Hell in a Cell: October 4, 2009

Randy and I walked into the arena together. We both keep an eye out for any of our enemies just in case one of them tries to attack us before our matches tonight. Randy was getting protective at the moment and made sure that I was right there with him, keeping me close.

"I don't know about you, but I'm feeling confident about my match tonight." Randy whispers in my ear.

"I am feeling confident too, but admittedly, being inside Hell in a Cell tonight feels a little intimidating now." I responded.

"I'm not going to lie and tell you it'll be easy." Randy gives me a serious look. "I do know you have it in you to win tonight though, and I'll help you take care of any wounds from your match tonight."

I give Randy an appreciative smile. "If you're taking care of my wounds, who's gonna take care of yours? You're gonna be inside Hell in a Cell tonight too."

"I know. I think you and I may have to take turns."

"I think that's fair. We might be doing this for a few days."

"Unless one of us gets lucky and doesn't have to be in there too long. You never know, Rissa…"

"That's right, Randy...you never know."

"Like you never know when I'm going to do this." Randy picks me up and starts to walk to his locker-room.

"Randy!" I yell in annoyance. "What is this?!"

"I'm carrying you to my locker-room, and you aren't getting down."

"Ugh, Randal…" I whine.

Randy shows no sign of putting me down, and we arrive at Legacy's locker-room. Randy walks in still carrying me. Eve, Cody, Maryse, and Ted look at us in confusion.

"Blame him." I give Randy an annoyed look. "We were just walking and talking before he…"

Randy cuts me off with a kiss. "One of these days, you're gonna be used to me carrying you around and like it."

"Just stop with the PDA already." Ted mutters.

Randy flips Ted off and continues to kiss me. I feel Randy start to lower me to the ground. Once my feet touched the ground, Randy releases the kiss.

"Finally." Ted rolls his eyes.

I throw a hairbrush at Ted. He barely dodges it.

Cody picks it up off the ground. "This hairbrush needs to be thrown at Ted more often. He actually got off his ass and moved."

I laugh at Cody's comment. Maryse drags me over to the mirror and starts on my hair.

"So…" Maryse whispers. "You have a Hell in a Cell match tonight."

"Yep." I nod.

"Are you nervous?"

"Honestly, I am a little bit."

Eve walks over and puts a hand on my shoulder. "You'll be fine, Rissa. The Queen of Chaos can handle this."

"I don't know…"

Cody speaks up. "Marissa, you're the most badass Diva in the WWE. No offense, Eve and Maryse. As I was saying, Marissa, you're a badass person. You can do this."

"That's the nicest thing you've ever said to me, Codes." I smile.

"Let me add in my thoughts." Ted says. "Rissa, you might be a bitch sometimes, but you are arguably one of the best performers in the ring this business. You kicked the Miz's ass in that Intergender Tag Team match not too long ago. You can beat Emily."

"Thanks, Ted, but I am a bitch most of the time."

"First of all, Ted," Randy speaks up. "Don't call her a bitch, ever again. Second of all, Rissa, stop underestimating yourself. You were giving me a hard fight back in that one match in 2006 that was Rated RKO and Lita versus D-Generation X and you, and you've gotten a hell of a lot better since then. Put everything that you've got into this. You will defeat Emily and retain the WWE Women's Championship."

"Thanks, Randal."

Maryse finishes my hair, and she and Eve leave me in the chair and sit on the couch.

Randy stands up and walks over to me. "You will win, Rissa. You look sexy right now by the way."

"Randal, I love you, but I don't think I can do the flirting right now." I give him a sorry look.

"But I like flirting constantly with you."

I kiss him on the cheek. "As much as I like that, I need to focus on my match."

"I understand, sweetheart. I'll walk you to guerilla."

"Okay. Thanks, handsome."

I know I want that girl so bad

I lie awake at night

And think of all the things that I would do

With a girl like that…

"And her opponent, from Saint Louis, Missouri, the WWE Women's Champion, Marissa!"

I walk down to the ring with my championship. Once I enter the ring, I hand the referee the championship and watch as the steel structure known as Hell in a Cell is lowered. Emily stretches a little bit. I do push ups to prepare to begin wrestling.

Ding! Ding! Ding!

Emily does Maryse's signature hair flip taunt, to taunt me with the fact that she injured Maryse. I roll my eyes and attack her. I throw Emily into the ring post. I slam her head against the turnbuckle a few times before she elbows me in the face and throws me across the ring with a Headscissors. She picks me up and hits a Brogue Kick. She pins me.

1...kickout!

