Sino Japanese war. Tension on the Korean Peninsula had reached its break point, and war was declared, as Japanese forces were moving into Chinese territory, and the Japanese navy was preparing to strike down the Chinese fleet at once.
Naruto Otsutsuki: was called upon by Emperor Meiji and his War Council. Naruto soon arrived. exiting his carriage, and was going into the Governmental building, which was in the heart of Tokyo.
Naruto soon entered the meeting room. Bowed and pay his Respect to the emperor, as he took a seat in the table to discuss their War Goals for this War, as much it pains him to go to war it was necessary for their Goal, Ultimate Peace throughout the Multiverse, they need to stabilize this world, before they could take on the Multiverse. Naruto Thought.
As the meeting resumed, emperor Meiji asked Naruto. What will you be contributing to the War Effort, Naruto San, emperor Meiji said to him. Naruto: stood up as he bowed to the emperor, Meiji Sama I will send some of troops to assist in China, as I will send my agents into China, to get intelligence and battle formations. I will send the navy of the Initiative, to reinforce the Japanese force. Naruto said to them.
All the People in the room agreed to the action, as Naruto kept quiet throughout the meeting.
Naruto: soon left the building, to go the headquarters to order his men to be ready for the war, as in everyone in the initiative went to overdrive to prepare for war, while Naruto was having a headache because he knows the paperwork will be a mountain.
A year has passed, they won the Sino Japanese War. The war had proved that Japanese Empire was a Major power in Asia, the other Western Powers decided to get their spheres of influence inside of China.
_ The Year 1899: Nov 2
Naruto: was peacefully signing some documents inside his office, when someone decided to Knock on his door, Naruto was always patience with his staff, and spoke. Come in, as that certain someone was a messenger from emperor Meiji itself. The mail man said, important message from Meiji Sama, as he gave the letter to Naruto. Naruto immediately read the letter seeing that it was an urgent letter. Naruto read through it thoroughly, and immediately called for his right-hand man. Naruto Uchiha, as Naruto Uchiha used his flying Raijin to get there.
Naruto Uchiha: Reporting for duty Naruto Sama.
Naruto Otsutsuki: I want you Naruto Uchiha to go to the forbidden city or Peking. The diplomatic Corp was surrounded by the Chinese rebels, and is refusing to listen to reason I want you to reinforce the Japanese forces in Peking, while it would take a while for the other western Powers to come, and help liberate it, and I want you to save as many people in the city friend or foe our goal is Ultimate peace, we must always remember that oath we all took.

Be it innocent or guilty while that was happening the defense of the embassies was complete, as they waited for the Chinese to come, and soon they came charging like madmen into their defenses, while the allied troops shot at the Boxer rebels, and they were relentless on their assault.
Naruto tired of shooting them down went down. And Yelled Tenno Heika Banzai, and charge in with his two Katanas and went slicing and slashing down Ten Boxer Rebels at once, and with his strong battle cry all his men followed him into battle, with fixed Bayonets on their rifles they charge in along with their general, creating the legendary banzai charge of the 20th Century, The Banzai Charge of Peking led by Naruto Uchiha, with his brave Japanese soldiers by his side, all of the Western Soldiers admired there bravery and courage in the Battlefield, giving them the necessary motivation to defend the people in the city with all their strength.

Two Years has passed, and Boxer rebellion was quelled by the 8 Nation alliance Comprising of Germany, Japan, Russia, The British Empire, France, The United States, Italy, and the Austrian Hungarian Empire. All went to liberate the diplomatic Corp in Peking, and Succeeded only a small amount of the men in the Embassies were killed or injured, but survived due to General Naruto Uchiha multitasking between a medic and a General, and was awarded the ornamental badge of the battle of honor by Emperor Meiji himself, winning more favors inside the government due the actions of Naruto Uchiha, and many of the men that he had served wanted to be under his authority.
After many soldiers asking to be transferred to the Command of Naruto Uchiha after annoying their superiors, they were being transferred to Naruto Uchiha, and went under his command and trained the Hardest to be his elite guards and army, as they pledged Loyalty and their life for Naruto Uchiha.
Naruto Uchiha: had his own army now he couldn't believe his eyes, because he just led a charge into the enemy lines, but he couldn't complain about it at least he has an independent army, apart from the initiative and government, he was still wary about the initiative and the Government, but was still loyal to the goal, the army was just in case that if Naruto Otsutsuki became a dictator or a madman.
Naruto Otsutsuki: was seeing the reports of the Scientists that came back from the Middle east, and with their findings in the dead sea Scrolls, and project 2nd impact will be ready in the 2000s. It was a project that could reverse any Universal damage, or end of the world Scenario. It was an emergency backup if anybody decided to end the world in other ways than physical.
And if that happens then all will proceed according to plan. Naruto Otsutsuki, thought to self and Ultimate peace will be achieved.
Naruto Otsutsuki: was inside his office in the initiative, while reading strange reports on the countryside, about the gore scene, which would be concerning, so he decided to send in Naruto Uchiha. To investigate the mysteries behind the murders throughout the countryside, and there were also the reports of his men encountering, man eating people and his men easily kill them with a slice of the head.
Naruto Uchiha: was on the case, being that he was ordered by Naruto Sama. To investigate the many murders in the countryside was alarming to him and that they weren't that many when they started the initiative in the 1400s, he had to get more info on this case. As Naruto Uchiha won't stop a till the people responsible for this crime get the punishment that they will get.
Naruto Otsutsuki: was going to the dead sea, as his scientist found another relic of the past that might give the initiative old techniques that would be useful for the initiative's Goals. He was inside a newly imported car to the dead sea between Jordan and Israel he was then guided by his scientist, to a big cave it already was lit by the Scientists that found the object.
Naruto was looking at a large stone gate with the Tree of life on it, he was in awe this was the final piece needed to attain Ultimate Peace Partially.
Naruto Ordered his Scientist to close off this area of the dead sea, and learn as much from this stone gate, because this will make things go faster, but he was still weary of the being that live in the worlds of ideas what was his plan in all of this.
He thought to himself, but he needed to go back to Japan, to finalize the last branch of the military part.
Naruto Otsutsuki: was back in his office. Infront of him was Naruto Uchiha, his right handman in the initiative, I called you here because I have a new branch that needs your leadership, it is the newly created Airforce of the initiative. I will assign you that position, and you will train only the best of the best for our initiative.

