"Of course he did..." Viggo's words were spoken as he knew this would happen. He remains seated on his chair in his room, with his cup while his guard stands in front. "Put a contract on Qrow." He requested.
"How much?" The guard asked.
"Two million Lien." Viggo replied as he took a sip. He decides a plan, to lure the wolf with the hen... "Put Ioself in the Red Circle and wait." He added.
"For what?" The guard asked once more.
"For Qrow Wick." Viggo stated.
"Two million..." Neptune is flabbergasted by hearing the award.
"Wow..." Coco is shocked as well. "But then again, I don't think anyone would possibly get that award given what this retired guy is capable of."
"But the word 'retired' might give them a chance..." Yatsuhashi mentioned. "No matter how small it is."
"And with that money..." Fox concluded.
Qrow, still wearing his suit, opens the trunk of the car, placing his bag. Later he drives off through the road.
Meanwhile, somewhere Clover is in his home, in his robe, cutting some vegetables and blending them into his drink. Then a doorbell rings.
Viggo is here, sitting beside the table, Clover provided light in the living room by opening the window curtains. He gives Viggo a cup of vegetable juice.
"Thank you." Viggo is about to take a sip but hesitate then he smells it, and puts away the cup.
"To what do I owe this visit?" Clover asked.
"I have a job for you." Viggo replied.
"Couldn't call from scroll?" Clover wondered.
"I want to offer you this face to face." Viggo explained. "Seeing as how you might find it personal..." Clover looks at Viggo with a focused state when he mentions it. "...Would you kill Qrow Wick for two million Lien?" Clover takes a drink as Viggo speaks. "After all, you were close."
"...Is the contract exclusive?" Clover speaks up after the silence.
"It's open." Viggo informed him. "It's a timely matter that has to be handled quickly."
"...Consider it done." Clover complied.
Viggo nodded, "Thank you, Clover. I know I can trust you." He said as he stood up and left. "Thanks for the drink."
At the wide scale city of Vale, Qrow drives on the bridge road.

He goes for the stairs cellar, opens the door revealing it to be a hidden weapon storage. Grabbing a towel from the storage, placing it on the top of the closed grand piano.

At the insides of Vale, Qrow continues his drive.

Qrow has arrived at the destination, a large building that looks of a hotel.

He closed the door, going to the back and opens a trunk and grabs his case, before he goes to the hotel. Nearby, Clover is outside ordering a coffee, he turns back to see Qrow there entering the hotel.
"He's taking it?" Ruby questioned Clover's answer. "After they are like..."
"Guess not." Blake replied. "After all, both of them are assassins." As she sees him unpacking the hidden weapon stash.
Nora remarks, "Well, at least Viggo is not drinking that thing." As Viggio stares at the cup.
"It's a healthy vegetable juice..." Ren replied.
"It's poison Ren! And you can't convince me to not drink!" Nora crossed her arms. Ren stares at her, he knew some way she'll drink it...
"So what does a hotel have to do with searching that punk?" Yang wondered aloud at seeing the destination.
"Well, what if it's like a super secret hotel for assassins like him?" Sun suggest.
"Yeah, we already got the cleanup guys, and the car dealership." Jaune added.
Inside, the gate opened, soft chatter as environment noise. Qrow walks towards the front desk. There he stood still as in front a receptionist was waiting with a woman who was wearing a black coat as she's in standby.
The receptionist, he knew her, still the same lady and same look. The formal black and white suit suit, glasses, her green eyes and blonde hair.
He watches as she gives the keycard to the woman in front.
"Room 918." The receptionist stated. "Do enjoy your stay."
"Thanks." The woman replied as she turned, seeing Qrow before she smiled. "Good seeing you again, Qrow."
"Hey, Perkins." Qrow muttered as she passed by, he walked front. "...Glynda."
Receptionist now named Glynda, says, "Shall I have you for two nights?" She asked in a calm demeanor.
"Depends..." Qrow replied. "On business, it may be more."
"Of course, sir." Glynda responded.
"So, when did the old place get a face lift?" Qrow remarked about the hotel.
"Four years ago." Glynda simply replied.
"Same owner?" He asked.
"Same owner." She answered. Qrow then gives a gold coin as she takes it before exchanging it with a keycard. "Room 818." Qrow nodded as he took just he walked off... "Mr. Wick?" She calls out as he stops. "...As always, it is a pleasure having you with us again, sir."
Qrow remains silent, he turns a gaze at her before turning back as he walks off.
"Glynda?" James is surprised to see an alternate version of herself.
"And you also wear the suit." Qrow remarked. "Seems like you're still the same, though a lot calmer."
Glynda stares then sees herself, "It seems myself knows your alternate version." She said, as she still looking.
"Yeah, I bet Oz is also here." Qrow replied. "After this another me is very famous." He recalled as he also mentions Perkins.
