "They're right Red. That Pokhlebka was delicious."

Red Star looked at them with a warm smile as he put the bowls in the sink and said, "Thank you my friends. I am happy to be of service. Now if you will excuse me I'm going to monitor the computer for any reports."

They agreed and watched him walk to the computer while the rest of them stayed before leaving the table and socializing.

Kole smiled as she went to Argent and curiously asked, "So Argent, are you like the first British superhero or something?"

Argent looked at her as she corrected, "I'm from New Zealand."

Kole immediately showed regret as she said, "Oh, sorry."

Argent is not angry as she said, "It's okay. I know it's because of my accent. Although I have been to Britain."

Kole smiled with interest as she said, "Really?"

Argent smiled as she put her left hand on her hip and said, "Oh yeah. I've been around a lot since I got my powers, and I traveled a bit before then. When I was six my dad and I moved to New Jersey and he became a senator."

Kole was very intrigued as she said, "Cool."

Argent then looked behind Kole and smiled slyly as she pointed her finger and said, "Hey, here comes Jericho."

Kole chuckled as she folded her arms and skeptically said, "Nice try Argent, but I'm not falling for that one."

She was tapped on her shoulder and turned around to see Jericho smiling at her, prompting her to blush awkwardly.

Argent smiled teasingly as she said, "I warned you."

Jericho then took Kole's hand and she blushed even brighter as he took her and sat on the couch together while he started playing his guitar for her. She smiled brightly she kept blushing and looked at Argent who gave her an "ok" gesture with her hand while winking at her before flying away.

Gnarrk watched them on the couch with a jealous expression as he softly complained, "Gnarrk."

Starfire then walked up next to Gnarrk and looked at him as she asked, "You do not wish for Kole and Jericho to be together?"

Gnarrk kept glaring as he said, "Gnarrk!"

Taking it as a "no" Starfire then asked, "Do you not want Kole to be happy?"

Gnarrk looked at Starfire before hanging his head in guilt as he said, "Gnarrk."

Starfire put her hand on Gnarrk's shoulder for comfort as she sincerely said, "Gnarrk, your jealousy and overprotectiveness is understandable, but Kole needs what will make her happy. Jericho is kind and brave. I believe that he cares about Kole and wishes to make her happy. You should approve of that."

Gnarrk looked at the two of them before turning away as he reluctantly said, "Gnarrk."

Starfire sensed his emotion as she smiled and said, "Do not despair. Despite her feelings for Jericho he will never replace you."

Suddenly the alarm sounded while a red light flashed as Gnarrk fearfully yelled, "Gnarrk!"

The others all looked around as Argent asked, "What's going on?!"

Red Star looked at everyone else as he urgently said, "We are under attack!"

They looked out the front window and saw a few Locrix ships flying toward them as they all stared in shock and fear. The ships flew over their Tower as several Locrix jumped out and landed on the roof while more ships followed and prepared to do the same. Blackfire flew down and landed on the roof while Shrieker, Chunder, and the Chrysalis Eater climbed up the wall and onto the roof. As more Locrix ships flew over the Tower more and more Locrix jumped onto the roof while Blackfire watched with an evil smile. She also saw some Locrix ships dropping off Locrix on the mountainside around the Tower as they started marching toward it. Blackfire then noticed a door on the roof, leading downward into the building as she shot a small purple starbolt from her finger and blew it up.

Blackfire looked back at the Locrix and her enforcers as she smiled wickedly and said, "Come on everybody! It's time for a house party!"

She flew into the Tower while the Locrix started following as they flooded into the Tower and started destroying things.

In the main room the computer repeatedly said, "Intruder Alert!"

Starfire clinched her fists as she looked at the others and seriously said, "They have infiltrated the Tower! We must defend it!"

They all nodded in agreement as they ran out of the main room and entered a hallway and soon they came across a bunch of Locrix.

Kole was surprised and confused as she said, "Robots?!"

Starfire was shocked as she stared and said, "The Locrix!"

Argent looked at Starfire as she curiously asked, "You know these guys?"

Starfire stared at the Locrix as she answered, "A group of evil robots that wished to wipe out all life in the universe. Val-Yor and I deactivated them all. How have they returned?"

One Locrix jumped and tried to punch Jericho before he jumped back and dodged it as he joined Kole who stood protectively in front of him.

She glared at the Locrix as she bravely said, "It doesn't matter how they came back, let's kick their butts!"

Red Star agreed as he glared at the Locrix and said, "Kole is right! Attack!"

He then flew with his fists out and smashed two Locrix into the walls with his fists before blasting one with a ray of his red radiation. Three Locrix approached Argent as she floated in the air and they all tried to sting her as they stretched out two tendrils from their midsections toward her. She blocked them with a brick wall of her red energy and then dropped it and created a giant hammer of her red energy and smashed them. Starfire floated in the air and shot two rays of her starbolt energy from her hands and blew up two Locrix instantly.

A few Locrix approached Jericho and Kole as she nervously shouted, "Guys! We may have a problem! Jericho's possession powers don't work on robots!"

