After an hour of watching the eggs in the fire, and praying to the Gods, Old and New, to allow for her eggs to hatch, Visenya ventured downstairs to dinner. Not that she was hungry to begin with. Once she entered the room, Jaime shifted his gaze from looking out the window, to looking at her. Visenya narrowed her eyes at him, and walked to her seat across from him, without breaking eye contact.

"What?" She coldly asked when she sat down.

"I was waiting for you...I-I didn't want to eat alone." He admitted.

"Truthfully, I'm not hungry." She began. "I'd rather starve."

Jaime sighed and looked down at the table. "I know you're unhappy, and I don't know how to make you happy."

"You won't be able to." She explained. "No matter how hard you try...how far are we from Riverrun?"

"Why do you ask?"

"Curiosity, and topic of conversation." She admitted, though in truth she was planning a potential escape. If she could get to Riverrun, she could contact Catelyn and Robb and they could send someone for her.

"About a day or two off." He explained. "My father has his camp along its boarders, the Starks as well."

She nodded before glancing out the window herself. There goes that idea. She became lost in her thoughts as she continued to look out the window. All she wanted to do was throw herself into the fireplace in her room, so she could die. Then she'd be out of her misery and done with all of the politics.

"You have that look again." Jaime explained making her turn her head to look him in the eyes.

"What?" She questioned in confusion.

"That look." He continued. "You get this look on your face when you're thinking too hard...or trying to decipher something."

She scowled and crossed her arms. "I do not."

He nodded. "Yes you do. It's one of the main things I have learned about you, though considering we don't know much about each other."

Visenya sighed uncrossing her arms, and leaning back in her chair. "What do you want to know?"

"If you trust me." He admitted.

She let out a laugh of amusement. "I don't think you need me to tell you if I trust you or not."

He let out a laugh as well. "I guess you're right. I want to trust you, but in reality, I don't know that much about you, and the things I do know is that you are stubborn, and like to read."

She shook her head in amusement. "That about sums me up. And you?"

"What about me?" He asked, leaning back.

"The only things I know about you is that you are arrogant and good with a sword." She explained.

He nodded. "You understand me well."

She rolled her eyes before standing up from her seat and started heading towards the door.

"Where're you going?" He asked.

She stopped in her tracks and turned around.

"To bed. I told you I'm not hungry." She explained before giving him a nod. "Goodnight, Jaime."

Just as she turned back around and started to walk out the door, he called after her.

"What did you just call me?" He asked making her turn around. "Did you just call me Jaime?"

She shrugged. "Is there a problem?"

He gave her a small smile. "You never said my name before."

"Don't get use to it." She shrugged again.

His smile grew. "And here I thought we were making progress.

She stood there for a moment, trying to think of some type of reply, but she couldn't. Instead she gave him a small nod before walking back upstairs to her room.

As soon as she was in her room, she immediately locked the door, and began to search through her things, looking for something to disguise her, to allow for her to escape the hand of the Lannisters, and to head to Riverrun, to meet Catelyn and hopefully Robb. After grabbing her large travel sack, she packed it quickly with a few changes of clothes, her books, and a few personal objects.

Just as she was placing an emerald green cloak over her, to shield herself from anyone who'd recognize her appearance. A hissing sound made her stop in her movement. She cautiously looked around the room, trying to see where the noise came from. She shook it off, believing it to be her imagination.

The only problem, was that the hissing sound occurred again, this time, louder. Her eyes widened as she carefully reached for the dagger she had on the desk. Carefully, she walked toward the hissing sound, which was coming from behind the fireplace screen, and just as she removed the screen she almost passed out due to shock.

Sitting in the fire, which had almost died out, were the remnants of Visenya's dragon eggs. Standing on top of them, were something that Visenya thought would never happen.

Something she'd never thought she'd see.

Standing on top of the shattered eggs, were two small dragons.

Alive and well.

Looking up at her like she was their leader.

A gold one, and a cobalt one.

Both looking at her like she was their savior.

Visenya started to walk backwards in both shock, not believing that fire could bring them back to life, as they had been with her without them hatching for years. As she walked backwards, the two dragons walked forward. Eagerly following her. Noticing this, she crouched down, to allow them to walk up to her. She carefully extended her right hand to allow for both dragons to crawl into her hand. Once they were in her hand, she stood back up and smiled at the two of them.

"Gods be good." She murmured, before glancing back at her things. This was all the more reason to get away from the Lannisters.

She now had dragons.

Dragons that hatched for her.

Dragons that were all but extinct...until now.

Before putting her cloak on, she placed both dragons in her travel sack, apologizing to both of them, as she wanted to keep them protected. Once the dragons were secured, she placed the cloak's hood over her head, and proceeded out of her room, and quietly going down the stairs, before exiting using the servant's entrance. She was grateful that no guards were near the stables with the horses, so she was able to quickly saddle Rhaenys, without interruption, before mounting her, and urging her into a gallop into heading towards the tree line.

