Belos is gone dead and things are starting to return to normal on the Boiling Isles. But all is not as peaceful as it seems. Odalia comes up with a plan to try and regain her former glory as well as lead the Boiling Isles to a new future. Luz will soon face her greatest challenge yet and she will need all the help she can get. Please read and review.

The Emperor Strikes Back

Note: It's time for the second part of the climax and the final battle. Belos used Eda's curse to change the Amplifying Spell into an Eradication Spell that will kill all life in the demon realm. Now it's up to Luz to stop Belos and Zul and save the Boiling Isles all over again.

Where the Magic Happens

The Eradication Spell was still going on as every witch and demon was black and smoking as little black bubbles floated off their bodies. They were groaning and crying in pain as they were too weak to even stand while only the Palismen and humans were unaffected. Belos and Zul were thrilled while Luz, Camila, and Hunter watched in fear and horror as all of their friends were getting weaker by the minute. They looked at Zul and Belos, who faced each other with smiles of victory as the both congratulated each other.

Zul smiled as she held her staff in her right hand and held her left hand out toward Belos as she said, "We did it dad. We actually did it."

Belos smiled victoriously as he glanced at the weakening witches and said, "Yes, when the Eradication Spell is complete all life in this accursed realm will be destroyed and I'll have all the Palismen I'll ever need."

Zul smiled mischievously as she pointed at Belos and said, "Maybe you should start with the Bat Queen. She's a Palisman, and I'll bet her magic will make you stronger than ever."

Belos smiled deviously as he turned to face Luz and stared at Stringbean while he said, "Excellent suggestion, though I think I'd rather start with the so-called snake-shifter."

Stringbean chirped in fear as she slithered onto Luz's shoulder and shivered in fear while Luz desperately tried to protect her.

Belos and Zul smiled evilly at her before looking back at each other as Zul smiled and said, "Once we're done here we can use the Titan Blood we got from King to build a new portal door and go back to the human realm."

Belos smiled as he stared into space before holding his left hand out toward Zul while he said, "Yes, once we tell everyone of our accomplishment we will go down in history as heroes. I will finally be a witch hunter general, and with you as my modern day guide we'll show all of humanity the evil we saved them from."

While they were talking Waffle quietly flew onto Hunter's shoulder and he looked at her as she motioned for him to be quiet. She then flew on top of the Abomaton holding Hunter and landed on its head beflre hopping down to its armored torso.

Zul had a twisted smile on her face as she proclaimed, "And they'll finally understand me and accept me!"

Luz leaned forward as she glared at them with hatred as she said, "You're both fooling yourselves! You act like you're a couple righteous heroes but you're the only real monsters in this realm! You say the demon realm has caused you pain, but all you've ever done is use your skills to hurt others and take what you want!"

Belos and Zul looked at Luz while she said this, and as they were distracted Hunter watched Waffle hop to his Abomaton's chest and stared at the light on it before pecking at it.

Belos looked somewhat annoyed as he condescended, "Don't lecture us Luz. You've fooled yourself into believing you would ever be accepted. You turned your back on humanity to pursue your vile dream of becoming a witch and now you have what you wanted. Fortunately no one will ever know of the vile witch you turned yourself into."

Zul glared at Luz as she spitefully said, "Yeah! When we get back to the human realm everyone will think I'm you and they'll love the NEW Luz."

Camila glared daggers at both of them as she fiercely declared, "No you won't! Even if your spell works you'll never win! People will see through your lies and discover the truth!"

Belos looked at Camila as he said, "They will see the truth, the truth that we saved them all from these evil witches."

Camila narrowed her eyes with hatred as she said, "Stop lying, you're not fooling anyone. You don't care if they're good or bad, you just want to destroy them because you hated them and you want everyone else to hate them too!"

Belos showed a bit of disappointment as he glanced at Luz while he said, "I am disappointed, I knew Luz's soul could not be saved, so I hoped I could still save yours somehow. But I suppose you're another lost cause."

Luz hatefully glared at Belos as she rhetorically asked, "You mean like Caleb?"

Belos glared at Luz with his eyes glowing blue while Zul glared with hatred, meanwhile Waffle kept pecking the light on the chest of the Abomaton holding Hunter. Finally she managed to break through and made a small hole that she hopped through and got inside the Abomaton's chest. Hunter was impressed before he looked back and watched Luz continue to badmouth Belos and Zul as they both glared at her.

Belos stared at Luz as he arrogantly said, "I tried to save Caleb his soul but he chose a witch over his own brother and sealed his own doom. I am the only human who has not been corrupted by these monsters' dark magic."

Luz glared at them as she hatefully said, "The only monsters around here are the two standing right in front of me."

Belos ignored her comment as he looked at Zul who smiled up at him as they both said, "Can't reason with crazy."

Waffle had messed up the inside of the Abomaton as she came out covered in purple slime and had some wires in her beak. The Abamaton holding Hunter suddenly dropped him as the golden parts fell off and it melted into a puddle of slime. Hunter glanced at Belos and Zul and was relieved they did not notice him as they kept staring at Luz, then Waffle flew to Hunter and changed to her staff form.

Zul then smiled evilly at Luz as she asked, "Dad, can I finish her?"

Belos smiled as he held his palm out toward Luz and said, "Be my guest."

Luz and Stringbean were both scared as they stared at Belos and Zul as Zul smiled maniacally and held her staff out toward Luz. The end of the staff was glowing red as she prepared to fire a red blast of magic at her while chuckling evilly to herself.

Hunter then held his staff as he teleported and saved Luz and Stringbean just before Zul fired her red blast. Zul and Belos were both shocked as they watched Hunter and Luz stop and Stringbean changed to her staff form as Luz held her.

She smiled gratefully at Hunter and said, "Thanks Hunter!"

They both stared at Zul, who was vexed, while Belos focused on Hunter and condescended, "I thought you were better than Caleb, but you're just as blind as him."

Hunter clinched his staff as he said, "I can see fine! I know who my family is and I won't let you hurt any of them!"

Belos showed an annoyed expression as he said, "Yes, you're just like him."

His right arm then turned green as he stretched it out as his hand turned into a curved axe blade and he tried to hit Luz and Hunter with it. They scattered and avoided his arm as it returned to its usual shape and then Luz dodged some red blasts that Zul shot at her. She dodged them all and then freed Camila and helped her up as Camila smiled and grabbed her bat before they both ran. Belos clinched his fists as he made hands rise out of the tower roof and try to grab Hunter, but he teleported away from them in a yellow flash. He waved his staff around before shooting a yellow blast of magic at Belos, but he blocked it with a red force-field. Belos then held his scepter and fired a red blast of magic at Hunter, but he sat on his staff and took flight to avoid it. Belos became annoyed as he made a red ring of light with his scepter and several red beams of magic shot from it at Hunter. He flew every which way to avoid the beams before landing, then Belos teleported in front of Hunter. He prepared to kill Hunter until he was hit by a sonic blast that knocked him back, prompting Zul to hurry to him and help him. Luz was holding the cittern before she put it back in her bag with a fierce expression, then she and Camila joined Hunter and they all glared at Belos and Zul.

Belos glared at them with disdain as he said, "You side with these heathens. The Eradication Spell may spare humans, but the three of you will have no place in our new world."

Luz also showed disdain as she firmly said, "I'd rather die than be part of your evil world!"

Belos narrowed his eyes as he coldly said, "Then allow us to honor your wish."

Belos and Zul both held their staffs out and fired a big red magical blast at them, but Luz's eyes glowed brown as she constructed a wall in front of herself, Camila, and Hunter. The blast destroyed the wall but the three humans were unharmed as Luz's left hand glowed red while she spun around while waving her staff. She then made a pillar of stone rise out of the ground just beneath Belos before she sent a purple wave of magic at it.

The pillar was hit by the wave and destroyed, blasting Belos through the air as Zul cried, "Dad!"

Belos then sat on his staff and floated in the air, prompting Luz to sit on her staff as she prepared to fly after him.

She looked at Camila and Hunter with a serious expression as she said, "Mom, Hunter, you two stop the Eradication Spell! I'll handle Belos!"

She then flew into the air and started fighting Belos overhead as he fired a red beam of magic at her, only to for her to dodge it.

Camila looked at Hunter as she urgently said, "How do we stop the spell?"

Hunter pointed at King as he said, "Well, the spell uses King's Titan magic, so I think if we take him off the pedestal we should stop it."

Zul then slid in front of the pedestal and held her staff in a fighting stance as she glared daggers and said, "You'll have to get through me first!"