One of the Locrix came at them as Kole tried to protect Jericho but he moved her arm away as he bravely stepped forward to her shock and confusion. The Locrix came at him with its arms out but Jericho jumped and kicked it in the center eye, shattering it as it fell back. Its body sparked with electricity as it was deactivated.

Jericho smiled at Kole who blushed bright red as she was impressed and said, "Wow, that was amazing Jericho."

Gnarrk was jealous as he angrily ran past Jericho and prepared to fight the other two Locrix as they stood in front of him. They both held their arms out as their fingers shot out on long purple and black cables as they headed toward Gnarrk.

Gnarrk avoided them as he ran away in fear and while yelling, "Gnarrk!"

He laid on the floor and covered his head as he shook in fear until Kole came and said, "Come on Gnarrk! We can beat these five-eyed toasters!"

One of the Locrix reeled in its fingers and jumped at Kole as it tried to punch her but she crystalized her body and the Locrix only damaged its arm. Jericho then jumped and punched it in two of its eyes before kicking the red light in its mid-section and knocking the Locrix down, finally destroyed.

Kole turned normal and smiled at Gnarrk, who saw the whole thing, and she said, "Come on Gnarrk. Join the party."

Gnarrk stood up and smiled as he eagerly said, "Gnarrk!"

Gnarrk then ran at the remaining Locrix and punched it as hard as he could and sent it crashing into a wall behind it, damaged and beaten.

Gnarrk smiled victoriously as he raised his fists and cheered, "Gnarrk!"

A couple of more Locrix came at them but Kole put her hands behind her head with her elbows sticking out to the sides before crystalizing herself. Gnarrk grabbed her by her legs and used Kole a hammer as he swung her at the Locrix and smashed her elbows into them, destroying them. Jericho smiled happily as he watched and then jumped at another Locrix and punched it in its center eye before kicking it in the mid-section, knocking it down. Argent floated in the air as four Locrix reached their arms out toward her and shot their fingers out on long purple and black cables. Argent dodged their fingers and cables before swinging her fist out, creating a big fist of her red energy that punched all four Locrix and sent them crashing through a wall. One Locrix jumped at Red Star and pulled its left arm back as its fist glowed with blue energy, then it punched Red Star and shocked him. He cried in pain as he fell to the floor while the Locrix stood over him, but Red Star got up and grabbed the Locrix's arm. He whirled it around before throwing it at two more Locrix, destroying all three of them in one attack. Starfire swiped her left hand through the air and sent out a wave of her starbolt energy that destroyed five Locrix completely. They saw more Locrix coming down the hall as Starfire shot her eyebeams, Red Star fired rays of his red radiation from his hands, and Argent shot a beam of her red energy. They destroyed all the Locrix but Kole looked out the window and saw the ships flying in the air as well as more Locrix marching on the ground toward them.

She faced the others and pointed out the window urgently saying, "There are more heading our way!"

Starfire floated in the air as she seriously said, "Red Star, Argent, and I will fly out and stop more from entering. Kole, you, Gnarrk, and Jericho rid the Tower of the remaining Locrix."

Red Star agreed as he seriously said, "And stay together. Leave no one behind."

Kole, Jericho, and Gnarrk nodded in agreement as Gnarrk said, "Gnarrk!"

Starfire, Red Star, and Argent then flew out the window while Kole, Jericho, and Gnarrk turned their attention to more Locrix coming down the hall. Kole then jumped in the air with her hands together over her head as if she was diving and then she crystalized. Gnarrk held her crystal body and used her like a lance as he charged forward yelling in fury while he stabbed two Locrix. Jericho ran behind them for support as they destroyed more Locrix while Starfire, Argent, and Red Star flew outside.

Starfire floated in the air and glared down at all the Locrix on the ground as she angrily said, "You are not welcome here!"

Her eyes and fists glowed green as she flew down and started smashing Locrix with her fists as she flew through the crowds. Red Star flew down and smashed a few Locrix with his fists before throwing his fists out and shooting a ray of his red radiation that destroyed a dozen Locrix in a straight line. Argent floated in the air and looked down a bunch of Locrix before holding her hands out and creating an elephant made of her red energy. The elephant charged forward and smashed a bunch of Locrix before it vanished as Argent smiled before turning to see more Locrix coming at her. She threw her hands out and created a giant rolling pin of her red energy and rolled it along the ground and crushed the Locrix.

She stopped and smiled proudly as she said, "Red Star's not the only one good in the kitchen."

