Hi guys, as you might have noticed, this is not a chapter. My dad had a surgery recently, he's fine, but he is on some pretty heavy medication, so he needs someone to take care of him for a while. This doesn't mean I want to stop writing, but I just have a little less time. That's why I'm currently looking for Betas for the 2 stories I will be continuing. (Grimm Souls and Morningstar).
The main reason is that I can actually pump out a full chapter every day even now, if only I actually could stick with the plan. Most of the major plot points are already outlined, but sometimes I randomly don't like my outline anymore and I redo it. So, I'm looking for someone (or more than one person) who is willing to be a sounding board for some of that stuff.
I don't really need a Beta for grammar or spell checking, I can do that myself (even if I sometimes miss some small things). What I need is someone who is willing to help me solidify my plans for my arcs and who can check any chapters beforehand and make suggestions to better portray character development or even someone who is willing to help me make the plot more compelling or complex.
Sometimes I feel like my plot is too straightforward and there are no twists to it, but maybe that's just because I am writing it and already know what's going to happen. Having someone who can actually judge that or add some twists of their own would really help.
