Cosmo and Luke 1: CH 1: The Prologue

"Thank you, Tails! I'll never forget you!" Those were the last words that echoed out of Cosmo's mouth the minute she was blasted by a Twin Chaos Cannon Blast… All it would be for the final show of Cosmo, right? … WRONG!

Little did she know… OH BOY…. Little did she know…

You see, her mother Earthia, and her sister, Galaxina, and her as well, have fulfilled their destinies of Saving the Galaxy at large, from an evil rogue group of robotic Seedrian, the Metarex, and their leader, also known as Cosmo's Father, the Dark Oak. BUT, in a world where you can't come back and you can't continue… Where else can you go? Let's find out, shall we?

"Welcome to your new world…" said a voice that echoed through the darkness.

Cosmo mustered up enough strength to open her eyes as she looked up, and pivoted her neck to look at her left, and then to her right.

To her left, was her mother, Earthia, who was sitting on a log. To her right, a man, who looked like a human adult male with a shaggy chin beard, and who was also scribbling notes on a clipboard.

It seems out of the ordinary. A human, like Chris Thorndike, was here.

"Oh, hello, there." Said the man. "You woke up to my pen writing. I know you have a lot of questions, like 'Why am I here'... or… 'How specifically am I here'? Those questions shall be answered later. Look, I wish I could tell you how you survived, but right now, it's printing."

"Who are you?" Asked Earthia.

"I'm just a simple worker. That's all I can say. And I've nurtured you two on your arrival here, with as much Nutria as I can fit in this room." Said the man. The printer beeped as the results were ready, the man picked up the paper and read it. "Ah… Yes… It seems like however you survived, someone brought you back… But WHO is the question YOU should be asking? But according to the gods, you can't go back. Not in that state."

And that's when it hit Cosmo.

"My Friends! I need my friends!" She got up and faced the man. "Take me back to my friends!"

Galaxina pulled Cosmo back. "Cosmo! Calm down!"

"Unfortunately, that access is denied." Said the man. "You see, you've been rescued from a painful death that somehow cheated the laws of physics. And whoever shot you with that Inner-dimensional blast, SAVED YOU as well. They got you by the chest but by that time that happened, according to our doctors, you have been blipped from the reality of your universe. Now I wish I could get you back to your Universe, but I don't see anyone with THAT kind of power to bring you back."

"... Tails…" Cosmo looked down in defeat, thinking of all the good times she and Tails had. Galaxina had felt sorry for her sister, knowing that she had a fun adventure without her.

"HOWEVER, there is a way." Said the man. "By bringing you to another reality, we can make you alive in that dimension, and THEN we can contact an authority from your place, where we can order them to pick you up! On the Negative Side, who knows how long until we can grab somebody with Time and Space Powers to bring you back? But what do you think? Think you can wait it out until you get picked up? That way you can get revived and go back to your friends, your lover, and whatever."

Cosmo looked at her mother, as she spoke. "We don't know who you are, and we don't know if we can trust you, sir…"

"Please, ma'am, call me Lucas." This startled Cosmo, Galaxina, and Earthia a bit as they twitched away from Lucas. "Would it be better if you call me Luke? I'm… from Earth, as you can see. BUT NOT YOUR EARTH! The Earth I come from, if you please, is a lot different from yours. And no, we don't have people like you here on my planet. And allow me to properly introduce myself. I'm a Time-Space Traveler Attorney."

Cosmo, Galaxina, and Earthia looked at each other and looked back.

"Look, the point is, you three have been saved by the cause of illegal Time Space Manipulation. I am here to PREVENT your arrest." Said Luke. "And so, the gods have put ME to take charge of your case. And now that I know it's the cause of retaliation for an Army Attack, I have put your biological father, Lucas, the not-so-cool version of my name, under arrest. And it's only a matter of time before we can set his punishment. Don't ask me why, but he's here and under arrest."

Cosmo looked around the room and got outside, as Galaxina followed her, and it was a Cyberspace of an office. "Wow…"

"It looks so big…" said Galaxina.