She, Starfire, and Red Star kept fighting the Locrix outside, meanwhile in the Tower the other three Titans were fighting the Locrix inside. Together they destroyed almost all of them before finally entering the hangar of the Tower, where they found dozens of Locrix. Kole was crystalized when Gnarrk swung her body at three Locrix and destroyed them, one of them came at Jericho and slashed its claws at him. Jericho swiftly dodged its claws before kicking the red light in its mid-section, then he rapidly punched all five of its eyes and knocked it down. Two Locrix ran at Jericho from opposite directions as they pulled their arms back with their fists glowing with blue energy. Jericho waited for the right moment before jumping out of the way, causing the Locrix to punch each other with their glowing blue fists, shocking and deactivating each other. He smiled smugly but then noticed one Locrix stretch out its fingers on cables and take Kole away from Gnarrk. She turned normal and escaped its grip before climbing on top of it and jumping in the air before Gnarrk ran at the Locrix and punched it in the face as hard as he could. He smashed a hole in its face/torso and knocked the Locrix down before catching Kole, who smiled sweetly at him. She was still normal when another Locrix shot its fingers out on cables and wrapped them around Kole. The Locrix pulled her out of Gnarrk's hands and toward it, but while Kole came toward the Locrix she crystalized her body. Her crystal self then crashed into the Locrix and smashed it and knocked it down before she returned to normal. She smiled as Gnarrk and Jericho joined her with smiles on their faces, then they looked to see twelve more Locrix marching toward them.

They were lined up in a row, prompting Kole to smile and say, "Gnarrk, throwing star!"

Gnarrk smiled as he grabbed Kole by her left leg and she spread her arms and legs out in an X-formation with her toes and fingers pointing out. She then crystalized and Gnarrk threw her horizontally threw the air at the Locrix and she spun like a giant shuriken. She spun threw the air and went flying at the Locrix and cut them all up before hitting the floor and returning to normal. She smiled as she looked at the pieces and realized they finally destroyed all of the Locrix in the tower.

Jericho and Gnarrk joined her as Kole happily commended, "Great job boys. I think we got all of them."

Gnarrk then looked up and was alarmed as he pointed his finger and said, "Gnarrk!"

They looked at where he pointed and were shocked when Chunder dropped down and snarled viciously at all of them. The three of them were shocked and watched as Chunder repeatedly shot his tongues out and started eating pieces of the destroyed Locrix. He ate dozens of parts of them before shooting a powerful yellow ray of energy from his mouth at the three of them.

Kole stood in front of Jericho and Gnarrk as she held her arms out and yelled, "No!"

She crystalized her body and harmlessly absorbed the yellow ray before shooting it back out at Chunder, knocking him down. He then stood up and roared in rage before Shrieker jumped down to his left and the Chrysalis Eater walked down the wall behind him and stepped onto the floor to his right. Kole returned to normal as she and the boys stared at the three beasts with fear, meanwhile Starfire, Red Star, and Argent were outside destroying the last of the Locrix. Red Star stood on the ground as several Locrix surrounded him and stung him with the tendrils on the sides of their mid-sections. He cried in pain as they kept stinging him but then he released a shockwave of his red radiation from his body and destroyed all the Locrix around him.

Argent and Starfire joined him as Argent calmly said, "Nice work Red. I think we got them all."

Red Star pulled out his Communicator as he got a call from Kole, who urgently said, "Red Star, this is Kole, we're in the hangar and those three monsters are here! I don't think we can stop them ourselves!"

Shrieker then took a deep breath, inflating his body, before releasing his sonic scream and Kole and the boys scattered to avoid it.

Red Star looked at Starfire and Argent as he urgently said, "Our friends need our help!"

He took off flying while Starfire and Argent followed him; in the hangar, the Chrysalis Eater screeched as she attacked Kole, Gnarrk, and Jericho. She swung her claw at them but they avoided her before Kole crystalized and Gnarrk grabbed her and jumped at the Chrysalis Eater. He swung Kole at the Chrysalis Eater's face, knocking her to the floor before Gnarrk landed on his feet. Gnarrk smiled until Shrieker came running toward them before he curled up and rolled at him and knocked him and Kole away. Kole reverted to her normal form as she and Jericho helped Gnarrk up as he groaned, then they looked at the three beasts as the Chrysalis Eater got up. Suddenly Argent, Starfire, and Red Star flew in and floated in front of their friends as they glared at the three beasts. Starfire then threw out a wave of her starbolt energy that knocked all three beasts back and slammed them into the wall behind them. Starfire glared daggers at them until a purple starbolt came flying through the air and hit her, blasting her to the floor.

She cried in pain as Red Star yelled, "Starfire!"

The others gathered around her and all looked up to see Blackfire floating near the ceiling as she said, "Sister, your new team is even worse than your old one."

Starfire furiously glared at Blackfire as she said, "You set this trap for us!"

Blackfire grinned with a snark as she said, "You're not as dumb as I thought."

Starfire yelled in fury as she flew at Blackfire and started fighting her in the air, but Blackfire seemed to have the upper hand as she punched and kicked Starfire.

Red Star then yelled, "We must help her!"

Before they could do anything Shrieker took a deep breath, inflated his body, and emitted his sonic scream. He hit all of the Titans North with it as they covered their ears in pain and were blasted back, crashing through a wall behind them.

Starfire continued to fight Blackfire as she angrily stated, "You reactivated the Locrix!"

Blackfire shot her with her eyebeams and grinned evilly as she said, "That's right. And I reprogrammed them to obey my commands. Now I have a real army to do my bidding."

