After her previous attempt was failed, Tamako turned her attention to the cause of her problems of that moment. Thinking in terms of "Burn the hive rather than the wasps" and since the Juubi had so perfectly and conveniently painted itself in that image, she formed the same handsigns but this time- aimed for the Queen.
If you cut off the source, the remaining ones will succumb later on- besides save the weak fries for the canon fodder. Tamako, nodding at her solution, formed the same few hand signs before slamming her hands into the ground, fingers seeping into the dirt.
Hashirama already halted the Juubi's movements, but if she drained its chakra, meaning less chakra for both Madara and Obito to source from, the war will wrap up faster. Or ideally thinking, at least give her the advantage.
"Mokuton: God Tree Emergence!" Large roots erupted behind the smaller monsters as Sasuke's summoning was prompted to shoot past them, slithering between small gaps with speed and precision- ahead was Naruto and his summon in the sky, becoming a homing missile right towards the Juubi.
Fingers still in the dirt, she twisted her chakra around the beast, vines and roots alike grabbing onto the monster as it greedily sucked out chakra. Instantly, they grew in size and power, tangling into each other as they rapidly swathed the entire body with thick roots.
Tamako made quick work, controlling her jutsu to make sure they focused all its energy on the Juubi and the Juubi only, but making sure that when Sasuke and Naruto's Combo of Rasen-Shuriken plus some Amaterasu would dish out 100% of the damage it was intended to.
With the constant burning of Amaterasu, the impact of the Rasen-Shuriken and the constant rapid chakra drain, the Juubi screamed into the air with ear-piercing octaves, the area of contact slowly detached from its main body to reduce the damage.
Tamako sighed, not really expecting much from one attack and focused more chakra onto her iron hold, the vines tighten its hold with the chakra it has absorbed, leaving her own reserves untouched.
Now that Madara is patiently waiting for Hashirama and Obito is preoccupied with Kakashi, it was now the chance they'll be able to do as much damage they could in this small window of opportunity.
She had already captured a supply of chakra she can use to regenerate her own, massive amounts of chakra pills and HP potions stacked in her inventory, so what was one last thing she needed to do?
Save.
Thankfully, the system didn't regard the current situation as an "Important Event" and allowed her to pause, saving into a save file that she no longer needed and rewrote the data to this current time.
Right now, she is the safest that she'll ever be in the entirety of the war. Who knows if Obito or Madara deem her a threat with her Mokuton and promptly cut her head off, or maybe she'll die during the revival of Kaguya.
Her previous stunt was to solidify that she is an important piece in the war, meaning they'll have pardon her after the war- right?
I'll thinking about that at a later time, for now, let's focus on the ugly monster.
But before she can start her onslaught of her entire arsenal to weaken it, a spike of chakra was felt through two endpoints.

Shit- I thought Kakashi would've distracted Obito for more time!
Instantly, she retracted her hands from the ground and let her jutsu run whatever course it decided before donating a good chunk of chakra to flicker on top of the Juubi's head and aimed a kunai at Obito's head.
He caught her wrist that threaten to slash down on him with an arm that was coated with black- nearly the entire right side of his body with the same substance- Black Zetsu.
"Madara-sama, or I guess this game we've played has come to an end.. ne Obito-sama?"