Camila and Hunter both showed brave expressions as Hunter held his staff and Camila held her bat and they both charged in fury. The end of Zul's staff glowed red as she swung it at them, but they dodged her and stood on opposite sides of her as they fought her. Camila swung her bat but Zul ducked before kicking her back, then Hunter swung his staff at her but Zul blocked it and then pushed him back before telekinetically hurling a stone at him. He dodged it and Zul turned to Camila and blocked her bat with her staff before jabbing her in the stomach with it. While they continued to fight on the tower Luz and Belos flew in the air on their staffs and shot magical rays at each other. They dodged each other's attacks and Belos stretched his right arm out and tried to grab Luz's staff, but she avoided his grip. She then pulled a potion out of her bag and slammed it on Belos' arm, and it broke and burned his arm as he pulled it back while crying in pain. He then glared at her and waved his finger with the tip glowing red, and he telekinetically lifted debris in the air and hurled it at Luz. She swung her staff and sent out a purple wave of magic that destroyed the debris before sitting back on it and flying again. She then waved her hand and made her Abomination goo fly out of her bottle and lashed it at Belos like a whip, hitting him in the face.

The goo went back into the bottle and then Belos angrily flew toward Luz and she retreated as she flew down toward the ground with him right behind her. He smiled deviously as he waved his hand and made a fleshy arm rise out of the ground and grab Luz's staff, causing her crash and tumble on the ground. Belos landed by Luz staff as Stringbean changed to her natural form and floated in the air as she hissed at Belos threateningly. Belos showed an amused expression as he reached for Stringbean while Luz got up and gasped before narrowing her eyes. She held her hand out and made several illusions of Stringbean and used them to confuse Belos as they all flew around him while making noises. Belos became irritated as he shot beams of red magic from the end of his scepter in every direction and destroyed them all. He noticed none left but then saw the real Stringbean on Luz's shoulder as they both smiled proudly and Luz petted her affectionately. Belos then clinched his fist and made fleshy hands rise out of the ground and reach for Luz, but she threw both her hands out to the sides and sent out magical waves that destroyed them.

Belos stared at her with a vexed expression as he said, "You certainly are harder to get rid of than I would've ever imagined."

Luz glared at Belos as she seriously said, "That's because, unlike you, I'm actually fighting to save people from evil!"

Belos looked irked as he pointed his scepter at her and fired a powerful magical red blast at her, but Luz used magic to sink into the ground. She then made a small tree sprout out of the ground and knock Belos into the air, then she emerged from the ground and swung her staff through the air. She send a purple wave of magic that hit Belos and blasted him into the outer wall, but he was not out as he got up and glared at her. He waved his hand and made a slab of earth rise out of the ground with a sharp tip and tried to stab Luz with it, but she jumped over it and then shot a purple blast of magic at him. He teleported and dodged it before reappearing behind as he shot a fireball from his hand at her, but held her hand out and made Abomination slime fly out and shield her. It went back into the bottle and then she held her amulet and made giant purple arms of energy come out of it and reach for Belos. He held his scepter up and released a small red shockwave that destroyed the two hands, but then Luz swung her staff up and made a fist of rock rise out of the ground and hit Belos. Luz smiled proudly until he got up and summoned two worm monsters that rose out of the ground and roared as they attacked her. She cried in fear before sending a purple wave of magic from her staff that destroyed both monsters, then she saw Belos standing in front of her. His left arm turned green as he stretched it out and punched Luz, sending her tumbling across the ground before she got on her knees and looked at him.

He glared down at her and spitefully said, "You're living in a fantasy world. Your delusions of magic have led you to become as evil as these monsters!"

Luz glared at him as she angrily said, "You're the delusional one! You can't see what you're really doing and you act like you're some kind of hero!"

Belos then glanced and saw some weakened Titan Trappers and Titan Protectors and waved his hand while it glowed red. He telekinetically lifted some spears into the air and then hurled them at Luz, but she held her hand out as it glowed red and she stopped them and made them fall to the ground. She glared at Belos before pulling her staff back with Stringbean glowing with purple magic while she Luz screamed in fury. Meanwhile the Eradication Spell was getting worse as all the witches and demons were getting weaker with their bodies still black with smoke and ash coming from them. At the top of the tower, King watched Camila and Hunter fight Zul while he and all the others were getting weaker. Eda groaned in pain while everyone else were on their knees as they all cringed while Willow, Gus, Amity, and Vee opened their eyes to watch the fight. Camila yelled in fury as she swung her bat at Zul, but she blocked it with her staff and then knocked the bat out of Camila's hands and cornered her on the edge of the tower.

She pointed her staff straight out toward Camila's face with an evil grin as she said, "Lo siento mama. Es el final del camino."

Camila was scared until Hunter teleported next to Zul and swung his staff at her with Waffle glowing yellow and knocked her away. She slid back across the tower before she got up and glared at both Camila and Hunter and prepared to attack again.

Camila looked at everyone getting worse as she worried, then Hunter looked at her and said, "I'll keep Zul distracted, you get King!"

She nodded and made a dash for King while Hunter teleported in front of Zul and swung his staff at her, only for her to duck and roll to the side. Both their staffs glowed as they tried to overpower each other with their respective magics but neither gained the upper hand. Camila made it to the pedestal King was strapped to and reached for him when suddenly a red dome-shaped force-field appeared over him. She placed her hands on it but could not breach it, prompting her to turn and look at Zul, who had her staff pointed at it while it glowed red.

Zul smiled sinisterly as she gloated, "Sorry, King needs his sleep."

She then went back to fighting Hunter as she made a sharp spike of rock rise and try to stab him, but he narrowly dodged it.

While they kept fighting Camila looked at King through the force-field as he weakly said, "Camila, I don't like where this is going."

She forced herself to smile as she desperately said, "Don't worry King. We'll get you out of there and stop this. Everything will be okay."

She turned around and watched Hunter fight Zul; on the ground among the weakening armies Luz and Belos kept fighting. Luz reached into her bag and pulled out a couple of seeds and threw them to the ground before her eyes glowed green. She made the seeds sprout carnivorous plants that attacked Belos as they tried to bite him but he turned his left arm into a blade and cut two of them to pieces. The last carnivorous plant successfully ate Belos, but it exploded as Belos used his scepter to release a magical shockwave of red energy. He then held his hand out and launched a fireball at Luz but she dodged it and then threw potion to Belos' feet. It released a yellow cloud and Belos covered his mouth as he recognized sleeping nettles, then he teleported away from the cloud and reappeared behind Luz. He stretched his arm out and tried to punch her, but her eyes glowed brown as she raised her hand and made a wall of rock protect her. He punched it and his hand splattered into green goo before he retracted it and returned it to its usual shape. Luz then took flight on her staff and headed straight for Belos as he prepared to counter her attack, but she tricked him. She suddenly stopped in the air and swung her hand as she made a fist of Abomination goo fly and punch Belos in the face.

It returned into her bottle as Belos showed a twisted smile and said, "Clever girl."

He raised his fist and made fleshy hands come out of the ground and reach for Luz, but she slammed the bottom of her staff on the ground. She sent out a ripple of her purple magic in every direction and destroyed all of the fleshy hands as they turned to mush. She waved her left hand through the air and made a slab of land rise out of the ground and try to stab Belos, but he destroyed it with a blast from his scepter. Luz's hand glowed red as she telekinetically lifted a chunk of rock that Belos just destroyed and threw it at his head, hitting him. He let out a small cry of pain before glaring at her while he held both his arms out and then a vast amount of water came flowing toward Luz like a flood. She cried in fear before swinging her staff down, cutting the wave in half as the water parted to the sides and flowed away. She glared at Belos and then held her staff and swung it while her hands glowed red and she used her and Stringbean's power to create a tornado that moved straight toward Belos. He was startled as the tornado sucked him up and spun him around before throwing him at a huge stone, then the tornado dissipated as Luz smugly walked to Belos. He then teleported away and reappeared along with a couple dozen illusions of himself as they all smiled at Luz.

She looked somewhat frightened as she glanced around at them and said, "Oh Titan! I know these are just illusions but this is like something from a nightmare!"

All of the illusions smiled evilly at Luz as one of them said, "I have to admit Luz, I'm impressed. The Collector taught you well."

Another Belos illusion smiled as he pointed at Luz and said, "You remind me of myself when I first started learning magic."

Another one of the illusions smiled wickedly as he said, "First you started combining glyphs and then you had the Collector teach you magic. You're becoming more like me with every day."

Luz was personally insulted as she hatefully said, "I'm nothing like you!"

She was suddenly hit by the real Belos before he vanished in the crowd of illusions and she got back up and looked for him.

One of the illusions frowned with disappointment as he said, "A shame, if you were more like me you'd have a better future."

Another fake Belos smiled as he looked up in thought and said, "But I suppose that means Zul will make an excellent witch hunter and successor."

Another illusion smiled coyly as he taunted, "She is a huge improvement over her donor."

