(Emerald Forest Temple Ruins)
The temple is still as the forest rustle as one crow found a pillar to perch, it was tired as it preen itself boom it perked up as it looked around clash! Now alert it looked everywhere as the pillar it perched on lost some loose stones Bang! it now hops around to find the noise until it was spooked as a giant Nevermore flew by destroying the pillar causing the crow to fly in a panic as it squawked almost getting shot at as it fly away.
[Conclusion! Beacons Initiation banquet!]
As rain of bullets and ice shards peppered the Nevermore the raven Grimm didn't falter as it flew into the tower Ruby, her sister and their partners were on.
As the tower collapsed the girls started to jump off their previous platform and started to jump up the falling debris to another tower using their own methods Ruby with her semblance and Crescent Rose, Yang using Ember Cecilia, Weiss with her glyph and Blake with her ribbon.
After making to one of the bridge Weiss surveyed her surroundings seeing Yang charging at the Grimm while Blake swing after her "This isn't working.".
Ruby hearing that looked around and saw Blake reaching a tower with her ribbon, she then turned to a series of explosions to see Yang firing at the Nevermore, she also remembers how Weiss saved her from before causing her to nod "I have a plan!" Weiss turns to her "Cover me!" Weiss saw the determination in her eyes and nods as they both split up Ruby going over to Blake while Weiss helps Yang in keeping the Grimm back.
(With Jaune and the others)
Ren jumped back from the Death Stalker's stinger which unfortunately dislodged the bridge which is balancing precariously on a single pillar, Ren noticed this as he turns to the others "We need to move!" he said as he charge followed shortly by Nora than Pyrrha and Jaune.
As the four charged up to the Death Stalker reared it's claws to smash it's pray only to met by Akoúo̱ which the claw slides by giving Pyrrha the opportunity to slash at the claw knocking it back, the scorpion Grimm roared in indignation as it used it's other claw to strike the famed hopeful Huntress only to be blocked by Jaune's own Shield pushing the claw back, Pyrrha seeing her chance leapt over Jaune and jump thrust Miló into the other claw knocking away leaving the Grimm wide open.
With both Jaune and Pyrrha keeping the Grimms claws apart Ren runs in with his StormFlower open firing at the Grimm annoyed the Grimm stabs it's stinger down which Ren side steps and grabbed on as the Stinger rears back up, seeing his chance Ren began firing a volley of bullets into the joint between the Stinger and it's tail.
Feeling the sudden burst in it's tail caused the Grimm to screech in pain as it flung it's tail around forcing Ren to hold on or risk falling to his death, Nora seeing her chance fires three grenades at the Grimm which protected itself with it's claws only to recoil from the explosions which also pushed Jaune and Pyrrha back too.
While Jaune stumbled from the blast Pyrrha who has more experienced with close explosions rolled back on her feet with one smooth motion changed Miló from it's sword form to it's javelin form "Champion art" as she fires using the recoil and a faint glow she launched Miló past the Grimms claws and into it's eye "Artemis!".
The Death Stalker screech in pain as it flails around and throwing Ren off it's tail much to Nora's worry if her cries were anything to go by, Jaune who manage to recover from the explosion noticed the Grimms tail seem to be dangling or more specifically it's stinger "Pyrrha!" Jaune shouts out as Pyrrha looked to where Jaune looked she nods.
"Okay!" She rears Akoúo̱ back "Champion art" she then launched her shield forward "Athena!" Akoúo̱ flew like a spinning blade and it was as it sliced off the Grimms stinger causing the Grimm to cry out only to be stabbed by it's own stinger knocking it's head down while Akoúo̱ bounced off the pillar behind the Grimm and back to Pyrrha's arm.
Jaune looks back to "Nora! Nail it!" he shouts.
"Got it!" Nora happy to oblige jumped high and over Pyrrha who noticed and position her shield over her which Nora lands on placing her maul on the shield as she sat on the handle humming a bit before pulling the trigger at the same time Pyrrha launched her up, As Nora reached the apex of her flight with a little giggle she starts to drop, she then gave one final check where she's aiming before firing causing her to fall faster "Valkyrie" she then starts to spin in the air building more momentum before "SMASH!" slamming Magnhild right on the stinger that pierced into the Grimm.
