Reality Viewing: Naruto the Charming Assassin Charmer

-Chapter 19-

"Ahhhh… now that was just what I needed." Sitting up with an adorable yawn, all traces of sleepiness rapidly faded away from Lala as she looked around the room curiously before pouting slightly when she noticed everyone else aside from herself were still asleep. Even Peke had fallen asleep, thus leaving the princess in her birthday suit, not that that ever bothered her.

Her mood didn't stay sour long though, in fact immediate springing back to her normal cheeriness when she noticed the cute sight beside her of Mikan using Rito's chest as a pillow while said boy had an arm wrapped around the brunette's shoulders.

"Aw, that is just so adorable," She gushed quietly with a bright smile that could have blinded someone while taking a quick picture with a camera she got from… somewhere. 'Better not wake them up just yet, they look pretty tired still.'

The same could be said for her family and the transforming duo so, being the nice and polite girl she was, Lala decided to patiently wait until everyone woke up on their own.

"…I'm bored."

(Que Dramatic Dun Dun DUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUN!)

Within the Yuuki household there were several things that someone needed to know in order to make it through each day. A few examples would include not to disturb Mikan while she was cooking, don't mess with any of Momo's plants without her permission, and never try anything pervy while Yami was around.

However, whilst most of these were along the line of guidelines one could follow or disregard at their own risk, there was one thing, no, one rule that had to be followed at all times.

Never,

Under absolutely NO circumstances,

Ever,

EVER,

Allow one Lala Deviluke to become bored.

For you see, a bored Lala was a most dangerous and unpredictable creature, prone to doing all manner of things in order to entertain herself, generally by creating a new invention of some sort and then testing it on the first unwitting victu-erm, volunteer she could find.

"Oh! Idea!" And sadly for everyone currently trapped within the room with her that is exactly what happened as Lala carefully extricated herself from the bed and grabbed a pile of scraps left over from her last inventing spree.

By the time someone else awoke, in this case Nana who was roused by an ominously familiar metallic clinking sound that quickly put her on edge. Pushing herself up, the petite pinkette's concerns were soon confirmed upon seeing her butt naked sister wave to her from her desk while tinkering with a weird looking ray gun of some kind.

"Good morning Nana! …or well, afternoon I guess. Good afternoon?"

"Oh brother, what did you make this time Lala?" She asked in an overly loud tone, getting almost immediate responses all around. Her mother, Rito, Peke, and her other sister all shot up in alarm, Mea peeked out from the cocoon of blankets with curious look, Mikan simply grumbled in annoyance before going back to sleep, and Yami took a seat beside the brunette with her hair raised slightly.

"Only the most greatest and amazingly-est thing ever!" The bubbly inventor exclaimed excitedly as she held the ray gun up for everyone to see. "Behold! Super-Duper-Cloney-Kun! With this I'll be able to make cool clones of myself just like Naruto-kun can!"

"""What?""" Everyone else in the room asked at the same time as they stared at Lala in shock.

"Yep! Isn't that so cool! Just imagine all the stuff I could do if there were two of me or even three! "As she spoke, the excited pinkette started fiddling with the device until it lit up and pointing it at herself. "Oh, I can't wait to-"

"Nope! Nope! I'm stopping you right there," Mikan cut Lala off right before she could fire, having snapped back to full alertness the moment she'd heard 'clones', marching right up to the eldest princess and bopping her atop the head, earning a started squeak, before swiping the device from her grasp. "Bad Lala, we specifically told you NOT to make something like that and for good reason."

"You did?" The inventive pinkette asked with a confused tilt of her head.

"Indeed we did, Lala-sama." Peke said while the costume robot floated over to the princess and transformed back into her normal attire.

"Back when we first saw Naruto clone, remember?" The brunette explained to try and jog her memory, only to end up groaning in exasperation when all she got was an unsure shrug. "Look Lala, as cool as it sounds, there are just too many ways a cloning machine could cause problems. Like what if the clones it makes aren't temporary like Naruto's are or turn out super evil or even just turn out as a completely different person altogether?"

"Uuuuh… well…"

"And most importantly, how do you think the clone would feel if it became self-conscious about being a clone?" Mikan pressed on sternly. "I mean just imagine how would you feel if you suddenly found out you were nothing more than a cheap copy of the real You, a dime a dozen duplicate capable of being replaced on a whim."

