We begin our story with a goddess who had found two universes that went completely wrong or caused a cascade event that would destroy both, Naruto and Sasuke ended up getting sent to another universe, which means they never got over their constant rivalry, and to survive their final attack their bodies became the opposite gender of what they were, and now they are constantly fighting and bickering blaming each other, destroying continents in their wake.
In the Naruto universe without Sasuke and Naruto working together the villains of that universe would have free reign to do as they desire and pretty much doom all life in that universe. Giving Isshiki Ĺtsutsuki the chance to do everything he wanted to do in his plot to reach true godhood, which would cause a severe problem for the goddess.
She decided to send two of her most efficient servants into these universes, to try and repair the damage to both of these universes, they had to be sent three hundred years before the entire Naruto universe was destroyed by the actions of these two formerly male rivals, she called for Hiro and Hector who at the time were simply having a nice quiet day.
Hiro spoke and said that he was quite bored, it has been weeks since their goddess has sent them on any mission, and that is when they received the call to appear before her, to which Hector said that Hiro pretty much jinxed it.
As the two got ready in their ceremonial robes they appeared in front of the goddess, "Considering that time flows different for us here, it will be only a few minutes, so stop complaining." Hector sneered at him and said that a few minutes would delay his ultimate creation and that is sinful as shit. The goddess begins to laugh as they argue as they finally make it to where she is waiting for them.
"My two servants, you will be sent to another reality, but in this case, it affects two different universes." Hiro and Hector are confused that this is unlike any case they had dealt with before, she laughs and tells them that the situation is much direr than anything they had ever faced before, considering that one of these threats is practically cancer that will consume every universe in existence, and could even kill her once the cancer was strong enough.
She told them that she would be sending them back three hundred years to correct a mistake that caused the two supposed heroes that should have defended their reality because they were not there to protect it and instead they fought in that other reality causing it to crumble into ruin. "These two cause so much damage to themselves that they are barely what they initially were, they were both born as men, and after their final attack they were sent to another reality, with their DNA was so damaged that their male genes went dormant and their female genes became active when they entered that new reality."
"And to make matters worse they blame each other for everything, so they constantly fight over this, causing untold destruction wherever they go." Hector simply asked if they couldn't just simply use the old reset button? And simply restart those two universes? No, she can't since she is not the goddess of creation.
"The Universe I am sending you is Earth-11052. It also has an alias as Earth-3110 but you two would call it X-Men Evolution. I am sending you at the time when these two were sent to that reality, your first job is to get them to stop fighting each other, and then you will have to wait for three hundred years for time to be realigned so that you can send them back to their original universe. Do not worry I am giving you all the necessary powers and abilities necessary to accomplish this task."
"After this is accomplished you will eventually have to go with them when they return to their universe and do what they can no longer do themselves, Sasuke will marry Karin Uzumaki, Naruto will marry Hinata, and Sakura. You will have a signal beacon to each of these universes, and in theory, could run between the universe, but I am sure you will figure something out that is more stable than Minato's Kunai."
She immediately tells them they are becoming the male version of Naruto and Sasuke with every power they will need but will always possess their gamer powers. Because the universe is so unstable they are going to feel free to introduce Chakra into that universe but do not teach anyone unless they feel that the person is worthy.
As they were both sent to their destination, they finally arrive in the middle of nowhere, and they realized that the US doesn't exist, After a few minutes, a giant black ball appears and disappears leaving unconscious two women dressed in rags on the ground, before they can wake up Hiro and Hector grabbed them and create an empty dungeon before they decided to enter it.
Once inside the dungeon they waited for these two women to wake up, Hiro created two seats for them to sit while they wait for them, after a few minutes they finally woke up and noticed that they were girls, and the two idiots who were sitting on the chairs looked exactly like they were supposed to, and these two women were first confused, then sad, and finally angry.
The female Naruto was the first to talk, "Hey you fakers, why am I in my sexy Jutsu form and why do you two look like us?" Sasuke thought this is a Genjutsu and was trying constantly try to break free of it. Hiro getting annoyed told them to shut up and listen up.
"The first thing you need to know is this is not your world, second this is not your time, and third the reason you both are girls is because of the final fight that caused you both to end up like that." Hector then tells them that what his friend was saying is that their final attack on each other caused such damage to their male cells to go dormant and their female cells became active to save their lives, so now you both are women.
After they stopped freaking out they both asked about what do they mean about not being in their world and about being in a different time, they told them the attack sent them to another universe, the current one, but also sent them back three hundred years in the past, and if they sent them back to their universe they would be sent three hundred years into their past, so they will have to wait for three hundred years in this universe so that they can be sent safely back to their universe.
