We kissed each other. Then I pulled away. She met my gaze and smiled. I could see the happiness in her eyes. I knew deep down she was a little sad because she couldn't go back home. However she had found happiness with me in this world. She kissed me quickly and then let the sheet fall to the ground. I let my gaze travel down her body. Her cheeks were red, but she didn't move to cover herself. I met her gaze. I watched she bit the inside of her cheek.
"We have all night to have fun together, Serana. Let's get you dressed." I smirked at her.
She bit her lip.
"Okay." She mumbled.
I handed her a pair of shorts. She put them on and tied them. Her face was so red. I had to tease her.
"Arms out." Her breath hitched.
She did as I said. I slid her arms in first and then I put it over her head. I decided to have a little fun and tease her. I pulled the shirt down her body slowly. I brushed my fingers against her breasts and all the marks I left on her last night. She was panting. There was a desire in her gaze.
"Okay. Let's go!" I pulled away and smirked at her.
"You're such a tease!" She smiled.
She came up to me and smacked me on the arm. I laughed and so did she. I scooped her up and she gasped in surprise. Then her cheeks turned red. She poked my nose. I nipped her finger. She glared at me playfully.
"You're like a little kid!" She laughed.
"What can I say? You bring out the best in me." I watched as her whole face turned red.
She pressed her face against my throat. I leaned my head against hers and then ran us to the Burial Grounds. She looked up at me and smiled.
"I love you." She said.
"I love you too." I said.
I kissed her. She kissed me back, fighting for dominance. She wrapped her arms around my neck. I pulled away.
"Hey now. We have stuff to do." She looked irritated and I laughed.
"You're right. I will get you back for teasing me. That's a promise." She kissed me again.
She pulled away and I set her down. She turned towards the church. She froze as the wind picked up and the skies turned grey. She looked upset.
"Enough! You witches have every right to be mad at Damon Salvatore, but I need you to put what he did aside. He may be a vampire, but he still has a soul. I need answers and you are the only ones who can give me those answers. I will not enter the building without assurance he can enter with me! He is the only one that I have that I can trust in this world! Will you listen to my demands or will you miss out on the rare opportunity to see a witch who not only has knowledge of the future, but is so close to nature she can use it's gifts? I also have information on Freya Mikealson, first born daughter of Esther and Micheal Mikealson!" She gripped my hand tightly.
I saw she was trembling slightly. She was glaring at the church trying to be strong. I could tell dealing with these witches scared her. She was terrified, but didn't show it.
(Esther)She is dead!
A mad female voice resonated in my head and Serana slightly cringed.
"No. Your daughter is alive. Dahlia kept little Freya alive. If you kill Niklaus and your other children they will never be able to find her! They will never free her from Dahlia!" She yelled out.
A strong gust of wind swept around us and she leaned into me.
(Esther)Lies! All Lies!
She shivered and leaned against my chest.
"I am not lying! I will show you my memories to prove what I'm saying is the truth!" She was glaring at the church.
She was trembling. I understand the witches wrath, but would they really hurt one of their own?
(Esther)Memories can be manipulated! Just like the true nature of a person!
Fog started surrounding us and then I couldn't feel Serana. I reached out to find her.
"Serana! Where are you?!" I called out.
"Damon! I'm okay!" I could hear the fear in her voice.
She sounded muddled and far away.
"You can do this Serana! Trust your instincts! You can do this! I love you!" All was silent.
Then I heard something that scared me. A scream.
"Serana!" I yelled.

I couldn't find Damon. Somehow we had got separated. I had heard him talking, but it was like he was far away. I turned in circles trying to find him. Then something grabbed my head. It felt like someone was piercing my skull. I fell to my knees. My memories were being sifted through. It hurt so bad. I heard screaming and barely realized that it was coming from me. It felt like someone was pouring lava into my brain.
"Stop!" I yelled.
I couldn't move much after that. It hurt so much. It was like my body was burning from the inside out. The vice grip on my head vanished and a soothing feeling washed over me.
A/N~ Serana has no idea the other witch is Emily yet, I was only specifying who it was for you readers.
(Emily)Enough Esther. Hurting an innocent witch is not our way. She is telling the truth. She wouldn't have come here otherwise.
I saw a figure I didn't recognize. I was still trying to get ahold of my bearings. She was blurry, but I had to think about who she could be.
(Emily) Rest easy dear one. I believe you about Freya as should Esther, seeing as how if little Freya were dead she would be here with us. The child speaks the truth.
I was still on the ground. I was confused as to who the witch was. I didn't take my eyes off of her.
"Serana!" Damon yelled.
I wanted to call out. To make sure he was okay.
"I know Freya is alive. I wouldn't lie about that. Klaus already knows. I told him the moment I first saw him in this world. He has all the information I do. I offered my help when it came time to find Freya." I got to my feet.
My body screamed at me. It was painful to move, but it was bearable. I glared at Esther.
(Esther) Don't glare at me, you impudent fool!
I ignored her and continued to do so.
"I will do as I wish. I am here because I have magic that doesn't follow the laws of this world. I wanted to know if any of you had any knowledge of it. Or if I am the answer to a loophole." I was going to stand my ground against Esther.
I was still glaring at Esther when the other witch spoke.
(Emily)We know of your magic. It is rare. A legend among witches. The witch of legend would come from another world. Which is you my dear.
I couldn't stand anymore and collapsed. Arms caught me. I looked at Damon. He had his eyes closed. He looked like he had been scorched by the sun. His ring wasn't working.
"No!" I yelled.
I need you. Please come and settle here. Protect the one I love the most from the sun.
Then it happened. It smelt like rain. The wind blew. Then holes opened up in the ground and water and trees sprouted out of the holes giving him shade and protection from the sun. I pulled him into the shade. I put my wrist against his lips.
"Here. Drink Damon. Take whatever you need. Come on baby." I said.

I had caught Serana just as she fell. Then I felt myself being covered by shade. I felt skin against my lips.
"Here. Drink Damon. Take whatever you need. Come on baby."She looked worried.
She also looked scared to touch me. Her eyes were moving all over my body.
"I'm okay." She shook her head.
"Drink, please?" She begged.
She was worried. Her other hand was hovering next to my cheek. She was afraid to touch me. I bit down on her wrist. She gasped. She pressed her other hand against my cheek. I pulled away from her wrist. She sighed in relief. She lunged at me and hugged me. She was trembling. I wrapped my arms around her.
"I'm okay Serana." She didn't let me go.
"I promised I wouldn't let them hurt you. I said I would protect you. I'm so sorry." She sobbed against my shoulder.
I tried to look at her face, but she wouldn't let go.
"Baby. I'm okay. I promise." She squeezed me tighter.
(Emily) She isn't afraid of you?
I heard a voice in my head. I saw the spirit of a witch I never thought I would see again.
"Emily. No she isn't. We've been through hell together." Serana pulled away from me.
She turned her head and looked at Emily. She stood up and looked down at me. She looked troubled. Then she glanced back at Emily. Skepticism. Distrust. Her emotions were clear as day on her face.
"Please just tell me what I need to know." She looked back at the ground.
She looked troubled. I squeezed her hand. She smiled at me.
(Emily)You will live a long life in this world. You will change the hearts of many. Your power comes from nature because you aren't from this world. However it's also because of your love of nature that your powers are what they are. You have always enjoyed being outside in the middle of nowhere more than you would in a city. Your world has different perceptions of magic; this is yours.
"Thank you." Serana was being short with Emily.
I just didn't know why.
