The very next day, after the events that occurred in the previous chapter. Len was sleeping peacefully as he usually does, until Rugal busts into his bedroom and tells Len "Good morning Len! Hope you had a good night sleep!"

Len said "What! You again! How dare you bust into my bedroom unnoticed! That is very rude of you! You should be ashamed of yourself!"

Rugal doesn't respond him and kicks him straight into his bedroom wall, leaving a crack into the wall

Len after being slammed into the wall, fell into the floor while Rugal laughed maniacally, and mocked him with no regrets whatsoever.

Rugal then said: "You think you are safe! Well, you are not safe from RUGAL BERNSTEIN! MWAHAHAHAHAHA!

Rugal grabbed Len, by choking him with his bare hands, threw him to the bedroom window, causing him to fall to the ground.

As soon as Len fell to the ground, he felt like he was unconscious as the shattered glass from the broken windows was laying on the floor.

Len told Rugal: "I don't know what you want from me, but please, leave me alone!"

Rugal diabolically laughed and told Len: "You weakling! Looks like you're not worthy enough to be my opponent! I've been wasting my time with such a weakling yellow haired boy like you!

Len quickly grabbed a piece of shattered glass and tried to stab Rugal, but miserably failed after Rugal tried to stab him back, but luckily Len's reflexes made him avoid the attack quickly.

Len said: "Oh my! That was really quick! I wasn't totally expecting for me to all of a sudden to avoid that attack!

Rugal as soon as Len said that kicked him straight towards the neighbor's fence, causing the fence to break. Len fell into the neighbor's garden, which has a variety of plants. Len took advantage of the fact that there was a cactus, which caused Len to attack Rugal with the cactus spikes. Len successfully attacked Rugal with the cactus spikes, which was enough to cause Rugal to chicken out of the battle. Rugal after the battle humbly said "Well, looks like you won this time, but dang it! These spikes truly hurt! Ouch!"

Len said: "Oh my! Defeating Rugal was easier this time! But it was totally weird for him to just randomly jump out of the screen and casually appear out of nowhere in the supermarket, laugh evilly and run towards me."

Rugal tried to kick Len, but he couldn't handle the pain of the spikes from the cactus. He said "Ouch! That hurts! Can you get these cactus spikes off my body! I hope you have a really great day! You have been a worthy opponent for me! I was wrong about you!"

Rugal ran away, as Iori said "Hmm, looks like Kyo Kusanagi didn't show up for the KOF tournament this time."

Rugal told Iori: "Why would you need Kyo to show up for the KOF tournament, when you can have a yellow haired boy named Len who pretty much has been a worthy opponent for me! Even he can be a worthy rival for Geese Howard!"

Iori responded with: "I have no idea about who the heck is this person you are talking about, but once I find that Len boy, I'm going to give him what he truly deserves at least for once in his life!"

Len walked home and said "Phew! I dont know what the heck happened. I dont know if maybe in dreaming or someone altered the timeline. Who knows? But at least im home safe and sound!"

Rin gasped and said very shocked: "Len, what the heck happened to your room? There is a crack on your bedroom wall, and your window is broken, with shattered glass all over the ground. What happened? Be honest!"

Len chuckled nerviously, while his forehead was sweating, he said : "Nothing, I think maybe an earthquake, or a hurricane passed by! Or maybe a time traveler altered the timeline!"

Rin said: "Oh really, because I honestly dont remember neither a hurricane, let alone an earthquake pass by! Also, there is NO such thing as time traveling being real."

Len responded with: Ok! Lets just forget this happened and let's move on with our lives!
