Aleatha

We made it to the middle of an area with lots of trees and wildlife. The red object in my hands was glowing the brightest it had during the short journey here. He was here and yet I didn't see him. Something wasn't right. He was here, but it was too quiet. This area should have lots of wildlife and yet I couldn't even hear a single bird. I turned to Lydia and the older man. I handed the red object over. I used my magic. My clothes changed and I summoned a sword. It was a special sword. It was my Luck Blade. I had a few of them. This one had two more wishes.

"What is that," the older man was skeptical, "it is my Luck Blade. It causes damage, but it has one other purpose. It grants wishes or miracles."

"How the hell is that going to help find my son!" He was angry.

I understood that he was worried, but this wouldn't help his son.

"It will reveal the monster that took him," he seemed to calm down, "your son didn't just vanish. He was taken and by the claw marks on the tree, the lack of animals, and the rotting human corpses buried in the area we are dealing with a Maurezhi. That means you both need to leave quickly."

"I am not going anywhere until I get Stiles back," I stomped towards him, "then he will die! Do you want that? This creature feeds off humans! It wants your son because of his intelligence! You have not dealt with this thing before. Get Lydia out of here. She isn't safe and neither are you. It feeds off humans. It wants your memories and knowledge. When it gains that it can look like you for a short period of time. The more people it devours the smarter it gets."

I summoned two rings, "take these and put them on. They will make you invisible to the creature. It won't be able to smell or see you. Quickly!"

They took the rings. Lydia put hers on immediately. The older man didn't.

"How do I know I can trust you," I glanced at where Lydia should've been, "I already know where your son is. I swear to you that I will bring him home. I am not Peter Hale. My whole life has been fighting monsters and saving citizens. I swore an oath a long time ago to aid those who need me. I intend to fulfill that oath even if I am a werewolf. I swear to you that if I do not bring him back you can kill me yourself."

He looked surprised. Then he nodded.

"Lydia trusted you so I will too. Bring my son home." I nodded.

He put the ring on and vanished. I let out a breath of relief and turned around. It was here. The Maurezhi was still hunting Stiles. I took my Luck Blade and slit my arm open. I used magic to keep the wound open. Otherwise it would heal.

"You hunt a human? Pathetic. You thirst for knowledge of this world? Then you chose the wrong being to hunt. I have 85 years worth of knowledge of this world. Come and get me, demon." I heard it's shrill shriek.

It made itself appear. It still looked like a half rotting corpse.

Good, it hasn't devoured the human boy yet. It hasn't devoured anything besides animals. It would still look different.

"Gio lus'd eaqq kx. Xy naqq wxbioy gio usw dtx rig." I grinned.

(TRANSLATION: You can't kill me. I will devour you and the boy.)

"Gio uyx piiqazt, kuoyxnta. Gioy dakx as dtaz yxuqk az lod ztiyd. Gio naqq fi rule di dtx qinxzd qxbxq ip txqq." It looked panicked then angry.

(TRANSLATION: You are foolish, Maurezhi. Your time in this realm is cut short. You will go back to the lowest level of Hell.)

"Jyxjuyx di wax xqp!" I lifted my blade.

(TRANSLATION: Prepare to die Elf!)

"Xy naqq sid wax diwug, kuoyxnta," I swung my Luck Blade, "Xy nazt piy gio di yxdoys pyik ntxyx gio lukx nadtiod usg ip dtx esinqxwfx gio tubx fudtxyxw ip dtaz yxuqk."

(TRANSLATION: Part 1: I will not die today, Maurezhi.

Part 2: I wish for you to return from where you came without any of the knowledge you have gathered of this realm.)

A bright light surrounded the Muarezhi. It was gone. I returned the Luck Blade to my bag. My wound on my wrist was healed.

"Stiles?" I heard nothing.

Not a single sound. I knew he wasn't dead. His red object wouldn't have glowed otherwise. Then something hit me on the head. It hurt. I glanced down at the ground. An odd looking boot was in front of me. I picked it up. I wasn't fond of the scent coming from it.

Wait. It came from above!

I looked up and sure enough there was Stiles. He was safe. I used my magic. A tree appeared beneath me and once I was face to face with him I made the tree stop growing. I smiled at him.

"Come on. Let's get you back to your father and your team. They are all worried about you." I reached out for him.

"I don't think you will be able to hold me. You're tiny." I laughed.

"You'd be surprised, little human. Come on, Stiles." I gripped his waist.

He looked panicked, "close your eyes and hold on."

He didn't hesitate to follow my instructions. He does it a little too well and ends up choking me. I picked him up like a groom would their bride.

"Holy crap." The tree started lowering us back to the ground.

Once we were on the ground I began to feel dizzy. I handed Stiles his weird boot. I let him go and fell against a tree.

What's happening?

"Hey! Are you okay? What's happening?" I shook my head.

"I, don't know." I slid to the ground, "come on. You have to get up. It's not safe here. Stay awake!"

My vision was blurry. I felt really tired. I felt Stiles' hands on my face.

"Hey, stay awake. Don't die on me. You can't just pass out here! We don't know what else is out here!" He's right, Aleatha.

I gripped him and pulled him on top of me. Green glowed around us.

Please work. It has to. Derek's place. That's where I wish to go! Teleport!

In my mind I knew the chances of it working were slim to none. I had to try. I promised Stiles' father I would bring him home. I intended to keep that promise.