"You like that? Welcome to the S.T.O.N.E. Agency. Space-Time Ops for Negative Emergencies." Said Luke as he took Cosmo and Galaxina back into the Green Room, the room where Cosmo woke up. "And so, do we have ourselves a deal? You get to live in my world for a few days, if not, weeks, and we will transport you back home the minute we can defend your case and contact some Time Space deity to bring you home?"

Cosmo looked at Galaxina as she nodded. Cosmo looked at Earthia and then she nodded.

"You have a deal, as long as I can go back to my Universe." Said Cosmo with some joy on her face.

"Excellent Now we may have to" The alarms started ringing. "No no no no no!! Not this again!"

"Is something the matter?" Asked Earthia, who looked worried.

"Mother, what is going on?!" Asked Galaxina.

Luke typed in his computer some codes as something bizarre happened. "No no! WHO IS MESSING WITH TIME AND SPACE AGAIN?! It's the one time I don't like it! Time traveling during my lunch time!"

Suddenly, a Wormhole appeared in front of Cosmo, Galaxina, and Earthia. The three were sucked in and the wormhole closed.

"No… No! NO NO NO NOO!!" Luke yelled as he looked over to the evidence collected on the table, slowly fading away. "No! How am I supposed to defend them now?!"

"LUCAS!!" The Chief walked into Luke's Office. "DID YOU LOSE THE EVIDENCE?!"

"No, Ma'am!" Shouted Luke as he stood up. "The evidence vanished as soon as he had another case of illegal time traveling!"

"Another case?! Come on! If only we could find the culprit of that illegal teleportation! It's causing a rupture between space and time!" The Chief growled.

"Ma'am, it's only from my world. And as far as that goes, I will NOT allow any more abuse of the laws!" Luke swore.

"Well good! Because I think you're doing a terrible job at it!" The chief rolled her eyes and turned to look at Cyberspace for a moment and headed back to her main office.

Luke sighed as he looked at the radar. "Little girl… Wherever you are… Take good care of yourself… At least until I can get my hands on the source…"

Luke looked at the papers of Earthia, Galaxina, and Cosmo.

Luke grabbed the papers and slid them into a folder that instantly folded itself into a khakis brown hard drive. He grabbed it, locked his office with a password, which was a key, and left it. He then began to clock out and head home, to his dimension.

On the way, Cosmo, Galaxina, and Earthia were spat out of the wormhole into the dimension they were promised to live in for a short while.

Cosmo got up and looked around.

"Cosmo, dear, you shouldn't be wandering around," Earthia said, worryingly, aware of her surroundings.

"Mother… I think earthlings can be quite peaceful and kind… I think we should find someone that can help us." Cosmo replied.

Galaxina told her sister. "I still think it's safe to wander off to-"

"GET DOWN!" A gangster came out of a car and started firing a round from his gun at a shop, breaking the windows. "That's right! We rule the streets! Rolling Sevens!"

Suddenly, another car came out and fired at the Rolling Sevens. "Park Avenues, Punk!"

The next thing that Cosmo, Galaxina, and Earthia knew, they were on the edge of gunfire. Luckily they were not in the way, but seeing one human get hurt by another and another human hurting another placed unspeakable fear inside of Cosmo. Remembering the time that she was discovered by the Sonic Crew.

Cosmo stared at the two gangs shooting at each other, paralyzed in fear. Earthia quickly got up, ran up to Cosmo, held her hand, and ran with her far away. Galaxina followed next to her mother. Cosmo ran with Earthia and Galaxina, but she never took her eyes off the battle. But as she looked above the battle, a rift opened up and summoned a gemstone. It was like a Chaos Emerald but bigger.

A young gangster from the Rolling Sevens aggressively attacked the Park Avenues with unforgiving rage when he suddenly got hit by a bullet.

He panicked and huffed for air, and wailed angrily as he was thirsting for revenge, shedding tears as he fired back.

Weeks ago, he had his girlfriend killed by a gangster, and since then, he tried joining a gang to get revenge on the ones who killed her. He kept firing with angry eyes as he burst into tears, roaring in rage until he saw up in the air an emerald…

The young gangster peered into the emerald. The emerald was red and it had the soul essence of a little girl in pink. The girl had spiky pink hair, a red dress, long red shoes, and a headband with three cute curls/arches of hair, also known as spikes.