Starfire yelled in fury as she flew at Blackfire with her fists out and rammed her as she they both flew straight up, smashing through all the floors of the Tower. Eventually they smashed through the roof and floated over the Tower, prompting the Chrysalis Eater to sprout wings out of the back of her abdomen and fly up. She flew up through the holes while Shrieker and Chunder started jumping and climbing up through the holes toward the fight. The Titans North meanwhile groaned in pain as they regained consciousness; meanwhile Blackfire threw a starbolt at Starfire.

She blocked it with a shield of her starbolt energy and said, "I defeated you before and I can do it again!"

She flew at Blackfire and punched her, but Blackfire grabbed her fist and held it in place with an evil grin.

She stared Starfire in the face and deviously said, "Did I mention I learned a new trick too?"

She then used the Nova power as her whole body glowed purple and she started viciously beating Starfire with all her strength and power. She punched Starfire's stomach, kicked her in the face, smashed both her fists on her head, and hit her with a ray of her purple starbolt energy. Starfire crashed on the roof of the Tower before losing consciousness, just as Shrieker, Chunder, and the Chrysalis Eater arrived.

They gathered around as Blackfire stopped glowing and floated over Starfire as she said, "I always was the stronger sister."

A few red blasts hit her enforcers as they all saw the Titans North as Red Star demanded, "Let her go!"

Blackfire smiled with an amused expression as she said, "Ha! That's cute! You think you can stop us."

The Locrix ships hovered around the Tower and all focused their weapons on the Titans North while the battleship came close.

Jericho gasped in shock while Gnarrk was frightened as he yelled, "Gnarrk!"

Doors on the front of the battleship opened up while the Chrysalis Eater picked up Starfire in her claw before she, Chunder, and Shrieker started walking toward the ship.

Blackfire sneered the Titans North as she arrogantly gloated, "He's smarter than I thought. You weaklings are in over your heads. Unless you all have a death wish, I suggest you stay here and let me take my little sister. Thanks for the fun."

She snarked at them before flying into the ship with the Chrysalis Eater while Shrieker and Chunder jumped in. They turned around as Blackfire smugly grinned at the Titans North while the doors closed, then the ships started flying away while they watched.

Commercial break

The Titans North stood on the roof of their Tower as they sadly watched the Locrix ships slowly fly up into the sky. They focused on the battleship Blackfire and her enforcers brought Starfire aboard as they showed expressions of despair.

Red Star turned to the others as he shamefully said, "I am sorry my friends. I have failed you."

Kole shook her head as she honestly said, "That's not true Red Star."

Red Star was still sad as he said, "It is. We failed to stop Blackfire and rescue Starfire. As leader I take responsibility for our failure."

Kole had not lost hope as she said, "It's not too late Red Star. We can still save her."

Jericho nodded in agreement while Argent seriously said, "Kole's right! We can't just stand here and let that bugger take Starfire! I say we go after that ship and show them all who the real weaklings are!"

Gnarrk showed a serious expression as he pounded his fist and said, "Gnarrk!"

Red Star then showed a serious expression as he said, "I will go after them and free Starfire from that ship!"

Argent then said, "You mean we."

Red Star shook his head as he firmly said, "No, I must do this alone. The rest of you will stay here."

Gnarrk showed concern as he said, "Gnarrk."

Kole agreed as she sincerely said, "Gnarrk's right Red Star. You can't go alone."

Red Star stared at them as he seriously said, "I am sorry, but I cannot put all of you in harm's way. I must do this myself."

He turned and prepared to fly off but Argent quickly created a force-field of her red energy that blocked his way.

He turned back to them as Argent firmly said, "We're a team. There's no way we're just staying here!"

Kole agreed as she solemnly said, "Yeah, you're our leader. Where you go, we follow."

Red Star looked at them as he insecurely said, "I am moved by your loyalty, but I am not fit to be your leader. I am not strong enough or wise enough to lead you."

Argent smiled as she dropped the force-field and honestly said, "Bloke, you may not be perfect, but we didn't pick you as leader because you were. We picked you because you were the best one of us."

Kole smiled as she kindly said, "She's right. You're not the most powerful, but you're the bravest, the smartest, and coolest."

Gnarrk and Jericho both smiled and nodded while Gnarrk said, "Gnarrk!"

Red Star was surprised as he said, "I am touched by your faith in me, but I cannot let you come. It will be dangerous."

Argent chuckled as she put her hands on her hips and smiled proudly as she said, "Mate, we're Titans. Danger is our middle name."

The others smiled in agreement, then Red Star looked at Gnarrk and said, "Gnarrk, the technology aboard that ship may be dangerous and frightening to you."

Gnarrk showed a brave expression as he clinched his left fist and said, "Gnarrk!"

Red Star could tell Gnarrk was not backing down as he looked at Jericho, who smiled and gave him a thumbs-up.

Kole smiled as she held her left palm up and confidently said, "If you go so do we. You can't stop us Red Star."

Realizing she was right, Red Star smiled at them before looking up at the Locrix ships while he said, "Well then, let us prepare for battle!"