Once she reached the tree line, she allowed Rhaenys to come to a halt, as she quickly glanced over her shoulder to look at the inn. They'd know she would be gone in the morning, and she'd be long gone by then.

Hopefully.

She then continued to ride. She rode fast and she rode far, only stopping occasionally to allow Rhaenys to rest for some time, and allow for the dragons to feed one something. Whether it'd be a small Squirrel or rat, as they were two small to feed themselves. She rode through rain, she rode through sun. She continued to ride through the night, but the problem that she ran into was worrying about running into the Lannister camps. However, she learned that if she rode around the outskirts of Riverrun, allowing her to ride, slightly off its boarder, she'd be able to avoid the Lannisters at all costs. While it would detour her trip, causing her a few days of time, she would still be far away from the Lannisters and closer to the Starks.

She hoped.

Allowing her to ride slightly off of the boarder, put her closer to Whispering Wood, a place that Catelyn talked rather fondly of, over the years. As she walked through the woods, as she pushed Rhaenys far enough within the last twenty-four hours, she felt...off. She quickly glanced at the blue dragon sitting on her left shoulder, whereas the golden one, sat in between Rhaenys's ears.

Rhaenys however didn't mind.

As she continued to walk through the woods, the dragon on her left shoulder let out a small screech making Visenya bring Rhaenys to a halt. The golden dragon became more alert as well. Something was wrong. The woods were far too quiet. Perhaps a bear was coming to attack her. She reached into her cloak, grabbing her dagger with all her might, ready to attack whatever was going to come at her.

Just as she was ready to attack she heard the sound of hooves getting closer to herm eventually surrounding her. About ten to twelve men, all on horses, but instead of being in fear, she smiled, as she realized who they were.

Stark Bannermen.

She closed her eyes and sighed in relief.

"Who are you?" One of them asked with caution.

Visenya carefully, lifted the hood of her cloak off, allowing for the men to see her face. Their eyes widened upon seeing her. They all bowed their heads in respect.

"Princess Visenya." The man replied in respect. "It is nice to see you in good health."

"Lord Bolton." She responded with a nod.

The cobalt blue dragon let out another screech making Visenya glance to it and smile. Her smile widened as she saw the Stark Bannermen look at her in disbelief, upon seeing her with two baby dragons.

"Lady Stark will be glad to see you are alright." Roose Bolton continued. "Would you like to come and see her?"

Visenya nodded, as the Bannerman moved their horses out of the way, to allow for the Targaryen princess, her horse, and her dragons to get through. The ride to the Stark camp was rather quiet, as the men who accompanied Lord Bolton didn't know what to say to the girl who was now harboring two dragons.

Meanwhile

"Lord Bolton should've returned by now." Robb explained getting up from his seat.

"I am sure he will return soon." Catelyn said with reassurance.

Robb shook his head. "I worry he encountered the Lannisters on his patrol. With our movements, they surely follow us."

"Bolton can handle himself, I'm sure he'll be fine." Theon explained before nodding to both Robb and Catelyn as he walked out of the tent.

"Even with Tyrion Lannister heading back to King's Landing, I still worry that Tywin will not agree to our terms." Robb sighed looking over the map on the table.

Catelyn nodded before glancing out of the tent, noticing how some of the Bannermen were turning towards the entrance to the camp.

"I'm going to see what is going on." Catelyn explained walking out of the tent leaving Robb to ponder in his thoughts.

As Robb glanced over the table, trying to figure out what his next move would be, Theon came running back in, making Robb look at him in confusion.

"What is it?" Robb asked in confusion.

Theon had a small smile. "You need to come and see this."

Robb frowned in confusion, but still did as he was told and walked out of the tent, to see most of his Bannermen crowding around someone who was coming into the camp. As Robb got closer, he realized who it was, and why they were crowding around.

It was Visenya.

"Visenya Targaryen." Roose Bolton announced as he followed her on his own horse. "Third of her Name, daughter of Aerys the Second, and the Princess of Dragonstone."

Robb gestured to one of his stablehands to grab Rhaenys, so Visenya could get off the horse. It was only then, was when he realized what was in her hand and on her shoulder.

Dragons.

Two of them.

Each similar to the color of dragon eggs she had.

A cobalt one and a gold one.

He looked in disbelief as the auburn haired, emerald green wearing princess, practically floated across the camp, with two beings that he thought were extinct. One sitting on her shoulder, and the other in the palm of her hand.

He didn't know if he should run to meet her, or watch her in awe. As he looked around, he saw that most of his Bannermen were in shock that she was carrying live dragons, but upon glancing at his mother and Theon, he could tell they were happy to see her.

Catelyn was the first to go up to her, and engulfed her into a hug, not caring at all that the girl who was practically her daughter, had successfully hatched two dragons.

"Visenya." She murmured with tears in her eyes. "I am so glad that you are alright."

Visenya nodded. "I am in perfect health, Lady Stark. I rode for a week to get here. Jaime Lannister is coming for you...his father ordered it."