Luz was furious but managed to keep a level head as she took the magic amplifier off her ear and looked through it. She saw the real Belos while all the illusions were invisible through the lens, then Luz held her staff out and fired a ray of purple magic. She hit the real Belos and knocked him down before waving her hand while her eyes glowed blue and she made the illusions vanish.

She smiled gratefully as she said, "Thank you Gus!"

Belos then teleported in front of Luz and scowled at her as he said, "It doesn't matter, you can't defeat me. Even if you strike me down I shall rise more powerful than before."

Luz looked up at the tower with a worried expression while she clinched her staff, then Belos changed his left arm into a green scythe blade. He prepared to swing it until he was hit by a web and knocked down, Luz was startled when the Bat Queen flew down and landed in front of her.

She showed a serious expression as she proclaimed, "I will face Belos! You must stop the Eradication Spell!"

Luz glanced at the tower before looking at the Bat Queen as she reluctantly asked, "Are you sure?"

The Bat Queen was dead serious as she said, "I have wanted to do this for centuries, it is time he pay for misdeeds!"

Luz nodded before sitting on her staff and flying toward the tower while the Bat Queen turned to Belos, who had cut himself free from the webs.

He leered at her as he said, "Ah Bat Queen. So good to see you again."

She glared at him as she said, "Philip Wittebane, I will avenge all of the Palismen you have consumed for your appetite."

He had a twisted smile as he said, "I'm flattered that you remember me, and I will enjoy draining your magic for myself."

He then shot a blast of red magic at her from his scepter, but she dodged it as she flapped up and then flew at him and grabbed his staff in her feet. She pinned him down to the ground as she prepared to attack him, but he teleported out of her grip and appeared behind her. He shot a red blast of magic at her and successfully hit her, knocking her down on her face, but she got up and shrieked before flying at him again. He stretched his left arm out and swung it at her, knocking her to the ground before she stood on her feet and turned to him.

He smiled mockingly as he said, "As much as I would enjoy a duel with you, I have a spell to complete."

She glared at him with disdain as she said, "You will have to defeat me first!"

Her eyes glowed yellow as she spread her wings and made a ring of fire on the ground around herself and Belos.

He smiled confidently as he looked at the fire and said, "Ah, so I must pas your trial first, very well. I accept your challenge."

He held his scepter out and fired a red magical blast at her, but she dodged it and raised her left foot and closed her toes with her foot glowing yellow. Web bindings rose out of the ground and trapped Belos before she spewed magical slime at him, but he formed a shield of earth in front of him and blocked it. She then took flight and prepared to attack while he smiled evilly and summoned a worm monster around himself as it roared and attacked her. She breathed fire and destroyed the monster and then noticed Belos missing as she landed and glanced around. He teleported behind her and smiled evilly as he prepared to attack, but she turned around and flapped her wings. She created a powerful gust of wind that blew Belos away as he went flying toward the fire but he telekinetically stopped in midair with a red aura around himself. He landed on his feet and showed an annoyed expression as swung his staff and sent out a wave of red magic while the Bat Queen fired yellow lasers from her eyes. Meanwhile at the top of the tower, Hunter was still fighting Zul while Odalia watched near the force-field surrounding King.

Willow watched with a weak expression but smiled with hope as she said, "You can do it Hunter!"

He smiled at her with a small blush before turning his attention back to Zul as she jumped at him while yelling in fury.

Their staffs clashed together as they struggled and Zul sadistically said, "When the spell's done, maybe I'll zap you to dust and throw you into the boiling sea!"

She pushed Hunter and made him slide backwards on his feet before he angrily said, "You're a weapon for Belos to hurt people with!"

She leered at him as she said, "Like you were."

Hunter held his staff and swung it while saying, "Maybe, but I'm not that anymore! I'm a Clawthorne!"

Lilith was shocked as she watched him with wide eyes and then showed a tender smile as she shed a tear of joy. Hunter sent out a yellow wave of magic at Zul but she swung her staff down with the end glowing red and cut it in half. Hunter waved his staff and made a stone fist rise out of the tower and hit Zul but she recovered as she flew on her staff toward him before swinging her staff and knocking Hunter's out of his hands. He tried to grab it but Zul waved her hand and made another fist of stone rise out of the tower and knock Hunter over. Waffle changed to her natural form and flew to Hunter but Zul held her staff out with it glowing red as she magically created a birdcage that imprisoned Waffle.

She smiled evilly as she said, "Sorry rascal."

She turned to Hunter as he lied on his back and she held the end of her staff over him with it glowing red as she prepared to finish him.

Zul kept smiling evilly as she gloated, "Guess dad was right, you didn't last longer than the others."

Suddenly she heard Luz yell, "He'll last longer than you!"

She was hit by a purple magical blast and tumbled away from Hunter before getting up and seeing Luz land in front of him as she held her staff in a fighting stance.

She then taunted Zul as she said, "Bring it on doubleganger!"

Zul was unamused as she wagged her finger and telekinetically threw a pebble at Luz, only to make her disappear as it was just an illusion. She immediately turned around and held her staff up when Luz came behind her and she blocked her attack when Luz swung her staff at her.

Their staffs locked together as they angrily stared each other in the face as Zul said, "Magic or not, I know how you think! You can't beat me!"

Luz kept struggling as she said, "I beat you earlier!"

Zul kicked her and forced her back as she held her staff and said, "I was just playing possum! Dad and I were just stalling you long enough for the moon to come up! Now it's time to prove who's the best! Out with the old and in with the new! Now eat this sucka!"

She moved her staff with the end glowing red as she constructed a huge fist made of stone, then she telekinetically lifted it and turned it before hurling it at Luz.

Luz dodged it and made a pink ring of light with her staff while yelling, "You think you're better than me but you're just a lapdog for a tyrant!"

She made the Abomination slime fly out of her bottle and form a wave that came at Zul but she waved her staff and shot three red rays of magic.

While she shot the rays she angrily yelled, "I AM better than you!"

She blasted holes in the wave and then the Abomination slime went back into Luz's bottle as she said, "Then why do I have a cooler staff?"

She smiled slyly as Stringbean changed to her natural form and then sprouted bug wings and legs and took the basic shape of a bee. She flew at Zul's face and repeatedly tried to sting her while Zul cried in distress and frustration and dodged Stringbean.

She tried to hit her with her staff while she said, "Hold still you crazy little worm!"

While she was distracted Luz smiled as she swiped her hand sideways through the air and made a sharp slab of rock rise out of the tower's roof.

The slab hit Zul's staff and knocked it out of her hands as it went flying away as Zul yelled, "No!"

She reached out for it as she watched it go out of sight and then glared at Luz, who smiled smugly while Stringbean flew back to her and changed to her staff form again.

Zul created red fireballs in her hands as she prepared to fight and said, "I don't need a staff to beat you!"

She yelled in fury as she threw the magical fireballs at Luz, but she smiled happily as she dodged them and then waved her staff around. She made three Hooty-like structures rise out of the tower's roof and wrap around Zul to restrain her as she grunted in frustration.

She then hatefully glared at Luz when she walked up to her and said, "Sorry Zul, but you're just a cheap knockoff."

Hunter had Waffle on his shoulder as he joined Camila by King under the force-field and yelled, "Luz! We can't break through the force-field!"

Luz seriously held her staff out as she yelled, "Stand back!"

They stepped away from the force-field while Luz fired a big purple blast of magic from her staff and breached the force-field.

She hurried over to the pedestal with her mom and Hunter and then they reached for King as she said, "It's okay King! We're here!"

They all ripped off the roots restraining King's arms and legs and then Luz picked King up and lifted him off the pedestal. She turned around and gently placed him on the floor of the tower's roof but King still looked weak as he opened his eyes and looked up at Luz who got on her knees beside him. She kept looking down at him while Camila glanced around at the others and noticed nothing had changed as they were still black with smoke and ash coming from them.

She looked at Hunter and Luz as she frantically said, "It's not working!"

Luz was very worried as she asked, "King, what's going on?!"

King was getting weaker as he looked up at her and said, "I don't know. It's like the spell is draining the life out of me."

They were all startled as they heard Belos say, "That's the idea."

They all looked at the other end of the tower where Belos stood with an evil smile as he used his scepter to destroy the Hooty-like structures restraining Zul. He also telekinetically lifted up the Bat Queen and dropped her next to him, as her body was wrapped up in red magical ropes of light, preventing her from moving.

He smiled smugly as he glanced at the Bat Queen and said, "She put up an impressive fight, but I've faced many monsters in my time."

Luz stood up and pointed her staff at Belos as she angrily demanded, "Belos stop the spell right now!"

He smiled coyly as he replied, "I couldn't even if I wanted to. Once the Eradication Spell is activated it can't be stopped. It will drain King of all his power and use it to destroy all life in the demon realm."