"Simple, but at least its stylish." Coco whispered to Velvet.
Hours past, traffic occurs outside as the sunsets, the sky gets gray. Qrow is in his room, watching a video from his scroll of his wife, Helen... He watches the video play out.
"What are you doing, Qrow?" Helen giggled as the footage showed her looking at the camera.
"Looking at you." Qrow's voice occurs near the camera.
Helen giggled even more. "Come here." Just then the video is stopped as Qrow closes his scroll, as he sighed, placing down the device, then gazes at the window.
He leaves his room, closing his door. Later, he reaches the elevator, and it goes down. Time passed, he was walking down the stairs, passing by other rooms like the laundry, mechanical room. Then he finally reaches for the door.
He then sees the coin clot, inserting the gold coin in. The slide window opens, a man gazes at Qrow, before closing. The door is unlocked, inside is a cuisine bar as music plays, people enjoying their drinks as the band plays. He walks around, Perkins is here, holding her drink and cigarette as she slightly gazes at him.
"If you say hello, baby, I'm-a give you the evil eye..." The female singer sings out.
There... At the corner, a table. A man with silver hair, dark and green tinted clothes, brown eyes, as he is wearing glasses holding a pen looking at the notebook with a mug beside him.
Qrow walks up and speaks. "Hello Ozpin."
Ozpin glanced up. "Qrow." He responded as Qrow sat down, he pondered as shown his expression. "Now, as I recall... Weren't you the one tasked to dole out the beatings, not receive them?"
"I guess I got rusty..." Qrow simply replied.
Ozpin gives a small smile, "So what, we owe you the pleasure?" He asked.
"Iosef Tarasov." Qrow stated.
"What about him?" Ozpin asked as he knows who he is.
"I'd like to talk with him." Qrow vaguely explained.
Ozpin takes a sip from his mug. "A talk, you say?" He wondered. "Qrow, I am familiar with this sort of parlance." Qrow remains quiet. "Though I am curious... Have you returned to the fold?" He asked.
"...Just visiting." Qrow replied.
"But have you thought this through?" Ozpin asked. "By that, I mean, chew deep down to the bone?" He gives his own parlance. "You got out, once. "You dip so much as a pinky back into this pond, you may well find something reaches out and drags you back into its depths."
"...Where do I find him?" Qrow asked, ignoring Ozpin's words.
"..." Ozpin remains silent, he is a bit disappointed.
Night occurs, the city's light illuminates the dark. Meanwhile Viggo is in his car, as the guard sends the news. "Hey. Wick's at the Continental." He informed him.
Viggo hummed as he whispered. "Welcome home, Qrow..."
"And we have a contact there who's willing to take him out for us." The guard replied.
Viggo slightly scoffed. "How brazen." He replied thinking of the one agreed to take the contract. "If they're willing to break the rules of Continental, double the bounty." He demanded.
"Called it." Qrow spoke as soon as he sees another Ozpin. "And being the same again." He mentions of Ozpin's speaking.
Ruby and Blake recall how Ozpin can be like this, they can't help but silently agree.
"There are rules in the Hotel?" Emerald speaks up.
"Must be like a ground rules where you cannot just kill each other." Neptune acknowledged. "And Viggio is also increasing the prize."
"And someone is willing to break 'em." Mercury replied. "Can't say that will go well. Especially the 4 million award."
"Idiotic as he said." Cinder remarked at Viggo's words.
Winter speaks about the Continental, "To see how dark and cruel this world is..." She stated.
"Unless you're a normal." Khaos added. "This world is surely filled with deadly assassins, there's always gonna be killing, and no matter where your moralities can go, no one is truly good nor evil here, it is how it is..." He then sees some looks at him as he is being serious. "I call it a grey area!" He speaks with glee.
"And there he goes..." Coco muttered.
"So there is no good people here?" Ruby asked at Khaos.
"Sure there are, in comic books or stories you read." Khaos emitted.
"Okay, that's is enough." Yang glares at Khaos.
"How can you be so bitter by this?" Pyrrha worried.
"Yeah, you aren't helping with this kind of talk.' Glynda stares at him.
"I was?" Khaos asked. "Oh. Good." Damn. Even Mercury is impressed by how Khaos cold he is like this.
Yang grew infuriated, "Alright, Mobius can you kick him out or something?" She asked him.
"Here, here" Coco raised her hand.
"Unfortunately I can't. His position is equal to mine, he stays whenever he wants." Mobius responded. Yang grunted in annoyance as Khaos teasingly giggled at the blonde.
Ruby sees how Khaos is acting like this, it sounds hurtful, but she understand how he meant. She know wanting to do good, but she isn't truly naïve, how much how not everything is good is, Blake can voucher. But it wouldn't matter as she would still be the hero her mom is. Maybe, she'll want to talk to him, she would take a chance to speak with him.
