Ryo's Jealousy
"But... Baby..." Ryo began.
Carmen was gone now, she had gone downstairs to see what Lisa had prepared for breakfast.
Lisa had made a family favorite of the Moondance clan, rice porridge with strawberry preserves.
"Good morning, Carmen." Lisa said, setting a bowl of porridge in front of Rafael's sister.
Carmen's spirits sank when she spotted Ryo at the breakfast table, Ryo had an angry look on his face.
"How could you, Baby?" Ryo asked angrily.
"How could I what, Ryo?" Carmen asked, not having a clue what Ryo was talking about.
"Rafael here, tells me you have been having dreams about another man! How could you?" Ryo answered Carmen, he was even angrier now.
Carmen turned and glared at Rafael, "Blabbermouth!" she growled at him.
"Sorry, Sis." Rafael said sheepishly.
"I simply had a dream that told me I'm going to encounter a boy who's drowning, and I'm the one who will be in a position to help." Carmen told Ryo.
"Rafael said, you said he was a handsome jet black haired god with blazing green eyes and a dazzling smile!" Ryo snapped.
Carmen glared at Rafael again, "Thank you, Brother, what would I do without you?" she asked through clenched teeth.
"Well, Baby," Ryo asked, folding his arms across his chest, "was Rafael telling the truth?"
"W-well, yes the boy in my dreams is kind of handsome." Carmen said, starting to smile as she leaned on her elbow and her eyes became slightly glassy.
"Kinda," Rafael chuckled. "if your dream boy is kind of handsome why is your elbow in your porridge!"
Carmen looked down and jerked her elbow out of her bowl and cleaned off the porridge as her face turned red.
"Okay that's it," Ryo snapped, grabbing Carmen's now clean arm, "from now on where you go, I go, Baby!"
"What?" Carmen cried.
"If this dream does happen to come true, you just let him drown," Ryo snapped. "you can't go running off after him with me there!"
"He could die!" Carmen protested.
"So," Ryo retorted. "you are my girlfriend! Mister green eyes can die in a watery grave for all I care and I hope he dies!"
Carmen was stunned at Ryo's cold-heartedness.