Meanwhile on the Locrix battleship

Starfire awoke in a cell of the brig and found large high-tech manacles on her hands, restraining her and covering her hands so she couldn't use her starbolts. She then furiously tried to shake it off as she yelled and slammed it against the walls but made no progress in breaking them. She then looked to see a red translucent force-field barrier holding her in and on the other side were Blackfire with a few Locrix.

Blackfire smiled mockingly as she sarcastically said, "Comfortable?"

Starfire stepped toward the force-field and glared at Blackfire as she said, "You will pay and return to prison for all you have done!"

Blackfire chuckled wickedly as she said, "So certain little sister, you never know when to quit. It's over. You'll never see your precious Earth again."

Starfire kept glaring as she defiantly said, "You shall fail! My friends will save me!"

Blackfire laughed at her before she smiled arrogantly and said, "Those pathetic heroes? Ha! They'd never be stupid enough to come after us."

Suddenly the proximity alert sounded and one Locrix walked to Blackfire and handed her a handheld tablet.

Blackfire looked at it and was surprised as it showed the Titans North flying as she said, "They're coming after us?"

Starfire had a smug grin on her face as she said, "You always did underestimate those you considered weak."

Blackfire was mildly annoyed as she looked at the Locrix and said, "Send the ships to intercept them."

The Locrix obeyed as they left her, then Blackfire started walking as she smiled arrogantly and said, "So what if they're coming to save you? It will be fun to destroy them."

Starfire was not deterred as she smiled confidently and said, "You will be surprised at what my friends are capable of."

Outside, Red Star and Argent were flying toward the Locrix battleship as fast as they could with serious expressions on their faces. While Argent flew she held her left hand down as she had a platform of her red energy carrying Kole, Jericho, and Gnarrk flying with them. They flew toward the battleship when the other Locrix ships turned and started flying toward them to attack.

Gnarrk pointed his right finger at the ships as he yelled, "Gnarrk!"

Red Star had his eyes narrowed as he seriously said, "I will provide cover fire, Argent, you get the others into the battleship!"

Argent kept flying with the platform carrying the others following her as she said, "On it!"

The Locrix ships rapidly fired red lasers at the Titans North but Argent managed to dodge them and moved the platform to protect the others. Red Star flew straight at the first Locrix and smashed a huge hole in it with his fist as he flew through the hole and passed through it while the ship exploded. A few more Locrix ships came at them but Red Star fired rays of his red radiation from his hands and blew them up. A few Locrix flew at him together as they fired red lasers, but Red Star floated in the air and held his arms over his head as he created a huge orb of his red radiation. He threw the blast at the Locrix and it caused a huge explosion that destroyed all three of them at once.

While Red Star kept fighting the Locrix ships Argent flew next to the battleship as Kole curiously asked, "How do we get in?"

Argent smiled as she moved her right hand and created a giant drill of her red energy that spun and made a hole in the hull. Argent flew inside the ship with her platform and set it down on the floor before releasing it as Kole, Gnarrk, and Jericho safely stood on the floor.

Kole glanced around as she said, "No sign of any Locrix yet."

Jericho showed a concerned expression as he pointed in the distance before pointing his finger down at where they were standing.

Kole understood what he was trying to say as she said, "You're right Jericho. They already know we're here."

They looked up at Argent as she floated in the air and pointed at them while she said, "You guys go find Starfire, I'm gonna go help Red Star!"

They nodded agreement before Argent flew back outside through the hole she drilled in hull, then some Locrix entered the hallway and ran toward them.

The three of them glared at the robots as Gnarrk fiercely yelled, "Gnarrk!"

They charged at the Locrix, meanwhile Red Star flew outside and rapidly fired blasts of his red radiation that destroyed four Locrix ships. More ships flew at Red Star and fired lasers at him, he dodged most of them but one of them hit him and made him scream in pain. He fell for a moment before he flew up again and shot a ray of his red nuclear energy that destroyed one Locrix ship. The other ships hit him with their lasers rapidly as he cried in agony, suddenly the ships were sliced in half by a giant kitchen knife made of Argent's red energy.

Red Star was surprised as Argent floated next to him and smiled as she said, "Thought you could use a hand."

He smiled gratefully at her before they both flew out and started destroying more Locrix ships side by side. Red Star fired two rays of his red radiation, one at a time, and destroyed two Locrix ships while Argent created two giant arms of her red energy. She grabbed two ships and threw them together, causing both of them to explode when crashing into each other.

Blackfire was watching them for the bridge of the Locrix battleship as she angrily said, "These Earthlings are getting on my nerves!"

She heard a beeping and looked at a screen that showed Kole, Gnarrk, and Jericho running through a hallway, fighting Locrix.

Blackfire then smiled deviously at the screen before looking at her enforcers while she said, "But they are fun to play with. Destroy them."

