Aizawa POV

The morning of a school day was a morning I dreaded most, yet it was the most common morning. Early, and knowing I'd need to deal with a bunch of brats. Only nice thing was the time with my husband, the nice quiet air as he wasn't fully awake either. Though by now he would be humming a song that was either popular or had caught his attention, so now on my third cup of coffee I moved to join him at the window in the front room.

"What is so interesting this early in the morning," I grumble coming up behind him, wrapping my arms around Hizashi as a blur of orange flew by the window. In the center of the court yard was Midoriya, with a long rope she twirling in a wide circle around her. Her raptor occasionally diving at the rope only for Midoriya to either lengthen, shorten or pull the rope out of the raptor's clutch before it could grab it.

"She's been at it since I woke up, the bird has caught the lure a few times." Hizashi hummed as he leaned back into me as the bird dived again, catching the lure and rather than land hold it tight and pull away, Midoriya letting the rope go while pulling a bit of meat to hold in a gloved hand. It didn't look like a heavy duty falconer glove but the bird still came to her after she whistled sharply. The bird happily eating it's treats as she used one hand to roll up the rope in a practiced motion.

"I worry about her," Hizashi hummed, still watching the girl as she hooked the rope to her belt. The bird took flight again after finishing it's food. Circling again even if the rope and food was gone. This time the bird was after Midoriya, the dodging smoothed and practiced, jumping in any direction she needed or rolling out of the way. "I know she isn't the only analysis Nezu has, but there are never any kids her age around her." The bird opened his wings wide and sent several small flames at Midoriya, while fast the small balls of fire didn't reach the pavement but still forced Midoriya to dodge. "And I have a feeling all she does is train in her free time."

"School just started yesterday, give the gremlins time to work on her." Watching as the girl finished up the early morning training, calling her bird back and moving towards the stairs.

"I'm gonna invite her to dinner," Hizashi straightened up, pulling away from me.

"Zashi," I huff at my husband.

"What we hang out with our coworkers all the time, what's different with Midoriya?" Hizashi questioned me.

"She's 15, that's the difference, Zashi," Moving to sit on the couch as he looked about the kitchen.

"And?"

"Snipe and Nemuri often have us going to bars, and she is a minor, and we are her teachers." I pointed out to my husband and he pouted.

"She seems mature for her age," Hizashi offered weakly, as he poured himself a cup of coffee.

"That's what worries me." looking back towards the window.

Midoriya's POV

Something was up, it was in the air, especially in English class. Present Mic or Hizashi Yamada was watching me a little closer than the rest of my class mates. An air of worry and sadness wafting off of him, and when Aizawa entered the room to start the history lesson after english his gaze stayed on me for a moment before looking back at Yamada, a feeling of fondness in the air. Something was going on.

'How long do you think till they adopt you,' Akio hummed amused from his place by my feet. Thankfully none of the teachers seemed bothered by his desire to remain outside of his pokeball. The Lucario and Darkshadow actually keeping each other busy in the back of the room during math.

'Never, I already have Kukui and Lance,' Starting to set up a new notebook for the history class as Aizawa started to outline what we would be learning in his class over the course of the year. Already signaling to Rotom to record the class just incase I missed anything while talking to Akio.

'They don't count, their big brothers,' Akio hummed, 'And they're not here, you do need a support ne-'

'No Akio, I have you, the other monsters, and Nezu, it's all I need.'

'You had more back home, and you need more here.' Akio huffed as he turned at my feet looking up to me fully.

"Midoriya, what year were the quirk wars?" Aizawa asked and already I tapped my pencil twice on my desk, signaling Rotom for the answer.

'Year xxxx,' Rotom hummed over the bond.

"Year xxxx," I repeated looking up at Aizawa whom looked less than pleased with me.

"Correct, pay attention," He turned around to the board again and continued to write on the white board.

'Mother,' Akio called softly, resting his cheek against my thigh. 'I understand you are hurting,' he hummed as I reached down and gently scratched between his ears. 'But please, keep your heart open. Even if it is not a familiar bond.' I didn't answer him, but I did listen. Focusing on the introduction class that was before us.

