Volume 1 Issue 5: Minding the Kitchen
Hell's Kitchen, Manhattan. New Vale City. (Day of The Convergence)
'Hell's Kitchen.' Thought by a Mystery Man patrolling the nightly neighborhood. 'All I want is for this city to breathe free. Free of corruption. Free of crime. But the streets of this city are crawling with lowlifes. Costumed criminals run rampant.' His thoughts shift through images of three of the most dangerous criminals he has ever faced: Typhoid Mary, Bullseye, Elektra. 'For every one of us, there seems to be ten of them.' Then his Radar Sense zooms his glare closer to the intimidating Fisk Tower in the distance, 'And all of it clenched in the thick fingers of Wilson Fisk, the Kingpin of Crime.', where he can see Kingpin observing the city from his office with an ominous look. 'It's time. It's time to take this city back. But everywhere I turn…' The red Costumed Devil has been perching atop a church next to a cross, until he heard an explosion from nearby. 'Something like that happens.' said Daredevil, the Man Without Fear.
BGM-Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 OST-Shocker Battle
That explosion was caused by Shocker, one of the escapees from the Prison Raft. He just used his Vibro-Shock Gauntlets to blow a large hole into a building for himself and his partner, Rhino, to rob. "That was awful loud, Shocker." Rhino criticized.
"Well then hurry your little self up there, Rhino, and break through the vault like you said you could." Shocker retorted. He watches his partner get into position for a powerful charge, then gets impatient when he takes his time, "Well?"
"Sshh! I'm focusing here." Rhino scowled. He begins counting up, "One, two…", unaware of Daredevil jumping off rooftops to stop his plans. Before he could utter three, the Russian thug is smacked across the face by the hero's Billy Club.
"Business hours are 9 to 4, gentlemen." Daredevil quipped, appearing before the two villains atop a truck.
"You son of a-." The enraged Rhino charges hornfirst at the acrobatic vigilante that leaps away while the truck explodes from the attack. Daredevil is quick, flipping onto the crook's back to choke him with the cable of his Club. "Off me!" Rhino struggles to free himself as Devil struggles to control his movements, managing to guide him toward a generator and backflip off his back right before it and Rhino's horn collide in an explosive fashion. That little maneuver struck the district with a blackout. As for Rhino, menacing red eyes glow from his silhouette as it looks like he's walking out of the fiery shadows okay. A lie, quickly revealed by the villain collapsing facefirst into unconsciousness before the victorious Daredevil.
"That new S.T.R.I.K.E. force will be by to pick him up. Hopefully they won't blame me for the blackout. Now, where'd your little partner go?" Daredevil wondered, realizing that Shocker retreated during the scuffle. "One down, one to go." He scoffed, ready to search for him and save his neighborhood.

BGM-LEGO Marvel Super Heroes OST-Helicarrier
The Dimensional Avengers, and Jin Kazama, have assembled in the Tricarrier for their very first mission as STRIKE Agents. They sit around in the War Room with various expressions, ranging from serious to excited, all looking at Agent Maria Hill ready to brief them.
"For this mission, you'll be placed in Team Alpha. 74 supervillains and a bunch of gangsters escaped during the breakout. We've already deployed STRIKE Agents around the globe to recapture them. This is where you come in. We have intel that a bunch of them have been sighted in Hell's Kitchen, a crime-ridden neighborhood in Manhattan. Some being eyed on by your typical underworld boss." Hill informed the team.
"Medusa's back?" The foolish Pit remarked.
"No!" Hill retorted angrily, "I'm talking about crimelords like the Kingpin, Count Nefaria, those in the Egg Army! With the city still reeling from the Convergence, they want their hands on whoever can help them conquer it through brute force and fear."
"Which will lure in Grimm." Weiss commented.
"And lead to a gang war. New Vale's not even a day old yet and these criminals are so excited to throw it the biggest baby shower ever." Spider-Man joked.
"We'll have to take them down before they are recruited. Who's currently in the area?" Jin asked, back in his Tekken 7 outfit after his business meeting in Solkaria.
"Rhino, Shocker, and the Wrecking Crew. Rhino was just taken down but Shocker has gone missing. For now, focus in apprehending the Wrecking Crew." Hill ordered, projecting holograms of the four superpowered Wreckers: Piledriver, Bulldozer, Thunderball, and their leader, Wrecker.
