Friends and Enemies Coming to Beacon

Dahlia is seen doing some jogging, more like rabbit hopping that is like jogging but she is jumping 15 feet in the air for her leg workout, and just came back to the dormitory after doing the long logging and picked up her water bottle to drink some.

"Nothing like a good workout in the time when you don't have to worry about the students while in class." Dahlia smiled.

Then her two long and big bunny ears perk up as they are picking up a engine sound from above as she looks up, and her expression change to a disapproval look when she saw a few giant fleet ships flying around Beacon's air and can tell those ships belong to Atlas.

"Just like James to be so over worried for the littlest things, it's like his Semblance was never turned off." Dahlia sighed.

"Well, just hope he doesn't come looking for me. Not after what he tried to pull." Dahlia said looking a little upset.

(Beacon Headmaster Office)

Ozpin is sitting t his desk looking out the window seeing the Atlas fleet ships as he drinks some warm coffee from his mug and look a little displease of the sight.

"Ironwood certainly loves bringing his work wherever he travels." Glynda disapproved that seems like James is showing off.

"Well, running an academy and a military makes him a busy man." Ozpin pointed out before looking at the fleet again.

"But yes, those are a bit of an eyesore." Ozpin admitted, then he saw a hologram screen with the words "Access Requested" of someone wanting to come into the office.

"Come in." Ozpin granted the request and the man known as James Ironwood comes in through the elevator.

James is slightly taller man with blue eyes and black hair with some gray areas, while his eyebrows are solid black. He has a strip of silver metal above his right eyebrow. He wears a white overcoat, with a gray undercoat, black sweater, a red necktie and a white glove on his right hand. His suit pants share the same color as his overcoat and are tucked into silver boots accented in gray.

"Ozpin!" James greeted cordially.

"Hello, General." Ozpin greeted appositely as he stands up from his chair and walking up to the man.

"Please, drop the formalities. It's been too long." James chuckled, shaking hands with Ozpin.

"And Glynda! It has certainly been too long since we last met." James complimented to the strict woman.

"Oh, James. I'll be outside." Glynda walked away as she is not exactly fond of James.

"Well, she hasn't changed a bit." James commented.

"So, what in the world has brought you all the way down from Atlas? Headmasters don't typically travel with their students, for the Vytal Festival." Ozpin asked as he offer a cup to James.

"Well, you know how much I love Vale this time of year. Besides, with you hosting, I thought that this might be a good opportunity for us to catch up." James answered as he took the cup.

"I can certainly appreciate the quality time between friends, however, a small fleet outside my window has me concerned." Ozpin pointed out while pouring coffee in his cup.

"Well, concern is what brought them here." James stated.

"I understand that travel between kingdoms has become increasingly difficult." Ozpin pointed out.

"Oz, you and I both know why I brought those men." James said with a serious look on his face.

"We are in a time of peace. Shows of power like this are just going to give off the wrong impression." Ozpin said as he sits back down.

"But if what Qrow said is true..." James paused as he becomes worried and got his drink.

"If what Qrow said is true, then we will handle it tactfully." Ozpin emphasized with one finger up.

"It's the Vytal Festival. A time to celebrate unity and peace. So, I suggest that you not scare people by transporting hundreds of soldiers halfway across the continent." Ozpon advised for his military friend.

"I'm just being cautious." James claimed.

"As am I. Which is why we will continue to train the best Huntsmen and Huntresses we can." Ozpin stated.

"Believe me, I am." James got up from his seat and walked to the elevator door, but stop as he turns around.

"But ask yourself this: Do you honestly believe your children can win a war?" James asked.

"I hope they never have to." Ozpin said.

When James got to the elevator as it opens, he is surprised to see a familiar woman within.

"Vess!" James surprised of seeing the woman.

"Hello James, wasn't expecting to see you again." The woman known as Vess greeted friendly.

Vess is a woman with a motherly aura and has floor-length white-blonde hair, pale skin, and large pastel purple eyes. She is relatively tall and slim, and wears a long white, blue and golden dress with thigh slits, and armored thigh-high leggings. The dress is adorned with many golden ornaments and symbols. Blue halos surround her wrists, ankles, and neck. She also has a blue diamond necklace. Breasts sizes: E-cup.

"It's good to see you looking so healthy, have you been eating right and keeping yourself in shape?" Vess asked friendly.

"Yes, I have despite my busy schedule as General." James chuckled.

"That's good to know, and I hope your arm isn't giving you much trouble." Vess concerned as she looks at James' right arm.