Shrieker, Chunder, and the Chrysalis Eater all snarled before leaving the bridge while Blackfire smiled maniacally. In the hallway, one Locrix pulled its arm back with its fist glowing with blue energy as it prepared to punch Kole when she crystalized herself. The Locrix punched her but its arm was destroyed, then Kole changed to her normal form and grabbed the Locrix and launched herself above it. She came falling down toward it as she kicked and crystalized herself, and her foot slammed into its center eye and destroyed it. She turned normal and stood on top of the Locrix with her hands on her hips as she smiled proudly while Gnarrk and Jericho applauded for her. Two Locrix then came out and each held up one of their arms before shooting their fingers out on long purple and black cables. The cables from each Locrix ensnared Gnarrk's arms as they pulled back from opposite directions while Gnarrk grunted in pain. He cringed his eyes in exertion as veins on his arms tensed while he flexed his muscles and pulled his arms toward each other. His strength ripped the arms off both of the Locrix, then he spun around and whirled his arms out as he lashed the cables and smashed each detached arm into the other Locrix, destroying both.

Kole smiled happily as she said, "Yeah! Way to go Gnarrk!"

Gnarrk then pulled the cables off of his arms before they saw a few more Locrix come at them, then Jericho tapped Gnarrk's shoulder. Gnarrk looked at Jericho as he pointed at his finger at Gnarrk, then himself, then at one of the Locrix ahead. Gnarrk understood what he was trying to say as he nodded and lowered his left arm next to Jericho, Jericho put his right foot in Gnarrk's palm. Gnarrk ran forward and launched Jericho toward the Locrix and Jericho kicked it in the center eye, shattering it and knocking the Locrix onto one behind it.

Jericho landed on his feet as Gnarrk joined him and Kole happily said, "Great teamwork guys!"

They both looked at her with flattered smiles before smiling at each other, suddenly another Locrix came with its right fist glowing with blue energy.

It successfully punched Gnarrk as he painfully screamed, "Gnarrk!"

Kole was horrified as she yelled, "No!"

Gnarrk fell to the floor unconscious as the Locrix prepared to finish him but Jericho jumped at it and kicked it, knocking it away. The Locrix came flying toward Kole, who crystalized her body, causing the Locrix to be destroyed when it hit her while she did not move.

She turned normal as she and Jericho stood over Gnarrk and Kole worriedly asked, "What do we do?!"

Jericho then kneeled down on Gnarrk's chest and looked down at his face as he used his fingers to hold Gnarrk's eyes open. Jericho's eyes changed as the white parts became black and the green parts became a brighter shade of green, then Jericho possessed Gnarrk, whose eyes became green like Jericho's.

Kole was amazed as she stared in awe and softly said, "Wow!"

Jericho, in Gnarrk's body, then stood up and Kole showed concern as she asked, "Jericho, is Gnarrk ok?"

Jericho looked at her as he spoke with Gnarrk's voice as he assured, "He's fine. I possessed him to make sure nothing else would happen to him."

She let out a heavy sigh of relief and said, "Good."

Jericho then smiled at Kole while flexing his muscles and said, "So what do you think?"

Kole chuckled as she blushed and shyly covered her mouth and said, "It looks good on you."

He smiled down at her when more Locrix came in and Jericho eagerly said, "Shall we?"

Kole smiled as she jumped and crystalized her body while Jericho held her by her legs just like Gnarrk would. Jericho then ran and swung Kole at the Locrix and easily smashed each and everyone of them to bits.

Jericho smiled as he held Kole in his arms and said, "This is gonna be fun."

He then ran while holding Kole back as he prepared to swing her at more Locrix; meanwhile Red Star and Argent were still outside fighting the smaller Locrix ships. Red Star flew underneath one ship as he pushed up on it with his hands and guided it through the air before making it crash into another ship. Argent made a giant eagle out of her red energy and had it attack and destroy three Locrix ships and blow them up. Red Star joined Argent as they floated together and looked out the last six Locrix ships flying at them as they rapidly fired red lasers at them. Argent created a shield of her red energy that blocked protected herself and Red Star as they kept floating in the air.

Argent smiled slyly at Red Star as she said, "Red Star, I think we should give them the Red Bomb."

Red Star smiled as he nodded in agreement, then Argent dropped her shield and created a bomb out of her red energy. It looked like a ball with a fuse, and she sent it flying toward the Locrix and then Red Star hit it with a ray of his red radiation. The ray made the bomb explode with a much greater blast radius; all six ships were destroyed in a huge explosion of red energy.

Red Star smiled at Argent before narrowing his eyes as he said, "Excellent work, now we must help the others."

She nodded in agreement before they both flew back to the Locrix battleship and entered through the hole that Argent made earlier. They flew through the ship and proceeded in the direction the others went, they came across some Locrix but easily destroyed them. Jericho, Kole, and Gnarrk were in huge chamber near the brig of the battleship; Jericho was still in Gnarrk's body as he swung Kole and destroyed some Locrix. They destroyed several but there were over a dozen Locrix blocking the way ahead of them as Jericho prepared to attack. Suddenly a few Locrix were destroyed by a blast of red radiation that was shot from behind Jericho and he watched Red Star fly and land beside him. The rest of the Locrix charged at them when Argent came and floated over the others while she swung her left hand forward from underneath, as if she was bowling. She created a giant bowling ball of her red energy that rolled forward and smashed all the Locrix before disappearing.

