Ok so I know there is already a series with this same title, plot, and characters but I have made some changes as a part of my headcanon and this story's canon with the biggest example being The McIntosh Family. This does not disrespect Sodor High School: Thomas and Friends Tales by ThomasZoey3000.

Um… WHAT IS GOING ON!?

After Slade and the tour crew left, Pat found a new job working at Cros-ny-Cuirn radio station as an assistant sound mixer. But still kept a low profile for his and his family's safety. Meanwhile, Edward, Nia, Reginald, and Oliver were trying to find who Alfred, Baz, and Bernie were. They continued on for 2 weeks, by that point they had lost 3 nights of sleep which had the rest of the IOS RUG worried for him. So, they went to Edward's backyard shed at Brendam.

Reginald: If you are here to convince us to take a rest, then you are wasting your time. Sorry Sammy.

Samantha: Well, what if we continued your research whilst you all rested?

Edward: That… would be great.

So Percy and Sans led the tired students inside whilst the rest combed through what information they had managed to find.

Gordon: Crikey!

Patrick: That's my line!

IOS RUG: AH!

James: Don't do that!

Patrick: Sorry, was in the area, when Salty that you all were here, & I couldn't let this opportunity pass me by.

Percy: You sure that is a good idea?

Patrick: Well if someone does come by who was sent by him, I'd just sucker-punch them all in the face! I ain't scared anymore.

James: Atta boy. (Invert punches James' shoulder) Ow! What?

Patrick: So what did they find?

Invert: Weel, Baz & Bernie have bin connected to mony kidnappings, with a lassie by th' name o' Tanya Cupper.

Gordon: Tanya!?

Kara: That's my cousin!

Duck: Hmm, whilst a location hasn't been found, they suspect this may have something to do with Octavia and Vaggie.

James: Uh, Oh yeah! Those two! Has anyone seen them recently?

Patrick: Nope.

Danny: I have, they hopped on to a train bound for Vicarstown yesterday.

Geoffrey: What about that Alfred fellow? What did they find about him?

Rebecca: Says here that his full name is Alfred Jullion Featherton, and often collaborates with one Crovan Harven Stelecto.

Becky: Their grandfathers used to work at the school during its early days. But after one of them had an 'unfortunate' incident with a student, they were fired. Because of that, both families were ridiculed, and have struggled to find work.

Patrick: A motive, huh. Fascinating.

Gordon: So, where do we go from here?

James: You kidding me, what we should do is just continue all this tomorrow, I can't speak for all of us. But I think the information may have been a bit too much for many of us.

Henry: Capital idea James, See you all here tomorrow.

During the night something came from outside, a calling of some sort, and something changed, what that was, the crew would discover the very next day.

Percy: Hey everyone.

IOS RUG: (Nonchalant) Hey.

Geoffrey: Did anyone feel strange when they woke up?

IOS RUG: (Nonchalant) Yeah. (Record Scratch Sound Effect) Wait What!?

Gordon: You want to know something weird. I looked at my fitness watch, and it said I had run 11,000 steps. Maybe it's glitching?

James: Speaking of what Geoffrey said earlier, I did feel different when I woke up. But I thought nothing of it.

Edward: Maybe that has to do with us feeling recharged.

Duck: You all slept for 15 hours. How can that be?

Reginald: Your guess is as good as mine. But I am glad that you all convinced us to stop. We would've been worse off.

Samantha: No problem Reggie. (The two hug but just as they do, Samantha gets electrocuted from something. But only falls to the ground in pain.)

Reginald: Sammy! Are you OK!?

Samantha: I will be. (Ow!)

Oliver: How in the hell is she even still alive!?

Reginald: Does it look like I know!?

James: Where did that electric shock come from anyways?

Reginald: Again, Does it look like I know!?

Percy: Um Reginald. Your Arm.

Reginald: What about my… (Looks at his arm and sees that electricity is moving all around it.) WHAT THE HELL!?

(Just then, Peckett, Becky, and Edward start floating off the ground.)

Peckett: Um, a little help here!

Kara: Becky!

Becky: Help!

Danny: I got you! (Reaches out causing his arms to stretch out to grab Becky before she even starts moving.) Huh!?

James: WHAT'S going ON!? (Looks at his right arm) And WHY am I on FIRE!?

Edward: (Still floating) Hold on James! (Moves his arms reaching for James and a splash of water comes out of the window soaking James and Geoffrey.) Sorry.