Blake meanwhile understands this due to her past though something she would know about him, he is inconsistent. Was he trying to roughen them up on the real world or just doing for the sheer fun of it? Looks like she wants a word...
Ozpin looks at Khaos just crosses his arms proudly, something about him is more than just what he is... Maybe a talk with him or Mobius?...
Ozpin gives his response, "Sorry Qrow, but you know the rules." He affirmed. "No business can be conducted on these premises... Lest incurring heavy penalties."Qrow's expression slightly shifted as Ozpin saw the glint. "For now, relax, have a drink..." He takes a sip.
The band plays jazz, before Qrow leaves, "It's personal..." He mutters then he's off while Ozpin stares.
Qrow arrived at the bar, as the bartender noticed him. "Holy shit! Qrow!" She exclaimed.
"Hey, Abby." Qrow replied.
"By the gods, how long has it been? Four years?" Abby asked.
Qrow huffed. "Five and change."
Abby nodded, then wondered aloud. "So... How was life on the other side?"
"It was good..." Qrow replied. "Far better than I deserved."
Abby begins to sympathize. "Listen, I'm sorry about-"
"It's okay, thanks." Qrow instantly responded.
"..." She stares at him before saying. "I've never seen you like this."
"Like what?" He asked.
"Vulnerable." She stated.
"Well, I did retire..." He mentioned.
"Not if you're drinkin' here, you're not." Abby shook her head. "So, usual?"
"Yeah." Qrow nodded.
"Cause I'll empty your pockets... And fill you with misery..." Song continues as Perkins then sees on her scroll then looks at Qrow.
Qrow looks back, as Abby came back with a glass cup. "Compliments of the house." She assured him.
"Thanks." Qrow granted.
"Cause I'll empty your pockets... And fill you with misery..." Lyrics are finished as Qrow looks back again to see Ozpin raising his cup, as he gives a slight return gesture. He turns back to see Abby has left behind a napkin with a lip mark that has the two words: 'Red Circle'.
"No business?" James glanced at Ozpin. Same ol' Oz... Ozpin smiles at this, Team RWBY recall how Ozpin manages to bend the rules for them to investigate Mountain Glenn.
"Thanks Abby!" Nora cheered.
"Well, he got the lead." Sun commented. As Viggo mentioned the Red Circle previously. Though others do think of what does Qrow thinks, everyone is saying to him that if he's back after his retirement and he denies. After all, this is all about revenge, due to a lost close one.
Somewhere in a disco club, music plays out loud, people dance, this is the location of the Red Circle. Back at the hotel, Qrow is wearing his white t-shirt as he opens a large bag from the hanger, then takes out a bullet proof vest before grabbing a suit.
The dancing continues on. Meanwhile Qrow has already set up his weapons, a couple of pistols, each with their own modifications. He strapped himself with the vest. Later he is nearly fully suited, grabbing his guns and placing them in his holsters. Other things he needs to do, take a small combat knife, and place it by the side of his shoe.
Back at the Red Circle, men in suits enter inside. The one in lead wearing all black compared to the henchmen wearing white and black suits, he calls others. "Level 2, give me your status."
From another room, the man wearing a red and black suit responded, "VIP Room is clear." He reported.
The lead calls another, "Balcony. Tell me what you see?" He asked.
"No sign of him here." The responder speaks out.
Then one last one... "Basement. How's it going down there?"
"Basement. Clear." The man replied as he turned to see Ioself is at the pool. He and his friend are with other women as they are having the time of their life as a waiter arrives at the pool handing out the bottle of beverage.
Outside the club, Qrow is here. There he sees the men, the one who are from the raid, he would never forget their faces. He walks by, crossing the road as he sees them going past the main entrance only to go to another that is guarded by one man who shakes hands and opens the door for them.
Inside, the men are laughing. "Did you see the tits on that girl?" He asked as more chuckles occurred. "I hope Lita is working tonight." He sighed, as the guard waited by the door.
Back at the basement, the lead and others arrive to meet up with Ioself as they continue singing, he notices them. "Brothers! Come, have drink with us!" He encouraged.
"My job is to keep you safe, not babysit." The lead man stated.
Ioself nodded as he holds his bottle, pointing, "Are you scared of the fuckin' boogeyman?" He asked with pride. "I'm not."
"No?" He replied as he crouches and takes Isoelf's bottle. "But you should be." Then he walks.
Ioself's expression shows frustration, "I want another bottle!" He demanded, but his friends are remaining, as he turns at them. "Right fuckin' now! Go get me a bottle!" He yelled, "Come on!" As his friend decided to go.
"Yep." Yang agrees with the lead. He should be afraid, she ain't need concern as she knows what Qrow is capable of both the real and this world. Though this club reminds her time at Junior's.
"I'm surprised he acts like this, despite his promise." Coco remarked. "Moron."
"Yeah, this guy doesn't hold his world up." Fox nodded.