"Nope, still doing good and I had it upgraded it a little than before." James mentioned as he shows his robotic arm.

"Wonderful! And I see you were having a good chat with Ozpin." Vess looked toward Ozpin with a gentle wave.

"Just finish chatting, and I hope you have brought news about our "Fall" girl." Ozpin said with concern in his voice.

"Just the same, her conditions are looking good for the moment and the capsule is still working fully operational, but I'm afraid she still isn't showing up to wake up." Vess reported sadly.

This brought Ozpin and James to feel sad too upon learning one of the few important people they know still isn't recovering from the critical injury caused by an attack that happened long ago, they have hoped Vess with her unique Semblance to help heal wounds except for that woman.

"If only there was a way for me to make my Semblance stronger, to evolve then maybe I could help her more." Vess cursed herself.

"Don't go thinking like that, you are doing your best to help her still be in healthy conditions and that's better than nothing." James believed with a hand on his shoulder.

"And we couldn't thank you enough for that great help." Ozpin smiled, making Vess smile back.

"Oh, you two sure know how to make a woman feel better from her downs." Vess giggled.

"Now, I believe there is the matter of your fleet ships flying around Vale. Have you forgotten that the Vytal Festival is coming soon?" Vess asked with a scolding tone.

"But I'm just wanting to make sure to keep the people safe from dangerous things like the Queen." James tried to explain this to the woman known for being a motherly figure for everyone around them.

"That's going too much as more soldiers here are going to scare some people including some children, are you trying to scare children and make them dislike Atlas?" Vess scolded.

This left James completely helpless to be scolded by the woman who is always known "The Huntress Mother of Remnant" with the kind heart to most though can also be mad that can even scared criminals and thugs into submission as the scariest mother in the world, not to mention being strong against even the toughest Grimms in her path.

All the while Ozpin is enjoying the little show right in front of him knowing that Vess is the only person in Remnant who can scare James to wet his pants.

"That's the mother for you." Ozpin chuckled.

(Library)

Team RPMN are having their eyes on the books for studying the homework and other things for their classes to be prepare though Rex isn't trying his best to not fall asleep, and Mythra is getting bored from all the studying as she wanted to just get away all the books in front of her.

"Why are we doing this again?" Mythra asked groaning.

"Because we need a good grade to make sure we can move on." Nia answered.

"Don't worry, I'm having struggle with the studying too even when my grandpa did his best to help me learn." Rex said.

"That's nice to have someone helping you, our dad does his best despite his busy work. Pyra smiled.

"Well, how come they get to play around?" Mythra gestured toward team RWBY who are playing a boardgame together.

"Don't know, but it looks like Yang is dominating them from how she's grinning." Nia noticed that expression on Yang's face.

"Odd, it doesn't look like Blake is even trying to play." Rex also noticed Blake lack of interest in the game.

"Do you think something is bothering her?" Rex asked concern.

"If there is then I may know what it is." Nia said feeling a little worry for her twin sister.

"Sup, losers." Sun greeted as he enters the scene with Neptune and another girl with them.

"Hey, Sun!" Everyone greeted back.

"Surprise to see you here, forgot to do your homework?" Mythra asked joking.

"Nope, that would be Neptune's job being my partner and second-in-command." Sun pointed his thumb at Neptune who waves at them.

"I never got a chance to formally introduce you to two of my old friends." Sun gestured to them.

"Uhh, aren't libraries for reading?" Neptune asked.

"Thank you!" Ren shouted a little as he and team JNPR were also studying though not exactly.

"Pancakes!" Nora shot himself up from a pancake dream she was having.

"Shut up. Don't be a nerd." Sun said.

"Geh, geh, geh, geh! "Intellectual", okay? Thank you." Neptune corrected his monkey friend.

"I think it's peaceful to come to places like this." The new girl with the cat mask on the back of her head said with a cheerfully smile.

"And this here is the cute kitty of Haven Academy, Kasandra Fox!" Sun introduced her other friend.

"Hello everyone, it is so nice to meet you!" Kasandra greeted friendly.

Kasandra is a young woman with long black hair, pale skin, horizontal pointed ears, and large dark pink eyes. She wears a cursed fox mask on the back of her head, giving her the appearance of having large white fox ears when viewed from the front. She wears a white dress over a blue skirt, as well as gold and red dangle earrings. Her hands, arms, and legs are wrapped in bandages, with bolted gold rings attached near each pair of joints. Sharp black claws protrude from the bandages on her hands. Her feet, which are exposed, are clawed and outfitted with open footwear sporting a blue diamond shape on top. They are also notably of a very dark color. She wears shoes that midnight blue and black claws out on front. Breasts sizes: C-cup.