Classes passed by slowly and I collected my papers, Aizawa already gone and the rest of the class were already heading to lunch. Akio was holding my bag for me as I tucked the papers into my notebook and then into my backpack. Giving Akio a scratch between his ears as thanks.

"Oi, Deku," Bakugou called out, and it took me a moment to remember, that was what he called me.

"My name is Izuku Midoriya, Bakugou, I ask that you use it." quickly tapping Akio's ball and returning the monster and locking his ball before a fight could break out.

"Don't call me that," Katsuki hissed, curiously his hair bristiled as his hunches came up too.

"Why, it's your name," confused as to why he was so angry about me using his name.

"No!" He hissed reminding me so much of my fire types characteristic anger issues, maybe it was from Katsuki I learned to handle such tempers in the end. "You, you are Deku, and, and I am," He ground his teeth together as I let the silence reign, wanting for Katsuki to finish. Only his head fell low.

"Unless you can say it, admit what it is you want, then don't expect anything from me." turning away from him and towards the door. Ready to get some food though when a hand tightly grabbed my wrist I turned and used what Koga taught me. Turning around and rolling my wrist reversing the grip and turning his wrist behind his back. Holding his wrist tight and up to the small of his back.

"I am going to make this clear here and now. I am not a weak and defenseless little girl anymore, Bakugou, and if I don't get you first, then my monsters certainly will. And they will not be as kind." I hissed lowly into his ear before shoving him away and quickly making my escape.

Thankfully the halls offered some reprieve, mostly empty as the released classes went to enjoy their lunch and break time. I almost wished I could go find a sunny grassy spot for a nap, but there was work to do. Coming to Nezu's office for lunch I pinched the bridge of my nose as I stepped into his office. Letting my mask slip around him as he likely already knew, and with what little aura I sensed from him, he definitely already knew..

"Rough day already, Midoriya?" Nezu chirped from his chair at his desk. Clicking away on his specially made keyboard.

"I think you already know the answer to that, Nezu," moving to sit in one of the chairs. Finding a file there waiting for me, picking it up off the seat I started to examine the criminal case within.

"Normally I would not allow a fight outside of approved and supervised sparring, so, tell me, was it necessary to subdue Bakugou as you did?" Nezu questioned me, the question more than a little loaded.

"I knew Bakugou before the Legendries took me home," I answered Nezu, "and I am sure you have noticed his… Dominating personality." I offered diplomatically, focusing back on the file only for Nezu to keep talking.

"Just remember, he is human, not a pokemon partner for you to train." Nezu warned me.

"I am aware." looking back at the file again. Starting to pick apart the string of robberies.

It seemed a cut and dry case really just a matter of catching the one responsible. "What is it you want me to find in this?" holding the file up in the air. Nezu only smiled, this smile far more animal than polite.

Bakugou's POV

"You all look like heroes!" All Might bellowed loudly over the din. The extras were bouncing and over excited, but then suddenly a wave of calm seemed to overtake not just the class but me as well. The desire to blow some idiot sky high wasn't so tempting now.

"Most indeed," Nezu chirped from our left, turning to look. I saw Deku with the rat Principal perched on her shoulder. She didn't look much like a hero, decked out in baggy jeans, a tight shirt and a jacket that didn't cover her midriff. Her belt had six small spheres from the right of her belt buckle to her hip. Each is decorated in a different way, and three pouches on her left, and another pouch just over her right knee. A trucker hat tucked in her back pocket by the bill. The outfit was colored green with black accents. On her wrists thin white bracelets, though just peaking out from under the sleeve of her jacket something black and shinny, a screen maybe. A set of cycling goggles resting on her collar, tinted blue, and around her neck a silver necklace with 4 tiny pink crystal prisms with an empty amulet in the middle. She looked comfortable, hands tucked into her pockets of her jacket, and an easy going smile on her face. Seemingly unbothered that she was late or that the Principal was on her shoulder.

"But do remember, this is only the first iteration of your hero costume," Nezu chirped and on some silent que Deku bent down putting Nezu down before straightening up again.