The force of the attack knocked the bridge up catapulting a screaming Jaune and readied Pyrrha who caught Miló that was knocked loose from the Grimm.
Nora smiled that her friends are safe as she launched herself off the now falling Dead Stalker as it disintegrates it's way to the abyss.
Jaune still screaming lands face first into the dirt, Nora whooped before landing on her butt and Pyrrha who's also experienced being tossed around lands safely on her feet, Ren walked over to them panting, having to run after a Boarbatusk that his friend was riding on, then having to run across the Ruins away from a Nevermore only to end up fighting against a Death Stalker over broken bridge ready to fall at any minute. So you have to excuse Ren for collapsing on the ground after all that.
(With Luffy and the crew)
""Let's go" and how are we going to do that!?" Ussop snapped as he looked to Luffy "Do we even have a plan?".
Luffy just crack his knuckles "We kick its ass.".
"THAT'S NOT A PLAN!" Ussop and Nami snapped before noticing the Boarbatusk charging at them causing them to scream in fear.
"Gomu Gomu no Pistol!" an arm stretched out and punched the Grimm away much to the shock of Nami and Ussop.
"What was that!?" "His arm stretched! What kind of semblance is that!?" Ussop cried out while Nami is questioning whether she's still dreaming.
Zoro a little annoyed looked to the two "Would you quit shouting unless you want to fall off the cliff, I suggest we move!" he says as he joins Luffy knocking away a tusk from hitting his partner.
Not wanting the risk of falling again they nod and ran with Ussop providing covering fire with his sling shot Kabuto, but seeing how little damage he was doing Ussop decides to change it up "Special Attack!" he starts to twist the dial on his pouch until it glowed red "Fire Star!" and release a giant fire ball that explode across the Grimm and setting it on fire.
Zoro seeing as the Grimm writhed in place because of it's burning fur Zoro crossed his arms "Oni" he then lunge past the Grimm with his arms and sword spread out "Giri!" The Boarbatusk roars as a slash scarred it's mask and one of its tusk was cut off "tch, Too shallow.".
The Grimm having enough rolled itself into a ball and charged at Zoro who crossed his blades stopping the Grimm's charge but it kept rolling determined to crush the swordsman.
"Hang on Zoro!" Luffy slung both arms back as he charge "Gomu Gomu no" retracting his arms like a rubber band that snapped back to itself Luffy's slams his palm into the rolling Boarbatusk's side "Bazooka!" causing it to stop rolling and launching it away.
Nami seeing the Grimm flying towards her Screamed as she instinctually pulled the top rod at an angle and flung it causing it to detach from the Climatact and into the Grimm where it release a powerful blast of wind knocking it away from her causing her to look astonish "I can't believe that worked.", a twirling sound got her attention when her rod flew back and reconnect with the rest of her Climatact "I knew this would be useful, So glad I grabbed this." Nami smirked.
"Whoooooo! That was awesome! Hey what was that? Does it have a cool name!?" Luffy shouted with stars in his eyes.
Nami actually thought about it "Since it was spinning as I threw it the Cool orb and Heat orb turned it into one big bubble and it released such a big wind once it hit it, I'll call it Cyclone Tempo." she says getting Luffy to awe again.
"Should we really be talking like we're talking about the weather." Ussop sweatdropped before noticing the Grimm got back on it's feet shaking off it's dizziness from Nami's attack "Gyaa! It's back!".
"Oi Zoro!" Zoro looked to Luffy who gave a grin, Zoro huffs but still smirks as he got ready.
Ussop now panicking quickly turn the dial on his Kabuto as the Boarbatusk roar as it took a few steps before it starts to roll again, seeing his chance Ussop though shakily he ready his Kabuto as the pouch glowed blue "Special Attack! Ice Bomb Star!" he fires a blue pellet in front of the Grimm where it explodes into ice which Boarbatusk crushed but it slipped on the frozen ground "Oh yeah!" he than notice the Grimm still sliding towards him "Oh nooooo!" he screamed as he jumped out of the way of the Grimms path as it slams into another pillar.