Back at the door, where the man is standing. Just then behind him Qrow sneaks out of the dark shadow pointing a gun behind his head. The guard soon realized this.
"Hello, Francis." Qrow spoke out.
"Mr. Wick." Francis replied with a slight nod.
"You lost weight." Qrow remarked.
"Over sixty pounds." Francis stated.
"Really? Impressive." Qrow replied.
"Are you here on business, sir?" He asked.
"Fraid so." He answered. "Why don't you take the night off, Francis?"
Francis then removes his ear piece and turns around, "Thank you, sir." He replied as Qrow lowered his gun.
"Well, at least you let others have chance." Ruby smiled to see this Qrow is willing to spar the man named Francis.
"Wow, this guy surely lost that much weight." Nora beamed.
"60 pounds..." Qrow murmured. That guy is ever a big fat one or...
It's a code... Ozpin, James, and Winter understood what Francis is saying, by at least 60 pounds, turn them into kilograms, 27 kg... That means there are 27 men in there. Clever word trade-offs.
Inside, the man now wearing a bathrobe goes to the basin, he turns on the sink as he is humming. Then he hears a squeak, he looks up and to his right the door is closing, and no guard in sight.
He thinks it is nothing, might be the guard deduced to leave. He takes something out of the bag he carries which is a floss tooth picker as he checks the mirror and cleans his teeth. Then he bends down, using his hands to collect the water to wash his face.
But at the mirror another man is there, before Qrow comes out, grabs him and muffles his mouth before finishing a stab at the neck causing the man to fall. He looks up, not to see the man, but to see the bloodstain on the lockers. He turns around, only to get punched in the face, by Qrow himself.
"Where is Ioself?" Qrow demanded.
"Fuck you, motherfucker!" The man shouted as his nose was bleeding. He tries to punch but Qrow dodges it, before giving a kick right at the crotch causing him to scream, as he kneels while groaning in pain.
Grabbing the strap from the robe as he makes the man turn, choking him with the strap. "Where is he?" Qow asked.
The man murmurs before he can speak properly, "Bathhouse, downstairs..." He mutters aloud.
"You stole my car..." Qrow seethed as he slammed the man's face at the sink base. "And you killed my dog..." Then he does it again only at the basin, as the man tries to gasp for air, only the water preventing him.
"Fuck you..." The man spewed out while being in the water. Qrow decided to end it as a neck snap sound occurred as the man became a corpse. He takes his scroll and heads to the bathhouse.
He opens the door quietly, closes as the looks around while walking. He sees the bathhouse by the large window, he looks, he finds him, Ioself is there. He continues walking down, sneaky again.
At the camera room, the lead man walks in, "Any sign of Qrow Wick?" He asked.
"No, nothing." The man replied, inspecting the cameras.
"Level 2, give me your status." The lead calls out.
At the bathhouse, guards are being murdered, as one of them is alive and gets a call, "Basement clear?" He asked while the somber music played out.
"Yes." He said, but right as he finished he was ambushed by Qrow. He grabs his mouth preventing him from speaking, then a stab right at the gut. He pushes the knife trying to fight, but Qrow avoids the jab, swinging his hand hitting right at the neck. Grab the mouth again, before stabbing the knife right underneath the chin, killing him as Qrow slowly makes the body fall quietly.
He goes near, hiding behind a towel shelf, and sees his target. Just then, he hears a door open behind, and a guard soon finds out.
Qrow prevents him from pulling his gun, using his knife, however the man grabs his arm. He pushes back, trying to aim his gun, but Qrow grabs his arm and smack his hand causing it to drop. He slashed but he ducks down, ramming him, as the two crashed at the shelf causing a commotion.
The lead saw it on cameras as he called out on all channels. "He's here!"
Qrow blocks off some jabs from the man while he avoids his slashes. Eventually, he slashes at his waist, he grabs his arm, and uses himself as weight to drop him down. He rolls over as the man grabs his leg, but he pins him down.
Ioself see this as Qrow pulls out his pistol and shoots at another guard. Many people fleeing the scene, Ioself grabs the gun, but Qrow stares at him. His expression stiffen as the Baba Yaga kills the guard who he pinned down.
Qrow tries to shoot him, but a tall and beefy man comes out and grabs his arm, causing to miss. He stabs the man at the chest as he yells in pain, he sees Ioself is running away. So Qrow stomped the man's foot, causing him to let go, before he delivered three shots at the chest then at the head.
He aims, but Ioself uses someone as a shield, he then puts away his gun... Ioself pushes out of the way, as he pulls out a different pistol and shoots at him.
But every shot only hits the windows as it shatters. But Ioself still manages to get away. Then a gunshot occurs as Qrow turns and shoots back, ducks for cover. Ioself continues to run, while Qrow kills the one shooting and chases him up to the stairs. He kills another guard from the stairs before he can react.