After they stopped freaking out, they were calm enough to be told what this universe is about and what the plan is after a week of explaining, they both agreed, as they left the dungeon Hiro decided to infuse all sorts of Chakra into the universe, from normal chakra to nature chakra, to even tail beast chakra into the very fabric of the universe. Unknown to them he made this universe a better place.
Hector asked what exactly did he infused into the universe besides Chakra, and Hiro begins to laugh and tells him that every single hero and villain of the DC Universe except they are all women, but also made every single Marvel character that would be important in one way or another from the largest to the smallest importance.
Hiro decided to pick up a rock and crushed it as it turned into gold pebbles, and placed it in a bag from his inventory, "Well this should give us enough to put into a bank and get us enough money to start our new lives."
Hector told him that would be a little less than a month's salary for one person, they have four people that need to provide, for the next three hundred years, so in short, they are going to have to get used to using the dungeon create skill and a lot.
They will need to use it to grow food, raise cattle, and make medicines, and Hiro thought of getting canned goods from the modern-day grocery dungeon, by selling healthy and nutritious food and putting warning labels on the food they could provide for the town and themselves. Writing things on how to properly cook things, would be a much better source of income than simply a few chucks of gold.
Picking a few more rocks and crushing them, he placed them in the bag, "Well this should be enough to establish ourselves in town for a month and get people to trust us more." Hiro goes to purchase some clothes for themselves in the gaming store, which each was appropriate for the time, they finally got dressed, and they decided to walk towards the nearest town.
It was a little town known as Gotham, it was a small town in the territories, it took them a little time to get their bearings, but the distance was not that great, it was only five miles from where they were. As they finally made it to the center of town, they realized that at most, it had a bank, a local grocer, something like a deputy, or maybe a sheriff, a saloon, a local school, a doctor, a coffin maker, and a church.
After they went to the bank and exchanged the gold for some local currency, the bank asked them if they had any plans to stay in the town, to which Hiro said that they did, he was planning on starting a small business with his friends and asked the banker if there was any nice place where they could live for a little while.
They went to the local sheriff who told them there is some abandoned farmland outside of town, and so they decided that after talking with the mayor that they would buy it, and thus the four of them started to make a nice and comfortable place for themselves, they didn't need a lot of space, four bedrooms, a bath, and a kitchen, with an underground cellar.
After many years the four of them became rather well known in the town, and slowly the town grew to be a bustling city, making many friends and a few enemies over the years, they saw many friends live, have children, and die, after close to three hundred years, they had done plenty to improve the lives and living standards of the people, and most were rather grateful about it.
The four of them being pioneers in the field of scientific development were cordially invited to the laboratories of one Reed Richards, and his team which they call the Fantastic Four, they were invited to discuss the possibility of collaboration with one of their research projects, thanks to the introduction of Chakra into the universe many things have changed, for instance, Captain America and his entire team received a perfect super-soldier serum, for another Benjamin Grim and his friends gained much better control of their powers making them much more stable.
Accident by General Ross still tried to use the gamma radiation research to create super soldiers, but Bruce Banner was not as negatively affected, this caused the man to separate into three individuals, David Banner also known as the Incredible Hulk, Joseph Banner known as Mister Fix-It, or the Gray Hulk, and Bruce Banner, known as Professor Hulk.
As they entered the building they hear a voice come through the speakers at the entrance, "Welcome, to the Baxter Building, you must be Sasuke, Sayomi, Naruko, and Naruto, I have heard a great deal about you four for quite some time, my name is Oracle, I am the Artificial Intelligence Assistant of Doctor Reed Richards, please flow the lights they will guide you to the conference room."
As they went through the building they had to admit it was a rather impressive structure, the chakra that was infused in the metal was rather impressive, it appears that someone has done some substantial research on Chakra, Naruto said it must be what is powering the entire building in a sense the building is practically alive.
As he begins to touch the walls a voice is heard once again and she asks to please be a little bit more gentle, cause she is ticklish. "Organic metal, I have to say that I am impressed Doctor Richards, sorry to keep you waiting but we simply got caught in the view of such incredible sight of science, Naruto told Richard that he found the building to be rather beautiful, almost alive, like she was no better than a normal woman, being able to have children of her own if he didn't know better.
Reed Richards actually said, "Actually you are right, she does have three daughters, and they are three buildings that form the main research complex in upstate New York. Their names are Lapis, Lazuli, and Laris, these three keep my most important research secure. Now I invited you since your paper on the use of energy as a means of transportation did catch my attention. I believe we could work together to develop a working model of a practical device."
Sasuke is seen smiling as he said that, "Yes, a way to travel vast distances in a matter of seconds." Naruto said kind of like this, Naruto threw a three-bladed kunai until it hit a nearby chair, and Reed Richards looked back at Naruto he saw him as he disappeared in a flash, Sasuke decided to point at the chair when Reed Richards found Naruto sitting on the chair twirling the kunai in his hand.