As the Boarbatusk got back on it's hooves in it's rage it swung it's head destroying the pillar it crashed into causing it to topple over and falling toward Ussop who screamed before it was slashed into three pieces by Zoro who looked back at "Luffy!".
Luffy nods as he stretched his arm and wrapped it around one slice of the pillar a couple of times all while Luffy jumps up into the sky and above the Grimm who shuts its eyes from the sun "Gomu Gomu no" he then pulls his arm causing it to rapidly unwound the stone as he threw it at the Grimm "Koma!"
The spinning slab of stone crashed into the Grimm's face knocking the Grimm back on it's hind legs, as it struggle to regain it's balance it was enough for Zoro to across it's thick stomach, black blood sprayed from it's new scar causing the Grimm to squeal as it pushed forward to crush the swordsman who leapt back "It's thick but it felt that." Zoro inspect before his eyes glowed red as he gave a devil like grin "I can cut through!".
Landing on the ground he looked to Luffy "Oi Luffy it's stomach is the soft spot.".
Luffy nods "Yosh! We need to get it on it's back!".
Ussop looked confused "And how are we gonna do that blast it in the air and let it fall on it's back?" he replied sarcastically but by the look the two made got him to sweat "I was being sarcastic that is a dumb idea I mean how are we going to blow it up in the air!?".
"Leave that to me." Zoro says as he got ready.
"Yeah right! And even if you can, how are you gonna stop it from rolling into a ball to crush us from above!?" Ussop tries to reason.
Nami didn't know what to do but she felt a certain breeze causing her to look up notice some clouds getting inspired "I think I can handle that." she says as she pulled her Climatact as she holds two rods while keeping a third in it's holster "You all just needs to keep it in the air." she said getting a nod from Luffy.
"But is that enough!?" Ussop still thinking it's a bad idea "Even if it works who's gonna blast it down and hold it in place!?".
Luffy grins "I'll knock it down you keep it on it's back!" he cracked his knuckles.
"There is no way this will work-" Ussop tries to reason before Zoro cuts in "That thing is getting up." "-LISTEN TO ME!".
"You know what to do! Get ready!" Luffy says as he readied himself.
"Right!" "Got it!" "W-W-W-Whatever happen don't blame me okay!" the others shouts.
SQUEEALL! The Boarbatusk finally shook of the pain as it roars as it charge forward abit to then roll it's way to the teens who scattered away except Zoro who held the Grimm in place, as sparks fly between the bone armor and his blade until with a roar Zoro slashed up catching its tusk during the slash knocking the Grimm up "No matter how much weight you throw around it won't match the weight of my blade." Zoro says as he position his blade as they all point to the left "Santouryu" Zoro's blood lust seeped out as the Boarbatusk watched as a serpentine dragon formed around the teen's body as the teen's red eyes met with the Grimms own "Tatsumaki!" the dragon flew up to the Grimm and snapped it's jaw on the Grimm as it flies in the sky in a spiral motion forming a tornado.
As the Grimm flies into the skies the Grimm growls as it got ready to roll into a ball to crush these humans but it noticed red and blue bubbles was flying up from the ground as it looked down it saw the orange haired teen twirling two rods in her hands "Cool ball, Heat ball condensing cold and hot air while carrying nearby moisture in the atmosphere and it will form a cloud." Nami says as she kept feeding the cloud more hot and cold bubble until it dwarfs the Giant Grimm "And once it's big enough a little charge is all it needs to create a localized thunder cloud Thunder ball!" she pulled her other rod out before flinging a single yellow bubble into the cloud causing the white cloud into a black thunder cloud as more charge is being built up inside "When going out you should look out for thunder storms, Hehe." she reattach her Climatact together with the top orb glowing with electricity "Thunderbolt" she raised her rod up as the cloud starts to rumble with more lightning bolts leaking out until "Tempo!" Nami swung her rod down as if by command the cloud released a bolt of lighting through the Grimm shocking and stunning it as it Squeals in pain.