Kole changed to her normal form and Jericho put her down as she said, "Strike! Thanks guys."

Red Star glanced around and asked, "Where is Jericho?"

Jericho smiled as he raised his left hand and said, "Present."

Red Star and Argent were shocked, then Kole pointed her thumb and explained, "Gnarrk got knocked out so Jericho possessed him to help."

Argent smiled as she happily said, "Well this makes things a bit easier."

They all suddenly heard growling and they saw Chunder, Shrieker, and the Chrysalis Eater arrive in front of them, blocking the way.

Jericho showed annoyance as he said, "Not these guys again!"

Red Star fiercely glared as he said, "They will not stop us from saving our friend! Attack!"

He then flew out and punched Shrieker in the face and sent him flying, but Shrieker curled up and started bouncing around like a giant superball. He came flying toward Argent but she created giant baseball bat with her red energy and swung it, knocking Shrieker away and sending him crashing into a wall. He dented the metal as he growled in pain and glared as he took a deep breath with his body inflating as he prepared to emit his sonic shriek. Argent quickly held her hand out and created a giant cloche (look it up) of her red energy that covered Shrieker before he emitted his sonic shriek. The cloche was soundproof as it made things louder inside for Shrieker as he covered his ears in pain and screamed before passing out.

The cloche vanished as Argent smugly said, "Use your indoor voice."

The Chrysalis Eater sprouted wings out of the back of her abdomen and snarled as she flew at Argent with her claws out. Argent dodged her, then Shrieker shot a purple web blast from her abdomen, but Argent dodged it when she came back at her. Red Star hit the Chrysalis Eater with a blast of his radiation, she cried in pain before hovering in the air and hissing at him. Before she could attack, Argent used her red energy to create a giant flyswatter and swung it on the Chrysalis Eater, slamming her into the floor and knocking her out. They both turned to Chunder as Jericho ran at him in Gnarrk's body. He used his four tongues to eat some metal debris before spitting a yellow blast of energy at Jericho, but missed. Kole jumped and crystalized as Red Star flew by and grabbed her legs and held her back as he flew at Chunder. Red Star swung Kole at Chunder's face and knocked him on his back before he got back up when Jericho jumped and clung to his torso, staring him in the face. Jericho then moved from Gnarrk's to Chunder's body as Chunder's eyes turned green and Gnarrk let go while everyone else watched in awe.

Gnarrk knew about everything that happened as he smiled gratefully and said, "Gnarrk."

Jericho spoke in Chunder's body with a deep raspy voice as he said, "No problem Gnarrk. Let's go."

He then led the way as he ran in Chunder's body and the others followed him to the brig where they found Starfire's cell.

She smiled at them as she happily said, "Friends! I knew you would come!"

They were outside her cell as Red Star said, "We will free you!"

Jericho then used Chunder's tongues to grab and eat the machines on the walls, dropping the force-field. They saw the cuffs on her and Argent held her hand up and created a key of her red energy and unlocked them, freeing Starfire's hands.

Suddenly Blackfire entered with a bunch of Locrix as she said, "You're not as weak as I thought."

A couple of Locrix came at them but Jericho ate them in Chunder's body before spitting a blast of yellow energy at Blackfire.

The blast hit her and knocked out of the air before she recovered and furiously yelled, "Traitor!"

She pulled her hands back and created one big purple starbolt before throwing it at Jericho, who stayed in place. He then got out of Chunder's body just in time as he appeared in front of him, the starbolt hit Chunder and blasted him through the wall as he was knocked out. Jericho smiled smugly at Blackfire, prompting her to clinch her fists in rage until Argent created a giant arm of her energy and grabbed her tightly. She struggled but could not break free while Argent smiled proudly, suddenly Blackfire shot her eyebeams and blasted Argent to the floor as she cried in pain.

The red hand holding Argent vanished as she pointed at them and yelled, "Destroy them!"

The Locrix charged forward while the Titans North bravely fought them while Starfire flew at Blackfire and tackled her. They started fighting as they moved through the ship, crashing threw walls as they kept hitting each other. They made their way to the bridge, as did the Titans North as they fought the Locrix together as a team. Argent created a giant hand of her red energy and held one Locrix in place when Jericho ran at it and punched its center eye. Red Star threw Gnarrk at one Locrix and Gnarrk smashed it with both of his fists, then Red Star took Jericho's arm and threw him at another Locrix. Jericho kicked it in the red light in its mid-section and destroyed it, then Argent created a club of her red energy for Gnarrk to use. He swung the red energy club and smashed three Locrix before the club disappeared, then Argent created a circus cannon. Kole climbed inside it and put her hands together in front of her head before crystalizing herself, then Argent shot her out and Kole crashed through several Locrix. Together they all destroyed the last of the Locrix before watching the Tamaranean sisters fight in the air.

Blackfire pinned Starfire back against a wall as she smiled evilly and said, "Last time you said you had no sister, well now neither do I!"