"Won't be easy. Heard they got their hands on some Asgardian magic that can give Thor a run for his money." Palutena commented sternly, acknowledging their dangerous power.
"I have something that'll make things easier." Hill smiled, throwing to Spidey an intriguing purple energy sphere.
"What's this? An Interdimensional Orb?" Tails studied.
"Exactly. STRIKE developed this spacetime technology as a new means to detain supervillains more securely. Just throw it at the enemy once they're weakened and they'll dematerialize into the Orb." Hill explained their new gadget: Interdimensional Orb.
"So it's like a Poke Ball? Can we see a demonstration?" Pit requested.
"Got an idea." Slyly, Yang swipes the Orb from her ex-boyfriend and points shouting, "Is that the Master Emerald?"
"Where?!" Knuckles fell for her trick so easily that it was embarrassing to watch what happens to him next. Yang throws the Interdimensional Orb, which resizes itself to match his body and height in seamless seconds before catching him. Completely absorbing the echidna into the sphere before shrinking to pocket size for the mischievous blonde to hold.
"I caught a Knucklehead!" Yang expressed triumphantly, which earns her an angry glare from Hill for disrupting the briefing. She swipes the Orb from her embarrassed hand and puts it in a special machine that opens the Orb, freeing the growling Knuckles as he lunges at Yang for a brief fight that the others ignore.
"That's your mission. Take a few Orbs to go and round up those escaped criminals." Hill tasked, done with tonight's briefing.
"Acknowledged!" X responded resolutely, while Palutena breaks up the humorous fight between Knuckles and Yang so the team can be deployed to Hell's Kitchen.

Later at Hell's Kitchen…
BGM-Spider-Man: Web of Shadows OST-S.H.I.E.L.D. (Red Suit)
The situation is worse than anyone thought. The whole neighborhood has gone crazy. Escaped convicts of the human, mobian, and faunus variety have formed gangs and taking over entire city blocks. Looting, strong-arming local residents, anything to make Hell's Kitchen even more chaotic than it already was.
"They are cooking out here." Spider-Man joked, just as the Dimensional Avengers arrive at the scene.
"It is Hell's Kitchen. Not a fan of the meal I'm seeing." Knuckles quipped.
"We have our orders. Defeat all the enemies and hunt down the Wrecking Crew." Lucina announced, ready to clean up the Kitchen.
Jin charges in first at an unsuspecting crowd followed by Lucina. Wanting a piece of the action, Amy glances at a smirking Yang and rides her robot arm that flies off into battle. After some punches from Jin and slashes from Lucina, one prisoner is punched in the face by the robot arm that Amy jumps off for a seamlessly powerful hammer slam that takes out the first enemy horde as the rest of their friends follow their lead. X blasts and knocks down a mobian crook that approaches him and dodges the attack of a second human goon before blasting them into submission. Following X's attack, Pit defeats two faunus prisoners that tried to pounce him, splitting his Palutena Bow into dual blades to beat down a third that tried to attack him from behind before arrowing another from a distance and slashing the last prisoner charging at him.
Immediately after, Ruby, Yang, and Tails find some trouble handling the crooks that got their hands on formidable police gear. Those with rifles were annoying to counter, until a jetpack assault soldier provides the heroes air cover with a concussion grenade. "Heroes! We're a STRIKE Squad deployed to support you! Lend us a hand and we'll lend you ours!" said by the STRIKE Assaulter, joined by his squadron.
"Sure thing!" Yang responded, accepting their help.
In a mess like this, there is no better opportunity for ordinary STRIKE Agents to show the dimensions what they are made of. Troopers hold the line with defensive tactics and counterattacks, supporting Tails with barrages from their I.C.E.R. Rifles. Ruby gets smacked around by one prisoner and would've been targeted by several more if a STRIKE Operative didn't use her special gun to camouflage her, confusing the crooks so the operative and the invisible huntress can knock them down.
"That weapon is so cool!" Ruby exclaimed, staring in ecstatic awe at her invisible-turning gun.
"Thanks." The STRIKE Operative smiled.
"STRIKE Tech is amazing. Looks to be a combination between SHIELD's, GUN's, and Atlas's. The literal best of three worlds." Tails commented.