Rest of the men along the lead arrived but Qrow got up, "Follow me!" He ordered his men to go somewhere.
Ioself has reached the dance floor as techno music plays, still holding the towel, he rushes through the crowd, shoving anyone in the way. Qrow arrives, Ioself aims the gun, but can't due to the people, he continues to run away.
He runs into a guard, "That's the Boogeyman!" He pointed out as the guard came.
Qrow continues to walk, until he sees the guard, he quickly shoots him as he appears in front. Another comes as he grabs the man's arm and fires some shots up close to the chest, causing some reactions from the crowd, then he finishes the first who is still alive.
He looks for Ioself, as the lead calls other guards. "Wick is here! He's in the building!" The others complied and commanded others.
Ioself is in the VIP room shouting at the other guards, "Move! He's here! He's fucking here! He's there! He's coming!" He tells them.
Qrow has the gun ready and enters the VIP room. He grabs the first guard at the shirt, shooting at the gut. He shot the second guard in the head, he turned and shot the third at the gut and head.
The fourth grabs his gun, but he hits back, which releases the grip as he shot his leg, flips him over and kills him off. The fifth came, he takes the shot but misses as the guard tries a swing, but Qrow counterattack, swinging his gun as a blunt impact at the neck causing the guard to back at the pillar choking him. Qrow ties to fire, but his pistol ran out, he quickly reloaded before shooting the guard in the head before he could recover.
He turns and shoots an upcoming guard, then turns back again and kills another. The third hides in the pillar while he also does the same. Qrow takes a peek and sees the guard's feet, and shoots, causing the guard to scream, then exposing his cover, before Qrow double taps at the chest and head. He kicks him down at the door, causing to sway open.
He ducks down as the guard attempts to shoot and sweep. Grabbing his legs with his own, causing him to fall, he gets up, killing another guard at the room. He pins the downed guard, before he goes back shooting others. Struggling with the one down, he adjusted his position and had better hold, before shooting right at the eye. He gets up to continue the pursuit.
Into another dance room, Qrow reloaded his gun. He goes and shoots the guard as he fires but misses, he smacks with an elbow to the chest and shoots his leg. Qrow then turns and swings another, missing its shot. He grabs and snaps his elbow arm to the opposite, and shoots him in the neck.
He turns and shoots the one who gets up, he then grabs the other's arm and spins, shooting the front. He flips the one he remains grabbing, and shoots him. Then grabs another and flips him down on the floor, kills him.
He sees Ioself running, he chases, but he still got away into the door, then another guard came out and shoot him. He takes cover from the pillar wall, as he shoots, after it stops, he takes the opportunity and shoots him at the leg causing him to sway off.
He grabs a glass case, and smacks the guard in the face. He grips the shirt collar and pins his head at the table, before firing two gunshots at the head.
The lead man fires his shots as Qrow gets hit as he falls. He fires back killing another, but the lead takes cover. His gun ran out, as he got up, the lead went forward as many people stood in the line of sight.
Everyone is now exiting the building, Ioself himself, as the car approaches, he waits as it stops before getting in. "Get in! Get in! Come on!" The driver yelled, then drove off as Ioself was in.
The club seemed well secured and guarded but the alternate Qrow has already sneak the first part. Mercury slightly chuckled by how the guard got killed just after he report the area is clear. Some grew distaste how Ioself tries to use someone else to protect himself, he's more scum than ever.
Then the action occurs, seeing how he kills these men, has never felt so satisfying seeing what they done and what they are doing. Others like the main action. Others sees how efficient and savage the skills of the Boogeyman. Not impressive what they seen again, but still remarkable.
"Dang it, he got away." Nora grunted at how Ioself has got away. And some others dislike the outcome.
Yang and Ruby are worried to see he got shot. They are aware of the bullet proof vest, but even then his skills has gotten rusty despite it doesn't look so.
Qrow leans hard at the wall, as he grunt in pain, clenching the impact from the chest, the gunshot has wounded him. He waits as he glances for his foe... Just as he arrives, he grabs his gun as the lead man tries to fire. He flips him over, and grabs his gun away but the lead soon gets off as they stand up, before he kicks first sending Qrow onto the floor.
He gets up and blocks a high kick, but gets hit by another kick. He grabs the throat, but he sends quick jabs causing Qrow to let go. He swings a fist, but the lead grabs, giving more punches at the waist and face, ceasing him to stutter back.
With a loud grunt, Qrow goes for another swing, yet is grabbed then flipped over. He gets up then gets hit by a kick but energy, he charges and grabs him and pins at the balcony fence.
The lead struggle as he is being shoved, but then he grabs the bottle and smack him causing it to shatter, then using the remnants of the broken bottle, he stabbed Qrow at the waist, he retaliate but the lead got the upper hand and lifts him up, before slowly tosses him off the balcony landing on the floor with a heavy thud.