On her space, Odalia looked with a weak expression as she despairingly said, "Why Belos? We had a deal."

Luz glared at Belos with hatred as she said, "Don't act so surprised Odalia! Belos lies to everyone! It's all that he's good at!"

Belos grinned evilly at her as he shamelessly said, "I merely tell others what they want to hear."

Luz kept glaring at him as she held her staff at her side and said, "That's lying! All you do is lie and cheat people! Just like Caleb! You broke your promise to him that you wouldn't tell the townsfolk about Evelyn and tried to get her killed! It's your fault he left the human realm forever!"

Belos was shocked and angered as he glared at her and said, "Evelyn twisted his perception and turned him against me! I sought to save her from that siren but he ran off with her and spawned an unholy offspring and abandoned me!"

Luz kept glaring at him as she hatefully said, "You lie to everyone, including yourself! Caleb didn't abandon you! He wanted to go with Evelyn but he didn't want to leave you! You ruined your relationship with him! You couldn't handle the fact that he found someone special and wanted a different life, and you took everything away from him!"

Belos' eyes glowed blue as he held his scepter out and shot a red ray of magic at them but Luz swung her staff and deflected it.

She held her staff in a fighting stance as she proclaimed, "The reason you lie to yourself is because you can't handle the truth! The truth hurts and you won't take it!"

Belos angrily prepared to shoot another ray at her but she swung her staff through the air and send a purple magical wave at him. She successfully knocked his scepter out of his hand before he could fire and knocked it across the tower while Zul gasped in shock.

Belos became vexed as he glared at Luz and said, "Alright, we'll do this the old-fashioned way."

His hand glowed red as he waved his finger and telekinetically took Luz's staff out of her hands and sent it flying back toward Hunter and Camila. Stringbean changed to her natural form and floated as she prepared to help Luz but Belos had teleported in front of her before she could do so. He tried to throw a red fireball at Luz, but she held her amulet and used Oracle Magic to form a force-field around herself. She blocked the fireball then dropped the shield, then she pulled out the cittern and strummed it, sending out a sonic wave. Belos shielded his face with his arms and slid back before glaring at Luz with his eyes glowing blue, then he turned green and sprouted horns as he changed to his monstrous form. He grabbed Luz's waist in his hands and slammed her down on the floor as he roared viciously while she grunted and dropped the cittern.

He stared her in the face as he angrily said, "Witches don't deserve to live!"

She held her right hand in front of his face and shot a small fireball at him as she argued, "They deserve to choose themselves!"

Belos then angrily threw her across the roof of the tower as he said, "Then you will die with them!"

She got back on her feet and glared at him while reaching into her bag and pulling out a magical glowing sword.

Belos snarled before turning his left arm into a scythe blade as he said, "Join them in oblivion!"

She ran at him and swung the sword at him but he knocked it out of her hands and off the tower with his scythe hand and then roared as he prepared to impale her with it. Suddenly Belos was hit behind by a powerful blast of purple magic; he roared in pain as his body was disintegrated.

Zul was horrified as she yelled, "Dad!"

The magic was gone and Luz looked to see Camila holding her staff, revealing she shot the blast as she said, "Stay away from my daughter!"

Luz was thrilled as she happily cheered, "Yeah mom!"

Belos' ghost appeared before her as he glared at Camila and said, "You destroyed my body, but you can't kill a ghost."

He then telekinetically knocked her down and then Luz glared at Belos as she held her amulet and said, "Since you're a ghost you're vulnerable to Oracle Magic."

She was punched by Zul, who had Belos, scepter in her hand as she forced Luz away and shouted, "Not if he has a body! Dad, use me!"

She held her hands straight out to her side as everyone simultaneously exclaimed, "What?!"

Zul did not hesitate as she looked at Belos' spirit with her arms straight out to her sides as she said, "Possess me and use my body to destroy them!"

Belos was impressed as he smiled and proudly said, "You truly my greatest creation. Thank you for your commitment."

His spirit then flew inside Zul's body as Luz was shocked and said, "Zul, you're crazy!"

Zul turned around to face her with her eyes glowing blue as she leered at Luz while holding the scepter in her right hand.

Belos and Zul's voices were both heard as Belos spoke through her, looking at her hands as he said, "This will do nicely. Thank you again Zul. You make an old man proud."

Luz glared at Belos in Zul's body as she said, "You will trick or possess anyone to get what you want!"

Belos smiled proudly at Luz as he aimed his scepter at her while saying, "I have no need to deceive or betray Zul. Her devotion will be rewarded. After all I am her father. And now we will fight together as one, as both father and daughter."

Belos then fired a ray of red magic from his scepter Luz, Hunter, Camila, and King as they stared in fear while Luz waved her staff. She created a purple blast of magic that blocked the red blast, they both collided and caused a huge explosion.

Luz then glared at Belos in Zul's body and said, "Okay, two for one special. Both my arch enemies together in one body. Like Eda taught me, time to double or nothing!"

She slammed the bottom of her staff down on the rooftop of the tower and caused a stone to rise up and launch Belos and Zul into the air. Belos recovered and floated in the air with a smug grin on Zul's face before he threw his hand out and launched a red blast of energy down toward Luz. Luz immediately took flight on her staff before flying toward Belos and Zul as she glared daggers with a fearless expression. Belos smiled evilly as he sat on his scepter in the air and then waved his hand as it glowed red and he telekinetically threw Belos off her staff and sent her falling. She screamed in terror while Stringbean changed to her natural form and flew down to save her but Luz was falling too fast as she approached the ground. When she came close to the ground she moved her hand and made the Abomination slime fly out of her bottle and form a cushion that caught her safely. She smiled as she got off of it and made the Abomination goo fly back into the bottle when Stringbean flew to her and nuzzled her happily.

Belos then landed in front of them as he smiled evilly and said, "Clever, but it won't save you."

Stringbean changed back to her staff form and Luz yelled in fury as she swung her through the air and attacked Belos and Zul.

Camila and Hunter watched from the top of the tower before Camila looked at Hunter and said, "We have to do something!"

Hunter looked down and noticed the Owl House where Hooty was getting weaker as he lied on the ground.

He then theorized, "Maybe the Collector can help."

He got on his staff and flew down to the Owl House while Camila watched before hurrying back over to King as she picked him up. Meanwhile Luz kept fighting Belos in Zul's body as he fired a red blast of magic from his scepter at her. Luz dodged it and then made a purple ring of light with her staff, which then started shooting several magical beams of energy at Belos. Belos dodged them all before teleporting behind Luz and making a huge rock rise out of the ground and hit her in the back. Luz fell down before getting back up and moving her hand up as she made plant roots rise out of the ground and attack Belos and Zul. Belos did not flinch as e shot beams in every direction from his scepter and destroyed all of the plant roots. Belos then held out Zul's left hand and shot a blast of red fire from it, but Luz dodged it then her eyes glowed yellow as she waved her staff around and made some potions fly out of her bag. She swung her staff and made the potions fly straight toward Belos and Zul and they exploded near Zul's body before Belos created a red force-field. Luz then waved her hand as it glowed red and she telekinetically lifted Zul's body in the air as a red aura surrounded it.

She desperately looked up at them as she said, "Come on Zul! I know you're in there! Don't let him use you! You want to prove you're better than me? Then stand up to Belos and fight him!"

Belos moved Zul's arms out to free himself from the red aura then he landed on the ground, but then Zul's eyes stopped glowing blue and returned to their normal magenta color.

She smiled sadistically as she said, "Why would I betray dad? I've got nothing to prove. He needed a new body so I chose myself."

She then waved the scepter and made some fleshy hands come out of the ground and grab Luz's arms and legs and hold her in place as they forced her on her knees.

Zul then walked to her and evilly said, "Besides I like this. I'm more powerful than I was before, and with dad's help I'm a much better witch than you ever were."

Luz glared at Zul with hatred as she said, "I don't know why I keep trying to help you! You and Belos deserve each other! You're two total psychos!"

Zul smiled evilly as she pointed the scepter at Luz and said, "Well, us psychos have to stick together."

She fired a red blast of magic, but Luz slammed her hands on the ground and made a wall of roots rise from the ground in front of her. The roots shielded her and she used the Abomination goo to form a sword that cut the fleshy hands holding her down, then she flew on her staff and circled around Zul. She showed an annoyed expression as she moved the scepter and her other hand and made another worm monster rise out of the ground and attack Luz. Luz threw a single potion into the monster's mouth and made the entire thing explode before she landed and swung her staff. She sent a purple wave of magic at Zul but Belos took control of her body again as her eyes glowed blue and he swung his staff down and cut the wave in half. Meanwhile, Hunter brought the Collector up to the top of the tower as Camila walked to him while holding King in her arms.