Meanwhile, Sonic runs around the district. Going fast and spindashing crooks while looking for their target villains. "No sign of any Wrecker. Place is dark. Did someone hit a generator or something?" He wondered, humorously unaware of how Daredevil's fight with Rhino ended up.
'We'll restore power in a minute. Would appreciate some light.' A STRIKE Agent responded through the comlink.
"That's your cue, Lady Lights." Sonic quips at the goddess flying to the sky.
Lady Palutena floats above the center of Hell's Kitchen and thrusts her staff even higher, casting a great magic that illuminates the entire district filled with looters and terrified civilians that want out of the madness. "Seeing a lot of bystanders in a crossfire! Closest is at the old cathedral!" She informed her friends.
"On our way!" Spidey retorted, leading Blake and Knuckles to the rescue.
A sliding punch from Knuckles knocks a line of thugs into the air for Spidey to web-throw into the nearest dumpster where they belong, leaving Blake free to escort people to the nearest safety zone. "Bring 'em over here! We'll treat 'em!" A STRIKE Medic shouted at her next to the ambulance.
"Thanks." Blake acknowledged, leading people to the trained medics. Spidey appears not long after with an injured man that is quick to be provided medical attention, right before the cat turns to him asking, "Quick question: We're still friends, right?"
"Always have been. Why would you ask that?" Spidey responded.
"Because of…yesterday." Blake frowned, shyly reminding him of their breakup.
"Oh…right. Well, no use crying over spilled milk. You know I'll always have your back and hope you'll have mine." Spidey assured her with a fist bump, albeit with some awkwardness at the beginning.
"Absolutely." Blake smiled happily, which disappeared once a prisoner with a rifle starts firing at them.
"I'm always open for a do-over. Our worlds are better crossed now, right?" Spidey joked, disarming the crook with webs that are also used to pull him toward his faunus ex-girlfriend.
"LITERALLY merging worlds is not what I meant!" Blake quipped, defeating the crook with a fearsome flipkick.
The situation is nearly contained as Tails and Weiss take on another enemy squadron. Fires are bursting out of control and making it difficult for the two heroes to fend off the savage prisoners. Until Weiss shouts out a team attack, "Ice Tail Swipe!" The heiress casts an icy glyph that empowers the fox with an icy aura. Enemies draw near to the two-tailed hero that whips out his Rapid Tails Attack, lashing out a chilling chain of twin-tailed swipes that sweeps across the ground like a whirling foxy dervish, blowing away all enemies in his breakdancing path while his icy winds clear the flames that were threatening the neighborhood.

"Too cool!" Tails celebrated, sharing a high-five with the heiress just as STRIKE repaired the generator and return light to Hell's Kitchen.
"It's frozen in hell. Kitchen is looking clean. Still no sign of the Wreckers." Weiss reported through her comlink.
Suddenly, the sound of guns clicking informs her and Tails that they are not done fighting yet. They shift into defensive positions against a small enemy horde that all have guns locked on them and are eager to fire at any moment. "You brats gonna pay for ruinin' our fun!" A Mobian Prisoner threatened.
And just as suddenly as they arrived, the prisoners are shot down by a newcomer with her own gun. A tough-looking woman with a brown ponytail in an open black jacket. Skilled enough in hand-to-hand to knock out the remaining crooks she could get her hands on. "Thank you, Miss." The grateful Tails told her.
"Don't mention it. You would've handled them fine without me. I just wanted a piece of the action." Their New Ally responded with her New York accent.
"Who are you?" The suspicious Weiss asked.
"Lieutenant Jean DeWolff of the NYPD. Or I guess the 'NVPD' these days after what happened to our worlds." Jean DeWolff introduced herself to the heroes.
"You already know about the Convergence? Hasn't exactly been made public yet." Weiss remarked.
"I'm a detective, kid. It's in my job description to figure out this stuff." DeWolff said. The rest of the Dimensional Avengers then regroup with the trio, where Spider-Man perches on a streetlamp while being eyed on by DeWolff. "Long time no see, Webhead." She smiled with a tone of familiarity.
"DeWolff! Heh, sure has. Today been keeping you busy?" Spidey retorted, happily familiar with this officer.
"Busiest of my life. Too many cases and thugs to crack, so little time to enjoy 'em all." DeWolff quipped.
"You have another friend in the police?" Weiss questioned her leader.