And imagine it Lala did, her overactive imagination turning against her as it rapidly churned out a mental scenario just like that. What once had been bright and happy ideas of talking and hanging out with herself turned dark and depressing as the peppy pinkette to slowly deflated into her seat with a pale face. "T-that doesn't sound great at all."

"Exactly, which is why we told you not to in the first place," Mikan said as she held up the clone ray. "Now I know how much you hate doing this but you need to dismantle this thing, preferably before-"

{Warning: Overload imminent} *BOOM*

The youngest of the Yuuki family was cut off by a mechanical sounding version of Lala's voice before a bright pink laser literally exploded the end of the gun that narrowly missed Lala and struck a mirror hanging on the wall. Before anyone even had time to realize what was happening, the blast ricocheted off the reflective glass, then an empty cup, a glass vase, the teleporter on the floor, the gold pendant Nana was wearing…

"GAH!" *Poof*

And eventually striking poor Momo right in the face, knocking the bustier twin to the floor with a yelp as she was engulfed in a cloud of pink smoke.

"AAH! Momo!?" "Sis!?" Sephie and Nana called out in shock as they along with most of the room's occupants immediately rushed to help the girl. The only ones not doing so were Lala and Mikan themselves due to focusing on the latter's now scalded hand.

"…Before something like that happens." Mikan finished with a hiss while dropping the half-melted pile of metal still in her grasp, before flinching slightly when Lala gently grabbed the injured limb.

"I'm so sorry! So so so sorry! That wasn't supposed to happen! Not at all!" She said rapidly as she looked over the thankfully relatively mild burns all over the brunette's hand while blindly digging around in the drawers of the desk until she found a first aid kit Nana always kept for emergencies. Popping it open, and almost tearing it in half in the process, Lala grabbed a roll of gauze and ointment that she started carefully applying.

"Relax Lala, I'm alright," Mikan said reassuringly, getting the panicking princess to calm down slightly. "What about Momo? Is she okay?"

""Oh I'm just peachy."" A pair of identical sounding voices called back at the same time, causing both Lala and Mikan to freeze.

"…Please don't tell me…"

"Unfortunately yes." Yami stated as the smoke cleared away to reveal her and Mea helping Momo back onto the bed… whilst Sephie and Rito were doing the same with ANOTHER Momo. Indeed, it would seem that Lala's recent invention was a rousing success, aside from spontaneously exploding at least, as there were now two Momos.

Same appearance, same clothes (surprisingly considering Lala's track record), and even the same smoldering burn mark set in the dead center of their foreheads, the pair were completely indistinguishable from each-other.

"You know, I heard head injuries make you see double…" The first started while gingerly rubbing her brun.

"…But I'm pretty sure this isn't what they meant." Finished the second as she was set down on the futon, Sephie already looking over her own burn worriedly.

"Wow! It worked! Cloney-kun worked!" Lala exclaimed excitedly, briefly forgetting about what she was doing as she stared in awe and excitement.

"Great, just fricking great," Meanwhile, with her gaze drifting from busty pinkette to the other, Nana groaned miserably and she covered her face with her hands. "Thanks a lot Lala, you just brought my worst nightmare to life."

""Aw come on sis, you know you love me?"" Both Momos said at the same time again before looking at each-other with amused grins. ""Hmmm, two-ton toony tour to the tourney! Jinx! Double Jinx! Super Jinx! Reverse Jinx! Hah!""

"Well, this is certainly an… interesting situation." Sephie said with an awkward smile as her daughter(s?) broke into fits of giggles.

Yami and Rito nodded in agreement with the queen, neither really knowing how exactly what else to say, well except for…

"So… does this mean you're a triplet now?" Mea asked Nana curiously, to which the petite pinkette shrugged with an unsure grunt.

"I guess so technically, at least for as long as the clone exists," Blinking as a thought hit her, Nana turned to her older sister with a raised brow. "The clone IS temporary, right Lala? So how long do they last exactly?"

"Well as far as I know they should be able to live as long as the original, so roughly about eighty or ninety years," Lala said as she tapped her lip thoughtfully and somehow completely missing the flabbergasted looks on everyone else's faces. "That is if you don't hit the Disperse button on Cloney-kun, then they should vanish right away."

"Oh wait… ooooh, uh oops?"

"So we are stuck with them both then, fantastic," The smallest pinkette muttered with a facepalm after it finally hit Lala what the problem was, Mea patting her friend on the back sympathetically. "I should have figured as much."