The girl giggled as she hugged the young gangster as the emerald went inside him. A couple of Rolling Sevens and Park Avenues looked at the kid as he absorbed the Gem.

There was something fishy with the emerald as everyone peered at the guy. The kid's eyes glowed from his signature brown eyes to pink eyes.

"Cholo? You okay, vato?" Asked a fellow Rolling Seven.

"Cholo" looked at himself as he looked at Cosmo, a few yards away from the Park Avenues as he stepped in the direction of the enemy gang.

"He's in range!" Shouted a Park Avenue gangster as they pulled out their guns, aimed at Cholo, and fired at him. But with eyes widening, Cholo simply passed through the bullets as the Park Avenues saw a little girl right with him, stopping the two gangs from firing or letting Cholo get hurt.

Cholo then speeds up to Cosmo, Galaxina, and Earthia as Earthia speeds up.

"Cholo! Where you going?!" A fellow Rolling Seven Gangster asked as everyone looked behind an alleyway where some monsters were lurking and attacked the two gangs, morphing them into… them…

Cholo looked behind as he then sprinted fast to Cosmo, Galaxina and Earthia.

Earthia tried her best to run away from the gangster, but the gangster caught up and grabbed Galaxina and Earthia's hands, who had been holding Cosmo's hand. He then pulled them into an alleyway.

"This way!" He shouted as the Powers of Chaos Control were instructing him with an escape plan.

"Huh?!" Cosmo, Galaxina, and Earthia were so scared and puzzled by the young gangster, probably by his small lines of mustache and a fresh tattoo that crawled up his arm that said: "By My Momma's Grace and the Blessing of the Lord, I am a Rolling 7".

Cholo loaded his gun, took out a bottle of Olive Oil and dipped his muzzle inside, and lit it on fire. He then led Earthia, Galaxina, and Cosmo into an alleyway, when more of those monsters came. The gangster then fired Burning Shots at the beasts and melted them real quick. Within endless running for a few seconds, the four managed to escape.

"Sir?! Who are you?!" Asked Galaxina.

"Señoritas… These streets are dangerous for you… Not only because of the gang war… but because of these monsters eating our friends… It all started when Spider-Man brought the giant, evil, BIG Spider-Man with teeth into our city… and all of a sudden, these identical ones appeared too. I don't have that much ammo if only we can find a car so we can drive you to safety!" Said Cholo.

Cholo scavenged through dead gangsters and took their ammo as well as better weaponry. He also used a Hot Car Engine from a broken car to cook some explosive chemicals.

"Sí!" Cholo cheered for a bit as he sealed the chemicals in tiny bags. "Listen, we just have to get Spider-Man! That's our only hope!" Said Cholo as defended Cosmo, Galaxina, and Earthia from the dangers of these beasts.

Cosmo, Galaxina, and Earthia looked at this guy. He was not himself. It was probably that Weird Chaos Emerald that possessed him. But even then, it was a miracle that he did not double cross the Seedrian Family, for now…

Cholo then stole an empty car, luckily opened it, and opened the doors for the two ladies as they hopped in, buckled up, and the gangster drove away, at high speed, away from the infected street.

"Sir, what is this place?" Asked Cosmo with fear and worry.

"Well, holmes? Welcome to New York. I can tell when you ladies don't come from here." Said Cholo. "Home to the illest gangsters and crime all around, especially when we got heroes around. Especially those Spaceship Weenies, the Shield…"

Cholo kept turning at high speeds, often pulling the three alien females side to side, and even at times when a bumpy road happens, sometimes Earthia would hit her head on the ceiling of the car. Cholo tried to be as calm as possible, but his instinct for human survival, plus his peaceful heart to take care of two maidens. What is happening? Why was he helping them?! The Chaos Emerald Aura sparks as Cholo tried taking control, but it didn't work as Cholo was stuck to help. And that's when he looked at his hand. It was all black.

