They were on their last 2 days of their holiday when the hotel was celebrating their bosses birthday with a show. Noah and Katie loved the daytime entertainers, clowns and flamenco dancers, and the hotel had even found space to put up a bouncy castle that even Katie had tried out.
They had a cocktail party too, given little glasses of brightly coloured fruit juices by the waiters as Trevor and Olivia enjoyed a cocktail of their own after an exquisite dinner.
Olivia noticed Noah could barely keep his eyes open and kept falling asleep while Katie was wide awake.
She reached out a hand taking hold of Trevor's hand and says" Trevor why dont you take Noah back to the room he cant keep his eyes open and I can stay here with Katie and we will be up soon".
"Are you sure because it would be nice just to sit and watch some rubbish spanish TV?"
"Of course" Olivia nodded, turning to kiss Trevor's cheek, "go on, you two go back up, we'll be up when the show is finished."
Trevor nodded before he felt Noah lay his head on his shoulder.
It was almost an hour later when Olivia finally managed to drag Katie away from the show. Katie only agreeing to leave the show when she could barely keep her own eyes open, "where's Daddy?" she yawned as they waited for the lift.
"he's in the room already, Noah couldn't keep his eyes open so Daddy took him back to the room so he could sleep
Olivia smiled as she opened the door to their apartment. She wasn't sure what she'd been expecting when she walked in, but she'd not expected this, a Spanish quiz show was playing to itself on the TV, Trevor curled up in the armchair, legs folded underneath his body and Noah tucked into his side, Trevor's left arm wrapped around him.
"go and get your pyjamas on" she told Katie softly, I'll come in in a minute to tuck you in and then I'll wake Daddy."
"So he can go to bed?"
Olivia nodded, "so he can go to bed."
Katie nodded and yawned loudly, "I don't think I want a story tonight" she told her, "will you just tuck me in?"
"Of course I will" Olivia ran her hand through her hair, "I'll get changed while you're cleaning your teeth and then I'll be all ready to tuck you in."
"Okay" Katie smiled as she sleepily made her way into her bedroom.
Olivia changed whilst Katie was getting herself ready and she put her hand on her back as she climbed in to the bottom bunk she kisses her good night.
"Trevor" she whispered softly, not wanting to startle him, "Trevor."
"Mmm… 'Liv?"
"It's time to go to bed, you fell asleep"
"Wha' time is it?" Trevor mumbled.
"Gone 11, you fell asleep with Noah on your lap".
okay".
So while Trevor goes and puts Noah to bed he kisses him then Katie goodnight before going the bathroom then going in to his and Olivia's bedroom to Liv.