Meanwhile, Sephie was massaging the side of her head with an exasperated look. "This is going to be so hard to explain to Gid."

"I don't see what the big deal is, just means we got double the awesomeness that is me." Momo 1 said with a grin as she and Momo 2 high fived.

"Oh really?" Mikan asked with a deadpan as she took her now fully bandaged hand back from Lala, which grew deeper when they nodded eagerly with those same smirks. "Alright then, quick question for you, which one of you is the clone?"

""Well duh, she is,"" Both stated at the same time as they pointed at the other… only to end up snapping their gazes back to the other once they realized what they had said. ""Wait, what are you talking about, you're the clone. No you are. No I'm not! Yes you are! Stop lying, you're the clone!""

"Uh-huh, and who has to change their name so we don't get confused all the time?"

""Her of course!"" The pair exclaimed before glaring at the other angrily. ""Like hell I'm changing my name you cheap ripoff! What did you call me?! Oh that's it!""

"And that Lala, is another reason why we told you no." Mikan told Lala dryly as the Momos got up and tried to attack each-other, but only managed to get a few slaps in before Sephie and Nana pulled them apart.

"I see…" Was all the normally peppy inventor could say as she nodded in agreement.

Seeing that her point had been made, Mikan turned her attention back to the squabbling girl and clone duo, who were still hurling both slaps and accusations in almost perfect sync. "You two do realize you are literally arguing with yourself, right?"

"She started it!" "No she did!"

"Actually, I started it and I'm also ending it," The brunette retorted, getting up so that she could stand between the Momos. "Now both of you calm down and stop trying to hit yourself, I'm sure we can get this mess sorted out eventually."

""…Alright fine."" They grumbled reluctantly, stomping apart as they grumb-

*Crackle*

"Huh?" The Momo on the left blink in surprise when she felt something break under her foot and glanced down… before her face paled when she discovered she'd stepped right on top of the teleporter Lala used to bring their mother, several large cracks spreading across the device as it began sparking ominously.

"Ooooh cra-" Was all she managed to get out before a burst of electricity erupted from the broken machine, engulfing her entire form in the blink of an eye. And then with a soft crackling pop she was gone, leaving nothing behind but a pile of clothes atop the now broken teleporter.

"Whelp, that was fun while it lasted," The remaining Momo said with a shrug after several moments of awkward silence passed, snapping everyone else out of their stupors as she flopped onto her bed. "But at least we can now say for sure that I am totally the original."

"How does her getting randomly teleported somewhere prove you're not the clone?" Yami asked with a raised brow.

"Because I would never have been dumb enough to step on one of Lala's inventions." The busty twin said confidently as she leaned back into her seat with crossed arms, not noticing the dull look she was getting from her petite counterpart.

"I'm not going to even bother," Nana muttered with an eyeroll before pulling her phone out and started sending out texts. "We should give our friends a heads-up, assuming she's still… it'd be best to let them know that there might be a naked Momo running around somewhere."

"Yeah, good point," Mikan agreed as she and Rito did just that, although both grimacing slightly at what was left unsaid by the petite pinkette and the former's hand making it hard to type. "Hey Lala, do you possibly have any idea where she could have ended up?"

"I'm sorry but no I don't," Said inventive genius shook her head negatively. "If anything she should have just reappeared here, Tele-kun was designed to bring people to it not send them away."

"Then she's probably somewhere nearby at least," The brunette said optimistically as she sent a mass text to everyone she thought could be of help. A few were quick to respond, mostly with more questions, but the rest weren't likely for a while given that it was a… school… day… "Did anyone remember to inform our schools that we weren't going to be in for a few days?"

""""Ah crap!"""" Literally everyone but Lala and Sephie exclaimed in dismay as they face-palmed at the same time.

"Yui is gonna be so mad." Rito mumbled with a shiver that spread to most of the room's occupants, all of them unfortunately quite familiar with how seriously their raven-haired friend took attendance violations.

"Oh well, what's not done is not done, no point dwelling on it," Momo said before suddenly standing up and hitting the start-up button on the television. "Besides, it's time to watch Yami try to get into a guy's pants."

Narrowly dodging a hair fist curtesy of a once again furious Yami, the busty twin grinned cheekily as she went back to her seat just at the TV began playing.

