Pulse grunted as he limped, his broken paw throbbing like crazy. His sword friend was in his mouth.

Poor Jabetu. She didn't deserve this! It's that stupid Paarthurnax's fault! Pulse thought as his paws sprung over a log.

Pain shot through his paw, but he ignored the impulse as he continued onward. No broken paw was going to stop him from getting help for his friend!

He would get revenge for Jabetu. He swore it on his life that he would. She didn't deserve the fire punch! How dare Paarthurnax!

This is what happens when no good police get in the way. They ruin everything! Pulse snarled, his muzzle moving when he thought about the gosh darned headstrong Starter.

Starters always think they're so special just because they're 'more powerful' than regular Pokémon. Well, they're wrong! They're weak as a Magikarp. Actually, they're weaker!

Pulse thundered through the forest. Once he exited the forest, he tried to search for someone who could help. Someone who wasn't anyone who he hated the guts out of at this point.

He needed to find someone who could fix his paw and heal his best friend. He stuck his nose in the air, and tried to find someone who could help. Maybe a Chansey or an Audino. A Blissey would also be great.

Pulse revealed his teeth when his nose caught scent of one of his classmates. Ugh, I didn't want help from her of all Pokémon! I think she's obsessed with me!

The scent was sweet, yet it was a little sour with a hint of flowers. It was as if this Pokémon had taken a bath as if they planned on being here.

A white ball of fluff skipped out in front of Pulse. " Hiya!" Hasira purred as she bounded forward to meet Pulse. It seems as if she hadn't noticed the sword in the canine's mouth.

Pulse growled. Ugh. Now I wouldn't mind for Ditto to show up to help. Anyone but her. I feel like a character from another world with her obsession over me. He thought with hatred.

There was no way no matter how much she liked him would he ever be with her. He didn't like her like that, and her obsession with him was really childish.

Pulse sighed. I guess I have no other choice. I'll ask the rat for help. The overrated rat who happens to be shiny. This will really sting.

" In case you can't tell," Pulse grunted as he hobbled closer, cursing his wounded paw for making him weak. " I'm sort of in a pickle. If you could help me-"

" Of course I'll help you! What do you need?!" The Eevee squealed with delight. That is very creepy. It feels like she was following us. Pulse pondered with disgust.

Pulse shivered. He hated this Pokémon. He hated her for her obsessions with him. But...he needed her help! He sighed. Guess it was time to spill the beans. He hoped he was putting his trust in the right 'mon.

He knew she wouldn't tell anyone because of her 'love' for him, but he wasn't sure if she was willing to keep it a secret, like his friend. She might be too much of a ' good two shoes,' for that.

He gulped. He needed her trust, despite not liking her. She could have good potential if I ever need a team of badass Pokémon to destroy that velociraptor who tried to stop me multiple times over.

He nodded. Yep. I will tell her. " My Friend is hurt, and I have a broken paw. We need your help to heal her and help my paw get better." He told her.

She would most defiantly ask the question of how they got it.

" How did you break your paw? And how did Jabetu get hurt like this?" Hasira wondered, her voice seemingly like venom when she mentioned Jabetu.

Was she jealous? Of course. She's obsessed with me. Of course she wouldn't like Jabetu. Pulse thought as he rolled his eyes.

Pulse sighed. He supposed he had no choice on this matter. " We got injured trying to fight Paarthurnax." He told her.

" Why was Paarthurnax trying to fight you? I thought he was a good guy." Hasira queers. Pulse gulped. Here was the part where he would trust this maniac with his secret.

He only trusted, er well told three Pokémon: his mom, his friend, and now he will trust this crazy shiny with his secret.

" He is. I-I did something terrible, and I'm not sure if I should trust you." Pulse growled as he placed his friend down on the ground in order to speak properly.

Hasira looked slightly offended. " You can trust me with anything and everything Pulse. Despite only knowing you for a short amount of time I believe that we are friends. Whatever you're hiding, it is okay to tell me. I promise I won't tell."

Pulse played with the dirt, stalling a bit. " I killed my father, not Ruri." Pulse told her. Hasira seemed slightly surprised, but she gained her paws once she processed the information she was entrusted.

" B-but why would you kill your own father?" Hasira wondered. She is more innocent than I thought.

" I killed him because he was going to send me to this insane place where only delinquent Pokémon go. All because I looked, ' scary.' It is a stupid reason, and so for that I ridden the world of a ridiculous burden." Pulse growled.

Hasira seemed to be more understanding after hearing that. " Oh. I see. That is stupid. But it still sounds like a ridiculous reason to kill your father. I mean, don't get me wrong I get that being called scary is insulting, but couldn't there have been a better way to deal with this?" Hasira wondered.

" No! He had to die! He was not on my side! Now are you on my side or that stupid velociraptor's?" Pulse wondered with a growl as he lumbered forward.

