Later as Alexis is by the beach she soon hears someone nearby walking around.
"Ugh. Come on. Just one bar. Please!" The voice shouts as Alexis sees Topher walking around with the phone.
"Topher?" Alexis asks curiously as she goes over.
"Oh hey Alexis." Topher says.
"What are you doing?" Alexis asks curiously.
"Trying to get some bars." Topher says as he gestures to the phone.
"Oh. Okay." Alexis says as she gives an unimpressed look and begins to walk away.
"Alexis wait!" Topher says as Alexis stops and looks at him.
"What Topher?" Alexis asks annoyedly.
"Listen I wanted to talk to you." Topher says as he walks toward Alexis.
"Sure you do. You only ever talk to me when you want something." Alexis says.
"Listen I wanted to say I'm sorry. Sorry for the way I treated you during the challenge the other day." Topher says.
"Oh. Okay." Alexis says.
"You're not gonna say anything?" Topher asks in surprise.
"Nope." Alexis says bluntly.
"Why not?" Topher asks.
"Because you only ever care about that phone and getting on Chris's good side. You don't ever say anything that you mean unless you're trying to use someone." Alexis says.
"Listen I know I can come off as a jerk but I am genuinely trying to apologize. I wasn't exactly much help to you during the challenge." Topher says as Alexis gives an annoyed look.
"Oh you just now figure that out?" Alexis asks
"Okay I deserve that. But why won't you give me a chance?" Topher asks as Alexis glares at him.
"Because you never truly interested in me enough to actually listen to what I say Topher!" Alexis says.
"I'm sorry." Topher says as Alexis scoffs.
"No you're not. Now leave me alone." Alexis says as she begins to leave.
"I like you okay!" Topher shouts as Alexis stops and looks back at him.
"What did you just say?" Alexis asks curiously.
"I said I like you. Look the reason I flirt with you and act the way I do is because I like you. I'm used to having girls fawn over me. But you. You don't do that stuff. You're different and I like that." Topher says as he goes toward Alexis.
"Uh-huh and I'm just supposed to believe this?" Alexis asks as she crosses her arms in disbelief.
"I don't expect you to no. But please I just want a chance." Topher says.
"And why should I give you one and trust you? After how you've been acting since we've been here?" Alexis asks.
"You're right. I should of known you wouldn't listen. You have no reason to trust me or anything I say. Look I'll leave you alone now." Topher says as he turns to leave before Alexis sighs.
"Wait!" Alexis says as Topher stops and looks at her.
"Yeah?" Topher asks curiously.
"Listen I may sorta like you too." Alexis says as Topher smiles happily.
"You do!? You wanna go on a date then?" Topher asks excitedly as he goes toward Alexis.
"Don't push it pretty boy. I said I like you. Not that I'd go on a date with you. But if you really do mean all that stuff then I'd be open to giving you a chance to working towards a date once we're off the island." Alexis says.
"Really?" Topher asks happily.
"Yeah. Just no Chris wannabe stuff. If you're gonna get my attention Topher I want you and only you. Chris I can do without. Especially after him dropping us in those ball contraptions and sending us falling down into a pit." Alexis says as she gives an annoyed look.
"Deal! I'm kinda surprised you gave me a chance. I honestly didn't think you would." Topher says as he smiles.
"Just don't make me regret it and we'll get along fine." Alexis says as she smiles.
"No problem. Hey you wanna go for a walk together for a bit?" Topher asks as Alexis looks at the phone in his hand.
"Sure. That sounds nice. But no cellphone." Alexis says as Topher smiles shyly and puts the phone on his pocket.
"Got it. After you milady." Topher says happily as he gestures to in front of him as he and Alexis walk off.