"NO!!" Cholo took some Wine, poured it on his hand, and ignited it with his cigarette lighter as the shadowy ooze screamed as it faded. "That was close…"

"What is that?!" Galaxina was about to have a panic attack.

"That… Is Venom…" He said. "These weird aliens are the fault of Spider-Man, and are here to eat us all! This is why I'm here to take you to Spider-Man! It's his fault, so HE must clean this mess!"

"Who is Spider-Man!" Cosmo asked, checking her body if anything would be oozing from her body.

"The pitiful Savior everyone here looks up to… Enough about the questions! Hang on and we'll get there!"

The three then spotted more groups of these weird aliens, as Cholo took out his Pistol and fired at these FREAKS!

Cosmo looked horrified by the carnage from this one youngster! It's like he was made for this stuff. Earthia was more concerned about how one man could save them all from this mess, let alone from a group of dangerous people. It reminded her of her husband, her own Lucas… Galaxina liked the young man for his bravery, but she just hated how he seemed to be bred for war. Earthia still couldn't fully trust Cholo for certain, since he just roared in anger, firing at the other gang. If it wasn't for the emerald, he wouldn't be helping them.

Cholo held the gun but a Freak tossed a Piece of Pipe at the windshield and broke it. Cholo elbowed the windshield and gave the monster a taste of his latest masterpiece. Exploding Powder. Unwrapping the little baggie like a piece of candy, the gangster already expected it to harden like so, and he tossed it at the Venom Offspring. Once it ate the "treat" it erupted in flames!

Cosmo was startled and unnerved by the sounds of screeching coming from the monsters as she looked to the driver seat, as the gangster handed Galaxina an Uzi! He also gave Cosmo his Revolver.

Cosmo couldn't believe it.

"Come on! I can't be doing all the work!" Cover my blindspots!" Cholo then handed Earthia a Shotgun. "And YOU, cover my back!"

Cholo then cranked the car to the second gear shift and sped up through the streets as Cosmo, Galaxina, and Earthia had no choice but to obey him. Once they did, they got to the middle of the city right where the Shield Agents were fighting more of these creatures! Suddenly, the streets were getting more and more crowded! Cholo was losing adrenaline real quick and was slowing down.

Cosmo and Galaxina tried their best to help. And Earthia did so too. But the thing was Cholo was getting too slow when suddenly, the roof peeled off! They've passed underneath a Cargo Truck! Luckily, they were in a Low Car all along!

Cosmo and Earthia saw Cholo slowly closing his eyes, fainting asleep… So the Seedrians hopped off the car through the torn roof, opened up their dresses to act like a Parachute, and landed slowly and safely while Cholo crashed into another empty car and fell out, flying out and crashed onto the sidewalk. Nothing too hard, but scarring some skin tissue.

The Chaos Emerald Aura stopped glowing as the emerald left his body when all of a sudden, the emerald stopped glowing and Cholo's eyes returned to brown.

The light has faded. And he was back to normal.

Cholo instantly woke up in time, only to see the hand that was burned to get rid of the ooze, was covering his whole arm with ooze! The ooze started to take control of Cholo as his body was slowly turning into a Symbiote. Using the last liberated arm he cocked the gun and looked at Cosmo, Galaxina, and Earthia as he aimed it at his pocket.

"Tell all these gangsters that I'll see them again… Someday…" Cholo shut his eyes and pulled the trigger and ignited his pants on fire with the chemicals, burning the Symbiote as well as himself. But then, a Shield Agent ran by and put out the fire and quickly used Medical Emergency Procedures on Cholo to heal him. But Cholo was too tired and too hurt, so he fainted.

"You three! It's dangerous! Come with me!" Shouted the officer as he led them to the direction where the rest of the officers were, when suddenly, down went a man in a suit of red and blue.

Suddenly, a monster, like the Symbiotes, but with a darker hue, appeared as he stomped on the man in the red suit from the air.

Cosmo, Galaxina, and Earthia were nearly scared to death of what the city could be for them.

Cholo woke up, slightly, as he saw a big creature with both of his feet on the hero. Cholo frowned and growled…

"Venom… We meet again…"