"Wow, two cat-Faunus like me! It's so cool!" Kasandra smiled.

"Since to meet you too, but why do you have a fox mask on you?" Nia asked curious.

"It's a gift from my mom who said got it from my father, he died before I was born and I kept this because it was important from my mom, so it's important to me too." Kasandra answered honestly.

"Like how me and Mythra are whenever we think about our mom." Pyra smiled.

"You're looking good today." Neptune said to Weiss as he walks up to her.

"So Neptune, where are you from?" Weiss asked.

"Have, same as Kasandra. And I don't believe I've caught your name, snow angel." Neptune said in a soft flirting tune.

"Um, I'm Weiss." Weiss answered blushing a little.

"Are you kidding me?!" Jaune shocked. He has been using the nickname on her for months trying to warm up to the girl, but she never gave him a good respond and now suddenly this guy comes in and Weiss is suddenly okay with that.

"Pleasure to meet you." Neptune said to her.

"I never took you as the board game playing type." Sun surprised to see Blake playing a boardgame.

"Right, well, I think I'm done playing actually. I'll see you guys later." Blake said as she drops the cards and leaves the library.

Everyone watches her leave feeling concern for the black cat-Faunus from the way she just storms off like that.

"Women." Nora shrugged getting everyone's attention on her.

"Aren't you also a woman?" Kasandra asked.

"I'm the funny and extreme one!" Nora said proudly with a smile, and Ren facepalm himself.

"I'm going to check on Blake." Nia walked away from her team to go catch up with Blake.

(With Blake)

Blake is seen sitting on her bed and looking out the window seeing the sun is slowly descending into the horizon, then she heard a knock on the door.

"Come in." Blake responded, already knowing who it is at the other end of that door.

Nia comes in with a little worry look on her face for her twin sister.

"Thinking about the White Fang again?" Nia asked.

"Is it that obvious?" Blake asked sarcastically.

"That time at the dock is still eating you up from what we saw wit Roman being there." Nia mentioned.

"I know, something big and bad is coming and yet everyone is just being so calm about this. About everything and no one is do anything!" Blake exclaimed.

"We were assured by Headmaster Ozpin that the Huntsmen and the police are going to handle it, but I know you're not convince." Nia stated.

"Of course not, they don't know the White Fang like I do!" Blake pointed out that she used to be a member.

"That maybe so, but the White Fang have done things that you were never aware of when you cut yourself off from them meaning you also do know them as much as you used to." Nia pointed out that fact too.

"Even so, I can't just sit back and let things happen of… whatever it is they're planning." Blake said feeling a little angry.

"We got lucky that we managed to have come out of there if Sun hadn't sent that message to Rex, I don't want to think of the worst." Nia scared a little of the thought.

"Not mention the headmaster may have already has the idea that we know more than we're letting during that conversation the night after the dock." Nia recalled that conversation.

"Even so, I still can't be at ease until I know for sure what is going on. They're out there, somewhere, planning their next move, and none of us know what it is, but it's coming! Whether we're ready or not!" Blake stated.

"Then I guess we'll let them know." Nia smiled confusing Blake.

"Don't think I'm going to let you run off on your own again, not happening. This time, me, and both our teams are coming along to help you, whether you like it or not." Nia grinned.

"I don't have much of a choice, do I?" Blake sighed, smiling at her sister.

Later, both of their teams arrive and hear Blake about wanting to find out more about the White Fang and Roman on what they are planning.

"Of course, we'll help you, Blake! Have you forgotten we're a team?" Weiss asked.

"No, if one of us is upset then we'll come in beating out of bad guys!" Yang pounced her fists.

"This also concerns our teammate too; we want to help as much as we can." Pyra nodded.

"I never got the chance to fight in that dock incident, and now itching to bust some heads." Mythra smirked.

"We'll come up with a plan to help you." Rex promised.

"Yeah, nothing can stop us!" Ruby believed with her finger pointing in the air.

Blake looks at Nia who is smiling as she nods feeling like she just did the "I told you so" without having to say it out loud.

"Thank you." Blake thanked everyone.

"Oh no, I left the boardgame at the library!" Ruby realized.

"We're doom." Weiss facepalmed.