(Phone rings) (Geoffrey goes to answer it but then flicks his wrist and a video call play on the puddle on the floor which had frozen to ice.)

Patrick: Gday?

Percy: Hi Pat. Is something going on with you and the others?

Patrick: Funny you should ask that. That was what I was calling about. Things have become very crazy. Thomas can fly and phase through walls, Emily can use magic somehow, the twins can now duplicate, making clones of themselves. And I can open portals to other worlds, read people's minds.

Percy: Ok, so let's go through the list so far, Edward Becky and Peckett are flying, Edward has water bending, James has fire bending, Gordon has super speed.

Gordon: Hold on. (Climbs down from the treehouse and runs off before arriving back a few seconds later) I managed to complete a run of the whole island.

Percy: Right, Reginald can control electricity, Samantha… (Looks to the girl to see her bench pressing James, Geoffrey, and Rosie all at once, before going out and lifting a car like it was nothing.) has super strength. Geoffrey has some kind of Ice powers, Rosie… (Rosie is looking intently at Henry)

Rosie: Hey Henry? Why does your jacket have a stitch inside the left sleeve?

Henry: How did you even... My coat is zipped up!

Rosie: You haven't answered my question.

Henry: I refuse to go into any…

Patrick: It was when he and Gordon had some trouble with a lost cow on their way to school. The cow thought Henry's jacket would taste the same as grass. And she was right.

Henry: Pat!? Come on! She doesn't need to know that!

Gordon: Indeed.

Patrick: Sorry. (Smug face)

Percy: Yeah, anyways Rosie has Xray vision, Sans and Invert… (Sees them fighting with the air, and strong) are air benders.

Peckett: Ok, Water, Fire, Air, I wonder who has… Lifts his hand and a giant rock pillar rises up next to the tree house.) That answers my question.

Percy: Peckett has earth bending powers. Henry has… (Henry points his arm at a nearby mailbox which he moulds it into the shape of a steam engine tender.) I can bend metal, I can…

(Heat blasts from Percy's eyes onto the ice turning it back into water, Reginald swings his arm and now Patrick's video message appears on a glitchy screen made of electricity near the window.) have heat vision. Duck and Oliver… (A thud is heard when the group looks outside they see, Oliver and Duck running down the street in a one to one metal replica of the Dragon Zord from Power Rangers)

Duck and Oliver: GO GREAT WESTERN RANGERS!

Percy: Can build MegaZords.

Toby: I can see into the future again.

Percy: Toby can… Wait what?

Toby: Do you all remember when we all went to Wellsworth Mall and those robbers came in and took most of us hostage.

Patrick: I remember.

Gordon: What does that have to do with it?

Toby: Before they got in the building, I had a vision coming up to the mall. I was concerned about what it meant. I told Oliver, only because he was close to me and noticed. I was going to tell you, but then James ran off and after the movie, I just forgot to tell you.

James: Excuse me for having a past.

Toby: You know that was not I meant James.

Percy: Yes, Toby can do that Again. As for Diesel… (Turns into a small black smoke cloud.) Can do that. Becky and Kara can… (Becky flings little bows like shurikens, which Kara who gets handed a laptop by Edward who managed to get closer to the ground by grabbing the top of the window. Soon she starts typing away like crazy and soon her laptop camera is seen on the tv after Danny turned it on.) I should stop.

James: I'll take over from here. Danny can stretch his body really far, what can you do girls?

Ashima: This.

(Ashima throws her arm around front of Gordon and manage to lift him up off the ground. Then Rebecca turned to Peckett Look at him intendly and soon Peckett was deep in a trance.)

Rebecca: Breakdance Monkey, Breakdance!

(Peckett soon starts getting it down doing lots of spins kicks and flips. With one snap Peckett snaps out of his trance, instantly confused)

Peckett: What just happened.

Danny: Dude, you were just hypnotized.

Peckett: Well, that would explain why I feel violated.

Rebecca: Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry!

James and Geoffrey: Nice shot!

Gordon: Ok, You're the last one Nia. What powers do you have?

Nia: Watch this. (In a puff of smoke Nia disappears and in her place is a Baby deer fawn.)

James: You can turn into animals. Right. This is… surreal.

Patrick: Ok, I have an idea, meet me later tonight, at Farmer Willie's old farm.

Percy: Will the others be there as well?

Geoffrey: MmmnnYes, quite. That would be very good for us to properly train our newfound powers.

James: It is doubtless to think they won't be there.

