SmackDown Filming: July 21, 2009

"I didn't realize how hard planning a surprise party was." Nikki comments as she and Brie sit with me in Catering. "Even if your twin sister is helping you out."

"Who's surprise party is it?" I ask with curiosity.

"Dolph's, his birthday is next Monday. The party is on Friday. Here's yours and Randy's invitations."

I take the invitations from Nikki. "Thanks."

"How have things been with you, Rissa?" Brie asks.

"Pretty great but also a bit scary because I know I'll be in a Steel Cage match this Sunday."

"I'd be scared too."

"I have a plan though. Use the cage as a…" I get cut off by Dolph and Randy sitting with us.

I quickly hide the invitations.

"Weapon, use the cage as a weapon." Randy finishes for me as he wraps an arm around me.

"What he said. Why are you two here?" I ask.

"Missing our girlfriends." Dolph tells us. "Is there anything wrong with that?"

"Sure…" Nikki says as Brie leaves to find Kelly. "I think you and Randy may be being nosy. You scared my sister off."

"Sorry, so what were you talking about?"

"Stuff. I'm not indulging your nosiness, babe."

"What kind of stuff? Stuff is too broad."

"About my match on Sunday." I answer.

"Sunday's a big day." Randy comments.

"You're not the one who's going to be in a Steel Cage though."

"You'll be fine, Rissa." Randy kisses my forehead.

"Isn't that just sweet?" Mickie comments as she walks up to us. "The two biggest gold diggers in the WWE and their boyfriends. You know, Marissa, one day, Randy is going to wake up and realize he could do much better than you. By the way, Randy, I'm available."

I stood up and got in her face. "What is your problem, Mickie? I'm not just going to let you stand here and disrespect my relationship. I think I know what it is. Is Mickie James a little jealous of me?"

"I'm not jealous. I'm much better than you, and I know that."

"Yeah, you are. You've always been a bit jealous of me. It started with Trish liking me a little better than you, and then, you decided you wanted Randy. Randy was never into you. If he was, why didn't he date you when I was with Chris? Randy was single that whole time, and we were never on good terms during that time frame. I'm dating him now though, and while I know you like getting involved in other people's relationships, you're not gonna ruin mine. Get lost. I'm happy, and Randy's happy."

"I'm not jealous of you, Marissa. Like I said before, Randy can do better. All you do is waltz around all happy and arrogant like a little hoe."

"If you were using the proper definition of hoe, it would apply to one of us, Mickie, and that wouldn't be me. I'm pretty sure you've been around a lot more than I have."

"Keep flaunting your ego, Marissa. I can't wait for Michelle to knock you down this Sunday. You won't be able to have your cake and eat it too."

"Michelle won't win this Sunday. Tell me, Mickie, how long will Team McCool last? Michelle and you have jealousy issues, and both of you have been with Cena, granted hers was an actual relationship, and Morgan and Michelle have both been with Chris. It's drama bound to happen. If you want to keep having an issue with me, we can settle it in the ring, considering we're wrestling each other tonight, and speaking of cake…" I grab the piece of cake I had gotten but not eaten yet and smash it into Mickie's face. "Again, don't disrespect my relationship ever again."

"You didn't just do that!" Mickie shouts at me. "The nerve!"

Everything is silent for a moment. Mickie and I stare at each other. Everyone else is staring at us. Nikki is struggling to hold back a laugh. Things are uncomfortable.

"She just did." Randy says to break the uncomfortable silence. "By the way, Mickie, Marissa is right. I was never into you. We slept together once. It was over four years ago, and even then, you knew I wasn't interested. Marissa and I are happily in a relationship. Don't mess with us ever again. Let's go, Rissa. Nikki, Dolph, feel free to join us."

Randy grabs my arm and leads me to his locker-room with Nikki and Dolph following close behind.

We walk into the locker-room, and Ted, Maryse, Eve, and Cody are all in there and smile at me.

"What?" I ask with confusion.

"We heard you smashed cake in Mickie's face." Maryse tells me.