Kakashi, thankfully, have been able to convince Naruto to downgrade to cup ramen. Since with White Zetsu in Konoha, it was far more dangerous to have a Jinchuriki in plain sight. With monsters that could mimic anyone, Naruto was in danger from everyone that he came in contact with. At the moment, the only people that were known to be who they were supposed to be, were Kakashi, Yami, and Naruto himself. They didn't know who was White Zetsu, and who was real.

"And once more with the creepy start, fantastic," Nana said with a grimace, snuggling up to her mother's side for comfort. "And even better, it's more nightmare fuel."

"Yeah, really should have seen that coming," Momo nodded in agreement as her face scrunched up, just the thought of those things killing any good mood she had going. 'Aw crap, this is gonna be another sob fest isn't it?'

"The world looks so peaceful from up here."

Naruto looked out of the window of Yami's ship with a soft smile on his face. He had never been up so high in his life. They were so far up, that the entire planet was in full view at the moment, and the view was just beautiful. He could see all of the Lands, and the massive continent that they were one. He could see the Land of Lightning and the Land of Wind easily, since they both stood out well, being mountains and deserts. He could see the massive forests of the Land of Fire, and the surrounding lands. He couldn't really see the islands of the Land of Water, but he could see the Land of Iron.

It was just... peaceful, like the people on the planet weren't always at war.

'Oh-ho? What's this?' The bustier twin perked right back up as the screen showed Naruto and Yami inside the latter's spacecraft far above the former's home planet. But more importantly… 'They're completely and utterly all alone in tight quarters with no chance of interruptions or distractions. Now I like where this is going~!'

"It really is a nice view." Rito said softly in mild awe as the rest of the room nodded in agreement.

'... I really do care about you now... When I thought I killed you... I never knew I could... hurt so much...' Yami thought as she looked at Naruto.

The feelings throbbing in her chest, she didn't understand them, but she knew what they were... at least a little that was. When she looked at him, she felt warmth in her chest, her guard wasn't up nearly as much as it should be. As she stood next to him, she felt comfortable with him, comfortable enough to no prepare herself for a fight. The cause of these feelings, Naruto, was the only one she felt this way around.

Yet, he was able to worm his way into her heart with so little effort on his part, and he had been able to do it with only a few short weeks of knowing him.

"Awwwww~, that sounds sooo romantic~!" Lala couldn't help but gush as she glomped Yami, hugging the once more furiously blushing blonde tightly with the brightest smile ever. "Oh it's almost like how Rito and I met!"

Not bother to respond verbally, mostly because she didn't know what to actually say, Yami just sighed in resignation while using her hair to loosen up the princess's unintentional death hug a bit so she could breath.

"Yami-chan... I'm a little jealous of you, ya know." Naruto spoke as he leaned against the barrier between him and space itself.

Yami looked at Naruto.

"Space is mostly an empty void, it isn't really peaceful. It's more silent." Yami mentioned to him. Space was mostly a void, and dark matter that filled parts of it. There wasn't much really beautiful about it in her opinion, or peaceful. It was truly more along the lines of space just being silent.

"Silent for sure, because in space they can't hear you moan." Momo said teasingly while waggling her eyebrows suggestively… before pouting when she didn't get a single reaction what-so-ever, not even from Nana.

Naruto shook his head, and he sat down his empty ramen cup.

"Not of this view... I'm jealous that you're so good at not letting your emotions control you. When my godfather died... my teacher... I shut down. When Sakura-chan was killed by Sasuke... I... I'm still lost on what to do. My heart tells me one thing, but my head and everyone else tells me another thing. I don't know what voice to listen to anymore." Naruto, in the peace of looking out into space, opened up to Yami as they just existed in each other's company. Yami shifted uncomfortably where she was sitting, knowing exactly what he was talking about.

She was having the reverse issue.

Naruto might be used to following his heart... but she was used to following her head, and right now, her heart was finally speaking up. She felt the same conflict Naruto was feeling, but in reverse. For the first time, her heart was contradicting what her head was telling her to do.

"Huh?" Lala blinked in surprise when her mother's arms snaked themselves between hers, before gently prying Yami from the younger pinkette's grasp and onto her own lap.

"Oh you poor poor children," Sephie mumbled while resting her chin atop the transforming assassin's head as she gently rocked side to side in a soothing manner. "Neither of you should have to deal with such problems."

'Why does everyone keep doing this to me?' Yami wondered to herself, her eyebrow twitching slightly as she was once again cuddled with against her will. Seriously, did she look like a teddy bear or something?