Qrow groans, the lead looks down, and he pulls out another pistol and shots him but the lead avoids. Hurt, Qrow gets up, but is clearly lanky.
Ioself in the car, pulls out his scroll as he calls. Qrow manages to exit out as the man's scroll he took from the first infiltration rings as he takes it out and receives the call. "Victor, where the fuck are you?" Ioself's voice speaks out.
"Victor's dead." Qrow replied as Ioself's expression surprised. "Everything's got a price." And that he calls off.
"Ouch." Jaune winced by seeing how Qrow fall onto the floor. "I'm surprise he got away with that."
"No aura as well." Yatsuhashi replied.
"That's not stopping him." Fox added.
"He should step back to recover." Velvet hoped he will take it.
Siren wails from the distance. Qrow is back at the hotel, wounded by the fight he took. He walks up to Glynda who sees his state yet unfazed by it. "Good evening, Mr. Wick."
"Evening..." Qrow muttered.
"How may I be of service?" Glynda asked.
"Is the doctor in?" He questioned.
"Yes, sir, 24/7." She replied.
"Send him up, please." Qrow requested.
"Yes, sir." Glynda responded.
"Also..." Qrow asks. "How good's your laundry?"
Glynda gazes at him. "I'm sorry to say that no one's that good." She answered.
"Yeah, thought so..." Qrow grunted as he walked off.
"May I suggest a drink?" Glynda asks as he stops and turns. "Bourbon, perhaps, sir?"
Qrow nods, "Sounds perfect." He said.
Later, Qrow's wounds are being stitched up. He grunts as he is wearing a sling for his arm, while he pours down a drink of alcohol and drinks. "So what sort of movement am I looking at?" He asked the doctor.
"Well, if you're lookin' to heal, then keep it marginal." The Doctor advised. "However, if you still have business to attend to..." He grabs a small container of pills and gives it to him. "Here, take two of these beforehand. Your stitches will tear and you'll bleed. But you'll have full function." He said as Qrow took it. "Now, do you need anything for the pain?"
"I got that covered." Qrow assured as he finished his cup.
Back outside, Clover closes the door, he is at the rooftop carrying his case. There he sees the window that shows Qrow's room. He sets up his rifle, meanwhile Qrow lies on his bed, slowly closing his eyes.
Clover readies his rifle and uses his scope to aim. He watches Qrow sleeping, then he looks to see someone is entering his room... With that, he aims at Qrow, then fires. Just then the bullet hits on the pillow not at his face, Qrow sees this and reacts and rolls over to the side of the bed when the certain someone being none other than Perkins sees him as he quickly avoids the gunshots she fired.
"Hey Qrow." Perkins calls out as she shoots while Qrow rolls away to the other side of his bed.
"Hey, Perkins." Qrow responded.
"I thought I'd let myself in." She replied as she hid behind.
"I noticed." Qrow takes off his sling, just as Perkin can turn and fire, he uses the strap to wrap her forearm and pins her down, using the strap to remove the gun from her hand. He uses the strap to warp around her neck into a chokehold. "I never knew you'd get out of bed for less than three." As she grabs his neck in response.
"Viggo's giving me four to break hotel rules." She explains.
"That's stupid, I can assure you." Qrow remarked.
Perkins chuckles as she tries to be released but this action causes him to flip her over to the floor. Then picks her up as she glares at him. "You were always a pussy." She jabbed at him then to his injured arm as flips him down. She uses her piece of jacket to bite down as Qrow gets up as he swings a punch but she blocks it, then a phone rings. Being none other than Glynda is waiting for the receiver to respond.
The two struggle then fall to the couch. Clover observes the fight, as Perkins has Qrow on bottom, the phone continues ringing as Perkins uses the jacket she holds on to make a chokehold of her own for Qrow.
He gets up and tries to get her off, but she goes up the couch and leans forward, causing the two to roll over to the floor. Qrow stands up as Perkin is still on top of him, he goes to the shelf slamming his back where she is as the shelf is broken and glass breaks.
Clover continues to watch the fight. Perkins uses her knee to kick Qrow's waist, she changes her position as she rolls him over the bed to the other side. Now holding from behind, she goes for the worst injury, right at where his snitched wound is as every hit bleeds out.
Glynda is still waiting for a response. The fight continues as Qrow slams Perkins at the TV, then he flips her over to the table as she falls. He goes to his bed, grabbing a bed sheet and wrapping it around her head and lifts her up, before giving a punch in the face, lifts her, and tosses her into the glass panel window as she landed on the floor.
Qrow grunted as he picked up the phone, "Yeah?..." He speaks out.
"I apologize for calling you at this hour." Glynda's voice spoke out. "But we have received a number of grievances from your floor concerning the noise."
Perkins who is injured opens the door as she crawls out. Qrow casually responded, "I was dealing with an uninvited guest." He said.