Feeling it's muscles contract from the lightning the Grimm remained paralyzed in the air and before it could recover a strong kick to it's jaw knocked the Grimms head up as it watched the straw hat wearing teen up above it with his arm stretched back Luffy decide to add a bit of spin as he wound his outstretched arm until it's twisted tight, with a chuckle Luffy smirks "Gomu Gomu no" he retract his arm causing to unwind as it retract causing his fist to spin faster and faster and once his fist is mere inches away from the Boarbatusk belly "Rifle!" the punch not only dug into the Grimm's unprotected flesh but the fist was spinning and grinding it's thick fat and it's starting to hurt the Grimm as it squealed in pain as Luffy sent the Grimm spiraling down into the ground and drilling a bit into the ground.
"Surefire! Ice Bomb Star!" Ice encased the Boarbatusk's freezing it's back into the ground causing the Grimm to writhe on the ground as it struggles to get itself free "I- I got him? I mean you can always count on the great Captain Ussop!" Ussop bragged only to yelp as the Boarbatusk roars.
"Gomu Gomu no" a voice got everyone to look up as Luffy threw his arms back as he fall from the skies as the Grimm squirm harder and once Luffy was right above the Grimm's exposed unarmored body "Bazooka!" BOOOOOM! the others covered their eyes as an explosion of dust and rubble flew around them as the dust starts to settle a laugh got everyone's attention as a silhouette is seen to be Luffy as he raised his arms in the air "We won! Ahahahaha!".
As Luffy laughed Ussop cant help but laugh along with Nami joining right after Zoro smirks but he noticed a streak of white from the corner of his eyes as he looks up with Luffy joining him with a smile on his face.
(With Ruby and her Team few minutes before)
Yang was busy peppering the Nevermore with her shots when she noticed a few blast of ice forced the Grimm to veer course "Hey!" Yang turned to see Weiss running up to the base of her pillar "Ruby says she has a plan!".
Yang grins "Than I guess it's time to do something crazy." Yang says as she turns to the Grimm as it flew up to her.
Weiss looked confused "And what does that mean!?" she asked before noticing Yang jumps off heading right at the Grimms open beak "What are you doing!?" she shout in horror as the Grimm supposedly ate the fiery blond.
Only for the Beak to explode multiple times as Yang manage to keep the Beak from snapping shut kept firing her Ember Celica into it's now exposed mouth "I! Hope! You're! Hungry!" she shouts out after each shot.
"You two are impossible!" Weiss says before noticing Ruby running towards her.
Yang kept shooting down the screaming Nevermore's throat causing it to fly around blindly and once Yang looked back a smirk appeared on her lips as she gave one last blast in "Here's one to GO!" she fired and using the recoil and blast to push herself out of the Nevermore's mouth and with a flip she lands back on the ground.
Thanks to the blast disorienting the Grimm's view but once the smoke lifted it saw it was going to crash into the cliff side and with no time to readjust the Grimm crashed head long into the stone walls, once it crashed onto the ground the Grimm looks up to see the Blond landed on the bridge and gave a roaring squawk at them before it noticed a white streak darting past the Blond and towards it, with a couple flaps the Grimm took flight but was too slow as the white blur revealing to be Weiss leapt into the air as she reared her Myrtenaster for a thrust "White Crest" she then thrust forward striking the Grimms tail "Elfenbeingarten!" from the tip of her blade spikes of ice burst out freezing the ground and the Nevermore's tail feather causing the Grimm to flap haphazardly just to keep itself airborne.
Weiss seeing her work done used her Glyph to launch herself back to the group just in time to hear her Partner shouting out "Yang go up that pillar!".
As Yang manage to blast her way up to the top she hears Blake shout out "Catch!" hearing that Yang manage to catch the kama part of Gambol Shroud so Yang stabbed the blade part in once she knows it's secured she gave a thumbs up which her partner nods.
Nodding in satisfaction Ruby with the help of her Crescent Rose shot herself up and on the ribbon as it pulling the ribbon down while she got herself read as she felt an invisible force holding her and the ribbon in place "Only you would come up with a crazy idea like this." Weiss says as she hold Ruby in place via a black Glyph.
"You think you can make that shot?" Ruby asked as she got ready.
Weiss just scoffed "Can I?" Ruby then starts to look concern as she look to Weiss "-Can you?-" "Of course I can!" Weiss snapped at the question.