Edward: Less chatting, more helping us down!

Gordon: Oh yeah, right.

Supers In Training

That night, the group snuck out and met up at an old farm that used to belong to Farmer Willie, who had lost the farm after an incident with the nearby Arlesdale Miniature Railway. His cart had broken off his tractor, and the crew didn't see it until it was too late, whilst no one was seriously hurt, many passengers got cuts and bruises and it was a very bad time for all. After that, The Railway Board sued Willie who later lost the case, and his farm. Patrick was telling this story to Emily when the cavalry arrived.

Thomas: Hello everyone!

Percy: Thomas!

Thomas: Percy!

(Both share a huge, long overdue hug.)

Patrick: Sans, Invert, good to see you in the flesh again.

Sans: Identical wi' ye pal.

Invert: Ah hawp things ur gaun a'richt oan yer end.

Patrick: Yeah, it's going alright.

Donald: Weel, weel, weel, kraken' tae see ye a' again.

Douglas: Ye a' daein' a'richt? Geoffrey tellt us aboot what happened durring Slade Heartlock's concert.

Gordon: We're alright Douglas.

Kara: I still can't wrap my head around that. Being mind controlled by teenage pop music. Time to add that to the list. (Gordon quickly notices and holds Kara close, to which she embraces.)

James: So what's the game plan?

Patrick: We use this area as our training ground, with the old buildings acting as shelter and good places to practise flying.

Edward: Sounds like a plan. Let's do this.

Cue the Music Video montage! (And we see a montage of the IOS RUG repeating failing, but with time slowly succeeding at honing their powers.)

Patrick: Hey, it's true, no stoppin' now

Now I am sure you are wondering by this point, why does Diesel hate Patrick. At first you probably thought that since he was the one to tell his friends about what Seth was doing to him. And thus that got through to Principal Hatt. Well that was my first thought too, until I found this little encounter. And maybe this could lead to some answers. I really don't know. Why don't you see for yourself, and come to a decision on your own accorde. Ok. Have fun.

A Talk With Destiny

It was the dead of the night. About 5 weeks since the loss of Eagle. Patrick had missed his train home after a late night D&D session with Principal Hatt's brother Lowham, along with Skarloey, Rhenas, Sir Handel, Peter Sam, Rusty, and Duncan, and decided to go through the Whispering Woods, a dark and misty area of sodor which was originally thought of in the 1900s as a place where the devil roams free.

By this point he managed to find the path he was looking for and was making his way home, when a barn owl started hooting. Patrick knew that whenever that owl hoots, then the mist will start rolling in. He kept his eyes towards the ground, making sure to stay to the side and looking at the edge of the path. He walked for about 5 minutes until bumped into something, or someone. He looked up and there she was. The long fabled Lady in the Hills.

Patrick: Holy Mother of Hera! Is that really you?

Lady: Yes, it is I, Lady Stone. Protector of all Sudrians. It is a pleasure to finally meet you in person. Patrick McIntosh.

Patrick: You know who I am?

Lady: Why yes, you and the 13s are quite popular in the great beyond. But as for why I am here. I need to warn you, you and your friends are going to be in grave danger. And when that time comes, you will be granted a chance to not only save yourselves and your friends, but all of Sodor. You promise not to tell anyone, to protect all you care about.

Patrick: I promise.

Lady: Very Well! But remember this. When all hope seems lost. Just believe in the light, and the heavens will help you in your time of need.

(And with that Lady disappears into the mist, as we pan away, we see a camera being held by someone, but we fade into another scene before we can see who it was. As for this new scene, Patrick is down in the living room, he couldn't sleep, he couldn't shake the feeling of something that wasn't right. After everything that has happened, Seth's attack, the Hiro incident, the mall attack, the fall formal, the Polar Express, the formation of IOS RUG, and gaining superpowers. He felt that this could mean something and that he and his friends are numbered, and they won't be able to see it coming and… (Ear ringing sound effect)

Donald: Patrick? Ye guid mah mukker?

Douglas: Whit urr ye daein' up sae late?

Patrick: Huh? Oh hey lads, It's just. I can't shake off this feeling that something is wrong? And… we're all in danger. But I can't for the life of me figure out why.

Donald: Ye aren't th' anlie yin.

Douglas: We also dinnae knoo how come we cop lik' we're in danger, bit we think it's juist tae earlie tae knoo.

Patrick: I suppose. But still, somehow I feel, things are going to get hectic.