Was it a mistake to trust this Eevee with the truth? Pulse really hoped he was making the right decision. It would seem as if she wasn't real fond of how he handled his father. He growled. I had to!

Hasira seemed to be thinking over the situation she was in for a second, a clear blush on her face. She opened her mouth in order to speak. " Of course I'm on your side! If you think that was the best way to do things then I guess I can't judge. You're a pretty cool Pokémon, Pulse! You can count on me to keep this secret!"

A clear purr was in her voice. Despite hearing the compliment, Pulse wasn't impressed with what the Eevee said. Well, he was slightly impressed that she was that insane about him, but he dismissed the compliment.

" Good." Pulse growled with a smirk. Things were going his way now. Hasira would keep his secret and she would help him and Jabetu get back on their feet.

Pulse wasn't sure if it was safe to even stay here now that Paarthurnax can apparently fight them. That will be his downfall. He will fall to me, Pulse, and the world will be mine!

That sounded very satisfactory to Pulse. Hasira interrupted Pulse from his thoughts. How rude.

" Can you even walk? It's a long way to my house from here." Hasira wonders as she points left. " No! Of course I can't walk! My paw is on fire! Do you really think I can walk with this ridiculously weak paw slowing me down?!" Pulse roared at Hasira.

Hasira didn't seem to notice his anger. " Right." Is all she meowed as she grunted, using her strength to try to put the dark-type on her back.

With malice, Hasira harshly sank her teeth on Jabetu's metal body. " Careful!" Pulse snarled, dogging his claws into her back.

Hasira seemed to curse before mumbling through her teeth. " It's hard to get a good hold on the sword lady. If I drop her she might fall on the ground. Is that worse than my teeth being deep into her metal skin?!"

" Yes!" Pulse snarled. " You're injuring her more than she already is! Give her to me you worthless piece of crap!" There was clear panic in his voice. Something that was never really heard in Pulse before today.

" Okay, Okay. Sheesh. Here. Take her before she gets too heavy!" Hasira growled as she grumpily gave Pulse his friend. Pulse carefully placed her on Hasira's back.

Hasira seemed to grunt, body falling to the ground. She yelped with pain. " You two are both too heavy." She informed Pulse.

" Worthless Eevee." He whispered to himself. " Well then," he began getting up. He placed his precious friend on his back. " Why don't you help me walk then? I'll carry Jabetu and you can aid me getting to your house." He suggested.

" I thought you would never ask," swooned Hasira. Oh great. That's really annoying. It's like she took that as a moving forward thing! Ugh. How idiotic. I don't like her. She's really ridiculous. Plus she looks weak no matter how cute or special she is dubbed as.

Pulse rolled his eyes, as Hasira swiftly pressed her own petite body against his slender frame. He wasn't that muscular, but he was still very powerful.

Pulse leaned against the female. The female was obviously enjoying the contact. Pulse focused on the sword he called his friend. Most Pokémon wouldn't hang out with such a Pokémon since Pokémon like Jabetu were ghosts.

Plus she was a sword and they all thought she didn't have a true soul like other Pokémon. But, Pulse? He thought those Pokémon were the ones without souls.

In a way it was true. Pokémon like those he hung out with at school never gave a Pokémon like Honedge a chance. A chance to change history.

Well, I will give her more than a chance. There might come a day where I'm run out of town. It's obvious Paarthurnax already knows that I'm not who I seem to be, so he might tattletale on me. I will give her a chance to leave with me. I might as well give Hasira a chance to come as well.

Pulse glanced at his dormant friend and at his apparently new friend. He wasn't sure if she should even be considered a friend.

He will consider her an ally for now because of her commitment so far.

Hasira started to move, grinning at Pulse, noticing him watching her. " Come on then. My house is this way." She informed once again moving to the left.

" How far away is it?" Pulse wondered as he lifted his injured paw. Hasira glances at Pulse with worry for his paw in her gaze.

" It shouldn't be too far. I'd say around fifteen minutes. We need to get out of this forest though. I've heard there are creepy Pokémon around near this time of day." She informed him.

" I'm not afraid of no Hypnos." He snarled as the two slowly made their way to the exit. " If you ask me, they're misunderstood like I am. I'm not scary, and they don't kidnap kids who are still around at this time."

" True. You can't judge a Pokémon by what it looks like or what is said about them." Hasira barked as she puffed out her chest with pride.

The two continued to walk in silence, leaving Pulse to think about his fallen comrade.

Oh be alright, Jabetu. I can't bear to see you like this anymore. I hope we aren't too late.

The two had just exited the forest when a Pokémon jumped out in front of them, holding something hypnotist called their pendulum.

It was one of those Pokémon. It was the Pokémon Hasira was speaking of just a few hours beforehand. " H-hello t-there." The Hypno said as it held out the pendulum; it was unclear whether it was a male or female.
