Bell was sitting in the school cafeteria eating lunch with Welf and Lili. They weren't at the trade school, and Bell had no free periods, so the three friends were at school.
"So I heard someone broke into the twin's house while you were there," Welf asked, eating his ham sandwich.
Bell nodded his head as Lili's head whirled around, looking at him bugged-eyed. "Someone broke into a house you were staying at!" Lili shouted.
Bell winced before pretending his ear hurt. "Yes, Lili, and by the way, you're loud."
Lili smacked him in the stomach as that was as high as she could reach. "Bell 15 percent of burglaries result in the death of either the homeowner or burglar. That could've been you."
Welf snorted at Lili, who promptly glared at him. "Calm down lil bit. Bell was fine, even threw the intruder through a table."
Lili sighed, grabbing her head and leaning on the table. "I swear it's either you blowing something up or fighting a dangerous individual. How come you can't stay out of trouble."
Bell nervously chuckled as he knew he couldn't tell her or Welf about his other identity. "Let's just say I don't have the best luck when it comes to trouble."
"Oh, so you're a bad boy, is that it" Aki cooed, taking a seat next to Bell.
Bell felt a chill go up his spine. This girl was dangerous. "Nope, just unlucky, is all."
Aki took two fingers and began to walk them up his arm. "Oh really, a strong man like yourself is unlucky."
Bell nervously swallowed as his two friends were trying not to laugh at him. "Y-yeah, never been the best with it."
Aki's fingers moved to Bell's shoulder before stopping, and placed her hand there. "Well, I think you were lucky the night you saved Lefiya. Right place, right time. Makes you a hero," she cooed.
Bell felt blood rushing to his face. This girl knew what she was doing. "J-just doing the right thing."
Aki smiled at his nervousness before kissing him on the cheek. "So humble"
She then got up and walked away, her tail swishing in a teasing way as Bell's face got bright red.
"Looks like someone has a crush on you Bell" Welf teased.
"Is Bell gonna go after the cat lady next" Lili added on.
"Shut up" Bell mumbled his face in his hands.

"So I heard you had a run-in with Black Cat. Did you win" Peter asked as he and Bell were swinging through the city.
"I wouldn't say I won. She just escaped before the cops arrived," Bell responded.
He shot another web, having it attach to a building pulling himself forward. He let go of the web free, falling for a little bit before shooting out another one.
Peter smiled under his mask. "Then take it as a win. She ran, and you didn't get your ass kicked too much."
Bell rolled his eyes under his mask. "Yeah, too much. I slammed her through a coffee table."
"Wow, kid, didn't know you hit women," Peter joked.
"Ha ha, very funny," Bell said, his voice dripping with sarcasm.
The two stopped on a roof overlooking the city. No crime had been reported today, which was odd. A strange sense of foreboding was in the air, and both Bell and Peter felt it, yet neither wanted to comment on it.
This also wasn't the first day this happened, either. It had been like this for two days now. Something was coming, and both Spider-Man knew it would be nothing good.
Peter's head turned to Bell. He looked at the kid, and memories of when he first started flashed back in his mind. He had been through so much since he started. His uncle Ben dying, his aunt May getting her memory wiped by Mysterio. Captain Stacey dying…Gwen Stacey dying, and that was only his first two years of being Spider-Man.
He looked at Bell once again, looking at the nanobots that reinforced his suit. That was the only batch he had at the moment, and he gave it to Bell. His most advanced suit, and he gave it to a teenager, but he wanted said teenager to be safe, so it wasn't that irresponsible. Right?
"Hey, kid," Peter called out.
Bell turned his head to face him. "Yeah, what's up."
Peter sighed as he looked back out at the city. "You know you can still get out of this game if you want to. That serum wasn't a one-time offer."
Bell sighed as he sat down, his legs dangling over the ledge. "I thought about it after Shocker, but I have this power to help people. It would be a waste to get rid of it."
Bell then turned to Peter, a smile under his mask. "Besides, I have you for a teacher. I think I'm in good hands."