"Yup. DeWolff and I go way back, before I met her friend Yuri. The only two people in the force that likes me." Spidey briefed his friends on his friendship with the detective.
"Tolerate." DeWolff snarked.
"Same difference." Spidey quipped.
"All of you work for that new STRIKE Force, right? Hunting down the crooks that escaped from the Raft?" DeWolff guessed correctly.
"The Wrecking Crew, specifically. Know where they are?" X asked her.
"If they're here, the police station! Which mean move your asses over there now!" DeWolff claimed with an angry scowl.
BGM-LEGO Marvel Super Heroes OST-Sand Central Station (Boss Fight)
And right on cue. A loud crash was heard from a distance that startles the heroes into staring at its direction. "That didn't sound good." The concerned Sonic grunted.
"What did I just say? MOVE!" DeWolff shouted, running ahead as the heroes follow her to the Hell's Kitchen precinct.
"Why do the Wreckers wanna wreck the police station?" Spidey asked, swinging next to his police friend.
"The commissioner played a role in their last capture and they're dumb enough to want revenge as soon as possible." DeWolff answered.
Just then, they arrive in front of the police station to see it's a mess. Villains big and powerful smashed through the entrance and left wounded officers scattered everywhere. "They are the Wreckers. Will wreck everything even their own brains." Spidey quipped, as the party search the station for the Wrecking Crew.
Their search takes them to the commissioner's office. And the place is wrecked by the four members of the Wrecking Crew: Thunderball, with his wrecking ball making most of the damage. Bulldozer, crashing through officers with a headbutt. Piledriver, smacking down Captain Yuri Watanabe. And their leader, The Wrecker, holding up the terrified Police Commissioner in a chokehold. Tormenting him until he heard DeWolff shouting, "FREEZE!", and pointing her gun at his head.
"Damn! The goody two-shoes are here!" scowled Wrecker, furiously throwing the commissioner to the wall before Avengers and Wreckers engage in a fight.
"Yuri! You okay?" Spidey asked his other police friend, in the midst of evading Wrecker's enchanted crowbar.
"Fashionably late as always…" Watanabe snarked weakly.
"Ran into an old friend." Spidey quipped, while DeWolff hurries to her friend's aid.
"You alright?" DeWolff asked her superior.
"Yeah. Thanks, Jean." Watanabe replied, accepting her hand to stand again.
"I'll take care of everyone here. Mind taking this outside?" DeWolff requested them to switch arenas to avoid destroying the police station.
"Palutena!" Spidey tasked her to do the relocation.
"Warp!" Palutena expressed, teleporting both parties out of the station and to the abandoned Shadowland fortress somewhere in Hell's Kitchen.
"Should've never gotten in our way, brats. We have business with the commissioner, now you're gonna get it." Wrecker threatened them for ruining his plans.
"You may have the power of a god, Wrecker, but you're still a loser in my book." Spidey snarked.
"Now you're making me angry. Big mistake. Get 'em, men. And make 'em hurt real bad." Wrecker glared, just as both parties charge at each other for a big clean fight.
X starts the fight with several blasts to cover Knuckles while he rushes at Thunderball, who uses his wrecking ball to block the blasts before backhanding the echidna to the ground. Jin and Piledriver rush at each other with cross counter punches, smashing each other in the face with shockwaving force that blows them both back. "Nope. No. Miss us. Not quite." Sonic jokes while he and Ruby work together to easily avoid Wrecker's attacks.
"You're mine, kitty cat!" Bulldozer threatened Blake, rushing at her with some punches.
"Gotta catch me first, ugly." Blake snarked, jumping over cars and an Asura statue to evade his rampage.
"You can't run forever!" Bulldozer claimed.
"I don't need to." Blake retorted, kick-jumping over Piledriver's back amidst his fight with Jin, Yang, and Amy in order to trick Bulldozer into headbutting his own teammate.
"Yo! Sorry." Bulldozer apologized.
"Well, well, well…" Yang taunted, throwing a powerful recoil punch that knocks down the enchanted villain, "Take a nap."
"That's teamwork." Blake smiled, sharing a high-five with Yang and Amy but not Jin, who's apathy allows him to walk past their smiling hands.
"Stand still, bugs, so I can squash you!" Thunderball taunted, spinning around his weapon that both Spidey and Lucina jump away from.
