They are in the car on their way home from the airport when Trevor says" let's get us all home and once both kids are in bed we can go curl up in bed together or on the sofa with a glass of wine each.
Olivia smiled took Trevor's hand and says "now what do you want for dinner?"
"Pizza?" Noah asked hopefully.
"Yeah" Katie agreed, "please."
"Is that okay with you Olivia" Trevor asked as he drove towards home.
"Yes that is fine by me baby what kind do you all want then"
"ham pineapple" both kids said
I don't like pineapple on pizzas so I will have ham mushroom or just cheese"
Trevor left the kids in the car with Olivia whilst he went to get the pizzas, the smell of melted cheese filling his car on the short drive home from the takeaway, "I'm so hungry Mummy" Noah and Katie groaned as she let them out of the car, "our tummy's all growly."
"Well you'd better go and get settled at the table then" Olivia chuckled, unlocking the front door as Trevor says " I'll bring the pizza in." He looked up at Olivia, "I'll will bring our things in once the kids have been fed if that's okay?"
Olivia nodded, "of course it is"
Olivia took the pizza into the dining room along with two plastic plates, "We got lots of pizza" Noah grinned.
"I know" Olivia smiled as she put all the food on the table, "we've got ham and pineapple and pepperoni, which would you like?"
"Can I have one of each mommy?" Noah asked.
"Of course you sweet boy" Olivia put a slice of each pizza onto the red Spiderman plate, "do you want garlic bread and wedges too?" Noah nodded again, thanking Olivia as she passed the plate to him, "and what about you Katie?" Olivia asked her as she sat on her booster seat at the table. Katie looked up at Olivia before pointing to the pepperoni pizza and smiling.
"Would you like some wedges and garlic bread to sweetheart". Katie says" yes please mommy". Olivia placed some potato wedges onto Katie's plate before place it in front of her.
"If you want some more then just say so okay?" she told her.
"okay " Katie whispered.
"I'm going to get you some juice and get plates for me and Daddy, I won't be long but shout me if you need anything."
"Mommy" Noah called her back before she'd even left the room, "can we have some ketchup?"
"Of course" Olivia nodded as she headed back into the kitchen.
By the time Trevor came in Olivia was sat at the table chatting with Noah and Katie as they ate.
Trevor gently touched her arm before reaching for a slice of pizzas. They all were talking as they finished the pizza.