'Huh, they really are two sides of the same coin.' Meanwhile, Mikan was caught up with her own train of thoughts as her gaze drifted between the two blondes on screen. After her best friend's counterpart had brought up the ironically opposing issues they were dealing with, it caused a few pieces to suddenly click together inside the brunette's mind.

Naruto, starved of love most of his life, treated as less than human by most for reasons out of his control and many expecting him to be nothing more than an obedient weapon for his village.

Yami, also starved of love for the majority of her life after the one person she cared for was driven away, conditioned to believe she was nothing more and could be nothing other that a weapon for slaughter.

Two lonely souls, both denied even the fundamental amounts of companionship and forced deep into the darkest pits of despair. And yet for all their similarities their choices could not have been more different, for he had chosen to follow his heart and hope for a better tomorrow while she decided to follow her mind and shut away any chance for pain again.

'They are exactly the same yet polar opposites at the same time, the yin to the other's yang, inverted reflections of the same image… I need to stop reading so many cheesy poetry books.' Mikan thought with a shake of her head as she smiled somberly.

"... You didn't shut down... you were mourning. You lost people you held love for. Mourning them is... natural." Yami repeated what her book told her about losing loved ones. Something that, before she believed she killed Naruto, that she never thought she would experience again.

"Indeed, he has been taking everything extremely well compared to most." Mea stated in a matter-of-fact tone, having had personal experience in the past from mourning individuals… most if not all of which had wanted to kill her for killing someone they cared about.

She was a former spacefaring intergalactic assassin after all.

Yami glanced at Naruto.

How?

How could he get her to love him, if that was what she was feeling, in so little time? Her heartbeat faster when he was around. She felt safe, comfortable, when he was in sight, and she well and truly enjoyed being with him. He introduced her to kindness in food form, ramen, and even though she had tried to kill him, he had been nothing kind to her since then.

"That's the funny thing about love, you tend to find it in the most unlikely of ways and even unlikelier places," Sephie said wisely, gently rubbing the top of Yami's head as she spoke before gesturing to her eldest daughter. "I mean, just look at Lala, she found the love of her life in a bathtub."

"Best day ever!" Lala exclaimed cheerfully while Rito blushed brightly, both from remembering the pinkette's first appearance and from her breasts squishing against his side when she hugged him.

"I know. More than anything... I feel sorry. I wasn't there to stop Sasuke. I know his heart... if he is still the Sasuke I know... then he didn't kill Sakura to be cruel, or because she was an enemy. Sasuke killed Sakura so that he could kill his own ability to love. My heart wants me to kill Sasuke, to save him from the life he is living... and my head..." Naruto didn't know how to put what was in his mind into words. Sasuke was his best friend, the two of them knew each other to the point that he (Naruto) could easily see himself in Sasuke's shoes if things had been just a little different in their lives.

Killing Sasuke to save him from himself.

Killing Sasuke so that he could be with Sakura, fulfilling his promise to Sakura.

Killing Sasuke to protect the world from Sasuke, and to protect Sasuke from the world.

A shiver ran down Yami's spine as she mentally pictured a Naruto that was like Sasuke, the mere idea of such a thing screaming 'wrong' just like when he had been put into a forced coma. She wasn't the only one either as Momo shook her head with a grimace, Lala looked almost like she was gonna be sick for a moment as she hugged a choking Rito tighter, Mikan saved Rito from suffocating (again), Nana snuggled closer to Mea, and Sephie nuzzled the top of Yami's head.

"What?"

"... I don't want to kill Sasuke. Even though every part of me says I have to do it, every part of me hates the fact that I need to do it. Anyway... I'm not strong enough to do it." Naruto mentioned as he gripped his fist.

Yami was confused.

She had seen Naruto wipe a mountain off the face of the earth with ease, and she knew if he really wanted to, he could take down entire armies by himself. He was a one man storm, capable of bringing destruction to whatever he wanted to. For him to not be strong enough to defeat somebody... that was weird to her.

Just how strong was Sasuke?

"Considering how powerful Naruto is, that's a question that I'm not sure I want the answer for." Mea stated while Yami nodded in agreement.

"Indeed."