"No thanks." Spidey quipped, catching the wrecking ball after Lucina cuts the chain from Thunderball's surprised grasp. "I think you've been scheduled for demo." The Webslinger uses his own weapon against him, spinning it around until he smacks him into the massive pagoda. "How 'bout that, huh. Beating them at their own game. Literally." He joked.
"HEY, SPIDER-PUNK!" The Wrecker shouted from atop a nearby rooftop. "Eat this!" He then combines his superstrength with his crowbar in an attempt to rip apart the large roof as a weapon to crush the heroes with.
"Hey, Captain Crowbar!" His plan is foiled by Pit distracting him with his flight and taunting him with, "Catch this!", which signals Tails to spindash the criminal and cause him to fall from a great height.
The Wrecking Crew is weakened. Enough for Weiss to use gravity glyphs to pull them together for a quadruple finisher from a Dimensional Avenger. "Uh…" Wrecker groans at the intimidating Yang, who uppercuts him into submission. Right before Jin beats Bulldozer with an electric punch. Knuckles smashes his namesake into Thunderball's face. And Palutena cracks Piledriver's skull with a powerful swing of her staff. All four are piled onto each other, making it easier for Spidey to web them and Tails to seal them all away inside an Interdimensional Orb.

BGM-Project X Zone 2 OST-Because It's The Right Path
"4-in-1. This Orb tech really is awesome." Spidey commented, spinning the Prison Orb on his fingertip.
"When they're not used on you." Knuckles glares at Yang, still angry at her tricking him into the Orb earlier.
"C'mon, it was funny." Yang quipped.
"Yeah, right!" Knuckles barked angrily.
"See? You think so too." Yang teased the growling mobian.
Immediately after, the STRIKE squadron alongside Watanabe and DeWolff arrive to the scene to congratulate the heroes on their victory. "We'll take 'em out of your hands. Good work." A STRIKE Agent said, being handed the Orb so the Wreckers can be taken into custody.
"Captain Watanabe! DeWolff! How is the commissioner?" Ruby asked the NVPD cops.
"Fine. Sent us here to say thanks for saving the precinct, but this is far from over. I'm still wrapping my head around whatever changed the city." Watanabe replied.
"We're looking into it. That's what STRIKE is for. Might take a while." X assured her.
"Good thing I found something to occupy yourselves with." Out of nowhere comes Daredevil, dropping into the area and surprising the heroes like the hardcore defender that he is.
"Daredevil!" Spider-Man exclaimed in shock to be reunited with his fellow vigilante.
"Another enemy?" The curious Jin questioned.
"He's not. Devil's a friendly." Spidey assured him.
"Hard to believe that with that name and scary look." Pit quipped, finding Daredevil intimidating.
"The Man Without Fear. Where the hell were you while your neighborhood went to shit?" DeWolff asked him.
"Tracking down Shocker." Daredevil answered.
"He's on our wanted list too. What did he do this time?" Blake responded, recalling their last confrontation earlier in the summer. Back when Shocker got his greedy hands on the Chaos Stone but was defeated by her and Spider-Man.
"Start a gang war." Daredevil replied sternly. "After I took down his partner Rhino, he decided to hole up in a weird subway station while he rebuilds his crew. Heard it's a noted Egg Army turf and also caught the interest of the Xiong Family, hence the war on our hands." He explained what happened thus far.
"The Xiong Family? That's Junior's gang. Didn't think he survived the Convergence too." Yang commented, familiar with the crime syndicate and their leader because of confrontations at his nightclub.
"Was hoping we'd prevent a gang war. Ah well. There's still time to stop it." Spidey declared with a serious look on his mask.
"The sooner you take down those guys, the sooner Hell's Kitchen can return to a manageable state for me and my officers." Watanabe stated to the unified heroes.
"Got it. You two take care of yourselves." Sonic said, determined to put an end to this gang war.
"We will. Good luck out there." DeWolff responded.
"Follow me." Daredevil shifts his Billy Club into a grappling hook, using it to swing alongside Spider-Man as he leads the Dimensional Avengers to their next destination.

Bullet Station Zone, Underneath Hell's Kitchen.
BGM-Spider-Man 2: The Game OST-Karacho
Bullet Station Zone. A canyon base with a large number of grind rails and armored Bullet Trains used for transport. Once a part of Mobius, now an underground subway station in New Vale City that is suffering a disastrous gang war between three distinct factions.
