Chapter 1: New World, New Girls

It was a late night in Japan, at that point it had been a relatively relaxed day. That was when a building suddenly collapsed, all that was left was a giant body. The thing stood back up, letting out a giant roar before sprinting at its opponent. Away from the scene, a cop reports what is going on "We have a fight between villain groups! Two with gigantification quirks are tearing up Espa Wave! Send Heroes as soon as possible!" While this was going on, the two that were fighting continued to trade blows back and forth. That was when the cop noticed a figure flying in the air with light beams following closely behind. The flying figure got closer to the brawl before it began to charge up "Full charge, output level 30. Spiraling Swift!" The light beams came out of the hero's hands, heading directly towards the two villains. Both made direct contact, with the girl calling out her super move "Nejire Wave!" The power of the move caused both giant villains to fall over, laying on the ground unconscious. With the targets neutralized, the police were able to head in and make the arrest of both men. Once everything had settled down, the police were able to directly talk to the person who saved the city. "Thank you again for all your help, Nejire-chan. Your work has continued to save the lives of countless people." The bubbly girl smiled while looking behind the cop at the car taking the two villains. "It's my duty to help the town any way I can. Hey, do you know what's going to happen to those two?" The cop turned around to see what she was talking about, seeing her talking about the gangsters "I don't know, we have to investigate them first." This only caused the girl to ask more questions. "What are you going to ask them? Who are they? What are their quirks? Oh, ask them about the lack of crime recently." The cop could only sweatdrop at her statement, that was her personality, she needed and wanted to know about everything and everyone. That is what made her so appealing to one particular person who was watching from the sidelines. The next morning came, with an exhausted Nejire walking into her hero agency. Since she graduated from My Hero Academia, she found herself quickly rising up the hero polls. Within a year of being a full time hero, Nejire-chan had cracked the top 10. She soon opened up her own agency and was now residing as the number 5 hero in all of Japan. As she walked through the room, she greeted all of her employees before yawning as she made her way to her office. That was when she was met by her assistant and most trusted sidekick "Good morning Miss Hado, long night?" She handed the top hero a cup of coffee to which the blue-haired girl gulped down without a second thought. "I guess you could say that, I haven't been able to sleep recently, just worried about some friends." Over the last couple of weeks or so, there had been reports of lower level heroes going missing, with most first person reports describing a similar looking being. The assistant tried to calm her down before breaking the news. She knew she didn't want to hear "I know, but they'll pop up soon. Plus, the person who wants to team up is in your office waiting for you." Nejire Hado groaned at this, forgetting that she agreed to this a week ago. Out of nowhere, a new hero agency appeared in town with no warning, it was called the THR Agency. Soon after, the person who founded this group wanted to meet with Nejire about a potential team up of some sort, to which the girl reluctantly agreed to.

Nejire had her doubts just like before "I knew I should have said no. But now it's too late. I'll try and make this quick." As she opened the door, she saw a man sitting in a chair that was facing her desk. His neck quickly spun around when he heard something, after he stood up and greeted Nejire. "Nejire-chan, it's a pleasure to finally meet one of the top heroes in the country." The man stuck his hand out, to which the girl reluctantly shook as she began to talk "Likewise, I would like to officially greet you to our wonderful city Mr?" The man excused himself, not formally introducing himself yet to her "Jiminez, but my hero name is Sleeper." Nejire interest peaked at what his quirk might have been, especially since he was dressed in a full suit, not something any hero would wear out besides a select few. But she just wanted this to be over so she asked him to get started "So why did you exactly ask for this time with me?" The man pulled out a file and handed it to her. When she opened it, she saw details of all the missing girls with more details about their disappearance. "I have been doing my research over the last couple of weeks or so on these cases, and I have finally got a lead that could save all of them. I just need some help, so I propose we team up." Nejire was shocked by his words, she didn't know what to do, could she trust a random stranger like this, but if these files were true, it might be the only chance at saving these girls. "Okay, how exactly would we do this?" She asked, trying to get more details. The man only smirked, before speaking again. "It would be really simple, until the mission has been completed, you will be a part of my organization, THR." Nejire was still skeptical, not liking the idea of her "joining" another group. She needed a little more before she agreed. "Just one more question, what exactly does THR stand for?" The man looked so happy that she asked this, revealing a symbol that looked like a swirl with two ears. "Isn't it obvious, it stands for Team Hypno Recruits."

Nejire was not expecting that answer, did that mean that this man was going around controlling people to do his bidding. Was this really someone you could trust, even if he had information like this, she decided that her group would find their own way to rescue the girls. But right before she could say anything, Mr. Jiminez spoke again "So Nejire Hado, will you agree to this deal and become my first employee of THR. You would make a really useful acquisition." No longer was she confused, it had now turned into anger, did he think that she would openly agree to join his wacko group. This was followed by a purple glow that had appeared on this man's hand, almost like a bullet, it had connected with the intended target. However, all were destroyed when they reached the area, causing dozens to be sent flying through the air, before crunching down to the ground. For those that stayed back, they had no idea how something like this could happen, how could anyone take down an entire agency like it was nothing. That was when they saw something rising up to the sky, from a first glance it looked like the hero Nejire-chan, but she looked different. No longer was she sporting her blue and teal supersuit, now she was wearing all black. The police squad all looked at each other confused by what they just heard. Nejire then charged her waves to full blast before aiming right at the group "My name is Nejire Hado, the newest and first member of Team Hypno, prepare to bow down to the master." And with a simple motion, the wave was sent in their direction, making a direct hit and destroying the entire neighborhood. Before she flew away, she forgot to mention the biggest fact in her last statement "I am also master's personal cumdump!"