"Actually guys, I'm pretty sure he's not talking about physical strength," Nana chipped in, getting curious looks from both former assassins. "Just keep watching, knowing Yami she's about to ask what your both thinking in three, two, and…"

"... Surely with the Rasenshuriken-"

"I'm not talking about fighting strength. I'm more than strong enough to kill Sasuke. I'm not strong enough to force myself to kill my friend. When Sasuke and I fight next time, will I even be able to try and kill him?" Naruto asked himself, not Yami, and he looked at the planet he hailed from. That was his biggest question, because he knew he was capable of killing Sasuke, more than able to do it.

One Rasenshuriken, and Sasuke would be dead, that was all that it would take. The thing was, he didn't know if he would be able to actually gather the strength to go through with it. Would he form the Rasenshuriken, or would he just use his regular Rasengan and clash it with Sasuke's Chidori like when they were younger?

Yami started to understand.

"So it's not that he can't kill him but rather if he can bring himself to?" The transforming redhead asked her petite best friend.

"Exactly, this isn't just some random shmuck he has to deal with but someone he has a deep emotional and historical connection to," Nana stated with a nod. "Think of it kinda like yourself and Nemesis, even after you guys… split apart you still consider her a close friend, right? So if you found yourself in the same situation as Naruto and Sasuke with her, do you honestly think you could bring yourself to strike her down without hesitation?"

"…No, no I wouldn't," Mea admitted, only having to think about it for a few moments. "Though I would kick her ass if she tried anything with you or Rito-kun."

While the redhead spoke, her braid draped itself onto both hers and Nana's shoulders and transformed into a soft pillowy bundle, making the pinkette smile in appreciation.

However, unnoticed by either of them or anyone else, Rito's eyes briefly flickered a familiar golden amber as his lips twitched upwards during Mea's admission.

"... I'll be there to help."

"No, this is something that I have to do as his friend. This isn't just a battle... after all, I'm Sasuke's only friend. It's my job to save him... I just need to get stronger. Strong enough to force myself to send him to Sakura-chan... Sakura." Naruto spoke as he smiled softly. Yami didn't understand why he was smiling, since he seemed so miserable. He had nothing to smile about.

"What is a friend to you?" Yami asked Naruto, since he used that word so much.

"... Somebody who saves me from my greatest fear, a person who I keep in my heart... To me, my friends are the people who saved me from hell." Naruto turned away from his home on Earth, and looked at Yami. He walked over her, and though she was sitting, looked into her eyes.

His eyes were so blue, Yami noticed, more blue than before.

"Hell?"

"Loneliness, not having a purpose. While you're alive, you need a reason for your existence. When you don't have a reason... it's the same as being dead. I'm afraid of being alone, more than anything... my friends saved me from that hell, and gave me my reason to exist." Naruto spoke as he sat down in front of Yami and placed his fist against her forehead gently. Her face turned a little pink at the unexpected movement, even more so when he gave her that genuine, and heartfelt, smile.

'Man, this just keeps getting deeper and deeper.' Sephie thought with a sigh, unknowingly mirroring everyone else's thoughts.

A reason to exist.

'What... is my reason to exist?' Yami thought as she looked down at the floor, unable to think of a real reason for why she existed now that Naruto brought it up.

'I didn't have one.' The transforming blonde frowned as she recalled all the years spent in space by herself, doing the exact same thing day in and day out, just going through the motions for the sake of it. Now that she thought about it so deeply she could see exactly what her fellow blonde meant, she might as well have been dead for all it mattered during all that time.

Suddenly... Yami felt pain.

She felt Naruto's pain. She could physically feel the pain in Naruto's words, like a thousand knifes stabbing her in the heart. Yami felt the images of a sad, lonely, child standing with nobody around him in her head. She pulled her forehead back away from Naruto's fist, and she was surprised when the pain and images went away mostly.

"They say when powerful warriors clash their fists, they can see what is in each other's hearts... Sasuke said something like that to me a long time ago." Naruto spoke softly as he looked at Yami.

"So in other words he can project his own emtions and memories onto others while doing the same for himself from them… by beating the shit out of them," Mikan stated dryly as she rested her chin I the palm of her hand. "Am I the only one getting used to how many random as hell abilities he has?"

"No." "Not at all." "I got used to it three episodes ago." "It really isn't that big a surprise anymore."

"I thought so."

...

"Eve."

"Huh?" Naruto asked Yami with a raised eyebrow.

"""Huh?""" Everyone else in the room aside from Yami asked as well in confusion whilst said blonde suddenly erupted into a full body blush.