"This is Egg Army turf!" shouted a Mobian Egg Soldier, aiding the Egg Army in attacking the intruders with laser rifles.
"It's Shocker's subway now!" retorted a Shocker Thug, fighting alongside his fellow gangsters that are equipped with similar suits and weapons like their boss.
"Does this look like a subway, morons?" An Egg Soldier mocked, shooting down a Shocker Thug.
"It has trains! Course it's a subway!" snarked by a Xiong Crook, slashing the mobian with his red blade to clear room for his other black-suited allies.
The Egg Army, Shocker's Gang, and the Xiong Family. Three criminal gangs from three different worlds, brought to this merged world by the Convergence to wage a terrible gang war for supremacy over this city. A three-way brawl that is relatively even between them, yet it is clear who has an advantage over who. The Egg Army holds the edge, thanks to their cybernetics and Badniks aiding them in crushing the opposition. Shocker's Gang is holding their own against both parties, all because of the ferocious shockwaves fired from their gauntlets that blow up anything that looks explosive. The Xiongs were losing ground fast, until the kicks and claws of the Malachite Twins came to their rescue to push back their enemies.
"Man, these girls hurt! Can someone do something about them?" A Shocker Thug complained.
"Bring out Silver Sonic, on the double!" An Egg Soldier ordered.
On cue to support the Egg Army is a Super Badnik modeled after Sonic the Hedgehog but much larger and covered in silver armor. Silver Sonic, a Badnik Horde Commander, erupts out of a giant capsule to spindash through hordes of Shocker Thugs and Xiongs alike at impressive speeds. It then rushes for a fight with the Malachite Twins, with the older sister using her durable heels to kick it out of its unscathed and intimidating ball form.
"Look. A metal rat for us to play with." The older Melanie Malachite mocked with an arrogant expression.
"It looks cute. Let's keep it." The younger Miltia Malachite commented, sounding more polite compared to her twin.
"Assuming it doesn't break easily." Melanite snarked.
Melanite readies her heels as Miltia unveils her claws. Silver Sonic strikes his clawed battle stance, before all three combatants collide attacks that packed the amazing force to erupt a shockwave across the station. While all of this is happening, the leaders of the Shocker Gang and Xiong Family are in the midst of their own epic duel using their own signature weapons. "Back off, baby bear! I'M takin' control of this joint!" taunted Shocker, firing a shockwave at his rival from atop a train.
"With pissy attacks like that? Not possible!" snarked Junior Xiong, firing multiple rockets from his bazooka that forces his foe to flee.
One rocket hits Shocker in midair, causing him to crash to the ground. He almost eats another rocket but deflects it with a shockwave, causing it to bring down a stalagmite that crashes next to Junior with the painful force to blow him away. "You don't know Kingpin like I do! You're just a newbie! His stash is MINE, then I'll finally show this rotten city who's the real big man!" Shocker proclaimed with stern determination to win this war.
"That'll be me! The Xiongs were once the greatest syndicate in the kingdom! Whatever this Kingpin has, I'll do whatever it takes to get it and restore our glory!" Junior argued, just as determined to become the new Kingpin before the two gang leaders continue their battle.

All three gangs are so immersed in kicking each other's butts that they don't see their fun is about to come to an end. Daredevil and the Dimensional Avengers have made it to the underground Bullet Station and are shocked by the chaos that threatens to leak into Hell's Kitchen. "Never seen a subway station like this underneath the city." Spider-Man commented on the unfamiliar area.
"This isn't New York anymore. Gotta get used to that." Weiss reminded him.
"When I'm not distracted by a gang war." Spidey quipped.
"I recognize this Zone. This is Bullet Station!" Sonic stated in shock.
"This is from your world?" Daredevil questioned him.
"Yeah. One of Eggman's old bases. Makes sense now why the Egg Army wants to protect it." Sonic elaborated, having ventured through this Zone during Metal Sonic's takeover of the Eggman Empire.
BGM-Sonic Heroes OST-Bullet Station
"They still trespassed into my neighborhood. I'm kicking them all out." Daredevil grimaced, clenching onto his Billy Club.
"Let's go after the big bosses right away. Junior's mine." Yang declared grimly, cracking her knuckles that are eager to put an end to this gang war.