Velvet is glad to find he is taking care over himself when doing the hunt. Some wince at the sight of the wounds being healed. Nothing much is saying, until Clover arrived in the scene.
Ruby and Yang grow the most worry seeing what seems to be a friend is trying to kill. But then, "Clover wouldn't do it." Weiss stated. "He is at the Continental. If what is said it about ground. rules, he shouldn't kill him."
"Yeah, right." Yang realized that. "So who is the one that is willing to break it?" Then they saw Perkins. "Oh." Then Clover takes the shot, but it misses next to Qrow which alerts him into leading a clash with Perkins.
"He is helping him." Ruby is relived to see this.
"Clearly she does not care..." As Jaune sweat dropped seeing how willingly Perkins is doing this.
"Something tells me, kid, this is gonna bite back hard." Qrow remarked.
They watch the fight has break up, though it goes silent as showing Glynda is waiting for a phone call from Qrow himself. It was an awkward and admit it caused slight chuckles from Yang, Coco, and Mercury.
Then back to fight, Velvet winced to see how Perkins hit the wound, effectively bleeding. Tension worried given Qrow's state, but later on, they saw who is truly the victor.
"Impressive use of their surroundings." Pyrrha sees how both opponents use their environment to their advantage.
"Tried to attack he is taking a break, certainly unfair, truly deserved." Nora nodded proudly seeing who the victor is.
"Really incompetent how she lost." Weiss shook her head not at how Perkins failed, but how stupid she would just break the rules, this tells her, she must be new to this.
"And usual, Qrow likes to be this." Yang smiled at Qrow's words to Glynda once he got the call.
"Yep." Qrow smirked. So far, it goes well.
"Have you need of a dinner reservation?" Glynda asked.
"Perhaps. I'll have to get back to you." He replied as he finished the call. He goes out and sees Perkins trying to escape but he grabs her as she grunts before putting a gun right at her face. "Where's losef?" He asked.
"Fuck you." She rebuked.
"How about Viggo?" He added.
"I'm not telling you shit!" She grunted.
"You really wanna die here, Perkins?" Qrow pointed the gun closer at her. "At least give me something."
Perkins, seeing the situation, decides to reveal it, "There's a church near Cannon Court." She replied.
"What about it?" He asked.
"It's a front." She explained. "It's where Viggo keeps his private stash."
"Thanks." Qrow replied, then he knocked her out. Then he hears a gun click.
"Do I know you?" A male voice spoke out, Qrow raises his hand as he turns to see a black man holding the gun from his door. Then they both recognized each other. "Qrow?"
"Hey, Harry..." Qrow nodded.
"Everything all right?" Harry wondered.
"Yeah. Everything's fine." Qrow assured.
"Well..." Harry lowered his gun. "I'll leave you to it then." He walks back in...
But Qrow then decided. "Actually..." Harry stopped, "You keen on earning a coin? Babysittin' the sleepin' one?" He mentioned Perkins.
"Catch and release?" Harry asked.
"Catch and release." Qrow nodded.
"Your alternate self seems to have friends all over he meets." Penny commented.
"More like allies." Qrow replied. "Now, my alternate self knows to hit Viggo hard."
"Like you hadn't." Yang remarked how many times she saw him kicking the men's crotch.
At the location, Cannon Court, Qrow is in his black suit at the church as he takes his pills. He gazes at the place before going in.
He enters as he hears the church waltz music plays, with a few people seated. He is carrying a large something covered by dark cloth. Some people gazed at him walking forward.
A priest comes up, "My son, how might I help you?" He asks in kindness, but Qrow unravels the cloth to be a hidden rifle as he shoots the priest at the knee. He screams in pain. Qrow then finishes off the other guards who tried to fire back from side and top. "MOTHERFUCKER! Do you know who you're fucking with!"
Qrow laughs at the response at the priest. Yang, Mercury, Coco, even Emerald stifled a chuckle by seeing the priest whose acting like a kind, pure and innocent soul immediately spewed out curse word.
"So much for safe church." Fox replied. Coco chuckled at that.
Some winced but admittedly can't help on the fact from Fox's comment caused some dark humor.
Ozpin sees how religion is a thing in this world, usually those are usually treated as fairy tales (and they are still in real life, yes I am atheist though I am slightly part agnostic). But he knows back they are real. He is wondering if these real tales still exist but for now it seems like a grounded world.
Qrow walks up to him, "Yeah. I do." He simply replied as he picked him up. "Let's go to the vault." He takes him there. At the vault the guards were waiting there, but then they got shot down with ease. Qrow tosses the priest at the locked gate where the vault in front is. "Open it." He demanded while pointing a gun at him.
"You think you can scare me into opening the gate?" The priest scolded.
"Yes." Qrow aims his gun. "Open it."