"Eve... my real name, before I became an assassin. My name is Eve." Yami turned her face away from Naruto even as she said it.

Yami grunted as she and Sephie were almost bowled over by Lala once again glomping onto them with a happy squeal, the only thing stopping them from being introduced to the floor being the transforming teen anchoring herself with her hair a split second earlier. "That's such an adorable name~! Why didn't you tell us sooner Eve-chan~?"

"Personal reasons, and I'd prefer if you don't call me that." Yami said stoically despite her flushed face, making Lala blink in confusion with a tilted head.

"Awwww, why not?"

"Personal reasons."

Naruto grinned at her, and extended a hand to her. "... I forgot it until..." Yami wanted to say it, but she couldn't.

Naruto's kindness... it made her remember things that she had long since forgotten about herself. Her past before she became an assassin. It was hazy, and she didn't remember everything, but she had started to remember somebody else who had been kind to her. With those old memories, her real name came with it.

"Well then, Eve-chan-"

"Yami... Being called Eve is embarrassing... please keep calling me Yami." Yami stated, since it was still her name as well.

Also, when Naruto said her name, she felt a rush of heat to her cheeks. She wasn't emotionally ready for Naruto to call her by such an intimate name just yet. Yami looked back at Naruto, as he settled down in front of her. She actually smiled at him when she saw him become more comfortable.

'Oh my, so she get's hot under the collar when he calls her by her real name huh?' Momo thought with a wide grin, rubbing her hands together excitedly as she already had-

*Shi-thunk*

"EEP!" The busty twin yelped in terror as a massive serrated blade suddenly embedded itself into the space between her legs, the edge mere centimeters away from her snatch. Snapping her gaze to the source of the weapon, Momo froze when she saw the dead serious look on Yami's face as she created several more blades from her hair.

"Don't. Even. Think. About. It."

"O-okay, got i-it, unders-stood." Momo stuttered out with her trembling hands raised up in surrender, getting the blonde to somehow stare at her harder for several moments before retracting her blades with a nod. 'Note to self, do NOT make any cracks about her name, ever. …Also need to get a new pair of panties.'

Naruto stopped smiling.

"When all of this is over... the coming war. I want to join you... and travel space." Naruto told Yami, and she blinked in surprise.

What about his dream of becoming Hokage?

"What about the Hokage position?" Yami didn't know if she was worthy enough for Naruto to give up his dream for.

"Don't sell yourself short sweetie, you are an amazing young lady that anyone would be lucky to get with." Sephie said as she rubbed Yami's head, making the blonde's blush return full force.

Naruto smiled sadly.

"A person who can't even save one friend, shouldn't become Hokage. I wasn't able to save Sasuke from his darkness... killing him is the only way to save what's left of him. Even so... if I kill Sasuke, then I won't be worthy of being the Hokage anymore... in my eyes at least."

'Oh, so he's not giving it up for me, he's giving it up because he doesn't see himself deserving of it anymore.' Yami thought in both relief and sadness, glad that her other self wasn't the cause for Naruto giving up his dream but sad that he had to give it up at all.

Naruto glanced back to his home world. Back to the green of the Land of Fire, and he sighed to himself, before he looked at Yami. "... Anyway, it might be for the best. I'm going to make sure to free the Tailed Beasts, and find them homes where they will never be sealed again and used as weapons. What better homes than scattering them across the universe?" Naruto asked Yami, and she felt stunned.

She nodded slightly though.

"... You're welcome to come with me." Yami didn't need to think about it, she was just stunned that Naruto was doing so much for others. Travelling across space to find better homes for the Tailed Beasts, and giving up on his dream because he didn't think himself worthy of it.

In the end, it worked out in her favor.

"Whew, now that was doozy," Momo said with a sigh as the screen went into buffering mode while wiping the sweat from her brow from Yami's… polite request. "I'm surprised nobody started crying, that got really emotional at the end."

"Uh, Momo…" Nana tapped her twin's shoulder to get her attention before pointing over at Lala.

"That's so saaaaaad! Why does he always have to suffer? Why!?" The eldest of the three siblings wailed sadly, tears literally waterfalling from her eyes as she was gently rocked side to side by their mother. "It's not faaaaair!"

"Oh… I'll get some more tissues then." The bustier pinkette muttered while hopping to her feet, making her way over to the closet of seemingly endless supplies and pulling the door open-

"GAH!"