Emily wasn't beating me that easily. I got back up and hit her with a Clothesline. I threw her out of the ring, making her hit the side of the cell. I roll out of the ring after her. Emily grabs me and throws me into the side of the cell. I fell to the ground. Emily grabs me and slams me into the steel steps three times before I stop her. I kick her in the knee until she falls. I touch my face. I see blood on my hand. I grab Emily and hit a Picture Perfect on the ground. I roll her back into the ring and pin her.

1...2...kickout!

Emily runs to escape from the ring, but I catch her on the apron. She grabs my head and goes to slam my head into the ring post, but I stop her and hit Randy's Draping DDT on her. I get in her face.

"Have you learned your lesson yet, Emily?! I don't think so!" I yell.

I pull her up, but she rolls me into a cradle and holds my wrestling tights.

1...2...kickout!

When I still managed to kick out of the pin, I kicked Emily into the corner of the ring. I catch her with a Superkick before rolling out of the ring. I look under the ring and pull out a kendo stick.

Emily kicks me in the gut as I make it back into the ring. She goes to grab me for a Powerbomb, but I catch her with the kendo stick. Emily falls to the ground, and I start to unload more hits with the kendo stick on her. The kendo stick breaks in half, so I lock Emily in the Figure Four.

Emily grabs one of the halves of the kendo stick and hits me with it to force me to break the submission. She then grabs me and drops me with a DDT before exiting the ring.

Emily comes back in the ring with two steel chairs. She hit me with one of them when I started to try to get up. Emily then positions one of the chairs under my head before swinging the other one at me to hit a Conchairto. However, I had been playing a little bit possum, so I was prepared, moving out of the way fast enough to avoid the Conchairto before kicking Emily in the knees to take her down. I go to hit Emily with a DDT on one of the chairs, but she escapes before hitting me with a Neckbreaker instead. Emily pins me.

1…2…kickout!

"Why won't you just quit?" Emily groans.

I move to the corner of the ring, discreetly removing one of the turnbuckle pads, as Emily is growing increasingly frustrated. She runs at me, but I move, making her hit her head on the exposed turnbuckle. Emily was also now bleeding, but that didn't make me slow down. I got out of the ring again to grab a weapon. This time it was a table.

I pull the table out from under the ring and toss it in before getting back in myself. I kick Emily in the gut to keep her down before setting up the table in the middle of the ring. I grab Emily and lift her onto the top turnbuckle before getting up there myself. I go for a Superplex, but Emily blocks it. We start exchanging punches before she headbutts me, stunning me. Emily shoves me off the turnbuckle and through the table. I feel Emily pin me.

1…2…3!

I roll out of the ring as I hear those dreaded words.

"Here is your winner and the NEW WWE Women's Champion, Emily O'Hare!"

The cell is lifted, and I walk backstage. People stare at me. Josh Matthews walks up to me with a microphone and cameras.

"Marissa," Josh holds the microphone up to me. "Can we get any comments on what just happened out there?"

"Josh," I give him a dirty look. "Tell that rookie, Emily O'Hare, to enjoy my Women's Championship for the twenty-four hours she gets it because tomorrow night, on Raw, I will be using my rematch clause, and I will take back what's rightfully mine."

I walk away with clear irritation.

I watch excitedly as Randy continues to hit Kane with a kendo stick. Once Randy is done with that, he drags Kane to the middle of the ring and Punt Kicks him. Randy goes for a pin.

1...2...3!

"Here is your winner and the NEW WWE Champion, Randy Orton!"

The cell is lifted. Randy goes to leave, but Kelly runs down to the ring and starts hitting Randy with a kendo stick of her own.

I look at my friends before running towards the ring. I hit Kelly and start to unload punches on her until she escapes the ring. Once I finish with Kelly, I stand up to be right next to Kane. He goes to grab me, but I duck and slap him. Randy runs over and RKOs Kane.

Randy takes my hand, and we walk onto the stage. We raise our arms up in victory before kissing passionately. Randy grabs me, and we walk together to head backstage.

"That was fun." Randy tells me as we exit guerilla.

"Yeah." I sigh. "At least you won."

"Rissa, even if you don't have your championship, you're still a winner."

"What do you mean?"

"You're a winner. You've got the three nicest best friends a person could have, you've got a huge fan base, and you've got a great family."

"Yeah...it's really fun being Vince McMahon's bastard daughter or Vince McMahon's illegitimate daughter." I comment sarcastically.

"I don't know who says that, but it doesn't matter what those people think. You are a winner, Marissa Lynn McMahon, a winner."

"You sure?"

"Positive."

"Thanks, handsome. It's just been a lot."

Randy nods. "I know it has. I should also add that you've got an amazing boyfriend."

I smile. "I won't deny that. I love you."

"I love you too. I think we shouldn't take too much time getting ready to go. I wanna get back to the hotel as soon as we can. We both definitely need to rest and relax."

"I couldn't agree more."