The Dimensional Avengers leap into action, quickly horrifying all three gangs that noticed them. Silver Sonic is blitz aside by his organic counterpart and the Malachite Twins are forced to contend with Knuckles's raging fists. Daredevil throws a billy club at a Xiong to disarm him of his gun, kicking him down and stylishly reclaiming his club before his Radar Sense warns him of Shocker Thugs wanting to surround him. "The hell is Daredevil doing here?!" A Shocker Thug wondered. The Thugs then fire shockwaves at the blind hero that jumped away, stomping on a crook before his acrobatic combat style defeats the teched-out criminals.
The fighting interrupts Shocker and Junior's duel, who both turn to see Daredevil confronting them with Spidey and Yang by his side. "Hey, Herman/Hey, Junior." Spidey and Yang greeted their respective enemies.
"Seriously?" Both crime leaders retorted in annoyance, retreating to the atop of an armored train that takes off and prompting the three dimensional heroes to chase after them on grind rails.
"Truce for now?" Junior asked his fellow crime boss.
"Fine!" Shocker replied, agreeing to a temporary teamup since he hates the heroes more. He powers up his gauntlets, taunting them with, "Get ready! Here comes the pain!", before firing shockwaves that obliterate some rails.
"You need to workshop some new catchphrases." Spidey snarked, side-flipping to rails that aren't being blown up by the high-tech criminal.
"Still owe me a drink, Tiny." Yang taunted.
"Here's one on the house!" Junior retorted, firing a rocket that the huntress deflects with her metal arm and speeds away from the hair-blowing explosion with a smirking glare.
Meanwhile, Knuckles's intense fight with the Malachite Twins is moments away from wrapping up as he blocks Miltia's claw slash that was still strong enough to push him back. "You fight stupider than the blonde bimbo!" Melanie mocked.
"And you still lost to her! Getting beat up by me will be more embarrassing! Bring it!" Knuckles taunted, eager to settle this.
"Brace yourself!" Miltia yelled, with her and her scoffing sister charging headfirst at the echidna warrior.
The young Militia rapidly slashes her claws that Knuckles deflects expertly so he could land an elbow strike to her face, twisting her arm before pummeling her back to the point she shouts in pain. A shocking shiver in his spine then warns Knuckles of Melanie nearly smashing him into paste with a high flipkick before going all Chun-Li on him, delivering a flurry of rapid kicks so fast they appear as blurs that he struggles to parry. Just when he thought he saw through her attacks, he is suddenly struck by both kicks clapping his head. Still, Knuckles endures, smirking, "Gotcha!", while grabbing her foot and furiously slamming her next to her sister. Both sisters growl with fury, rushing at him together in a desperate attempt to defeat him. It was in vain as Knuckles proves himself to be the more powerful fighter, punching through their combined attack with such roaring force that it forms an explosion of enormous power that sends them flying through the base in a humiliating defeat.
"This is awesome! Been a while since I've trashed one of you silver copycats! Keep pushin' me!" Sonic smirks at Silver Sonic, taunting him in the midst of their high-speed duel.
Spin Dashes collide multiple times across the underground subway canyon. The Sonics are being ferocious at each other, with Silver remaining calm, and Blue enjoying the fight while bouncing off a stalagmite to avoid being sawed in half. The organic hedgehog lands on the Bullet Train, in front of the surprised gang leaders a second before Silver Sonic crashes down and dodges his claw swipes before kicking him back. Shocker then fails to blast him, followed up by Junior transforming his bazooka into a club that lands a solid hit and sends the cocky mobian flying off the train. Spidey sees then catches his flung friend with a webline before hurling his Spin Dash onto all three villains at once, clearing room for himself, Yang, and Daredevil to finally leap off the grind rails and join Sonic in a final assault atop the moving train.
"Your gangs are beaten. This war is over." Daredevil taunted the criminals.
"Says who?" Junior scowled.
"Daredevil." Daredevil responded coldly.
"You'll have to be a 'daredevil' to dare to challenge me!" Junior retorted.