"Let him come." Theon began. "Let the bastard come."

"Theon." Catelyn began sternly, making Theon back off.

Theon shook his head before giving Visenya a hug.

"You look different, Senya." He began looking her over. "Or maybe it's the fact that you haven't mentioned that you have dragons."

Visenya smiled at the two dragons. "They hatched within the last day or so. They are still very new to me as well...where's Maegor?"

Catelyn smiled. "With Grey Wind. The two are inseparable."

Visenya let out a small laugh. "Of course they are."

"You should be glad." Robb smiled as he walked up to the girl. "He's living up to his namesake."

Visenya smiled. "Good, that's what his name was for."

Robb nodded before pulling her into a hug, engulfing her scent, as she did the same. Neither wanting the other to let go, but eventually they both pulled away.

"I have news." She began. "Jaime Lannister rides towards Riverrun. The Lannisters are planning on attacking you, and have been tracking your movements."

Robb nodded before gesturing to follow him into the command tent, to further discuss these matters with his council. Visenya sat down placing the cobalt dragon on the table along with the golden dragon. She smirked in amusement as she watched the great Lords of the North look at her with fear, with her two dragons.

She sighed in annoyance. "My Lords, please do not let my dragons bother you from the real issue. They are only infants. Just hatched within the last day. Please explain the situation to me."

Rodrik Cassel nodded and began to speak on the situation. Here and there Robb would look to Visenya to ensure that she was comprehending the situation, and when he did so, she looked at him back, gave him a small nod, and then looked back to whatever Lord was speaking. Visenya kept her composure, she didn't slouch at all, and kept her back completely straight. Robb could see that even in tense situations, the girl showed regality.

Once the conversation was finished, Robb ushered for the council to be dismissed, only leaving him and Visenya left. Robb was sitting at the head of the table, and Visenya was sitting across from him at the other head. Both the cobalt and gold dragon were pacing back and forth across the table, making her smile in amusement.

"Do they have names?" Robb asked after a few moments of silence.

She shrugged. "I've thought of it...but I'm not sure."

"What are you thinking?" He asked, eager to know the names she's thinking.

She let out a small sigh, before gently picking up the golden dragon into her palm.

"For this one, I was thinking Sunspear...in honor of my Good-Sister, Elia Martell." She explained with a smile, as she looked the golden dragon over, admiring its beauty.

"And the cobalt one?" Robb continued.

"My nephew, Aegon, had a blue toy in his cradle." She began reaching out to gently run her fingertips over the blue dragon. "It was his favorite as a babe. Looking back, I do believe that the color of the toy was similar to this one...I want to name it...Aegonar."

"After your nephew?" Robb questioned, to confirm his suspicions.

She nodded, before looking up to meet his eyes. "I can train them for you."

"Visenya." Robb began.

She shook her head. "No. I want to. Robert Baratheon is sending assassins after my siblings and I, and while I want nothing more to be reunited with them, I will be killed before I could. Your father wanted me to head to Winterfell, where I would be safe...but instead Jaime Lannister decided that I'd come to Riverrun at the request of Tywin Lannister."

"The dragons are small." Robb began.

"They will grow. Within a few months they will be double...potentially triple the size they currently are, and with proper training, they'll be able to fight...at my command." She continued. "I have books on how Dragonkeepers were able to train Targaryen dragons, using High Valyrion. I am certain, I can do the same."

Just as Robb was about to reply, a messanger came in.

"Lord Stark, Princess Visenya." THe messenger began.

"What is it?" Robb asked, annoyed someone interupted his talk with Visenya, especially on the matters of adding two dragons to his army.

"A raven from King's Landing...King Robert is dead." The messenger explained.

A grand smile came across Visenya's face. Finally. After almost twenty years of hiding from the man who destroyed her family, he finally was dead. All was right in the world. She was so happy that she was ignoring Robbs comments to the messenger until one phrase stopped her train of thought.

"There is more." The messenger explained. "Your Lord Father has been taken prisoner, on the request of King Joffrey."

Visenya's eyes widened as she turned to Robb in shock and disbelief at the words that had come out of the messenger's mouth. She had seen Ned a week ago, and the King seemed to be in...ok health. What occurred within the last week for everything to explode into utter chaos. She looked down at Sunspear and Aegonar who looked up at her with wide eyes. She gave them both a sad smile.

At least there was a bright side to all of this.

She gained two dragons.

A/N:

I hope you like the names of the dragons. Similar to what Daenerys did with family members, I wanted to allow for Visenya to do the same, with two of the people she cared about that were taken from her. Sunspear, which is the capital of Dorne, where Elia Martell was from, and Aegonar, in honor of Aegon Targaryen, Visenya's nephew (Rhaegar and Elia's son). Visenya has no idea Jon is her nephew, and I am debating on bringing Young Griff in as well, as it could make for an interesting plot, having four Targaryens going after the throne.