She looked down at the Collector with concern as she desperately said, "Collector, can you help us?"

King was still weak as he looked at him and asked, "Yeah, can you do anything to stop the Eradication Spell?"

The Collector lied down on the rooftop as he looked up at them and sadly said, "No. The spell uses Titan magic. Only a Titan can stop it."

Hunter then pointed at King as he said, "King, you have to stop the spell."

King was weak and worried as he said, "I want to but I don't know how to."

They all looked at Eda as she urgently said, "You have to try King! You're not just a Titan, you're a Clawthorne! And Clawthornes never give up!"

Camila gently set King down on the rooftop and he managed to urge himself on his feet as he said, "I'll try."

He then climbed back onto the pedestal and tried to stop the Eradication Spell as he closed his eyes and tried to use his power.

Nothing happened and King showed regret as he said, "Sorry guys, I can't do it."

Camila did not lose faith as she said, "Yes you can King. You just need to try a little harder."

King sat back up and shut his eyes as he tried to use his power again while Hunter and Camila watched him before nervously looking around at all the witches getting weaker. All of their bodies were still black and smoking as bubbles of ash came from them while they all lied down in pain. Meanwhile Luz kept fighting Belos in Zul's body as he knocked her to the ground and she got up with scratches all over her body. She then held her arms up and made a blue ring of light appear around her and descend around her, she healed herself and her scratches then vanished. She then stood in a fighting stance as Belos held Zul's hands out and made two worm monsters rise out of the ground and attack Luz. She did not move as she shut her eyes and then opened them with them glowing orange as she held her hands out. The worm monsters suddenly stopped and stayed in place before they turned around to attack Belos while roaring ferociously. Belos was startled but then shot out red rays of magic that destroyed both worm monsters before lowering his scepter.

He had an impressed smile as he looked at Luz and said, "Well played Luz. Using Beast Keeping to turn my monsters against me, quite clever."

Luz smiled proudly as she swung her staff toward him and said, "It's easy when you show them a little kindness!"

She sent a wave of purple magic toward Belos but he swung his scepter and sent out a wave of red magic that destroyed it. He then moved Zul's arms and made fleshy arms come out of the ground and reach for Luz but flew on her staff and got away from them. She flew just above the ground when Belos moved Zul's left arm up and raised up a wall of rock and Luz stopped and landed just before she could crash into it. She shot a blast of magic that destroyed the wall but she noticed Belos was gone and he teleported behind her an swung his scepter at her with the end glowing red. He knocked her down and sent her tumbling across the ground as she lied on her back and watched Belos walk to her.

He stood over her with a bored expression as he said, "A valiant effort Luz, but it's time we end this."

He moved Zul's left arm and made fleshy hands rise out of the ground and grab Luz's arms and legs to prevent her from getting up.

He smiled evilly as he aimed his scepter down at Luz as both he and Zul said, "Goodbye Luz."

She smiled slyly as she said, "Bye."

She then moved her hand and made a spike of rock rise out of the ground and knock the scepter out of Zul's hand and sent it flying through the air. Luz then managed to break free from the fleshy hands' grips and got on her feet as she moved her hand with a green ring of light in front of it. Luz then held her amulet while her eyes glowed blue and she used Oracle and Illusion magic to make four energy duplicates of herself. Her energy duplicates attacked Belos and Zul as they punched Zul in the face repeatedly and made the two villains stumble around. Her eyes glowed blue as Belos took control and threw Zul's arms out, sending out a ripple of red magic that destroyed the fake Luzes. Belos glared at Luz as she smiled slyly as she pulled out the cittern and played Raine's rhapsody which took control of Zul's feet and made her dance uncontrollably. Luz then held her left hand out and made thorned roots rise out of the ground and lasso Zul's wrists and ankles before lifting her body into the air and spreading her arms and legs out. She and Belos grunted as they struggled to break free but they were both trapped; Luz put the cittern in the bag and showed a serious expression as she pulled out an orange potion.

She glared at Belos and Zul as she said, "Time to show what a human witch can do!"

She waved her staff and made the Abomination slime fly out of her bottle and form four small Abominations. Then her eyes glowed brown as she waved her staff and made rocks construct small armor for her Abominations, then she threw the orange potion at them. The potion caused the Abominations to mutate and merge with the rock armor and become sentient.

They all simultaneously said, "Luz!"

Belos and Zul were shocked and then Luz's eyes glowed blue as she used Healing Magic to make her sentient rocky Abominations stronger. They grew even bigger and bulkier with sharp rocks for teeth as well as hands and feet made out of rock, and they also had rocks on their shoulders, knees, and chests.

Theirs and Luz's eyes glowed orange before she pointed her staff at Belos and Zul and said, "Take them down!"

They all simultaneously said, "Yes Luz!"

Belos and Zul were both shocked as the roots started sinking into the ground, carrying them both lower and then the rocky mutated Abominations jumped on them. They started smothering Zul's body as they dragged her and Belos down into the ground as the roots kept sinking and they sank along with them. They sank completely into the ground until they were completely buried and Luz stared at where they sank as she realized she had just killed Zul, and she showed no pleasure in it. Belos spirit then phased out of the ground and floated in front of Luz as he glared at her and she glared back at him.

She kept glaring as she hatefully said, "Guess Zul put her faith in the wrong person."

Belos kept glaring as he said, "I wouldn't be so certain."

Suddenly Zul's spirit rose out of the ground and floated in front of Belos as she glared at Luz with hatred, she was now a ghost like Belos.

Luz was surprised but then glared at Zul as she said, "Guess you're not ready to give up the ghost."

Zul pointed at her before pulling her arms back as she furiously said, "Joke all you want! You destroyed my body! You owe me a new one!"

She then flew Luz as she prepared to possess her body, but Luz did not move as she used Oracle Magic to make a force-field around herself. Zul could not phase through it and then Luz held the amulet while her eyes glowed purple and then a purple mist appeared.

Zul stared at her as she curiously asked, "Dad, what's she doing?"

Belos was uncertain as he said, "It appears she's summoning spirits to her aid."

Luz smiled proudly while her eyes kept glowing purple as she said, "A cool trick that Eda and Lilith told me about."

Her force-field was dropped and the mist cleared before dozens of spirits appeared at her side as they glowed purple. Belos was alarmed as he noticed they were all his previous Grimwalkers, the previous Golden Guards that all stared at him and Zul.

Zul was surprised as she said, "Dad, are these…?"

Belos was somewhat alarmed as he said, "Yes, my previous failed attempts."

One spirit appeared in front of Luz as he looked at Belos and said, "Hello Philip."

He was shocked as he said, "Caleb?!"

Caleb expressed extreme disappointment as he said, "What have you become brother?"

Belos glared at him as he became infuriated and said, "I am what you made me!"

Just then, Evelyn's spirit appeared next to Caleb as she glared at Belos and said, "No! You did it to yourself Phil!"

Belos became even angrier as he exclaimed, "Evelyn?!"

She and Caleb held hands as she said, "That's right, we're bound together by love for eternity and we'll stay together whether you like it or not."

Belos' spirit then changed into his monster form as he tried to attack him but they both started fighting him and beating him while the spirits of all the other Golden Guards started swarming him. Zul watched in shock before glaring at Luz as she flew to attack her but she was stopped when another spirit appeared in front of Luz. It was the spirit of Luz's dead father Manny as he protected her while Zul stared at him in shock as her jaw dropped.

Luz smiled proudly as she said, "I thought it was time for a family reunion."

Manny glared threateningly at Zul and said, "Stay away from my daughter!"

Zul then smiled and tried to look innocent as she said, "But I am your daughter."

Manny was not fooled at all as he said, "No you're not Zul! You may have been created from her but you are NOT my daughter!"

Zul became frightened as Manny flew at her and grabbed her while Luz watched with a warm smile as all the spirits apprehended Belos and Zul. The Golden Guard spirits held Belos and Zul in place while Caleb and Evelyn floated in front of them and stared at Belos.

Belos glared at Caleb as he angrily said, "No matter how hard I try to fix you, you always betray me!"

Caleb expressed further disappointment as he said, "I did not betray you brother, you betrayed yourself."

Belos desperately struggled but could not break free from the other Golden Guards, and neither could Zul.

Caleb frowned with a heavy heart as he said, "I'm sorry, but you leave me no choice brother."

He, Evelyn, and all the other spirits used their power and made a bright purple light that made Luz shield her eyes. It faded and she opened to see that they had imprisoned Belos and Zul's spirits inside a crystal ball, their faces could be seen side by side as they looked out and desperately tried to get out. They both started yelling angrily while Caleb smiled and handed the crystal ball to Luz, who held it in her left hand.

Caleb moved aside while Manny floated up and smiled down at Luz and said, "Well done young witch."