"Ah, quite right, Principal Nezu, have you come to watch the lesson?"

"Unfortunately No, I merely came to apologize for keeping Midoriya so late." That got a small twitch from Midoriya but nothing else. "I look forward to seeing what Midoriya writes in her reports. Be sure to submit any desired changes in your costume to either Aizawa, All Might, or Midoriya who will bring it to me."

"Thank you for joining up today, Principal Nezu, may you have a great day!" All Might bellowed as Deku moved to join the class.

"Damned Babe, you look hot!" The purple grape head seemed to regretfully find his tongue again, and the words seemed to cause something, Deku's eyes flashed blue for just a split second and Izuku flinched subtly like trying to hide avoiding a hit. Glancing between the grape, me, and then back to All Might, before he eyes glazed over for just a moment and focused again. The desire to explode somebody back, though it was the grape sexist and not the blond idiot with a black spot in his hair. Something really was up with Deku.

POV Izuku

I let Akio take over on watching our surroundings with aura, the grape haired guy made me uncomfortable and I would rather not deal with it right now. Even if it felt wrong to just turn aura fully off, leaving only the bonds with my pokemon open.

"Today we will be doing battle trials," the words alone had my team and I perking up at the thought of a fight. "A hero vs villains simulation." now that sounded exciting. Already feeling my team perk up at the idea of a battle. None of my equipment needed testing, all aged and battle tested back home. Well, except for the googles, a gift from Nezu, apparently they were protecting my eyes, but also hiding my aura channeling. That and to minimize the use of aura, because even though most people could not use or manipulate one's aura, they could feel when I was tapped in.

"Sensei!" Iida called out, "This appears to be the same type of field used in the entrance exam! Will be doing urban combat maneuvers!" His voice seemed to only have one volume, loud. He would need a lot of work in the stealth department.

"Not quite!" Then there was All Might himself, he did not help on the room volume either. Though him pulling out flash cards did not help in my confidence in Japan's number one hero. If he didn't know what he was doing then why didn't he have an assistant who did. Even the Champions when they knew they were lacking in a skill would pick out an assistant that did know what they were doing. "We are going a step beyond! To antipersonal training!"

'At last, battle' Akio purred, and I couldn't help but chuckle. Maybe I should do some more battle training if even my calm lucario was thrusting for a fight.

"As you may know, while there is a fair number of fights in the streets, most fighting happens inside!" All Might waved his hand at a apartment complex across the street from us.

"Ah man this is going to be so cool!" The Blond haired boy that reminded me of a Pikachu was bouncing on the balls of his feet the entire class was.

"How will the teams be decided though," The green foakie looking girl asked.

"Yes, How will the teams be decided! Will we be choosing or be assigned?" Iida backed the girl's question and All Might pulled out two boxes.

"I am glad you asked! We will be drawing lots!" The muscle head actually had a good idea with that.

"Oh, but will that not allow for synergy between teams?" The girl with a bookshelf over the back of the waist line of her shorts asked.

"What an excellent observation! This is to simulate the randomness of your team ups! After all there is no guarantee that someone you have worked with before will be able to make it to the scene!" All Might's words started to draw in the class as a whole. "You must be prepared to work with anyone to win! So now, draw your teams, and once you find your team mate, come to collect a ball together so you know what team you will be on for this exercise!"

One by one the class pulled balls with numbers on them and as I held the number 9 the Froakie girl made her approach. "It seems we are on a team together, you can call me Tsu."

"Hello Tsu," I smiled kindly at her. "I am Midoriya Izuku, but please, call me Izuku." I offered her my hand and we shook. "I look forward to working with you."

Massing power into my hands before I decided it was time to begin. Slamming the bottom of my fists into the door frame on either side, power leaving my fists and into the ice. The power of the monsters heeding me, and as such the elements themselves. The ice, on the walls, roof, floor shattered into tiny pieces and in the seconds they started to move I opened the fans. Channeling our power into the instruments, and flicked my wrists.
"Blizzard."