Ruby cocked her bolt as she focused while Weiss with a flourish pulled her Glyph back as it changed from black to red "Sorcery Glyph" Weiss says as she readies Myrtenaster and with a swing "Rosenkatapult!" she launch Ruby towards the frantic Grimm.
Ruby using Crescent Rose recoil to give her more speed she kept her focus as she reached the Grimms neck which she hooked with her scythe however she knows it will take more than this to take down this Grimm so she fires a couple more shots finally pushing the Nevermore's back into the cliff face.
Weiss seeing her queue conjured a white glyph under Ruby's feet giving her footing before conjuring more glyphs all the way to the top "Himmelsweg!".
Ruby now seeing her path blast forward shooting Crescent Rose for more power she manage to drag the Nevermore by it's neck as it's tail broke from it's frozen prison, Ruby grunting at the weight but with a shout she powers through as she picked up more speed as the Grimm flails behind her as it squawks in desperation, while the other on the bottom manage to take out their own Grimms they can't help but awe at what Ruby is doing.
"That is insane…" Jaune gawks at what he's seeing.
Luffy on the other hand smiles as he cheers "Take him out RUBY!".
With one final push Ruby pulled out as much power she can muster "REAPING" she manage to get up the top as the Grimm got snagged on the rocks "ROSE!" BANG on last blast as Ruby decapitates the Nevermore as a flurry of rose petal explode from her as she Ruby flips in the air she manage to stick her landing as Crescent Rose while on her shoulder stabs into the ground as not far from her the head of the Nevermore lay motionless beside her as she pants in exhaustion.
While the rest of the teens marvel at the feat Ruby did as they watched the falling disintegrating headless corpse of the Nevermore crash down the Cliff side "Whoa.." Jaune says awed by the event.
"WOOOOHOOOO! That was AWESOME!" Luffy shouts out spooking Jaune as he and the others turned to see him rush up with stars in his eyes "That was so cool do you think she will do it again?" he asked Jaune who sweat dropped.
"Oi, we're heading up the cliff!" Zoro shouts out as he along with Ussop and Nami were making their way up to the cliff.
Pyrrha briefly glares at Zoro before turning to Jaune "Jaune we should also go.".
Jaune nods "Right." as he follows.
Luffy gave one last look to Ruby who walked up to the edge to look down as he smiles at her "This is gonna be fun." he ran to catch up with his friends.
Yang smiles up at the cliff "Well… That was a thing!" but a scoff got her to turn to Weiss who was bit winded.
Weiss who was tired from conjuring so many Glyphs to help Ruby drag the Nevermore "Urgh This is the last time I'm following anything crazy like that again." she huffed before a light punch on her shoulder got her to turn to Yang.
"Sorry, Ice Queen, If I know Ruby this won't be the last time." Yang grins as she makes her way up the cliff while giving Blake a pat on her shoulder.
As Weiss watched Yang converse or tease considering Blake's expression Weiss looked to her shaking hands as she clench and unclench her hand to get some feeling back 'I have to work on my Glyph, I don't need to be perfect just better than perfect isn't that right Winter, Uncle.' she than follows Yang back up the cliff '….Grandfather.'.
(Beacon auditorium initiation ceremony)
"Russel Thrush. Cardin Winchester. Dove Bronzewing. Sky Lark." Ozpin announce as the hologram shows four profile pictures depicting the four teens standing stoically before him the first of which is a familiar armored teen towering over his team he has burnt-orange hair that is combed backward with a slight peak at the front and indigo eyes. He wears silver-gray armor with gold trim, his chestplate sports a bird with its wings outstretched. Underneath the armor, he wears a black shirt with red trimmings and black pants with a red sash tied around his waist. He also wears silver-gray armoured under the knee boots that match the rest of his armor. This is Cardin Winchester.
The teen next to him is a slender pale skin teen sporting a shaved head and a light green mohawk he wears a hoodie with the sleeves cut off, and two bracers on his arms extending from the wrist to just below the elbow. These bracers have his silver-colored emblem printed on them, beneath the hoodie, he also wears a pale-green, long-sleeved shirt. He wears a brown strap around his chest holding a spiked spaulder to his left shoulder. He also wears dark-gray pants. His boots seem to be made of a thick brown material and go up to his knees. This is Russel Thrush.