After Tensions in mainland Asia rose due to the expansionist policy of the Russian Empire. Into mainland Asia and the fear of the rising power of Russia in Asia, due to this the Meiji Government was on edge because of Russia's Rapid interest in Asia, and viewing Russia as Rival in Asia for Spheres of influence in the Region, and the recent negations failing to appease either side, due to all the tension the Japanese navy surprised attacked on Port Arthur starting the Russo Japanese War.
Naruto Otsutsuki: was called upon by emperor Meiji and his War council, went inside the Governmental building, found the same meeting room as before bowed and sat down at the table, as the room was talking about how to quickly knock out the Russians out of the war.
Emperor Meiji: spoke up, the best way to win this war is to use the Initiative's skill set to great use, Iam assigning you Naruto and your men to sabotage the Russian War effort, and I want you to cause Revolutions across the country to end the war, making their situations worse than they are now, and I want General Naruto Uchiha to take control of the Japanese army in Korea to quickly and decisively end the Russian army in Korea, ending the war at the end of Year.
After many disapprovals and Arguments on the topic by the side of War council, the war plans were finalized, and to be put in action in the May offensive combined with the Japanese navy to bombard Russian Fortifications in Manchuria.
_ 1904: May 1st
Naruto Uchiha: was with his troops, his elite army had also been called to fight for the Empire, and along with some divisions given to him by the army, his elite guard numbered around 100k and the additional 200k of men this war was going to be the Quickest by far for him and his army, and along with the navy and the underground operations done by the Initiative, this war was decide long before any shot was fired on the Russian side.

The Japanese forces led General Naruto Uchiha and his fellow Generals Managed to destroy the Russian army in Manchuria and Vladivostok, and all the while the Japanese Navy obliterated the Russian Baltic fleet in the Battle of Tsushima, and due to the efforts of the initiative destabilizing the War effort in Russia while also supporting Russian Revolutionaries and protests against the Government, Making the War for Russia costly and due to losing to an Asian Power Russia's Image as a Great Power was tarnish, Making them look incompetent.
_ 1905: Jan 1st
Naruto Otsutsuki: was Pleased on how the war turned out. The ambitions of the Initiative in Asia were Secured making the initiative's Expansion in Asia unprecedented, which will be used to construct bases across Asia to Maintain Peace throughout Asia, while also planning to expand to the west while establishing the Initiative's Hegemony and Control of the Globe, to Maintain Peace throughout the World not only in Asia.
Naruto was going to meet Terminator Naruto to equip the initiative with technology to better humanity and to further Quicken Project the Ultimate Being, Naruto soon met with Terminator Naruto and discuss his role and his position in the organization, after many conditions and stipulations, Terminator Naruto had joined the Initiative, making them the most advance group in the whole wide world.
But this didn't fell to deaf ears, the whole world knows that the Japanese Initiative cover name, was the one helping the Japanese empire to become a Superpower in Asia, making them Cautions about the Japanese government, and due to the shift of power in Asia the Western Powers decided to fortify their colonies in Asia in fear of Japanese invasion.
_ The Year 1914:July 26
most of the West decided to make their counter organizations against the initiative, like the US version of the Initiative called, The Maelstrom Organization of America led by Nathaniel Roosevelt, and the Second from Germany, The German alchemist department, and the third the Kingsmen.
All three of this Organizations were made to stop the Initiative's hegemony over the world and Japan, while also helping their mother country to succeed in the world.
While also Raising the Tension all over the world, compiling into the events of July 28, 1914.
