SmackDown Filming: December 8, 2009
"I'm still so pissed about Emily being added to our match." I comment.
"Me too." Michelle responds. "How was dumping popcorn on Mark Cuban?"
"It felt great honestly."
"What are you doing for Christmas?"
"Going to celebrate with the McMahon part of my family. By the way, you, John, Ryse and Ted, and Eve and Cody are also invited."
"Is Randy going too?"
"He is."
"Did Vince ever have a man to man conversation with Randy about the two of you dating?"
"He didn't."
"Do you think…"
"That's what I'm assuming, and I think Shane will want to have a talk with Randy too. Randy and I already talked about it. We're still adjusting to knowing I'm related to them, but Randy knows he may get a bit of a hard time from them and accepts that."
"Oh, so Randy has a heads up then?"
"He does."
"Good, so you two have been together for over seven months now."
"Yeah…"
"Are you guys planning to take another big step in your relationship?"
"No, why would you ask?"
"I just thought you two might."
"We're not, at least not that I know of."
"Do we have matches tonight?"
"We do not."
"No matches for either of us to prepare for TLC?"
"I know. It's stupid. Eve's facing Emily."
"Maybe Eve can beat Emily. On a good note, are you ready for the Slammys on Monday?"
"Yeah, but I'm not expecting to win any."
"Oh please." Maryse says as she and Eve walk in the room. "You're a shoe-in to win Diva of the Year, Rissa."
"I'm not sure about that. You guys did a lot this year too."
"But no one has had as great of a year as you." Eve adds.
"I am not expecting to win. Whatever happens happens. I'm gonna go see Randy. See you guys later." I exit the room and start to head towards my locker-room.
As I walk towards mine and Randy's locker-room, my dad stops me in the hall. "Marissa. I just wanted to tell you that you, Cena, and Eve are on the list to go to Tribute to the Troops."
"Oh okay." I respond. "Thanks for the heads up."
I enter our locker-room. John is with Randy, sitting in there.
"John," I look at Cena. "We're on the list to go to Tribute to the Troops."
"And I'm not?" Randy asks in confusion.
"I guess not. Sorry, Randy."
"Damn, they're taking away my best friend and my girlfriend."
"It's only for three days."
"Are they taking anyone else from our group?"
"Eve is gonna go."
"Okay, John, you keep an eye on Rissa for me. I'll keep an eye on Chelle."
"Deal." John tells Randy.
"How come he has to keep an eye on me?" I ask as I cross my arms.
"Have you seen yourself?" Randy gives me a serious look. "You tend to get lost at the airport, so does Michelle."
John laughs as I roll my eyes. "I'm gonna head out. See you two later."
Randy kisses my forehead as John leaves. I smile.
"I love you." I whisper. "I love you so much, Randy."
"I love you too, Rissa."
Michelle and I stood together backstage as Emily was wrestling against Eve.
Michelle looks at me. "Do you think we ought to confront Emily after this?"
I smirk at Michelle. "I think that's a great idea."
Emily rolls Eve into a cradle to pin her.
1…2…3!
"Here is your winner, Emily O'Hare!"
Emily grabs a microphone as Eve rolls out of the ring. "Michelle McCool and Marissa McMahon, those two women are the only thing between me and my Women's Championship. I don't care which one of those two sluts I have to beat, but this Sunday, I will…"
I know I want that girl so bad
I lie awake at night
And think of all the things that I would do
With a girl like that…
"Sluts?" I ask as I walk towards the ring with a microphone in my hand. "Honey, Michelle and I are not sluts. And as far as the Women's Championship is concerned, it's mine and will be remaining mine after TLC."
"You right for now, but not after TLC."
"We'll see about that, Emily."
You're not enough for me (Oh no no)
Just another man in love with me (Just another man ooh)
Gotta open up your eyes and see (hey, hey Oh well)
You're not enough for me (oh no)...
"Now, Marissa." Michelle enters the ring with her own microphone. "I agree with you on one thing. You're that we both aren't sluts, but respectfully, I'll be champion after TLC this Sunday. I've beat you before, and I can beat you again. As for Emily, well, I clearly don't have much to worry about."
Emily attacks Michelle and knocks her to the ground. I pulled Emily off of Michelle and hit a German Suplex. The two other Divas were laid out. I stared down at both Divas with a satisfied look on my face.
I hold up my championship and roll out of the ring. "This isn't going anywhere! It's staying with me!"
Admittedly, I could respect Michelle winning this Sunday, but I wasn't gonna have her win without putting up a fight as I was certain she felt the same way when it came to me.
I sat with Eve, Michelle, and Maryse in mine and Randy's locker-room. "So do we do this on Sunday at TLC?"
Michelle nods. "That's fine with me. Eve? Ryse?"
Eve shrugs. "You two are the ones wrestling on Sunday. We aren't the ones who have other things to be concerned about."
"Yeah, so long as this won't be too distracting from your guys' Women's Championship match, I'm fine with Sunday too."
"We're not too worried about it. We're just gonna take out Emily and go at it between the two of us." I smile at Michelle. "I think we'll be alright."
Michelle nods in agreement. "Me too."
"We do it Sunday. We stand up for what we want. All four of us invested so much into this. We have to fight for it."
"Let's fight for it then. We're gonna get us back on track."
"Sounds like a plan." Maryse adds.
"Wouldn't want it any other way." Eve agrees.
"Creative is gonna be so pissed at us though."
I shrug. "At this point, I don't give a damn. They're always willing to listen to the guys. Why can't they listen to what we have to say?"
"Because we made it around the system and got popular." Michelle comments. "It was always about that."
"Well, I'm only going to Creative out of respect. I could try to go above them. I'm trying to show them some respect instead of being an ass."
Maryse sighed. "Well, if they don't approve, I don't think we should be past going above them if it's what we gotta do."
"Let's not worry about it yet though. Let's try this with Creative first before going above them because we all know doing that will make things even harder for us."
"It will, but it's worth it if we need to go above them." Eve tells us. "We need to stand up for ourselves."
"And we will, so are we all on the same page?"
The girls all nod in agreement.
Things will work out for us. I know it.