Next to him are two similarly armored teens with only difference being their build and color with on with combed brown hair and squinty eyes wearing tan armored while the one next to him with a combed back dark blue hair with brown eyes as he wears dark gray armor these two are Dove Bronzewing and Sky Lark respectively.
Ozpin noticed their posture with only Russel seeming to imitate the others 'So the Winchester's brought over some protection for the boy.' Ozpin sighs but noticed some chinks in Cardin's armor indicating he did at least fought 'He can still defend himself at the very least.' "The four of you retrieved the black bishop pieces. From this day forward, you will work together as Team CRDL, led by... Cardin Winchester!" the audience applaud as the hologram profile shuffled to create the name. Cardin smirked while Russel elbows his leader getting Cardin to playfully push back 'I hope you will grow in Beacon.' Ozpin thought as he watch Team CRDL exit the stage.
As Cardin made his way down he saw Nami and gave her a wink which she blatantly ignored making Cardin smile "Ohoh so Boss got a thing for the fiery red?" Russel teased getting Cardin to stutter.
"I uh I don't know what you're talking bout I mea-" "-Relax Boss we'll be rooting for you right guys." Russel reassure as he looks to the other two with Dove giving a nod while Sky pulls a thumbs up with a twinkling smile.
"Shut up you morons." Cardin grumbled as he walked off with his team following.
"Jaune Arc. Lie Ren. Pyrrha Nikos. Nora Valkyrie." Ozpin called out as the four walked on stage as the hologram showed their profiles, all of them standing at attention with Jaune fidgeting nervously while Nora is bouncing as she stood as if she was hearing a tune only she can hear "The four of you retrieved the white rook pieces. From this day forward, you will work together as Team JNPR." he announced as the image shuffled to show the team name as another round of applause roared out along with some cheers specifically Pyrrha's fans but she will try her best to ignore that.
While the audience claps Nora in her excitement turns and hugs her surprised close but in a friendly way kind of close but still close nonetheless friend.
Ozpin then looks to Jaune who was also smiling "Led by...Jaune Arc!".
Jaune smile turned stiff as he was caught off guard "Huh? L-Led by…?" Jaune asked as he points to himself.
"Congratulations, young man." Ozpin says giving Jaune a knowing look.
Pyrrha happy for her partner offers a friendly shoulder bump knocking a still stunned Jaune off the stage "Oh I'm sorry!" Pyrrha gasped before giving the crowd a sheepish smile getting a bunch of chuckles and laughter, she quickly helps Jaune up while Nora giggled at Jaune's clumsiness which he scratched his head bashfully.
"Blake Belladonna. Ruby Rose. Weiss Schnee. Yang Xiao Long." the four also made their way up Blake looking calm, Ruby fidgeting on the spot, Weiss looking prim and expecting and Yang giving a confident smile as the hologram showed their profile "The four of you retrieved the white knight pieces. From this day forward, you will work together as Team RWBY. Led by... Ruby Rose!" he announced getting a surprised look from both Weiss and Ruby with the former appalled while the latter is shocked as the crowd gave them another round of applause.
While Weiss turn her shocked look to Ruby who was hugged by Yang "I'm so proud of you!" as Yang smothers Ruby who's whining as she tries to pry her sister off, Weiss just scoffs feeling a little jealous of the sisterly bond and she wished Winter was hear to congratulate her.
Blake just smiles as she pat Yang's back who is shedding happy tears.
"I expect great things from you." Ozpin says softly to the newly formed team RWBY "Ahem, I believe we should finish this up now shall we?" he asked as the team sheepishly walked off the stage as Ozpin turned back to the crowd "And finally." he then turned to look at the next team making on stage "Yuzuki Nami. Ussop Birches. Monkey D Luffy." some people in the audience snickered at the name while Weiss looked a bit shocked but shook it off with a scoff "Roronoa Zoro." that stopped some snickering as some people was surprised "You four retrieved the white queen and king pieces. From this day forward you will work together as Team MRUN (maroon) Led by… Monkey D Luffy." Ozpin finished with a smile as Luffy whoops with laughter, Zoro smirks Ussop tried to look proud but he slip a bit at not being chosen leader while Nami just gave a smile.