The Xiong Leader tries multiple times to club the fearless hero, but he is skilled. A master at hand-to-hand combat thanks to his early and intense training by the martial arts master Stick. Daredevil disarms him of his weapon and endures a smack to his sides, retaliating with a leaping uppercut that is followed up with a diving kick that pushes Junior toward defeat. At the same time, Yang and Shocker collide explosive punches that knocks both of them apart and leaves the former to be clawed by Silver Sonic so the latter can deliver a shockwaving uppercut that sends her high to the sky. "Cannonball!" Thankfully, Spidey web-yanks her back to the fight and smash her fist right into Shocker's gasping chest. Daredevil trips up Silver Sonic using his billy club so the original Sonic can spin on his face. Weakening him enough that after avoiding his claw, Daredevil tags in with three kicks of acrobatic guile that send Silver Sonic flying off to the depths of the cavern.
"Let's get our timing right!" Spidey said, webbing Shocker and Junior together.
"Synching up!" Yang responded, readying herself for their combo finisher.
Together, the ex-couple jump at their webbed foes with synchronized blows from opposite sides. Kicks and punches are thrown in a high-speed flurry and the villains couldn't endure it any longer. They are knocked into the air, briefly, so Yang could shout, "We got you now!", before she and Spidey finish them with a double rising uppercut. "ALL RIGHT!" They exclaimed triumphantly, with Peter and Yang sharing smiling peace signs.
BGM-Project X Zone 2 OST- The Dragon Soars, The Turtle Gallops (Urashima's Shop Theme)
Silver Sonic was trashed and the gang leaders were beaten, just in time for the Bullet Train to return to its home station. "Here's our stop. Gang War Cleared Zone." Yang grinned, gesturing at the Zone full of unconscious gangsters thanks to their friends.
"Good to see you're okay. Did you win?" Amy asked them.
"Yeah. Wrapped up and ready for pickup." Daredevil confirmed by kicking the webbed bosses to the floor.
"This is X to STRIKE. We were successful in capturing Shocker and Junior Xiong and stopped their gang war. You're free to take them into custody." X reported through his comlink.
'Copy that. Sending a squadron to your location. Good work, team.' Maria Hill responded.
"I've been meaning to thank you, Herman. If you didn't steal the Chaos Stone from Oscorp all those weeks ago, we would've never found out about the Exo Stones. You helped us save the multiverse, pal." Spidey mocked his beaten enemy.
"Damn capes! It figures you'd come along just when me and my crew were 'bout to beat that pretentious candlestick to Kingpin's private stash." Shocker snarled, frustrated at his own defeat.
"Who're you talking about?" Spidey casually interrogated him.
"Torchwick, web-for-brains! Who else?" Junior scowled.
"Roman Torchwick? But he's been dead for a long time." The curious Ruby responded.
"He didn't look like no zombie. He's back and he means business. This gang war is far from over!" Junior claimed.
"We ain't afraid of no ghost. Good night and have sweet dreams." Spidey snarked, tossing an Interdimensional Orb that imprisons both criminals.
"So this war was fought over something in Fisk's possession." Daredevil summarized.
"What does he have that got even the dead interested?" Lucina questioned.
"No clue. But it sounds like something that can challenge even the Kingpin for control over the city." Daredevil believed.
"I'm concerned. We saw Torchwick die right before our eyes. No way he survived. Did the Convergence bring him back to life somehow?" Blake wondered.
"After it wiped out trillions across our universes? I don't think so." Weiss snarked.
"Maybe he's from a parallel dimension. Time and space were unraveled for a moment, so he may have been revived from an earlier point in time." Tails speculated.
"Let's save the speculations for later. We have a criminal going after another criminal's stuff. We need to beat Torchwick to whatever Fisk is hiding before this gets ugly." Sonic frowned sternly.
"Daredevil, do you know where we can find his private stash?" Jin asked him.
Daredevil nods, "I have a good idea where to start. Let's wait for STRIKE to show up, then we'll go hit the club." He proclaimed, with the heroes now tasked to intercept the revived Torchwick when he tries to grab the mysterious goods.

KFX Here: So for the time being, this is how the story will be structured to make it easier to follow: The Dimensional Avengers will be the main focus (namely Spider-Man, Sonic, and Ruby). Each chapter will have a guest star (like Daredevil). And they'll be short, ongoing side stories that'll happen in the beginning of each chapter to explore what other people are doing in the Unified World, like the OzSchnee subplot. An all-star cast with tons of fanservice to celebrate the Masters of Evil RX Saga.