Momo's shriek got everyone's attention as they watched her stumbled back away from the closet, where the ever stoic-faced SKU Naruto could be found standing with a 'BOO' sign in one hand… and a pink rubber duck with swirly eyes and a gift bow in the other.

"Lord Necromancer!" Sephie exclaimed in surprise while Lala suddenly stopped crying, the younger pinkette blinking in confusion before her mood did a complete one-eighty and she waved to the deceptively young-looking king excitedly.

"Hey, little Naru's back! Hi little Naru!"

Hello Lala SKU Naruto 'said' by dropping the first sign he was holding to reveal another one behind it before dropping that one as he stepped into the room thus putting several in the room on edge, especially Rito as he subconsciously scooted away from the white-haired boy. All of them remembered what he'd done last time he'd visited and it left them understandably a bit uneasy at what he might be planning on doing this trip.

If he was bothered by this though it didn't show at all as SKU walked right up to Sephie and Lala, making the former tense up nervously… only to calm back down moments later when he simply handed the latter his rubber duck.

"D'aaaaw, it's so adorable~," The inventive princess cooed as she held the pink bath toy up, giggling softly when it squeaked in her grasp before hugging it to her chest. "Thank you so much little Naru, I'm gonna call him Quacky-kun!"

Consider it a thank you for making my job easier SKU wrote onto his notepad, making Lala pause mid-gush and tilted her head in confusion. However, she had no time to question on what the deceptively young-looking king had meant by that, because he'd already written something else down. The debt is due Sephie-san, I am here to collect that which you owe

Sephie's eyes widened slightly as she read this, before her shoulder's slumped and a look of resignation appeared on her face, making her daughter's and everyone else look to her in concern. "Oh my, so it is time already?"

Yes

"Um excuse me…" Mikan suddenly cut in while clearing her throat loudly, getting the feminine boy's attention. "But what exactly are you talking about? What debt does Mrs. Seph-erm, mom owe you?"

At first all SKU did was stare at her blankly, his unwavering unblinking gaze making the brunette start to sweat nervously a bit as it seemed to bore into her very soul, and considering what he'd done to Rito that could very well be literal. And then he suddenly lifted his once empty hand to reveal a small formal document of some kind now in his grasp, one which clearly bore the Crest of the Devilukean Royal Family, and held it out for her.

Idly accepting the paper, Mikan didn't even notice as everyone else aside from Sephie huddled around her curiously so they could read it too, including Lala after she slipped free of her mother's grasp.

With these signatures, I Sephie Michaela Deviluke and Gid Lucione Deviluke of the Devilukean Empire hereby agree that one Naruto, King of the Underworld, shall permanent remove the entities known as the Otsutsuki from their universe in exchange for one brand new Rubber Duck and-

"""Their third born child!?""" All the girls, and Rito, read aloud in shock, none more so than Momo herself as she immediately turned to her mother in disbelief, who was sweating heavily with a nervous grin.

"I… I can explain?"

-Meanwhile-

'It's really been awhile since I actually took a bath with Lala, I'm actually feeling a little self-conscious about this...' Naruto repeated in his head as he finished tying a towel around his waist, taking several slow deep breaths to try and calm his pounding heart with limited success. 'Dammit, I really need to learn to think first before making prom-'

*Bzzzt* "-aaap!?"

The whiskered blonde's eyes snapped open when a loud buzz sound followed by a startled shout abruptly rang out right in front of him… and promptly felt his brain short-circuit when he was greeted to the sight of a butt-naked pink-haired girl that was NOT Lala.

Not unless Lala suddenly became nearly a foot shorter and cut most of her hair off since he saw her just five minutes ago.

'…Actually now that I think about it, knowing Lala that is totally something that could have happened.' Naruto thought idly as he and this new girl stared at each-other blankly for several moment. Before he could say or do anything though, she suddenly gasped in shock again as she started falling in his direction.

Stepping out of her way, he looped his arms around the girl as she fell past him on reflex, hooking one around her waist and the other across her chest to balance out her… top-heaviness.

Catching her, the girl that he was now realizing was NOT Lala due to her purple eyes, looked at him with shock at not only the fact that he caught her perfectly, but despite the fact that she SHOULD have landed with her lower lips on his mouth, the only perverted thing to happen to her was the fact that she got her chest slightly fondled by a VERY firm grip.

A warrior's strong and firm hand was on her breast quite tenderly.

"Not Lala... got it."