"For the next four years you will be working with each other, supporting one another and helping each other grow as comrades, as fellow hunters and as a team!" Ozpin says as he looked to the crowd "From this day forth you will be among peers, who follow the same path. Whether it's for Fame." Jaune look conflicted "Money." Nami perked up "Family." Ren held Nora's hand "Strength." Zoro kept a calm look "Honor." Cardin smirks "Recognition." Weiss held her arms while Pyrrha looked to Jaune "Adventure." Yang smiles excited "Change." Blake flinched but kept her calm look "Or just simply, Hopes and Dreams" Ruby and Luffy looked determined with Luffy giving an excited smile.
"No matter what reason, what excuse or what drive we will welcome you here in Beacon." Ozpin says as he looked to everyone as Glynda walking in with two goblets in hand "For in this dark world we all stand against it like a Beacon in the darkness a path way for others to follow, to be saved. We are all the Beacon in this world and our Hope and that is what makes us Huntsman." Glynda gave a goblet to Ozpin who raised it out "But for now lets celebrate our new friends so let the feast begin." he says as the doors opens as wheeling in are rows upon rows of various cuisines from all over Vale much to the gluttonous delight of the people there Luffy especially "Enjoy!".
As Ozpin watched the new students mingle with each other and enjoying the food "Are you sure you want to let him in?" Ozpin looks to Glynda as she watch Jaune who snaps at Luffy for taking his turkey leg "It's clear he doesn't have the skill nor the qualification to be here.".
Ozpin just smiles "As I said before no matter what the excuse I will welcome them, he just needs to survive the initiation." Ozpin sipped his goblet grimacing at the alcohol "I was never a fan of alcohol, I much prefer a good mug of coffee instead." he says Glynda rolled her eyes at the comment as she drank her wine "You might think I'm making a mistake." Glynda almost choke on her drink but before she could dissuade the claim Ozpin continues "You might be right, but that is left to be remain to be seen because no one can really tell how the future may be. So let's just enjoy the now than worry about the maybe." a round of laughter and cheers as the social gathering turned into a banquet as Luffy danced around with his stomach bloated with food with a weird face drawn on.
Jaune has chopsticks shoved in his nose and mouth giving him look ridiculous which got Pyrrha to hold back her laugh while he dance like an idiot, Ussop starts to boast about how he singlehandedly killed a pack of Ursa's with only one pellet from his slingshot getting Nora and Ruby to look in awe only for Nami to say he was the first one to run away getting the others to laugh.
Weiss who was at first disgusted but soon got use to it as she joins Zoro whose laughing at the vibe before snapping at Luffy for grabbing from his plate.
Blake was finding a place to stay to read in peace only for Yang to drag her into the festivity much to the resisting Blake but when Yang showed her a salmon dish Blake teleported there like she was there the entire time much to Yang confusion.
Cardin moved to flirt with Nami who manage to trick him into creating a drinking contest with Zoro and Nora joining in as Nami played bookie as people starts to bet who can out drink the others.
Glynda can't believe how quickly the room changed so fast and before she can get the entire room under control Ozpin soft chuckle got her to stop as Ozpin is hiding his face trying to hold back his laughter.
"Hoho! Now this is what I call a banquet!" A boisterous voice boomed.
"Yes I believe this is what will qualify as as you put it a banquet." another but more fast paced spoke out.
"Heh~~~ Looks li~ke e~veryo~ne i~s having fu~n." a more slow and melodic voice spoke.
"Amimimi! Indeed this is how it should be don't you agree mi Amigos!" a more hyped voice spoke up.
Ozpin and Glynda look behind them to see some of the staff of the school "It's good to see you could make it."
"Port." A portly old man who has gray hair that is parted in the middle while also sporting a GLORIOUS gray mustache on his upper lip covering where his mouth would be. He wears a double-breasted burgundy suit with gold piping and buttons. His pants he wears tucked into olive boots, similar in appearance and construction to cavalry boots. He gave a hearty laugh,
"Oobleck." A slim man with messy green hair pushed his large round glasses that gleamed a spark, like his hair his clothes are also a mess he wears white shirt partially tucked into his dark-green pants and its collar raised, showing a slack yellow tie, along with mismatched brown and black shoes.