"She flirted with Randy right in front of me and called me a gold digger and a hoe."

"I'm a little surprised you didn't lay her out."

"Not yet at least. She's my opponent tonight."

"Oh yeah. I'm on commentary, unfortunately with Michelle."

"Good luck with that." Eve comments.

"I have the slightest feeling Michelle's getting slapped tonight."

"Not doubting it."

"Eve, Nikki," I look at both of them. "Go with us."

"Sure thing." Eve answers.

"Are you sure?" Nikki asks.

"Positive." I tell her.

"Okay."

Randy walks me over to the couch and rubs my shoulders. "We both know you're not a gold digger or a hoe."

I lean on him. "I know. She just pisses me off."

"It's probably my fault we have to deal with her crap."

"You slept with her four years ago and never even pretended to be interested in her like that. Hell, how often do one night stands happen in this company? It's been four years. She should understand by now that you're not interested and are now taken."

"Do you want me to go say something to her?"

"No, you already said something right before we left Catering. If all that and the beating I'll be giving her in our match tonight doesn't get the message across, then I'll find a way to handle it."

"If you're giving Mickie a beating, do you mind leaving me a little bit for our match this Sunday?" Maryse asks me.

"I'll leave you a little bit, but not much. I'm fed up with her. I'll leave you just enough for her to come to the ring this Sunday, and you can finish the job."

"Fine with me."

Ted looks over at me. "Should we be concerned about anything you're gonna do to Mickie tonight?"

I shrug. "Eve and Nikki can handle it if things get out of hand, but I'm getting my message across to Mickie tonight."

("Obsession" plays)

"This is a Divas Match scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, being accompanied by Alicia Fox and Layla, from Richmond, Virginia, Mickie James!"

I know I want that girl so bad

I lie awake at night

And think of all the things that I would do

With a girl like that…

"And her opponent, being accompanied by Eve Torres and Nikki Bella, from Saint Louis, Missouri, Marissa!"

I walk out, and once I walked to the ring, I blow a kiss to Michelle just to piss her off. She gives me a dirty look. I gesture at my waist, indicating I planned on getting the championship back this Sunday.

Ding! Ding! Ding!

Mickie and I locked up. This is an important match. If I win, I'll have momentum heading into Night of Champions. Plus, I felt the need to get the message across to Mickie that she wasn't going to disrespect my relationship. I put Mickie in a Sleeper Hold. She punches her way out of it. I get hit with a Clothesline from Mickie. Mickie pulls me up by my hair.

"Randy can do better!" Mickie yells at me. "He can have me!"

I glanced over at Eve and Nikki. By the look on Eve and Nikki's faces, I could tell they heard what Mickie said and knew I was about to lose it.

I glared at Mickie, who still had my hair in her hand, and slapped her not once, twice, but three times. I hit Mickie with a Clothesline. Mickie got back up and went for a Schoolgirl pin, but I reversed it and pinned her.

1...2...3!

"Here is your winner, Marissa!"

I took one more look at Mickie before grabbing her and hitting the Picture Perfect on her.

"Randy isn't interested in you." I tell Mickie. "Drop this whole thing, or the next time you're in the ring with me, I'm gonna be much meaner."

I rolled out of the ring as Michelle ran in, and the girls supported me as we headed backstage. I once again gestured to my waist before we got backstage.

I was met backstage with Randy's arms. The girls left me be as Randy pulled me in. He held me in his arms for a moment until Michelle coughed to get our attention. I turned to her with annoyance and got out of Randy's arms.

"Need something? I'm busy." I remark as we get in each other's faces.

"You won't beat me. You can't beat me." Michelle tells me.

"Last time I checked, you have never ever beat me cleanly. We will be in a Steel Cage Sunday. We'll be on my turf, and I'll make sure to torture you in that cage. This Sunday, I'm taking my Women's Championship back, and there's nothing you can do about it."

"Damn!" Ron Simmons says from where he's standing.

Michelle looks around before storming off.

Randy pulls me back into his arms. "Let's get outta here."
