Sakura hadn't escaped yet. She had prepared to remove the ninja wire from around her wrists but then she had the brilliant idea to use her current situation to her advantage. How might she use being held captive to her advantage? She would gather information.
It hadn't been long since she woke up to find herself in this situation; about an hour or so. Her mouth was dry but she didn't dare ask her captors for water since to drink it she would have to take off her mask.
The two people who stood on either side of the stout man hadn't pulled down their hoods at all so the little pinkette was unaware of how they looked. She knew that Nozomi-san had most likely been able to get inside the building by now but she wasn't sure if the redhead knew that she was being held captive. The room she was in was far from a prison cell but then she supposed that was because the plump man wanted to keep an eye on her. She was in front of a flight of stairs that lead up to a platform that had a throne on it. The room had marble flooring and the walls were painted an emerald green. There was also a large, wooden double-door on the opposite wall; Sakura guessed that it lead into some sort of long hallway. Other then that there really wasn't much else in the room and the young girl sighed as the chubby male walked over to her.
"What are you doing ey?" He stopped walking and crouched in front of her. "Hope you're not waiting for someone to come and rescue you." Sakura's nose scrunched up, even from behind her mask she could smell his breath; and it smelt like rotten eggs.
He stood up (much to the pinkette's relief) and continued to taunt her but she wasn't paying him any attention. Instead she decided to meditate. Her back was straight and her hands were relaxed behind her back. Underneath her mask her eyes were closed and her chest rose and fell in a steady rhythm. She drowned out the noise of the outside world and cleared her mind of any unwelcome thoughts.
The stout man paused when he noticed that she was obviously not paying attention and was about to nudge her with his foot when a voice interupted him.
"Sir, I would like to ask for your permission to return home?" He turned around and frowned distastefully at the person who had talked.
He scoffed, "There are ninja inside this building and you want to run off to your run down home?" He took a step towards the cloaked figure whom had tied up the small human who was now on his right. "If any harm comes to me you do realise that you won't be paid. If you aren't paid you cannot afford to bu-"
"I understand.." They nodded. "I shall go and find the rest of the ninja who have infiltrated this building and I will bring them back to you."
The man nodded and the cloaked figure ran off.

Nozomi-san had been wandering around the 'underground base' in search of Sakura but she had yet to find her. She had run into a group of five since she took out the two males earlier. They had been an easy fight but for once the red haired woman hadn't been focused on the thrill of the fight, cherry blossoms were centered at the front of her mind.
'Honestly, this building is like some kind of fortress.' She thought as she heard the sound of footsteps charging at her from behind. She rolled her eyes and just as the mystery person was about to run into her she flipped over their head and landed smoothly on the ground. She heard the sound of clothing rustling and instinctively sidestepped to the right, narrowly avoiding a punch.
The person who had originally charged at her raced through handsigns before a wave of water came rushing towards the Haruno. Nozomi-san hurriedly ran through her own series of handsigns before slamming her hand down. A massive wall of earth rose up from the ground, blocking the water from reaching Nozomi-san.
The male out of the two of the people Nozomi-san was fighting had disappeared from her sight as she was distracted and he sent a kick towards her head. She managed to raise her right arm in time to catch his foot with her forearm. Her muscles strained as she struggled to push his foot away. He was certainly strong and his speed wasn't to be underestimated either. His expertise probably lied in taijutsu so she could probably beat him by casting a genjutsu on him. Any ninjutsu she targeted at him he might be able to dodge thanks to his speed.
She fell back into a bridge to avoid the senbon that had been thrown at her by the female. She kicked up to get out of her bridge and almost immediately ducked to dodge the kick aimed at her head.
She exhaled through her nose before swiping her leg under the male's feet and knocking him off balance. The crimson haired woman jumped back, quickly forming together a plan in her mind. It should work however she would need the two to be closer together.
The brown eyed woman parried an attack from the blonde haired female and in retaliation the blonde jumped back and formed a finger gun with her hand and before Nozomi-san could blink a drop of water was fired at her. It hit her below her mask and the blonde smirked before gasping when something cool touched her neck. Teal eyes watched as the person she had shot with her Water Gun Technique was covered by a cloud of smoke. The smoke dissipated to reveal a male with dark hair that faded to blue. His yellow eyes were wide and there was a small stream of blood leaking out of his mouth.
"Raidon!" Her scream rang through the hall they were in and tears rolled down her pale face. She was kicked towards the male, the kunai that had originally been placed at her neck was gone and she hurriedly hugged the male.
Nozomi-san watched the scene that was taking place before her with emotionless eyes. The dark haired boy, 'Raidon', wasn't dead, he had only been injured. She watched the female sob and hurriedly formed the snake sign before slamming her hands on the ground. A dome of earth appeared around the two, trapping them inside. She slowly began draining their chakra. Once they were left with near to no chakra she would release the jutsu and resume her search for Sakura.

Sakura came out of her meditation and looked over to her left where the cloaked figure with broad shoulders stood. It seemed like he had been left all on his lonesome to guard/ watch over her. The pinkette rolled her eyes, she was sure she would be out of the building by lunch. Speaking of lunch, she was hungry. Add hunger on top of thirst, exhaustion, boredom and the urge to got to the toilet and you would be in a similar state to what Sakura's in.
A silent sigh passed her lips and she went over different katas in her mind. It was a good way to pass the time and it also counted as training.. kind of. She knew several different fighting styles and she combined different ones to create new combos.
She just really hoped Nozomi-san would hurry up.