She prepared to finish Starfire when Red Star flew and tackled Blackfire away from her, only for Blackfire to kick him off of her.

They floated and stared at each other as Blackfire psychotically said, "You think you can take me?"

Red Star looked seriously as he closed his eyes and focused his power, then his body became radioactive as he glowed bright red with small white lines. The others watched as they all gasped in shock; Blackfire flew at Red Star but he rapidly punched her in the face and stomach several times. His radiation made his punches hurt worse as Blackfire let out several cries of pain, he kept punching her as hard as he could before shooting a ray of his energy. He blasted her down onto the floor of the bridge before he stopped glowing, thinking she was down, but she got up and shot her eyebeams at him.

She knocked him back and floated in the air as she said, "That actually hurt, but I can take it."

Her hands glowed as she prepared to shoot her starbolt energy at him, then Gnarrk yelled, "Gnarrk!"

Red Star looked down at him as Gnarrk threw Kole to him; Red Star caught her and held her just as Blackfire shot her ray. Kole crystalized her body and harmlessly absorbed the ray before shooting it back at Blackfire, blasting her into the controls of the ship and knocking her out.

An alarm sounded as a power serge occurred throughout the ship and Starfire exclaimed, "We must escape!"

They all escaped and watched the battleship explode in the air; Red Star carried the unconscious Blackfire in her arms while Argent had the others. She held her hands out to the side as she had a platform carrying Kole, Gnarrk, and Jericho, and a giant birdcage holding Shrieker, Chunder, and the Chrysalis Eater. They handed Blackfire and her beastly enforcers to the police; they had created special high-tech manacles and restraints for Chunder, the Chrysalis Eater, and Shrieker. They also had special muzzles that gagged them as they loaded them into a specially armored transport. The police also had special cuffs for Blackfire that held her despite her strength and prevented her from using her starbolts. They also put a high-tech helmet on her that prevented her from using her other powers as they loaded her into the transport with the others. She sat down and glared at Starfire and the Titans North one last time before the doors closed and she was taken away.

Later at the tower, Starfire spoke to the Titans North as she happily said, "I thank you all for saving me from my sister. You have proven yourselves capable warriors."

Red Star smiled with appreciation as he turned from Starfire to the others while saying, "Thank you Starfire. And thank all of you for believing in me. I promise that I will do my best to lead you, and I am proud to fight beside you all."

They all smiled at him as Gnarrk happily said, "Gnarrk!"

Kole smiled as she sat on the couch and said, "You said it Gnarrk."

Jericho sat next to her as he put his arm around her, making her blush; Jericho looked at Gnarrk, who smiled and gave him a thumbs-up. Jericho smiled back at him before looking down at Kole, who happily shut her eyes and rested her head on his shoulder.

Argent smiled at Starfire as she said, "Great speech Star, but I have to admit, we couldn't have beaten them without you."

Starfire smiled as she generously said, "Do not fear. I shall stay a few more days to help you repair the damage to your Tower."

Red Star smiled happily as he looked at them all and said, "That is good to hear. For now I suggest we all celebrate our great victory."

They others agreed as they threw their arms in the air happily; meanwhile Blackfire's transport pulled up in a huge dark room. Blackfire was released from the transport as the guard brought her into a light with the restraints still on her.

Blackfire glared at the guard and said, "What's going on?"

The guard turned out to be Madame Rouge as she changed to her true form and smiled saying, "We have a proposition for you."

Another light came on as Blackfire looked ahead to see Slade, Brother Blood, and the rest of the Brotherhood of Evil.

Slade had his hands behind his back as he politely said, "It's so good to have you with us, Blackfire."

Blackfire stared at him suspiciously as she said, "Who are you and how do you know my name?"

Slade placed his hand on his chest before putting it behind his back again as he calmly said, "My name is Slade, but introductions can wait. We are kindred spirits with a common goal and we've taken an interest in you and your history. We have a plan to eliminate our enemies and assume dominion over the Earth and we would like you to be a part of it."

Blackfire glared at him as she stubbornly said, "Why should I, a Tamaranean battle princess, work with you Earth scum?"

Slade stepped forward as he answered, "Because we can help you destroy your sister and all of her friends."

Blackfire smiled mischievously with interest as she said, "I'm listening."

Author's note: I'm sure you all understand why I picked these members for the Titans North. And Jericho and Kole are now officially a couple. Red Star is the leader and the strongest member of the team while Argent is second in command and the most powerful. Unlike the Titans East and the Titans West, the Titans North got along from the start, they just had trouble dealing with their own problems and insecurities. They're great at teamwork and already have some cool combo moves. And now Blackfire is back and is working with Slade and the others. I wanted to have the Locrix obey her commands because I love when the Titans fight robot armies and they seemed perfect for Blackfire. I also brought back Shrieker and the Chrysalis Eater as her enforcers. I made up Chunder for an extra. Yes I based his powers off of Upchuck from Ben 10. Anyway, Starfire is the temporary leader of the Titans North and they are doing great for the moment. Please review.
