"So I'm facing Beth tonight." I tell Randy as I'm doing my stretches in our locker-room.

"Are you worried about that?" Randy asks with a raised eyebrow.

"Not necessarily worried but I'm cautious. Beth can definitely be considered a threat to my Women's Championship reign. I know if I mess up at the wrong time, she'll capitalize on it and beat me."

"I think you will be fine though. You have beaten Beth plenty of times before."

"You're right. I'm just being careful."

"I know."

I finished stretching. "Do you have any ideas for this game night we're all supposed to be having soon?"

"Uh, not really, why?"

"Because somehow, I've ended up stuck planning it out."

"How'd that happen?"

I shrug. "I'm honestly not entirely sure."

"Well, I can help you."

"Don't feel like you have to help me with it. I was just hoping you might have some ideas that I could use."

"Did you consider that I just want to help you plan this out?"

"You do? I thought you didn't like planning stuff like this out."

"I like planning anything that involves you in it." Randy kisses my forehead. "You know that."

"I do. It would be nice if you did want to help."

"I'll help. No worries. Plus, I think you could use a little help when you're planning a gathering for eight people."

"I'll take all the help you'll give me."

"And I'll give you all the help you need."

"Thanks, enough about what's on my plate right now. What're you gonna do tonight, Randy?"

"Well, Ted and Cody are facing Evan Bourne and Mark Henry tonight in a Tag Team match. I may hang around for that. I'm not sure yet though."

"Do you have your own match?"

"Not much really. You know, I'm just in a Number One Contender's Triple Threat match with John and Kofi tonight."

"You're in a Number One Contender's match tonight? Number One Contender for the WWE Championship?"

"Yes, ma'am."

"That's great! Do you need me to manage you for it?"

"As much as I do appreciate the offer and love when you do manage me, I know you'll have your plate full with facing Beth and whatever Mickie tries to pull tonight. I think I got this."

"Let me know if you change your mind."

"I will. I promise."

"This is a Divas match scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from Saint Louis, Missouri, she is the WWE Women's Champion, Marissa!"

("Glamazon" plays)

"And her opponent, from Buffalo, New York, Beth Phoenix!"

Ding! Ding! Ding!

Beth hits me with a Right Hand immediately. I might get a bruise from that one. I hit her back with one. We repeat this cycle a few more times. Then, Beth hits me with a Clothesline. I get up, and Beth puts me in a Bear Hug submission hold. I continuously punch Beth until she lets me go. I hit Beth with a Tornado DDT before pinning her.

1…2…kickout!

I grab Beth's head and slammed her face first into the mat. I then lock Beth in a Figure Four. Beth taps out, but the bell doesn't ring. I release the submission to see what's going on. Mickie is distracting the referee.

I glare at Mickie. "Get out of here, Mickie!"

Mickie walks away. I turn around before Beth lifts me up and hits me with a Glam Slam. Beth pins me.

1…2…3!

"Here is your winner, Beth Phoenix!"

I walk backstage, very upset, as Beth celebrates in the ring. I shouldn't have let Mickie's shenanigans distract me tonight. I start slowly walking towards my locker-room. Beth catches up to me in the hallway.

"Hey, Marissa." Beth gives me a serious look. "I'm not trying to get you mad at me. I don't know why Mickie did what she did, but I know you would've done the same thing if the opportunity presented itself."

"I would've." I tell Beth. "Don't think I'm mad at you. I'm mad at Mickie, but she and I were never friends and never will be friends. Things between her and I are very personal. However, Beth, I still have respect for you. If I had just done that, I'd be trying to get a Women's Championship match. I'll talk to Teddy Long and get you added to the match at Royal Rumble. It'll be a Fatal Four Way match."

"Thank you. May the best Diva win."

I nod in agreement. "May the best Diva win."

I knock on Ted and Cody's locker-room door.

"It's open." Ted responds.

I walk in. "Hey, guys, congrats on your Tag Team match win tonight. May I steal my girls for a few?"

"Nice to see you too." Cody remarks. "You didn't even come to see us."

I roll my eyes. "I'll come back. I just want Eve and Maryse to tag along with me real quick."

Eve stands up. I'm sure it won't be long."

"See you later, boys." Maryse follows suit.

The three of us exit the locker-room.

Eve closes the door behind us. "So what's going on, Rissa?"

"Did you two watch my match with Beth earlier?" I ask.

"Mickie totally screwed you over." Maryse comments. "We watched, why?"

"So I kinda went ahead and got Beth added to the Women's Championship match at Royal Rumble. You know she would've pushed and gotten it likely anyway. I need to break the news to Michelle and was hoping the two of you would be willing to tag along with me."

"That's not a problem." Eve tells me. "Let's go find Chelle."

The three of us walk through the halls until we find John and Michelle's locker-room. We knock on the door.

"Come in!" Michelle answers.

"Hey, how's it going?" I ask as I walk in with Eve and Maryse behind me.

"I'm doing good. Sorry about what happened with Mickie earlier during your match with Beth."

I shrug. "Does it surprise you coming from Mickie?"

"Not at all."

"Exactly, I do need to talk to you about what happened there though. Beth did beat me, which I'm sure you saw."

"I did. You went ahead and got her added to the Women's Championship match at Royal Rumble, didn't you?"

"Do you blame me? We both know what would've happened."

"Beth would've pushed until she got added to it." Michelle sighs. "It sucks, but she would get added anyway. I see why you went ahead and got her added."

"I agree, but it was unavoidable. Do we still want to go with the same plan at Royal Rumble?"

"I don't see why not. We take those two out and then duke it out between the two of us to see who's gonna walk out of there as WWE Women's Champion."

"Glad we're still on the same page."
