Mr. Speedwagon: Continued we had recovered one of the four remaining Pillar men, and there is three more under Rome, that is why I call you here Naruto-San, I want your Initiative and the Foundation to partner up with each other. Speedwagon offered to Naruto Otsutsuki.

Speedwagon said in a melancholy tone.

Mr. Speedwagon: Or MOA for short, they are an organization just like you, but they have a case in a town called Gravity falls in the State of Washington. It is an end of the world emergency project, it is made to stop the end of the Universe, and if this project succeeds, this will ensure the perseveration of our world, and a new hope for the next generation. I believe in you Naruto and for project Second Impact, the Speedwagon foundation will help with anything you need, for I also believe in this project, and we will both fund this project together. Both Naruto and Speedwagon left the car and went to the site of the fourth Pillar men, while meeting up with Straizo a Hamon master.

Arthur was a bright young man, he excelled at School, and had finished University, and a degree on being a lawyer, he had recently finished his training, and had awaken the Stand. He then approaches them, and said to them.

Then Joseph continued and said to Arthur. Your next line is, is that you were enjoying the women, am I right. Joseph said to Arthur

Arthur then spoke. I was enjoying the women. But was Shocked that Joseph being able to predict him, like his father, who always predicted the lines of people.

He still wanted learn that skill from his father, maybe he would later ask him, if he could teach it to him. Arthur thought himself.

Arthur then looked to Joseph, and said to him. Want to party it up, while also hitting up some women at the club. Arthur said in a suggestive tone.

Joseph thought about it, and he looked at Arthur, and saw that he was a happy go lucky guy, just like him. As he said to Arthur. I'll take up on your offer Arthur, let's have the best night of our Lives, as he hangs his arms over Arthur's shoulder.

The Three of them took off into the night, having the night of their lives, and partying it up like it was no tomorrow, while of both of them got Smashed, while also having a hungover. And they their being guided by Smokey, and that night, a friendship was made that would forever remain.

The next day Arthur and Joseph and Smokey, went to meet the grandmother of Joseph.

Arthur then spoke up. So, what is your grandmother like, and have you ever met your mother or father. Arthur said to Joseph.

Joseph Replied to Arthur. My Grandmother is kind, but strict to me, she practically raised me. But Joseph took a pause and continued. I didn't meet my mother, she died while giving birth to me, and Father died in the Great War.

Arthur felt bad, on bringing bad Memories. The said to Joseph. Sorry I didn't mean to offend you, and sorry for your loss.

Joseph Replied back. It's fine, at least I have my grandmother, let's go and meet her. She will be excited to meet you. Joseph said to Arthur.

As the three of them called a taxi, to go the hotel of both Joseph and his grandmother.

_ Pov of Naruto Uchiha

Naruto Uchiha was monitoring the events, that is happening in Europe, he had information that Germany became a right-wing nation, While GAD, was working with another organization inside of Germany, while the Kingsmen were preparing a full-on war with GAD, as the MOA was backing the Kingsmen in Europe, all the While GRU-P and the Initiative, is working with each other, for a world war between countries, and also a War with the Organization joining in, he had feeling that the Japanese Empire will be joining the Germans in this World War, and this World War will not be like the others, he was Preparing the Army of GRU-P, and General Naruto Namikaze to prepare the Russia Army for war, as he would be also be going to meet President Stalin, to advise him to prepare Russia for war, while he will call the elite Uchiha Guard, to monitor the border of Germany and Russia.

Naruto finalizing the message meant to Naruto Namikaze, and Stalin, he got an emergency message from Kakashi, but he had put it at the back of his mind, more focusing on the current situation, he would just send Arthur after meeting up with his uncle, and Mr. Speedwagon. Naruto thought while going to his car to meet up with president Stalin.

Arthur was with his best friend, and smokey, as they met Joseph's grandmother, Erina Joestar.

Erina: I see that you made some friends Joseph, Iam proud of you for making friends, around your age group, I also hope that you can get a girlfriend. She said to Joseph.

Joseph: stop it granny Erina, you're Embarrassing me in front of Friends. Joseph said to his grandmother.

Erina: I was just joking my dear, so any of you have enjoyed your stay in America. Erina said to them.

Arthur responded. I had Great time in America, but still doesn't beat Europe, but especially Russia, Ah my beautiful motherland. Arthur said in a longing tone to his homeland.

Erina: so, you're from Russia are you, Arthur, I didn't know you were Russian, I could have used some Russian I learned. Erina said Arthur.

Arthur: No need Miss Erina, Iam not exactly a native in Russia, for my Parents are Japanese and British my Parents are influential, you might heard of them before, Naruto Uchiha and Artorias Pendragon.
