Chapter 2

Disclaimer: I don't own Dragonball. Nuff said.

"You won't get away with this!" Gine shouted, her voice echoing through the forest. She launched herself at Zamasu, her fists glowing with ki as she aimed for his face.

Zamasu, smirking confidently, effortlessly dodged each punch, his movements fluid and graceful. "You underestimate me, Gine. This body is mine now, and I will use it to its fullest."

As they clashed, the air around them crackled with energy. Trees were uprooted, and the ground trembled beneath their feet. Gine, fueled by desperation and rage, pushed herself to the limit, but every attack was met with ease by Zamasu.

"Is that all you can do?" Zamasu taunted, landing a powerful kick that sent Gine flying back. She crashed into a boulder, the impact sending shards of rock scattering.

Gasping for breath, Gine struggled to her feet. Her vision blurred, and pain radiated from every inch of her new body. But she couldn't give up; she had to protect her son and the others.

"Never!" Gine roared, charging back at Zamasu with renewed vigor. This time, she focused on his movements, studying his patterns, looking for an opening.

Zamasu, sensing her determination, increased his attacks, aiming to overwhelm her. His strikes were precise and relentless, each one more powerful than the last. Gine blocked and dodged as best she could, but the toll was beginning to show.

Sweat poured down her face, and her limbs felt heavy. Yet, amidst the chaos, a flicker of hope ignited within her. She noticed a slight hesitation in Zamasu's stance—a vulnerability.

Seizing the moment, Gine channeled all her remaining strength into one final assault. Her fist connected with Zamasu's jaw, the force of the blow sending him reeling backward.

"Got you!" Gine gasped, watching as Zamasu stumbled, momentarily disoriented. She pressed her advantage, unleashing a flurry of punches and kicks, each one landing with a satisfying thud.

Zamasu, caught off guard, struggled to regain his composure. His facade of confidence cracked, revealing the first signs of panic. "Enough!" he bellowed, summoning a burst of energy that repelled Gine.

She landed hard on the ground, the wind knocked out of her. As she lay there, gasping for air, Zamasu straightened his uniform, his expression twisted with rage.

"You dare challenge me?" Zamasu hissed, his eyes glowing with malice. He raised his hand, a ball of energy forming between his fingers. "It ends here, Gine."

Gine, struggling to stand, watched in horror as the sphere grew larger, brighter, pulsing with destructive power. She knew she couldn't dodge it; the only way to survive was to match it.

Summoning every ounce of her remaining strength, Gine gathered her ki, her hands trembling as she prepared to meet Zamasu's attack head-on. The atmosphere thickened, charged with anticipation.

"Come on then!" Gine screamed, her voice raw with desperation. She released her energy, a beam of light shooting towards Zamasu.

Their attacks collided mid-air, creating a massive explosion. The force of the blast threw Gine backward, her body crashing through several trees before coming to a stop.

Dazed and bleeding, Gine tried to focus. Through the smoke and debris, she saw Zamasu standing tall, his clothes tattered but his resolve unbroken.

"Pathetic," Zamasu spat, taking a step towards her. "You are weak, Gine. Just like all mortals."

Gine, her vision blurring, forced herself to her knees. She couldn't fight anymore; her body was spent. All she could do was watch as Zamasu approached, his hand outstretched, ready to deliver the killing blow.

"Goodbye, Gine," Zamasu whispered, his fingers closing in on her throat.

"Hey, you! Stop!" A voice shouted out.

Both Gine and Zamasu turn to the source of the voice and saw it was Raditz in Super Saiyan form!