Sasuke began to breathe a deep breath and simply said that he keeps telling him not to do something stupid and he does something like this to show off. "Mister Richards we might look young, but we are over three hundred years old, we were there when this new form of energy was introduced into our world, so believe me we have done extensive research on this subject."
"We might be from this world but these two young ladies are from another reality, they are the ones that introduced this new energy to our world, but they wish to return to their own, that was developed in that world, and the formula to achieve it is on the seal on this kunai, we will help you with your research, but please do this also to allow these two to return home. We would like to work with you as we try to return them to their home."
After many hours of them talking about the power of Chakra, and that it was in fact Chakra that became the stabilizing agent for many of the heroes of their world, Sasuke mentioned it is the reason why Susan, Johnny, and Benjamin can control their abilities to that extent, even Reed Richards has better control than he would have otherwise.
Their friend Doctor Victor Von Doom was able to use his power without suffering from severe mental and spiritual problems due to the Chakra in the world, without it he would have become a monster, two tiny foxes come out of Naruto and Naruko decided to say something about it.
The two foxes wanted to say their own opinion as to why this is happening, " Chakra is an energy made up of physical, spiritual and mental energy combined into one, as such this energy can be used for a variety of ways, one of which is to heal, restore and repair anyone or anything that it touches, thus your friend's mental and spiritual harm was prevented when he obtained his powers largely due to the chakra that has been infused into the very universe which you reside in."
The fox that was inside of Naruto walks up to him, "For instance, you can use this chakra to do something like this?" Naruto began to grow in pain as he fell to the ground, demanding to know what happened to him, Sasuke tells him to stop resisting or it could be more painful, "I can't, I want to stay my age." As he was heard saying this he collapses.
Kurama smirks giving Sasuke a thumbs up before he re-enters the seal, Reed Richards asked what happened, "More than likely what happened since Naruto was resisting the de-aging effect caused him pain, and if he listened this would have been no more than a slight tingle, but he tried to remain his actual age and well, this would happen, I imagine Charles Xavier just got a major warning that some new mutants have appeared, not surprising since technically we are mutants. Thanks to our bloodlines."
The three of them explained that they have gone through this already, and they each tried to explain to Naruto that this must happen, considering that the two timelines must sinc up when all of them are in their seventeen-year-old forms, the timeline will connect with this world the very instance of when they were sent into our world and have to be the exact age they left theirs.
Meanwhile, Charles Xavier suddenly found himself in quite the situation, they suddenly had warnings of at least four level omega class mutants appearing in the middle of the island of Manhattan, Cerebro was having a hard time finding information about these mutants almost like they were never truly in any official records like they suddenly appeared out of nowhere.
"This is troubling, should Magneto find out about these people, he will most certainly try to recruit them, Storm, Silver Fox, Crimson Fox, and Wolverine, to take the new plane and investigate these possible new mutants." As their stealth plane takes off from the Xavier Institute Wolverine asked "So Chuck any idea who these mutants are and are we going to have to fight them?"
Charles told him he had no information about them, they suddenly appeared but are in the same room in the Baxter Building, to which Crimson Fox got a little excited since they could use the trip to buy some new clothes at the trendy fashion shops nearby.
As soon as they left the area of the Xavier Mansion they failed to notice Erick was closely following them, staying outside of their sensor range, Naruto and Sasuke were just done explaining everything, but they were still sort of confused since this entire explanation borders on mystical more than scientific, which Naruto told Reed Richards that magic is a type of science that you have not figured out yet.
"You Richards are not looking at it in the right way, Science and Magic come from Alchemy, and Alchemy is the source for both so by looking at it as Magic is Science and Science is Alchemy you should understand things better."
As they were discussing this they suddenly felt that a plane had just landed on the building and they heard a group of men headed in their direction, Oracle told them Professor Xavier and his group had just arrived and they wish to meet their guests. As soon as the door opened Wolverine came running into the room and was just pointing at Sasuke, and Sasuke was pointing at him, "YOU, where the hell have you been?" They both screamed at each other surprising everyone.
Charles comes in and asks Wolverine if he knows one of these teens? Wolverine begins to laugh, "Of course, I know him, we were both parts of the roaring 56, we fought in quite a few wars together, what? Did Naruto eventually have a kid?" He starts to sniff and he looks shocked, "That can't be, this scent, Naruto is that you? What the hell happened to you?"
Naruto begins to laugh and he said that he got turned back into a fifteen-year-old, "I got a prank pulled on me, and now I am fifteen years old again. So how is everyone, Jimmy?" Logan begins to laugh and tells him that he is doing pretty damn good and it is mostly thanks to him restoring his memories, he is even still married to Silver Fox, and they have a fifteen-year-old daughter.