Luz smiled emotionally at him as he said, "Thanks dad."

They all looked at the crystal ball as Belos smiled wickedly and said, "It doesn't matter! The Eradication Spell is almost complete and you can't stop it!"

Luz looked up at the tower before sitting on her staff as she looked at all the spirits and said, "Come on."

She then flew up toward the tower while all the spirits followed her and at the top King kept trying to stop the Eradication Spell but couldn't. The Collector sat by them as he got weaker and looked at them out of his eyes while King sighed in sadness.

King looked up at Hunter and Camila in despair and said, "I'm sorry, I can't stop it."

Hunter began to panic as he said, "There has to be something we can do!"

They were startled when they heard Evelyn say, "Need a hand."

They all looked and were amazed when Luz landed on the other side of the tower with all the other spirits behind her. Everyone on the tower stared at them in amazement as Luz walked over to them with the spirits around her floating.

Manny smiled lovingly at Camila as he said, "Hi Camila."

Camila was speechless as she shed a few tears as she stared at the spirit of her deceased husband while he and Luz smiled at her. Hunter was startled by the spirits of all the previous Golden Guards but then stared at Caleb, who smiled back at him.

He showed a friendly expression as he said, "Hello Hunter."

Hunter was shocked as he said, "You know my name?"

Evelyn joined Caleb as she smiled and said, "Sure boy, we know about all our relatives."

Flapjack's spirit suddenly came and landed on Caleb's shoulder as he smiled and chirped at Hunter, who was amazed. Waffle then changed to her natural form and landed on Hunter's shoulder as she happily chirped back at them.

Luz walked over to them and showed the crystal ball containing Belos and Zul's spirits while she said, "Okay, we took care of Zul and Belos, now what?"

Camila looked nervous as she said, "We don't know! The Collector says King is the only one who can stop it but he doesn't know how."

The Collector then pointed at the Bat Queen as he suggested, "Maybe she can help."

The others were surprised as they looked at her while Luz asked, "The Bat Queen?"

The Collector was getting weaker as he replied, "Yeah, she's got a little bit of Titan magic."

The others were shocked, including the Bat Queen as she joined them and Hunter said, "What?!"

Luz was amazed as she asked, "She does?!"

The Collector nodded as he explained, "Yeah, she was a Titan's Palisman. King's dad made her. She helped him trap me in the Space In Between."

The Bat Queen gasped in shock as she stared into space as she had a flashback and said, "I remember now. The Titan was my owner. He made me to help fight the Archivists and protect his egg. When he died is when I was broken, I hit my head and could not remember."

They were amazed while King urged himself on his feet and asked, "If you were my dad's Palisman, does that make you mine?"

The Bat Queen looked down at him before smiling honestly as she said, "No, but I will help you stop the Eradication Spell."

They looked at the crystal ball in Luz's hand as Belos smiled evilly and said, "Even with the Bat Queen's power, you won't reverse the spell. King is still just a baby and it would take the power of a fully grown Titan to stop the spell."

Luz then showed a serious expression as she handed Hunter the crystal ball while saying, "Hold this, it's time for the big guns."

She then shut her eyes as she held her amulet in one hand while holding her staff over her head, then her eyes glowed purple as she used her power to perform Oracle Magic. She fired a purple light from her staff into the sky and then clouds started swirling and everyone watched in awe as a bright light descended from the heavens.

The spirit of the Titan had flown down and roared as he floated in the air and said, "Hello again Luz."

Everyone stared at the Titan's spirit in shock as orange and yellow lights shined from him down on them, even Belos and Zul were speechless.

Luz smiled respectfully as she said, "Hey papa Titan, can you help us?"

He spoke kindly as he said, "I'd be happy to."

He then looked down at King, who stared up at him and said, "Dad?"

His father spoke kindly as he floated and said, "Hello King, I'm here to save all of your friends and family, but I need your help to do it. Will you help me?"

King did not hesitate as he nodded and everyone was touched, including Eda as she smiled and watched everything. The Titan's spirit then flew into King's body and possessed him as King's eyes glowed bright yellow and then he jumped onto the pedestal.

He held his paw out toward the Bat Queen as his voice came out of King and he said, "Bat Queen, I could use your help too, for old time's sake."

The Bat Queen smiled as she walked over and the Titan in King's body climbed on top of her head before she flew high into the air. The Bat Queen then changed to a staff form of her own, which was taller than the entire tower as she folded her wings around her body. The bottom of the staff dug into the ground and planted itself firmly in it while everyone on the rooftop looked up at the Bat Queen. The people on the ground also watched in awe, despite the Eradication Spell still weakening all of them by the minute. At the top of the giant staff the Titan in King's body was still on the Bat Queen's head as he stood on all fours and felt the magic in her.

His and her eyes glowed bright yellow as he said, "For all of magic everywhere!"

The entire staff glowed with bright yellow magic and so did King's body as the Titan combined his power with the Bat Queen's.

The Titan then turned King's head up and used the power as he yelled, "Weh!"

He opened King's mouth and sent out a powerful wave of yellow magic from the Bat Queen that spread across the globe. Everyone suddenly stopped hurting as they were no longer black or smoking as they started to heal and got on their feet.

On top of the tower, Eda got up and happily said, "It worked!"

The Eradication Spell had stopped and all of the witches and demons had been spared as they all got on their feet and started cheering. Amity ran over to Luz and hugged her while Willow hurried to Hunter and kissed him before hugging him tenderly. Del made his way onto the tower as he happily embraced Gwendolyn, Lilith, and Eda as they smiled lovingly. Eda then happily hugged and kissed Raine as they smiled at each other before looking up at the giant staff. The Bat Queen changed back to her natural form and flew down onto the tower and landed gently before the Titan hopped down from her head.

His spirit then left King's body as he said, "It is done."

The Titan's spirit then changed to the form he was in when Luz first met him in the Space in Between while the Collector joined King.

He spoke politely as he faced the Bat Queen before looking at the Collector as he said, "Thanks BQ. Brings back memories. Hey Collector. Sorry about dragging you down with me. We all make mistakes."

The Collector smiled as he agreed, "Yeah."

King kept staring up at him as he said, "Thanks dad, so does this mean?"

The Titan showed a bit of regret before getting a happy look in his eye as he said, "Yes King, I have to go now. But don't worry, I'll always be with you, and I see that you're in good hands."

King got a happy look in his eyes as he said, "I loaf you."

The Titan chuckled in joy before looking at the RATs on the rooftop as he said, "Goodbye everyone. I thank all of you for everything you've done for my child and all of the demon realm."

He then roared before changing into his true form and flew off into the sky as everyone watched in amazement.

Caleb's spirit then looked at all the other ghosts as he said, "It's time for us to go too everyone."

They all nodded and then the spirits of the previous Golden Guards all disappeared simultaneously while Caleb and Evelyn stayed and smiled at Hunter.

Caleb then looked at Belos in the crystal ball as he solemnly said, "Goodbye brother. I hope you are one day able to let go of your hatred and find peace."

Belos only scowled at Caleb while Zul moved next to him and disrespectfully stuck her tongue out at him childishly. Caleb and Evelyn waved at Hunter and the Clawthornes while Manny went to Luz and placed his hand on her shoulder.

He smiled proudly and lovingly as he said, "Way to go Luz. I'm really proud of you."

She smiled as she shed a tear of joy and said, "Thanks dad."

They were joined by Camila as Manny smiled at her and said, "You did good Camila. You turned Luz into a brave strong girl."

Camila smiled proudly at Luz before glancing at Eda as she said, "Si, but I can't take all the credit. She did have some others help her."

Eda showed a modest grin as she shrugged her shoulders before Manny flew away from Luz and joined Caleb and Evelyn. The three ghosts then joined together before disappearing in a purple cloud of fog right before everyone's eyes.

Eda smiled proudly at Luz as she said, "Kid, you did it!"

Luz smiled at everyone around them as she modestly said, "We did it Eda. All of us."

Everyone happily started cheering, meanwhile Odalia, Terra, Vitimir, and Graye had snuck down to the bottom of the tower and were trying to sneak off. They stopped when their path was blocked by Darius, Eberwolf, Mason, Hettie, and Osran; they all used their respective magics to capture the four criminals.

Everyone looked up at the tower as a giant illusion of Luz appeared as she announced, "Belos and Zul have been defeated and the Eradication Spell has been stopped. The demon realm is safe again!"

Across the battlefield the RATs were cheering happily along with some of Belos' army while others remained silent. Bill and his Titan Trappers tried to make a getaway but were stopped by the Titan Protectors and the basilisks. Everyone at the top of the tower had come down to the ground to join the celebrations; Willow and Gus ran to their dads while Amity ran to her dad and her two siblings. Lilith changed back to her normal form and hugged Hunter before Hooty stretched his body over, prompting Lilith to caress his face. Darius walked over and affectionately rubbed Hunter's head while Hunter chuckled and pushed his hand away. The Collector had his hands behind his back as he walked and glanced around at everyone with a big smile on his face.