"Peach." A pretty petite woman with long curly strawberry blond hair that is littered with butterflies and flowers, her eyes are closed in a happy squint and cat like smile. She wears a pink puffy dress with a green frog themed apron over it, she also wears a pair of brown field workers boots.
"Bett." A young dark skinned man with cyan hair with a goatee he has shining green eyes. He wears a loose blue shirt and purple coat vest and black pants. His pants is tucked into purple boots and he wears blue fingerless gloves.
"Where is Ann and Mulberry?" Glynda asked as she didn't see the last two colleagues.
Peach just smiled "Mu~lberry~ i~s i~n the fo~~rge worki~ng." she says as she clap her hands.
"And mi Amigo Greene is joining the drinking contest!" Bett points down to a dark skinned beauty with long dark green hair in dreads with dark green button vest and brown shorts she also wears shoulder length arm warmers and knee long stockings and brown boots. She is seen drinking back a large mug of booze showing off her assets that got most of the male students and some females Yang included to admire.
"….Mulberry I expect but why is Ann smuggling beer into the ceremony?" Glynda massaged her brow.
Oobleck down a cup of coffee "She said that these ceremonies were too boring so she decided that this year she would liven it up but it looks like someone beat her to it and now she's joining in because it looks fun." Oobleck took another sip getting Port to give another hearty laugh.
"I~~t do~~es look fu~~n! Ma~~ybe I~~ cou~ld jo~in in to~~." Before Peach could join Bett and Port grabbed hold of her arms causing her to dangle in there arms much to her confusion "Ara~~?".
"I'm sorry Peach but you know you're not allowed to drink!" Port says happily.
Bett nods "And lets not forget we still have paperwork to go through!" he says as he and Port about face and carried Peach off "Lets be off mi Amigos!" Oobleck gave Ozpin and Glynda a nod before walking off.
"Wh~~~~~~~y!?" A slow but loud cry from Peach echoed as she was carried off like a kitten.
Glynda sighs at the antics of her colleagues as another cheers got her attention as Cardin and Nora dropped out of the drinking game but Nami joins in while Zoro and Ann cling their drinks together.
Glynda sighs again "I'll fetch Ms Greene, if you'll excuse me sir." Glynda marched down while Ozpin just continued to watch the mayhem right in front of him remembering this life's earlier life.
"Give that back Roger!" "No way that is mine get your own!" "Like hell it is! Tell him Ozzy!" "Don't drag me into this you idiots." "Who are you calling idiots you old fart!" "Who are you calling ol- oh yeah I'm technically am old." "SO THAT MAKES IT OKAY!?"
Laughter echoes in his memory as Ozpin can see so many of his old friends in Luffy and his friends "Looks like it's going to be and interesting four years." he walked off hoping to replace his cup with coffee.

"Tch! You really got your flashy ass in some trouble didn't ya, brat." A hand threw down a newspaper showing a broken dust shop with the head line reading [Dust stores robberies on the rise! Roman Torchwick still at large!] "What's the point of robbing the place if you ain't gonna take the cash!? Unless you think you can build some kind of bomb there is no reason for him to just take the Dust!" the figure slam his fist on his armrest.
"Are you worried Boss?" another figure says as a growl followed right after.
The Boss scoffed "Of that Flashy brat? No not really as long as his little angel follows him, he'll be fine." he waved off the concern but he narrowed his eyes "But this all stink of HER and I really hope both of them could make a Flashy getaway or I'll be losing sleep." he than looks to his left "Oi, how much do we have left?".
"It will last a few more weeks maybe less if we have to feed that overgrown scaredy cat." The other figure says.
"Huh!? What did you say!? You bastard!" the other figure says followed by another growl.
"WOULD YOU TWO FLASHILY SHUT IT!" the Boss shouts getting the two to do so "We are making preparation to leave." the figure got up as a coat flutters behind him "Lets make it a Flashy raid you Fools cause the Circus is coming to town!" the figure laughs as he and the other figures follows.