Her name is Barbara Ann Minerva Howlett or Barb or Minerva or Ann for short, and her code name is Cheetah, at that moment Naruto began to feel this shiver run down his spine for some reason, like something bad was going to happen, and that is when a ventilation hatch opened in the ceiling, and out comes a girl dressed in strange clothes jumping down and tackles Naruto to the ground.
"Well speak of the devil, I thought I told you to stay in the X-Jet." She puffs her cheeks and looks at her father, and tells him that there is no way that she would stay after getting the scent of something that tasty nearby.
It was more likely that she found a potential mate and she was currently licking his face like she was trying to mark her territory. "So wait, does that mean you are also fifteen years old again Sasuke?" The other three undo their transformations and show that they too were fifteen when they end it made Wolverine and Silver Fox begin to laugh their heads off.
Crimson Fox walks over to Sasuke and grabbed him by the neck and pushes him between her breasts, "I don't care what you look like, I know it is you, and now I am not letting you go again. It's time to make good on that old bet, you said that only if you became younger than I am physically, mentally, or spiritually, I would get to make that harem for us."
Naruto begins to laugh as he says that it was Sasuke who deserves for pulling a prank on him, to which Sasuke was quick to remind him, that he didn't pull any sort of prank, Charles tried to get everyone to calm down and get everyone to focus, as Sasuke and the two girls put up their transformations back up but Naruto due to lack of practice can't do this.
Everyone began to introduce each other, "Well you know me, my wife, my sister, now my daughter, this is Charles Xavier, I call him Chuck, and of course our very own Ororo Munroe." Naruto said that he would love to meet them but he was currently buried under this adorable-looking cheetah, could someone please get her off him? Currently, he can't use any of his powers since his chakra became unbalanced.
Barb immediately said no, nobody is going to take him away from her, she then immediately hugs him so hard that his face is buried in her cleavage, Naruto is fighting to get free and to get some air and lose. She heard "Young lady if you don't let him go I will have you do fifty laps around the mansion with only your thumbs." this was said by her mother.
Erick for the last hour has been trying to enter the Baxter Building. Erick finally gets upset he uses a car, and a truck when that didn't work and he throws a dump truck to break the window, but the building catches the vehicles and sets the vehicles safely down on the ground, and lucky the vehicles were empty, taking some metal with him he flies through the broken window.
"I am here for the Omega level mutants, hand them over Charles and no one shall be hurt." Charles looked at the angry scowl on his face and knew that he was not kidding, but he missed the angry scowl on Sasuke's face. Then suddenly Cheetah jumped at him, saying that nobody is going to take her future mate from her.
Using one of the metal pieces made it go directly into Cheetah's stomach sending her flying backward, and saying, "You should keep your pet on a leash, or else your pet is liable to get hurt." Erick was so focused on Cheetah that he failed to notice Sasuke running up the wall and Naruto on the other side barely with a Rasengan in hand causing a massive explosion that caused the man to fall from where he was floating hitting the ground hard.
"I honestly don't know what happened to you Erick, you used to be such a nice little boy when we last met you. Is that any way to greet the people that saved you and your mother from that concentration camp? Cause right now, you are no better than a Nazi." Seeing a face that he was not expecting to ever see again.
"Kage, Tengu how is this possible, that happened decades ago, you two should be dead of old age by now." Sasuke looked at him and scowled, "And you should remember my last words to you, one who hunts monsters would be wise not to become one for when you look into the abyss, the abyss looks into you."
Erick remembering those words took off screaming that it was not possible, that Charles must have used his powers to trick him, as he went through the broken window and flew away, Wolverine managed to catch both Naruto and Sasuke as they were both falling to ground, "Well these two are not going to go anywhere today, is there someplace where they can rest? Or do you want to take them back to the mansion Chuck?"
Charles Xavier was rather confused at everything that he learned but he quickly looked at Wolverine, "If it is not too much trouble Mr. Richards, we shall take care of these four, and rest assured that they will not be harmed. It was not our intention to start a fight in the first place, but felt others would be in danger if we didn't act."
Reed Richards taking the kunai which was now on the table looked at it, "I don't mind, you are correct they would receive better medical care with you, but next time at least set up an appointment or at least let me know using your telepathy. Oracle please repair those vehicles and the window, this is going to be a headache to try and explain otherwise."
The Jet takes off and Cheetah is still holding onto Naruto, Crimson Fox is smuggling next to Sasuke, as they finally made it back to the X-mansion, and they land in the hidden landing area that was hidden under an Olympic pool.
The two of them were wheeled to the medical bay to be placed on beds for medical observation and treatment, by Ororo, Crimson, and Silver Fox making sure they keep an eye on them. Munroe takes care of Naruto and Silver Fox and Crimson Fox takes care of Sasuke.