He merely strained under the control of "Madara", his hair turning white from roots to end as he duck near the ground to kick her legs from underneath. Instinctively, she dropped her kunai and jumped into the air, focusing her weight on the arm that caught her wrist and substituted the lack of momentum with her arm strength, throwing herself above Obito and landed behind him and shook off the grab on her wrist.
With both hands free, she looped her arms around Obito's arm through his armpits to restrict his movements, feeling before seeing Namikaze teleporting in front of Obito, slashing across with his infamous three-prong kunai.
The Blond Kage's eyes widen, whispering with pure shock and agony- "Obito... that was...you?"
Even without hearing, she could see Namikaze's internal termoil and the thousands of sentences that ran through his eyes, Tamako knew that the Fourth Hokage was referring to the day of his death- the Kyuubi Attack.
Obito went limp, using what seemed to be the last of his strength to whisper with sunken, tired eyes, "S-sensei.."
Tamako let go of her hold on the older Uchiha, letting him plop face-forward into the ground. Her eyes turning towards the Kage who lightly grasped his legendary kunai, "A Flying Raijin marking never disappears. I didn't teach you that, did I, Obito?"
If I kill this man right now, the entirety of the war will be over. She side glanced Sasuke as he slowly walked towards them, no if I did that, Sasuke'll go ape shit and try to kill everyone for this "I will rework the world".
Tamako silently listened to the mourning man, Sasuke ruining the mood when he walked up and opened his mouth, "That was disappointing... All that's left to do is to seal the un-reborn Madara and this war will be over." He glanced at Obito's body, "As well as this giant thing." He titled his head at the being they stood on.
Even after being stabbed through the chest with a gaping hole, even after being slashed down, pool of blood that circled around his body, "What makes you think the war is over... my fellow traitor?"
Despite the sheer shock on both the Uchiha and Namikaze exhibited as the Juubi began to shrink and be absorbed by Obito, she could only sigh and shake her head before jumping off the rapidly declining space.
The utter energy that is being expelled as the two became one, the began to suck in air, pushing the three shinobi back towards Obito.
Snapping her fingers, a platform of crystal appeared at her feet, quickly locking into the platform and urged her chakra control towards Naruto- who ended up shouting at all three with concern and winded up extending his arms to grab the other two.
She landed on his summon's head, crouching near Naruto as she titled her head and observed the new Juubi Jinchuriki in the making.
"Gamakichi!" Naruto shouted, who grunted back in a reply and retreated back into a safe distance.
"W-what's happening?" Minato frowned with both hands clutching his Kunai as Sasuke also added his two cents of, "Is the Juubi changing form again?"
"Seems that Obito-sama is becoming the Juubi Jinchuriki..." Tamako trailed off her hands clasping into the serpent seal and retracted her roots pumped full of chakra, back into the ground for later.
"He shook off Madara's manipulation and was weaving the signs to do this from the beginning!" Before Tamako could even add more details, boss music began to start playing, the area that once was entirely Juubi has disappeared and replaced it with a white ball of mass floating in the air.
"Cmon, this isn't even the final boss, why did it change music?" She grumbled before completely freezing at the sight of it shattering into pieces like fine china, revealing a form that screamed nonhuman and the chakra levels-
Red windows swarmed her view instantly- how was she going to defeat that, shecantdothat- THAT'S NOT EVEN THE FINAL BOSS.

A hand on her shoulder broke her out of the trance, and she instantly sagged with relief because if he is finally here then they'll have a chance.
"Itachi!"
Itachi, like the fabulous older brother he was, ignored his otouto in favor in glancing at Tamako who immediately understood the hidden message.
"Uchiha Obito has successfully merged with the Juubi, his previous injuries he has sustain had been healed during the merge and he has acquired abilities similar of to the Rikudō Sennin. His ability to regenerate has explosively increased as well has his defense, agility, and chakra levels."
"He looks even more creepier than before, dattebayo..." Naruto widen his stance when Obito's eyes met his.
Hashirama's chakra began to fill the air as one of his massive red gate, torii, came slamming down right above Obito, its impact to the ground kicked up dirt as Obito escaped.
The Sealing Gates, one by one, crumbled into nothingness.
The Gate that could pin down the Juubi, gone.
She is soo screwed, ain't she?
In response to Hashirama's torri, Obito had multiple chakra arms spring from his back, grabbing the barrier that the four Hokage's had formed and teared it into like it was butter. He jumped a few meters in front of Gamakichi and titled his head.
"Enough! Obito, stop this!"
He looked up with wide eyes, "O... bi.. to?"
Instantly, the remaining Hokage flickered in front of Gamakichi with Hashirama saying words that no one appreciated, "I'll be blunt. This guy is stronger than me!"
Sarutobi politely responded with a nod with his head, worry in his voice, "No offense, but it appears so."
"Even if you reabsorb your remaining clones, you're no match, Anija!"
"I know.."
Obito took a step forward, bringing his right arm forward as the air above his palm started to condense, a small black dot that grew in size as its chakra concentration grew along with it.
Tamako blinked, and the God of Shinobi and his brother became nothing but dust.
"Fucking hell."
As soon as those words left her mouth, Itachi shook his head and crossed his arms. Then with a cool, apathetic voice, "So this is what you referring to?"
Tamako head whipped towards him and with a frown, "The God of Shinobi was wiped out in a blink and that's all you have to say-"
"-Saru! Yondaime! Scam!" Tobirama interrupted, his eyes in full concentration as his body flopped to the ground helplessly.
A plan!
Tobirama held up two fingers, the tags on Obito's body that was placed in that fraction of a second-
Everything when white with the explosion.
And chaos rained upon her.