The priest hesitates as he looks fearful. "Viggo will kill me." He trembled, Qrow remained unaffected, then turned and smacked the guard down with his gun before shooting him.
"Uh-huh." Qrow replied, with that the priest sighed as he proceeded to unlock the gate. He enters as there are ladies in the vault. "Ladies, get out." He tells them as they complied. "Have a nice day." He calls out.
Time passed, he dumped the money, coins and many more into a big pile. "Honestly, what do you think you're going to do with all of that?" The priest questioned.
"This." Qrow takes out an incendiary grenade, tossing into the pile. Then it bursts the flames as it burns the pile leaving the priest to whimper at the sight of this as Qrow leaves.
"Damn..." Mercury winced by this, seeing how much is being destroyed.
"Viggo isn't gonna like this." Emerald smirked. "That'll flush him out and he can explain where Ioself will be."
"Care about that goal?" Mercury joked.
"Shut it, just explaining the plan." Emerald scoffed.
They watch and wait, for the plan to commence. Glad that Qrow has destroyed Viggo's stash, after all, it's he still wanted to protect Ioself despite what he has done. (And dare I said, way better the Weiss' father, am I right? Btw that's me Khaos not the actually author. Asking for who's who? Nope.)
"Now, he's gonna really get it." Yang remarked, Nora nodded.
Later, Qrow is at the rooftop, he looks at the church where black SUV is coming, joining the others where men are here with the same priest. The one who comes out of the car is Viggo himself and he looks frustrated. "Get me that fucking idiot!" He yelled.
He watches Viggo and his men, speak to the priest who is practically begging him, but that doesn't convince as he was shot from behind. He goes down, ready to prepare the ambush.
Back at the hotel, Perkins is tied up in a chair in Harry's room. She looks angry by this as duct tape wraps her mouth, "Don't worry." Harry remarked as he removed the tape. "Housekeeping will find you."
"Treat all your ladies like this?" Perkins scoffed.
"You are no lady. Trust me." Harry replied.
Perkins, while still cuffed, decides to do something as she grabs her thumb, breaking it, "Harry, is it?" She speaks out as he turns to her. "How would you like to earn more than just a gold coin?" She gives a deal.
"You've broken the rules. You've done business on Continental grounds." Harry replied as he walked in front of her. "And management does not take kindly to that sort of behavior."
"Fuck management." Perkins spewed as her hand, thanks to the broken thumb, slid off the cuff. She headbutts Harry as he is knocked onto the bed, before she stuffed the pillow in his face, before she uses a revolver and shoots him through the pillow as later blood comes out. "Don't worry. Housekeeping will find you." She mocked as she left, not before taking a coin he got from Qrow.
"No..." Ruby sadden by Harry's death.
"Looks like Perkins is free." Blake stated, seeing how she escaped the cuffs, brutal but anyways means of escape.
"Now, eventually someone is gonna know though." Neptune replied, knowing she can't be getting away that easily.
"And it shows she really is incompetent." Weiss added. "If this assassins world would prepare this well in an organized fashion to the point, she will face some kind of consequences." Knowing from the cleanup, hire for gun, guards and the Continental.
"Correct, friend!" Penny nodded. "Soon Perkins will be in deep trouble."
Back at the church, Viggo is more angry than before. "SHIT!" He shouts. "Ashes to ashes. Can we recover from this?" He yelled at his guard.
"Viggo, you know what was in that vault, right? It's nothing." The guard settled him.
Then suddenly one of the men got shot by automatic fire. Qrow comes in shooting, Viggo and his men take cover. "Shit." Viggo muttered. The lead man from before at the Red Circle fires back.
Qrow continues killing other men, as he ducks and covers onto one of the SUVs. He kills another duckling again when there is more fire. He ducks again as he walks forward as the car windows get shattered. He gets to the back of the car.
"Come on!" Viggo tells his men. Qrow then fires, killing three men or more.
"Cover me!" The lead man commanded as he reloaded before he and his men went forward.
Qrow puts away his rifle in switch with his pistol. He kills off and takes cover once more. The lead hops onto the car, and starts off driving. Qrow then switches his rifle as he reloads it as men are shouting commands. He waits for someone to go close by, and just like that, he charges, grabbing the man from the arm as he uses his free hand that is holding a gun and fires upon the one from the front then kills the one he pins.
He continues to fire, but doesn't notice a car coming from behind as it hits another car he is covering from that crashed into him, knocking him down to the ground. Viggo and his personal guard sees this, while Qrow grunt as his vision gets fuzzy, he sees Viggo and his men coming, but all he can do is watch as everything goes black.
The action occurs once more, nothing much to say Boogeyman shoots and kills the henchmen. However, just as things are going fine, they saw Qrow gets hit by the car, they soon worried as he blacks out.
So far the plan hasn't working out for Qrow, despite his famous title...
He's still rusty.
Middle is done. The ending is the last one to finish.