King went to the Collector and gratefully said, "Thanks Collector. We couldn't have done it without you."

He hugged the Collector who showed an emotional expression; then the Bat Queen flew down and landed by them.

They both looked up at her as she smiled and said, "Thank you. All of you. You helped me regain my memory and allowed me to assist my owner one final time."

Luz smiled at her as she sincerely said, "Thank you for helping us stop Belos."

They all looked at the crystal ball, which Luz was holding as Belos angrily said, "This is not over Luz! We will have justice one day, no matter how long it takes!"

Zul agreed as her face came up next to Belos as she said, "Yeah! We'll get out of here and we'll have our revenge on all of you!"

Eda joined Luz as she pointed at the crystal ball and honestly said, "Before we do anything else kid, we gotta figure out what to do with those two."

Luz agreed as she looked down in thought with her finger on her chin as she said, "You're right. We need to put this crystal ball somewhere safe. Somewhere no one would ever dare look and they'll never be able to manipulate anyone."

Hooty suddenly stretched himself over and ate the crystal ball out of Luz's hand while Belos and Zul screamed in shock and terror.

Everyone was shocked as Hooty swallowed the crystal ball and happily said, "Fighting those two works up a big appetite. Hoot!"

Everyone smiled fondly at him as Eda petted him and affectionately said, "Hooty, you really know how liven up a dull moment."

The others smiled in agreement before they all started tending to other matters; the majority of Belos forces were apprehended and taken to the Conformatorium. Odalia, Terra, Vitimir, Graye, Faust, Bill, the Titan Trappers, and many more of Belos' loyalists were locked up in separate cells.

Warden Wrath looked at all of them in as he said, "This should keep all of you out of trouble."

All of the prisoners showed bitter expressions as Odalia sat on the floor with her back against the wall and her arms folded. Meanwhile, Luz and the others went to the Archive House and stood in front of Belos' throne at the top of the staircase.

Luz glared at the throne as she fiercely said, "From now on, no one will ever sit on that throne again!"

She held her staff out and fired a purple blast of magic that destroyed Belos' throne, leaving no trace of it left.

Eda smiled proudly as she commended Luz and said, "Smart choice kid."

Luz smiled at Eda, then they all returned to the edge of the canyon where the two armies fought and they defeated Belos. They had already demolished the tower that was formed and the island in the canyon was destroyed too.

They all looked down into the canyon as Eda had her hand on her hip as she said, "I'm glad we finally took down the Emperor's Coven for good, but what are we gonna do with this place. All this nothing seems like a real waste of space."

Everyone showed a bit of uncertainty before something fell out of Del's beard and he picked it up, and Willow noticed it in shock.

She pointed at it in awe as she said, "Is that a Palistrum seed?!"

Del smiled as he bragged, "Yeah, I've been planting them to help the Bat Queen regrow her forests."

Willow immediately got excited as she said, "I have an amazing idea!"

She snatched the seed out of his hand and then her Palisman changed to her staff form and she flew on it down to the middle of the canyon. She planted the seed in the ground and then her eyes glowed green as she held her arms out with green rings of light around them. An enormous strong Palistrum tree then sprouted out of the ground and looked healthy and beautiful as everyone watched in awe.

The Bat Queen was somewhat emotional as she said, "Beautiful."

Willow flew back and landed in front of them with a proud smile as Hunter happily said, "Willow! That was amazing!"

Luz happily agreed as she said, "Yeah! You really branched out!"

Willow smiled as she held her arm out to refer to the tree as she said, "Thanks, a new Palistrum tree where the Titan's heart used to be. The ugliness of the Emperor's Coven is gone and now something new and beautiful can grow in its place."

The Bat Queen smiled at Willow as she said, "Well done Willow. You have planted a seed for a better world."

Eda smiled as she placed her hand on her chin in thought as she said, "I have a good idea for something else we can put here too."

Later the Collector made Hooty walk again as he returned the Owl House to where it belonged, next to the old tower. Hooty descended down into the ground and the Owl House returned to normal before the Collector flew out through the stained-glass window and landed in front of them.

Hooty smiled as he happily said, "Home sweet home."

The Collector turned to the others as Luz gratefully said, "Thanks Collector."

King showed a bit of sadness as he said, "So I guess you'll be leaving now, huh?"

The Collector smiled as he raised his finger and then looked at Vee while he said, "Not yet, there's still one thing I want to do first. Vee, do you have that Titan blood?"

Vee smiled as she pulled out the vial of King's blood Belos had and said, "Right here."

She handed it to the Collector and he smiled at Hooty as he said, "Okay Hooty, time to come out."

Hooty smiled as he happily said, "Time to leave the nest. Hoot hoot!"

Luz, Eda, Camila, Raine, Hunter, King, and Lilith all closed their eyes while the others watched Hooty with disgust and horror. They watched as Hooty at taken himself out of the front door and into his little portable bird house.

He stretched himself out and happily said, "There's the door."

The Collector looked disgusted, as did the others except for Luz, King, Eda, Lilith, Camila, and Raine since they did not watch. The Collector then shook it off before floating over to the hole in the front door where Hooty was before, then poured the Titan's blood into it. Then he placed his hands on the door before his eyes glowed white, and then so did the entire door as it shined brightly. The others shielded their eyes as they watched in wonder as the Collector disappeared through the glowing white door.

Luz was baffled as she shouted, "What's he doing?!"

Vee smiled as she said, "Building a bridge!"

The Collector then emerged from the glowing whiteness and smiled at everyone while the door changed behind him. It stopped glowing and the front door of the Owl House changed; it was now yellow with two orange shapes near the top corners, a purple arch, and yellow star with a red tail going down to the bottom inside a white cloud.

Eda was confused as she asked, "What did you do to my front door?"

The Collector smiled as he proudly said, "I made a new Portal Door to the human realm, so now you don't have to use that old one anymore."

Luz stared at the door in awe before looking down at the Collector as she happily said, "Really?! It works?!"

The Collector moved his right arm out toward it as he generously said, "Yeah, go ahead and try it out."

Luz then slowly walked toward the door and opened it and she saw a white light while the Collector's voice said, "Welcome to the human realm, watch your step."

He smiled proudly while Luz stepped through the light and closed the door behind her; everyone watched with anticipation.

Luz returned a moment later with a big smile on her face as she happily said, "It works! It brought me right to Caleb and Philip's old house! Even their front door changed too!"

Camila was thrilled as she held her cheeks and said, "That's wonderful!"

Eda looked at the Collector as she curiously said, "Yeah that's great but how do we get in my house now?"

The Collector smiled as he explained, "Don't worry. It opens the portal between realms when you want it to. If you want to go inside it's just like a regular door."

Luz tested his claim as she closed the door then opened it again to see the inside of the Owl House fully intact.

Luz smiled at the others as she happily said, "He's right!"

The Collector smiled as he raised his hand and said, "Yeah, and you can open the portal from either side of door."

Willow was amazed as she happily said, "That's amazing!"

Luz happily hugged the Collector as she said, "Thanks Collector. This really means a lot to me."

She pulled away as he showed a flattered smile before frowning while he said, "You're welcome. Well… I guess I should get back to space now."

King then hugged the Collector and looked at him as he happily said, "Bye Collector. It was nice to see you again."

Eda joined with a smile as she said, "Keep in touch kid. You're welcome here anytime."

The Collector smiled happily as he waved at all of them before forming a blue star under his feet and flew off into space. They all watched until he could no longer be seen and a short glimmer of light was shown as he vanished from their sight.

Camila then glanced around with uncertainty as she curiously asked, "So, now what?"

Lilith smiled with joy as she happily said, "Now build a brighter future."

Darius smiled as he looked at them and proudly said, "Together."

Luz smiled with confidence and optimism as she said, "As long as we have each other, I'm ready for anything."

A few weeks later

Luz and Vee walked out of school in Gravesfield as Vee waved at a few students and said, "Bye, we'll see you after Christmas break."

Luz was in her regular clothes smiled as Stringbean flew out of her backpack and changed to her staff form as she happily said, "Come on Vee."

They both got on Luz's staff and flew through the air without being seen as they went to Luz's house and hurried through the front door.

Luz smiled as she said, "Mama, we're back!"

Camila smiled at them both as she happily said, "Hola girls! How was school?"

Vee smiled as she honestly said, "It was nice but I'm glad we're on holiday break now."

Luz smiled as she pointed her thumb behind her and said, "Mom, we're going to see everyone in the demon realm."