Peter lightly chuckled as he took a seat next to Bell. He let out a sigh reliving the memories of Gwen Stacey. How he accidentally killed her by breaking her neck.
But he knew that Bell had to know this information so he wouldn't do the same. "Alright, a quick lesson for ya."
Bell turned his attention to Peter and focused. "When you're using your webs to save someone from falling, you need to be careful. You could accidentally break their neck from the sudden stop, so you need to grab them in a way that doesn't do that. Try aiming for the hips and pulling them towards you. That way, you lower the chances of their neck breaking."
Bell nodded his head, soaking up the information Peter was giving. However, Bell felt as if he was speaking from experience. He didn't ask; however, if Peter wanted to tell him about it, he would.
Peter then sighed as he stood up. "Alright, it looks like nothing is happening again today. You're free to go home."
Bell stood up as well. He checked the time and saw it was only 5:00 pm. He still had some time before he had to get home for dinner.
"Hey, is it alright if I swing by my grandparent's home for dislocated children," Bell asked.
Peter nodded his head. "Yeah, that's fine. Kid, the suits yours. You can do what you want with it. I just don't want you on solo patrols yet until I think you're ready."
Bell waved goodbye. "Oh, alright. Well, I'll see ya tomorrow."
Peter waved back as Bell jumped off the roof. "Later, kid"

Bell landed in front of his Grandparent's home. He didn't know if he should walk in there as Bell or Spider-Man. But what was really the difference? Spider-Man was just a mask that Bell wore to help people. Yet he helped people without his mask multiple times.
Pushing his internal conflict aside, Bell walked through the door. The receptionist was once again surprised to see Spider-Man walk through the door.
"Spider-Man, h-how can I help you" she stuttered.
"Oh well, I was just in the neighborhood, and I thought the kids could use some cheer around here," Bell was lying. He was on the other side of the city. The receptionist didn't know this, however.
"O-oh, Um, well, let me call Zeus to see if it's alright."
Bell nodded his head and waited in the lobby. The receptionist called Zeus's office and spoke for a few minutes. After she hung the phone up, she told Bell to go upstairs.
Bell thanked her before saying he was gonna show her something cool. He stuck his feet to the wall and began walking on it, surprising the nurse as he did so. When he reached the top of the stairs, he unstuck himself and walked to his Grandpa's office.
He opened the door and immediately ducked as his spider sense went off. When his head popped back up, he saw an angry and surprised Hera looking at him.
"Oh shit," Bell muttered.
Hera got over her shock and glared at Bell. "Oh, shit is right young man."
She moved closer and started hitting his shoulder. "What were you thinking doing this? You have any idea how dangerous this is"
Bell moved his hands and caught Hera's so she'd stop hitting him. "Yes, Grandma, I do, but can you please calm down."
"Oh shit," Zeus muttered as he moved away from his desk.
Hera's eyes flared wide, but when Bell dematerialized his mask, she calmed down. Her grandson's face was clean, no bruises or cuts were seen. He was fine and safe. He wouldn't tell her about his incident with Shocker.
"See, Grandma, I'm fine," Bell reassured her.
Hera then hugged her grandson as Zeus looked at the scene with wide eyes.
"How the fuck did him saying calm down work," Zeus thought to himself.
Hera broke the hug off as Bell's mask materialized on his face.
She gave Bell a smile before patting him on the shoulder. "We have the kids gathered in the cafeteria. They don't know you're here, so go give them a surprise."
Bell nodded his head as he followed his Grandma out of Zeus's office. The old god just sat there in shock.
"He was able to tell a woman to calm down, and he lived. My Grandson will be a prodigy when it comes to picking up girls," Zeus thought as he got up and followed them.

Haruhime and Ishtar sat alone at a table. Haruhime still wasn't comfortable talking to the other kids just yet but was getting there.
"Ooh, Haruhime, try this cupcake. You'll love it," Ishtar said, handing her one.
