In the throne room, a table and a couple of chairs were now in it with Murtessa sitting at the end of it with the other chair on the other side, specifically for Geoff. She was looking at the door as a Munce hands her what appears to be green claw in a bowl. The door soon opens, and Murtessa stands to see Geoff enter before she smiles, only to frown when Lloyd, Jay and Nya appear behind him, making her sigh in anger. "Bring another three bowls." She said to the Munce, who walks away while she pouts.
Within minutes, more chairs were brought in for Lloyd, Jay and Nya as their food was soon brought in. Lloyd, Jay and Nya were given some green sludge with bones in it and flies flying around them, while Geoff was given the same food as Murtessa, and was poking at it with a spoon before it chomped, scaring him. "What is this?" He asked, a little frightened.
Nya sniffs hers before groaning in disgust. "I have no idea." She replied.
The claw tries to grab Geoff again, but he moves away. "This is worse than eating Venus flytraps on the Dark Island!" He soon gags in his mouth.
"Is it true you know Spinjitzu?" Murtessa asked.
Geoff immediately recovered from his gagging. "Uh, yes."
"And you have Elemental Powers?"
"I do."
"We all do, actually-"
"I hope you will show me, Ninja-Geoff." Murtessa cuts Jay off. "I would love to see a demonstration."
"Okay, then." Geoff holds up his hands while closing his eyes before opening them, activating his Sand Sight, and sprouting two streams of Sand from his hands.
"That is amazing!" She gets up from her seat and heads over to Geoff as he dispersed his Sand Sight and lowered the streams, leaving piles of sand on the floor. "Truly, you are gifted. Brave, modest and powerful!" She comes up next to him, surprising him. "The way your eyes, and those scars glow. Though, they sort of make you... look ugly."
Geoff becomes insulted. "Excuse me?"
"Tell me, how did you get something like that?" She continued as if she didn't insult his face.
"I was blind before." He spoke in a disinterested tone. "Then I died, and was resurrected."
"Then, that is what I smell. You smell of dead person. I like that. Tell me. Are you... betrothed?"
"Yes." He stands up, angered at her flirting. "Yes, I am." He takes off his left glove to show her his wedding ring, shocking her.
"Oh, I am so glad Maggie's not here, right now at this very moment." Jay whispered to Nya, who nods.
"Then, tell me." She asked, angered at the sight of his ring. "When did you see your memsahib last?"
"Many hours ago, in the surface." Geoff replied, putting his glove back on.
"Then, you are lost, Ninja-Geoff. You shall stay here with me!" Everyone was soon shocked as Murtessa moves her hand to touch Geoff's left cheek. "And be my King."
Geoff slaps the hand aside in anger. "I refuse. I refuse to leave Magna Hall-Sanders for you! This ain't even a proposal, this is a forcible wedlock!"
"So, um, what is this wonderful food?" Lloyd asked, smiling and hoping to change the topic. Murtessa jumps on the table and kicks his bowl in anger. "Oh, thank goodness."
She then kicked the other three bowls aside before turning back to Geoff. "I demand the Munce rite of ritual combat to fight for staying here!" She yelled. "I'm sure your memsahib is lovely, but her loss is my gain!"
"You are crazy, bitch!" Geoff replied, standing on the table as well. "I'm not going to fight to stay!"
"Then you will never see your beloved memsahib again! For you will stay here forever with me! Be my King. Rule the Munce alongside me. Or are you afraid? Do you hide behind others... like a child?"
Geoff soon growled in anger. Lloyd soon came up next to him. "Geoff, come on, don't." He said, hoping to reassess the situation. "It's... It's not worth it."
"Shut up, Lloyd." Geoff replied, not looking at him, making him back away. "Alright, Murtessa. I accept the battle terms. But, if I win, we all leave for the surface when the time is right. Where my wife is."
(A/N: Not sure if this is the first time I wrote someone insulting Geoff's scars (they don't make his face look ugly btw), but let me know, just in case)