Camila smiled at them before pointing her finger at them as she said, "Okay, but be back by dinner."

They both nodded while Luz said, "Si mama."

They both got on Luz's staff again and flew out of the house as Camila smiled proudly and watched them as they flew toward the abandoned house.

As they approached it Vee smiled as she said, "You know, we should buy this house and fix it up a bit."

Luz smiled at Vee over her shoulder and said, "Yeah, that's a great idea!"

They came toward the door as Luz held her hand out with it glowing red as she telekinetically opened the portal door. They saw a bright light and heard the Collector's voice recording welcoming them as they flew through the door and came to the Boiling Isles. They flew from the Owl House and through the air as they passed over some houses and buildings while some witches and demons looked up and waved at them. They flew over to the chest of the Titan where the Palistrum tree Willow grew stood firmly as witches and demons were constructing things on the branches. Eda, Raine, and Lilith stood in front of the tree as they oversaw the construction with proud smiles on their faces. Eda now had a hook hand to replace the real one she lost and Lilith was wearing golden glasses and a more professional outfit. Lilith also had Hooty on her back and Eda had King resting on her shoulders like an animal as he wagged his tail.

King then happily pointed at his big sisters as he said, "Hey! They're here!"

Luz and Vee landed by them as Vee changed to her natural form while Luz happily said, "Hey Eda, the university's looking good."

King jumped onto Vee's "butt" while Eda smiled proudly as she said, "Yep, when it's done the University of Wild Magic will be teaching witches and demons how to do magic the REAL way."

Raine smiled at Eda as they said, "It's going to need more teachers and staff."

Eda smiled as she bragged, "Well I'm gonna be the head mistress and I already have some ideas for teachers."

Luz smiled as she happily asked, "Cool. Any chance I can enroll in it?"

Eda had a sly grin on her face as she said, "Sure kid, once you graduate from Hexside."

Luz smiled proudly as she said, "Oh that'll be easy."

Kikimora then passed by as she carried some heavy items, smiling as she said, "Hello human, hellow basilisk."

Luz smiled and waved to her as she said, "Hi Kiki."

Vee then curiously looked at Lilith as she asked, "How's she doing?"

Lilith smiled cheerfully as she said, "She's doing great! She's really doing her part to help build a new and I think she's much happier."

Suddenly Kikimora angrily pointed at someone and yelled, "Hey you! I'm the one working on that room! Go to your area before I blast you there!"

Lilith's smile vanished as she admitted, "Although she still has some issues."

Hooty smiled as he happily said, "Don't worry! With me as a friend she'll change her ways in no time!"

Everyone forced themselves to smile politely at him before Luz said, "Well, we're glad we could talk Eda but we gotta get to Hexside for the Flyer Derby match!"

Eda smiled as she held her palm out and said, "Sure kid, have fun."

She flew away on her staff while Vee turned her arms into wings and followed her as Eda watched them all with pride.

Lilith looked at Eda as she curiously asked, "You didn't tell her?"

Eda smiled happily as she said, "And spoil the surprise?"

Luz and Vee flew to Hexside as King rode on Vee's back while she flapped her wings and she glanced at him to make sure he was fine. They flew to Hexside where they saw Amity happily smiling and waving at them as she spotted them while sitting on the top bleacher. They both landed next to her as Luz and Amity kissed briefly before watching the Flyer Derby game with the Emerald Entrails. Hunter used Waffle to fly around swiftly and teleported to snatch the last flag from the other team and put it on the top of the tree. Everyone happily cheered for him as he landed and then the team assembled as Gus high-fived him and Willow kissed him, making him blush. Everyone got off the bleachers as Luz, Vee, King, and Amity came over to them as Vee congratulated Gus, who looked away with a bashful blush.

Luz smiled as she pointed at Hunter and said, "Nice hustle out their golden boy!"

Hunter smiled proudly as he said, "Thanks, although I think green is more my color."

Vee then curiously asked, "How's life with Darius?"

Hunter smiled as he glanced up in thought and replied, "Pretty good. He's gone most afternoons but Lilith comes to visit a lot to tell me about her plans for the library's expansion."

Waffle changed to her natural form and landed on his shoulder while Willow pointed her thumb and said, "He's also started carving Palismen for other kids."

Luz smiled as she happily said, "That's great Hunter!"

Amity agreed as she said, "Yeah, you really are good at carving Palismen."

Hunter smiled cockily as he bragged, "Well, I am a Clawthorne."

Luz smiled as she raised her finger and added, "AND a Noceda."

He smiled as he said, "Yeah, that too."

Vee smiled as she said, "I still can't believe you legally changed your name to Hunter to be a member of both families."

He smiled humbly and shrugged his shoulders as he said, "I'm just glad Camila and Lilith signed the papers and made it official. Darius says it helps connect my past and present."

Luz smiled as she flattered, "Hunter Noceda Clawthorne does sound really good to me."

King smiled as he stood up on Vee's "butt" and raised his fist as he happily said, "Yeah! I have two big sisters and a big brother!"

Hunter smiled at them with appreciation while he said, "Thanks guys. So are you all ready for the ceremony?"

Luz then curiously said, "Ceremony?"

Vee was confused as she asked, "What ceremony?"

Amity smiled as she took Luz's hands and said, "They're preparing something special for you in Bonesborough! Come on!"

Everyone got on their staffs and flew over to Bonesborough as they saw a tarp covering something where the Emperor's statue once stood. A crowd had already gathered in front of the tarp as they awaited for the unveiling while Luz and her friends made their way to the front of the crowd. They saw many people they knew, including all of their friends and allies who fought beside them against Belos' army on the Eve of Escalation.

The basilisks came over as one of them said, "Hey Vee!"

She happily waved at them as she said, "Hi guys, how's freedom?"

Another of them smiled as he happily said, "It's pretty good. People are treating us better since the Eve of Escalation, but I still don't know if we belong here."

Gus smiled as he pointed at them and said, "You could always join us for a little fun in the human realm."

Vee smiled in agreement as she said, "Yeah, it might help you figure out who you are."

They all looked at each other as they muttered to each other and then one said, "We'll think about it."

Vee smiled at Gus as she said, "Great idea Gus, you'll make a great ambassador to the human realm."

Gus smiled slyly at Vee as he placed his finger on his chin and said, "Thanks but I'll need an advisor to help me out, someone who knows a lot about both worlds."

Vee was flattered as she said, "I'd be happy to."

King had climbed onto Luz's back as he held onto her shoulders as they looked up and saw some more people join the crowd. Eda and Lilith flew in their harpy forms as they landed at the front of the crowd by Luz while Raine flew on their staff and also landed.

Eda and Lilith changed back to their normal forms as Luz curiously asked, "What's going on?"

Eda smiled as she explained, "After you saved the demon realm again…"

King shut his eyes as he pointed his thumb at himself as he added, "With me, and the Bat Queen."

Eda smiled as she continued, "We thought we should do something to help remember everything you did, so we decided to make this."

Mason then pulled the tarp off to reveal a statue of Luz; she was amazed as she stared at it in wonder as she gasped. The statue showed Luz in the outfit she wore on the Eve of Escalation, standing with a proud smile as she stared forward. She held her staff in her left hand beside her while her right arm hanging at her side near her bag that contained her potions, seeds, and cittern. Luz was so emotional while Stringbean slithered on her shoulder and hissed with a happy expression.

The crowd happily cheered while Luz happily said, "Guys, this is great!"

Vee happily took a picture of the statue with her phone and said, "Wait until Camila sees this!"

Luz happily turned to face the crowd as she said, "Thank you all! This means a lot to me!"

Everyone kept cheering for her as Eda joined her along with her friends from Hexside as they happily embraced Luz.

Amity looked at Luz as she curiously said, "So where do we go from here?"

Luz smiled with joy and faith as she said, "I don't know. There's still a lot of damage to undo, and some things will never change, but I'm not worried. Even if Belos and Zul one day come back I'll be ready for them. I'll just keep doing things my way, try my best, and help out however I can. As long as I have you guys with me, I know everything will be okay."

King smiled as he said, "Thanks Luz."

Eda stood beside them as she held her staff in her hand while they noticed the sun go down, and then Luz smiled as she made a light in her hand and made it float up into the sky. Everyone had warm smiles on their faces as they watched the light shine brightly in the night, happy to see that Luz's magic was as strong as ever.

Author's note: That's the end. I put a lot in this chapter but it was all worth it. Luz finally defeated her two arch enemies and with a little help she saved the demon realm. Now things are on a path to a bright new future and everyone is happy. I made a few references to Transformers, Star Wars, Gravity Falls, and Amphibia in case you didn't notice. This would be a good way to end a movie for the series as it helps foreshadow things of the epilogue. Please review.