Haruhime looked at the cupcake and picked it up. Thanks to her fox features, she picked up the smell of it and smelled vanilla. Vanilla was her favorite.
She took a bite of it, and a small smile spread on her face. It tasted good.
Ishtar looked at the fox girl and smiled a bit. She was slowly but surely coming out of her shell. Just one more big push, and she would.
As Haruhime ate her cupcake, her ears twitched as she heard something on the ceiling. She looked up and saw Bell lowering himself down on a web.
He dangled upside right in front of her before speaking. "I see you're doing better."
Haruhime jumped in fright a little before nodding her head. "I am. Thank you for your help," she whispered. But Bell was able to hear her thanks to his enhanced hearing.
"No problem. Are you being treated nicely" Bell asked.
Haruhime didn't say anything but nodded her head.
Bell smiled under his mask. "That's good. Now I'm gonna go entertain the other kids. You're welcome to join if you want."
Bell then swung and jumped over Haruhime's table and landed in front of the other kids.
"IT'S SPIDER-MAN!!!" One of the kids shouted.
The other kids began to run over from their tables and swarm Bell as he backflipped off the table and landed in front of them.
"Hey kids, have you been behaving for your caretakers," Bell asked, putting on a cheery persona.
The kids yelled in agreement as they gathered around him.
"Well, that's good. Remember, they're here to help you if you need it, so you should go and talk to them if you need help. You're never too old to ask for help," Bell said, sticking his finger in the air.
"Is it true you can stick to walls?" A kid asked.
"Of course, I can stick to walls. I'm a spider" Bell then demonstrated him sticking to a wall by standing on it with his feet.
The kids cheered as they saw this. I mean Spider-Man was here. That was like the coolest thing ever.
"Is it true you're really strong, Mr. Spider-Man?" another kid asked.
"Oh, absolutely. Look at these muscles," Bell said, flexing. As another demonstration, he picked up many of the kids and held them high in the air.
This caused them to giggle and laugh as he played with them.
"Successor, it's 5:50. Dinner will be starting soon," Mayday told him. Bell cringed a little, hearing his code name.
"Alright, kids, looks like I gotta go. Crime stops for no one. But before I do, let's take a picture," Bell said.
The kids all gathered around him, even Haruhime did with coaxing from Ishtar. She stood next to him, a little nervous but smiled for the picture.
Once the picture was taken, Bell once again said goodbye before jumping out the window and swinging away.
Zeus and Hera watched with smiles on their faces as their grandson was growing into a fine young man.

The moon shone brightly in the sky. All was quiet as the clock struck midnight. Bell was in his bed, sleeping soundly, ready for the next day of school.
Peter was finishing some late-night work before heading off to bed.
"The time has come. Get ready, Prowler."
The Prowler said nothing as she waited for what was about to happen.
KABOOM
An explosion rang out through the night, causing the ground to shake from miles away. Gunshots were heard as sounds of fighting began to ring out through Orario's eastern district.
Bell shot out of his bed, hearing the fighting.
BELL STAY INSIDE AND LOCK THE DOORS ONCE WE LEAVE," his father yelled.
Bell's parents were leaving for their place of work. His dad was needed to keep the peace, and his mother was required to help tend to the countless injured that would be coming to the hospital.
Bell listened and immediately suited up, jumping out of his window once he knew his parents were gone. He met Peter atop a rooftop seeing smoke and fire all around Orario's eastern district.
"Bell, you have one opportunity to back down. I'll understand if this is too much for you," Peter said, his voice serious.
Bell could feel the blood pumping in his veins, and his heart felt like it would burst from his chest. "No, you'll need my help."
"Alright then, stick close," Peter said as he jumped off the roof with Bell following him.
Bell was about to have his first trail of fire as Spider-Man.
Well, it seems the gang war has finally happened in the eastern district. Will Bell be able to pull through, or will he fall short?
What will happen to Alise since she has a target on her back? Will Bell be able to survive his fight with the mastermind behind all this?
Find out next time.
